Been 3-4 times now because the location is convenient. Probably won't go back. Its not because of the food, the pho is better than avg for a chain restaurant. Its just not worth the 20-30 min wait. I thought they'd get it together but, no. Ill Just spend the time i'd be waiting on my soup in there driving to my favorite (better) spot downtown. read more

Moved here from NW and Pho was one of our favorites there and have to say before eating here there was nothing in the Valley of the Sun that made me say hey let's go have some Pho, this place is pretty good. I'll be back when I get some Pho itch. read more

Everything was delicious from the broth to the noodles to the meat! Will definitely be back! read more

Amy Pho - The Amy Pho - Vietnamese Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

What a difference between the old PT and Amy. Id stopped going to the former owners due to quality issues. But so glad we tried them again now they've changed to Amy Pho. We walked in 30 mins to closing, made fully welcome to dine in, but we planned for take out. Saw them bring Pho out for a couple who were dining in, truly night and day from PT days. Bowls were huge and packed with meats, short ribs and sides. We got 2 different appetisers and 2 different pho. Packaging for the Phos were expert. No leaks, two tiered bowls kept all the main ingredients out of the pho. Plus sides of lime, jalapeños, bean sprouts etc Server was extremely friendly, expert at walking us through the new menu, after we'd placed the order they'd run out of one protein for the spring rolls so offered a new suggestion which was great. The pho is so much better than before... massive amount of ingredients, new proteins like whole short ribs, very tender, meats were no cheaply processed like before, chicken and beef tasted great. One thing to keep in mind, is that for take out, you'll receive warm pho to finish off at home so you dont burn yourself. Literally place everything in a pan and boil, less than 5 mins for great pho. One thing puzzled me but not enough to lower the stars.... still trying to understand the 1 pho we upgraded to XL, the only difference was 1/2 container of soup, no more ingredients as promised but still a great experience. read more

Under new ownership Amy's Pho used to be PT Pho. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and the server behind the counter encouraged us to sit down and order even though they were close to closing for the evening. We decided to order take-out. While ordering bowls of Pho were coming out of the kitchen and they were a vast improvement from the last owners. While we appreciate the effort to package dry foods separately from Pho broth, the bowl used is considerably smaller than the serving size served at in-person dining. All that aside the Pho was very good! read more

We went on grand opening day. The restaurant is clean, fast and friendly staff. The menu is simple and easy to read. You can customize your pho with different toppings to rib, bone marrow and there are vegetarian options. Overall, the pho portion is good. read more

Complete disappointment! We were the only ones there when we ordered. Then another person came. But for some reason we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. Then when it finally came out the Pho noodles were hard and attested like plastic. I tested the broth and that was cold! Ever since this place became Amy Pho it's been poor quality and service. read more

Good pho. Great Togo packaging. Nice servers. The ambience is really basic Asian restaurant.

Great experience. Delicious food. Would return back for another visit. Convenient location.

I used to really love this location. I've also been to their other store and have always enjoyed the food, which is why this place used to be one of my favorite pho spots. Unfortunately, my recent experiences here have changed my mind. There is a young server with black hair who has been consistently very rude and shows little respect for customers. When I asked for chili oil or utensils, instead of bringing them she simply pointed to where they were. The service felt dismissive and unwelcoming. On one visit she also started cleaning up the dining area hours before closing. She was sweeping very aggressively to the point where I could see dust and trash particles flying into the air while people were still eating. It made the whole experience very uncomfortable. That was the last time I decided to dine in. It's disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite places. I hope management addresses the service issues so the restaurant can get back to the great experience it once provided. read more

I was open to seeing if this experience would be better or different than under the previous ownership and so my son and I headed back. The Pho and egg rolls are good what was not so great were the prices. We had two bowls of Pho, split an order of egg rolls, and each got a drink and it was just about $60. We were charged extra for lettuce for the egg rolls - which is standard fair in all of the other Vietnamese restaurants I've visited. The waiter was apologetic and seemed slightly embarrassed ... it was not his fault. I know rents are high but I cannot reconcile the overall cost with the overall experience. read more

I ordered the combination pho to go and was very disappointed. The order was missing most of the advertised proteins and only came with steak and noodles, which is not what a combination pho should be. I also ordered egg rolls, but they had no flavor at all--they tasted like nothing but oil and were very greasy. On top of the quality issues, the food was very expensive for what was received, especially considering missing items and poor taste. In addition, they charge a take out fee which is ridiculous. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and not worth the price. Unfortunately, I would not order from here again. read more

Super slow service. Sauce for eggs tools was watered down and had no sweetness and tasted like water. Pho noodles came in a big suck together lump and took a lot of effort and mess to break them apart. There was a lot of meat in the stake pho. Could not get water or drinks to the table for a long time. I had to go up front refill my drinks and pay as to not have to wait on server. read more

Waitress on Sunday night lacks professionalism and overall customer service. She's lazy and doesn't care about their paying customers. We will not be coming back. read more

Good Pho made the right way...this is the way! The service depends on who is working. Definitely my go to Pho place in this area.

The PHO here is consistent and delicious but recently, the service has changed. The staff seem like you are bothering them when you show up and they cannot handle the lunch rush. Recently ordered lunch for 3, waited 20 minutes to be told they were out of anything cooked in a wok. Only PHO was available. Disappointing. No issues with quality of food now that's it's Amy Pho but the staff has been rude and I was "scolded" for grabbing a bottle of sauce from another table when my table was missing one. "Please put that back! I will bring you the bottle for your table". As if it mattered?? Embarassing. read more

this is my family's favorite Pho restaurant. Food is consistently great and staff is attentive. Always a great experience.

We ordered the Pho combination, egg rolls and egg noodles. The pho was missing the requested proteins and the egg rolls/egg noodles were over-cooked and bland to the taste. For the price, it's incredibly high for an under delivery of quality food. On top of all that, a charge for a Take-out is also applied. The lobby and seating is average with little to no cultural ambiance. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for good Vietnamese cuisine. read more

Amy Pho is amazing! The pho is always delicious, and the chicken egg rolls are a must Ihighly recommend them. The customer service is just as great as the food. Every time I come in, the gentleman at the front (QUEST) knows my order by heart and has it ready in seconds. My experience here is top-tier every single time! read more

We went opening day. Food was fantastic - perhaps best Vietnamese coffee I've ever had. I had Pho Ga, husband had seafood Pho, daughter had deluxe fried rice. Clean, friendly, delicious . Hoping that TSMC delivers more Asian food to northern Phoenix! read more

Ordered for pickup two bowls of pho and the restaurant forgot to include the vegetables(bean sprouts, jalapeño, lime) Just gave us broth and beef and also did not read or listen to special request asking for a side of chili oil. Drove all the way home 15 minutes to have to just drive back. Was a really frustrating experience. read more

Amy pho is the third pho spot that has been in this location. I can't speak to other reviews but my pho was excellent. They changed the broth recipe and it's so much better than the previous place. It tastes on par with some of my favorite pho places. I just ordered the classic pho with a single protein, and everything was as advertised. read more

We came for the rich flavorful pho and it did NOT disappoint! We tried a few things on the menu and everything was really good. This is our new favorite spot! read more

So I walk in and try to sit down in the rude lady that worked there 7 PM would not let me choose where I sat. She claimed that the area was closed, but it was not. She didn't want me sitting on one side because she's a control freak. There's political posters on the windows and the food is garbage. Don't go there. read more
