Self made sauce from sauce bar and our ying yang broths

Delicious! Not somewhere you come to rush, which we loved. Ribeye was delish, for sure want to come back and try other broths! Server was kind, the restaurant could use some decor and aesthetic lighting but that'll come with more customers so make sure to try it out!

FRESH! Love this all you can eat ramen spot. Huge location with lots of seating. Plenty of parking in the front and they also have outdoor seating as well.

KOBE hotpot is my new favorite place, we've visited three times this week. They recently updated to ONLY serve hotpot. They still have the same drink selection. It's a 90 minute all you can eat, you choose your broths and meat, serve yourself sauces, veggies and sides at the buffet and then cook it all at your table. The staff is attentive and will explain if you need a rundown. The restaurant itself is clean and spacious.

The food came out quickly and was beautifully presented in individual pots with a small flame underneath, such a unique and fun touch! The ramen and broth were both rich and flavorful. The restaurant is clean, spacious, and the staff are very friendly. The only thing that could make it even better would be adding more side ingredients like eggs, bamboo shoots, or meat. It felt like there wasn't quite enough of the smaller toppings compared to the noodles and soup.

The ramen was the the best I've had on the north side. I loved the presentation and anime playing in the background. We will be back.

So my son and I are in the area for the Arizona Cup this weekend and so I am attempting to broaden his palette so we stopped in to experiment with a Hot pot style restaurant. I ate at several of these last year when I was in Japan but there I had a guide/interpreter to guide me. We opted not to attempt the hot pot on first solo trip and opted for the ramen bowls. I had the Tonkotsu with steak and rice noodles and he had the Miso with steak and ramen noodles. Both were delicious and a lot of fun. We finished it off with mochi which was delicious also. Service was absolutely amazing as the waiter walked us patiently through the process as we made our choices. My son was very indecisive as this was his first go at hot pots. Fun experience and when in the area we will try again.

Got here on a Sunday night at 8:30pm. They close at 9pm so they were only offering to go orders. We ordered the Tonkotsu ramen, 2 Black Garlic Ramen, Crispy Gyoza, Lemon Grass Fish Cake, Fried tofu, and Edamame. Had high hopes, but did not enjoy any of the ramen options. Broth had little flavor and the pork chashu was unimpressive. Hate that I wrote that. The other dishes were decent, but won't be enough to get us to return. Service was good so I bumped the rating up. Hopefully, things improve in the future.

Standard table with hot plate- VERY clean restaurant with VERY fresh food and great service!

So my son and I decided to stop in for our "Men's night out" dinner- and we were quite impressed! The restaurants first impression after walking in is VERY CLEAN!! We were welcomed quickly and escorted to our table. The Service is awesome, pleasant and welcoming. The menu options are plentiful and we decided on the Hot Pot option with a plentiful variety to choose from and did not regret! Everything was FRESH, vegetables and meat options alike! The water that is served is fresh cucumber water, which is rare to find and delicious. We opted for Soft Drinks, which was served in bottles. The portions were very generous and we really enjoyed cooking the items in our own Miso Soup pot! My son had a great time trying new things and ate more than I thought he would, being he is typically a picky eater! I remember we went in as a family once several years ago- but it must have been different owners. We hadn't been back since, but are glad we gave it another chance! Highly recommended, GREAT food and service! Regular menu items for those who don't want the fuss of cooking their own food or doing the hot plate option- the choice and options are plenty!

It's not bad but it's the definition of a mediocre restaurant. You can kinda get a hint of the soup flavor when you take the first bite, and it's all feels like powered soup after that. The ramen noodles have an okay texture. The protein was fine at best, and the garnishes did not add any complexity to the soup nor did they individually have a distinct taste. The worst part about the place is the price. $18 before tax is a price point generally commanded by the best ramen houses in downtown LA. The food here feels and tastes like it was made by a college student that was trying to impress a room mate.

The ramen is rich and flavorful, but the real draw is happy hour (3-6pm) with a strong lineup of food and drinks that make it easy to linger. Bonus: right next to Paris Baguette for an easy coffee/dessert follow-up. Great vibe, great value, and an easy go-to--plus it's on InKind.

Our waitress comes to us and takes our drinks and orders. She came back to advise us that they were out of the cucumber salad. I ask if she could add something to my order (I wanted to add an egg to my ramen, not on the side but in the ramen) to which she acknowledged. Roughly 10 mins later, a new waiter brings me out an egg in a bowl! I politely told him I asked for it to be in my ramen, not as a side. He looks at me as if I've lost my mind, then asks if I want it in a to-go box... why?? I told him a second time, that I asked for it to be on my soup, the ramen! He walked away. Another 15 mins goes by and yet another server comes and brings out our food. Everyone around us is getting service, like multiple times, but we have yet to see our waitress. We asked a 3rd waiter if we could get sauces, which he brings out. We eat our food, and guess what...? Still no waitress. We finish our food and had to ask a fourth waiter for a to go box, and finally our waitress comes out and asks if we need anything, to which I tell her, no, we've already been taken care of! She walks away with what seemed like an attitude. Brings our check. Another 10 mins goes by and we don't see her... every other table is gettin their service from their waiters/waitress and we don't. So we get up and pay for our bill, ourselves at the hostess table. Our waitress comes up to take our bill, doesn't say anything at all. No, I'm so sorry I'm waiting multiple tables, or hey sorry I'm working both inside and outside, nothing. Besides the less than par service the food was really good!! If she would have at least communicated to us, how busy she was or is or anything, this would a be a totally different story.

The…read morerestaurant was within walking distance of our hotel and we were feeling a little under the weather, so decided we wanted some ramen to help soothe that feeling. We popped into the restaurant and didn't have a reservation. There were a few tables that were full, but it was definitely more empty at that time than packed. The hostess was not necessarily the nicest person and more focused on her phone. She greeted us, but went back to texting. We stood there for a minute and the restaurant phone rang, which she answered. After standing there for 5-7 minutes, she came back and seated us. As we approached the table, we noticed that it still had plates and bowls leftover from the previous customer. The busser quickly removed them and wiped the table down for us to take a seat. The server came over relatively quickly and was super nice and knowledgeable about the menu. Since it was two of us, we wanted to try a range of things but our main focus was ramen. We decided to order some edamame to start, which was okay. It wasn't super fresh, but overall it was decent. For our main course, we ordered the kaizen and the hafu sushi. We ordered the Obon ramen to split. Not long after ordering our food came out. The server was really attentive and placed our ramen in two separate bowls for us. As far as flavor goes, the Obon was extremely spicy. I'm a spicy girlie and I couldn't even eat it. I ate the noodles, but the broth was too much for me. I passed it on to my husband and to my surprise, he actually ate it (he doesn't like spice). I think his sore throat trumped the spice. The kaizen roll was really good. We actually loved that. The hafu, not so much. The cilantro flavor was a little too heavy on the roll itself. We would definitely give this place another try if ever in the area, but maybe order something different.
