Food was immaculate no complaints there, only issue I have was the service. Party of 2, my lady and I on our date wanting to enjoy Texas roadhouse for our first time as young adults in our 20's everything goes well when we order and the first issue was we never got the Cesar salad that was chosen as a side which was fine the main dish was more than enough. However I waited 15 minutes waiting for our waitress to come back so we could ask for to go drinks to which she never came so we ended up just paying on the tablet device and leaving. Mildly disappointed with the service.

The place is pretty average, but always busy. If you're going on the weekend, you will always have a wait time for at least 20 minutes then you would be seated. Pretty tight space place. If you have a large group of people you'll be sitting very close. But our server was great. He was attentive and he made it work for us. The food was very average, but I will always come back for the bread rolls.

Came to celebrate my honey's birthday and of course we enjoyed as this is one of our favorite spots. The service was a bit on the slower side this time and we were shocked that they were out of so many sides . No potatoes , no sweet potatoes, and more so we were limited but still had a good dinner and laughs. Ambiance was nice as it was a few days before Christmas so we enjoyed the holiday decor for sure.

Great food for price! My wife and I split the ribs and sirloin. The sirloin was seasoned well and the ribs were a little dry but very tender. We got a sweet potato as a side which was huge and had a ton of yummy cinnamon butter on it.

Was in the area and car I f steak so Stopped in. When we got there it was super busy but we're pretty fast at giving us a table. Let me start by saying the service was amazing and ambiance was fun!!! I've been here many many times (since I was a child) and the service is consistently amazing! You can't beat the price of the sirloin here, and the filet is top notch. The loaded sweet potato is a favorite of mine, as well as their house salads! This location does get busy so always except a little wait, but it is well worth it.

Got to love the bread rolls with the cinnamon butter. I could literally get full off of multiple bread roll baskets. I ordered the Sirloin & Grilled Shrimp. They ran out of the sweet potatoes so I had to settle for fries. The garden salad with French dressing is always good. The service was good. The waiter made sure we had everything we needed. When my fiancé steak wasn't hot, he was able to bring her a new one out. It was an enjoyable Friday night experience with the sports games on the TV's at the bar.

We have never been disappointed in the food or service at this Texas Roadhouse. I started off with a $5.00 margarita that I ordered frozen with salt and it was very refreshing! They always start you off with these divine rolls and butter. They are literally soft as a pillow and absolutely delicious. I had the $12.99 meal of salad, chicken critters and baked potato. The salad was a house and is served in a chilled bowl so that it is nice and crispy. It comes with tomatoes, cheese and croutons. The chicken critters are tender, boneless chicken fingers and are fantastic. They are not greasy at all and the crispy bits are my favorite part! The baked potato comes loaded with butter, cheese and bacon! Yummo!!! All this food for only $12.99. I had a lot of leftovers! The service is always very attentive and the restaurant is very nice!

It's been a while since I last visited, so I decided to cowboy up and visit again. I walked in and was told a 30 to 40 minute wait for a table, but bar seating was full service and available. So I mosied up to the bar and took a Jamaican cowboy margarita for my drink. It was sweet drink and the tequila kicked in a bit afterwards. And I couldn't believe that it was just 5.50 for the drink. What a bargain! For my entree, I went with the 9 count shrimp with salad, rice, and mushrooms (18 dollars). The salad came first and was nicely portioned. The vegetables tasted fresh and the requested ranch dressing was nice. I just wished there was a bit more of the dressing on the side. The shrimp were in skewers with 3 in each one. While they are deshelled, the tails were still there and I manually cut them off before eating. The were a bit on the well done side and quite seasoned, but still plump enough to enjoy. The rice and mushrooms were also overseaoned for me, but still satisfactory. The portions are generous that I the leftovers home. For a total of 30 dollars after taxes and nice tip, I will say it's still worth it! The service was quick and friendly. However it seemed that my server accidentally brought two orders of shrimp, not knowing that I already got one. Management did come to check on us, as well as the servers and bartenders. The atmosphere is still Texas cowboy casual vibes, with country and rock music playing in the background. TVs were showing live sports. Birthday people were still mounting the saddle while other diners go yeehaw! Even though there was a saddle in the entrance, I didn't get on as I thought they needed to save it for the birthday people. Besides, I will hop on a real horse again soon. For the price paid, Texas Roadhouse still serve decent food in nice portions. I wish they use a bit less seasonings on the entrees, and the shrimps were just a bit more tender. But it's still a fun restaurant chain to have meats and seafood at cheaper prices. And if it is your birthday, definitely cowboy up and straddle that saddle! Yeehaw! Overall: B

Bracus was an absolute delight to have! I appreciate the hospitality given and the attentiveness that was delivered. The energy in the room was so amazing! From the moment my husband and I sat down we were greeted with such wonderful energy and by our names. I even received a beautiful yellow rose that was passed on by him to my husband to give to me. we really enjoyed date night! we will be back just for Bracus.

The food was OK. I had the lemon pepper shrimp with seasoned rice. I didn't taste lemon nor pepper but the rice was delish. The loaded fries were piping hot and the drinks are strong. My man had steak that was supposed to be medium well but instead they cooked it medium rare. I would probably go back and try a different dish or just happy hour.

Delicious as always. Our family loves the friendly staff who are attentive and unlimited dinner rolls that our daughter loves. Plenty of seating inside with country theme. My standard meal is the Roadkill with green beans and sweet potato, always cooked perfectly for me and delicious. My husband chose the sirloin last night with fries and Helios favorite ceasar salad.this is a great place to have a yummy filling meal with friendly people.

I haven't dined at a Texas Roadhouse in a while, but glad to be back. Our waiter Bama was great and very attentive. They were pretty busy for lunch on a Friday afternoon. There was great lunch deals on their menu as well. I didn't want to eat anything to heavy so I opt for the chicken Caesar salad and also got the potato skins with cheese and bacon. I really enjoyed the potato skins especially with the ranch sauce! It was cooked well and crispy! The salad was refreshing as well. They did offer complementary rolls, which was a plus. read more

I haven't been to TR in so long. There was a location closer to me that had closed down. I still remember they used to give peanuts thar you could eat and throw on the floor. Maybe with the rise in peanut allergies, they stopped this practice. This location still has great value eats. The yeast rolls they give with every meal are so good. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin meal deal that was from 11-3 pm on Friday. It was cooked perfectly and so delicious! And the best part it was a little over $12 with tax! Highly recommended! read more

Bracus' service was outstanding and professional to see the lease. He went beyond the call of duty and make us feel like we were the only one in the restaurant. He added his special touch by walking us to the door and that is exceptional service . If you are having a really bad day, and need a pick me up be sure to ask for him. My husband and I go here frequently. We went in last night after a very busy day. We got an ideal table and enjoyed our meal. The service was very good and the manager came around to check on everyone. The steaks were cooked exactly as ordered and all food was served hot and fresh. The restaurant atmosphere was inviting and not too loud for a relaxing meal - great. Our appetizer was very hot and was very much needed after our day. I added the ketchup picture and you may ask why? It is difficult to find restaurants that provide ketchup without high fructose corn syrup. That is something both my husband and I try to avoid, so even though we didn't use ketchup last night we give them an A++ for that. read more

Lizzy was our server tonight and she was AMAZING! We had an issue with our food and Lizzy was extremely apologetic. We also had the pleasure of speaking with Norm as well. This, by far, is my FAVORITE restaurant-I am a steak girl and they have great steaks. Although the food wasn't the best tonight, we won't give up on them just yet. We've heard a lot of hype for Texas Roadhouse so we decided to stop for lunch when one was in the area we were in. I've heard great things about their rolls and ranch. The rolls were OK. Really sweet and reminded me of a pastry. I tried the chicken critters to really let that ranch shine, which the ranch was great. On the side, I got the vegetables which was carrots and broccoli and a sweet potato. Both were standard. I was also able to try my husband's shrimp and sirloin. Both were awesome. The bread under the shrimp however was cold. He got the loaded baked potato and fries which were also good. I'm mixed on this one. I wouldn't rush back, but it wasn't bad. Service was great though! I placed an order online for two orders of the filet medallions. I received a call from the restaurant informing me that they were out, but could refund me or I could select another entree. (I'm assuming she's the manager..Kelly, Molly something like that) said that they Dallas filet was similar although it was slightly cheaper so I would be overpaying. I asked if I could have a dessert or drink to make up the difference, she said "Yeah we'll see". LOL what?? Totally unprofessional. Anyway picked up my order, did not get a dessert, drink or anything extra. Got home and bit into the steak, it lacked flavor and it tasted like chewing rubber. Totally disgusting. Both steaks were GROSS. Ended up throwing it out. I should have just opted for the refund, instead I overpaid for gross steak. Save your money and go to Longhorn instead! read more

I am unable to order steaks now because of my Palsy, so I tried Chicken tenders. My loaded sweet potato was good but not warm enough. I do like my meals a lot hotter. It was very filling I took most of it home. Country music was blasting in the background with 5 different TV channels to watch. Lots of neon beer/booze signs, but a very casual atmosphere. I've always considered Texas Roadhouse as one of my favorite places but tonight, is making me question whether I should come back. Our waiter was horrible from the start.....no smile and barely audible with his greeting. My wife's burger that she ordered not even close to be cooked correctly to start. Next the condiments were virtually empty. Our waiter was MIA for quite some time to the point that we had to flag down the manager to tell him about our order. The manager took the plate back and then we waited more time and our waiter was not in sight. Another server finally brought out my wife's order and she was pleasant and even asked if it was to he liking. At this point I had to finish most of my dinner before it got cold and I had finished my beer and was waiting for someone to notice that I needed a beverage. The waiter came by finally and took my empty beer bottle quickly and returned not so quickly with my next beer. The manager never came back to check on my wife's order and or ask us if we were satisfied. To end this nightmare, our kiosk did not have a battery in it like all the tables around us so he took my card and returned with a receipt with no signature line. The waiter put the battery in the kiosk and I asked if I could pay with the kiosk and he replied, "I already ran your card, just sign the bottom." My wife and I left wondering what the heck happened to this place because we have been 1000% satisfied every time we have come in the past. I hope that I get contacted by this establishment so that this can be discussed further. read more

I have been to dozens of Texas Roadhouse locations, and in just about every instance I could copy and past the same review- Friendly staff, exceptional services and delicious food! This location is no different, from the check in staff, to Kay who seated me, and Carolyn who was my amazing waitress. After enjoying one of their signature bread rolls, I started with a double salad with Italian, and then the 16oz Prime Rib (Medium rare, of course) with some steak fries. The manager also stopped by as they often do, and I expect I shared the same feedback must customers do which is that everything is fantastic! We stopped in after a long several hours driving on the turnpike. I must say that our server Bracus made our experience fantastic! The food is always wonderful at this location and served promptly but what made this night special was Bracus! He treated us like family. It started with being seated at his special table adorned with fresh flowers and a basket with any needs we might have, hand sanitizer, lotion, chewing gum, tissue. He gave us optional condiments to go with our Cactus blossom & went out off his way to make our dining experience the best it could be! it took almost and hour to receive my food, after receiving it , it was not HOT! it was warm. my grandson ordered a double fry they gave me one order .. i just told him to let me speak to a mg the mg ask what can he do to make it right, he was very nice I promise you that , I said just warm my food up It was 3 of us ( after waiting so long then the food wasn't hot as if it was sitting, my appetite left!!! Couldn't eat it !!!!!! and I always tip but I didn't I wasn't satisfied at all very disappointed!! food in the fridge I'm warming it to give to the dog!! read more

We came in for Father's Day and the food was excellent. But our server Bracus made our visit so memorable. He is so kind and charismatic. You can tell he loves what he does. He personally set our table, addressed us by name, made my Dad feel special for Father's Day, and carried our food out for us. He made us feel so special as I'm sure he does all of his guests. OMG....where to start? Our first time at a Texas Roadhouse and everything was absolutely amazing!!! The hostess was sweet as ever and Our server Julian was very attentive, knowledgeable and charismatic. His words were "this is the best place I've ever worked" and it was obvious with how happy he was to be there. We started with warm bread and their delicious signature cinnamon butter then had a combo app plate with tater skins, buffalo chicken bites and rattlesnake bites (jalapeño poppers). My wife and I each had Prime Rib (14oz and 16oz) with au jus, horseradish and creamy horseradish sauce, sautéed peppers/onions/mushrooms, mashed taters with gravy and I had veggies while she had a salad. The food was perfectly cooked and came out very quickly. With all that food we weren't able to finish it all so we brought the rest home for a snack for later lol. The restaurant was nicely decorated and the tables were well spaced for easy navigation and comfy seats. We will definitely be going back!!! This place is hoppin'! It has a fun atmosphere to it and is more of a place to go with family or hang out with the crew after work. The waiter was nice and on top of things. It has been years since I've visited a place with big fluffy yeast rolls and I hadn't realized how much I missed them! They were nice about bringing me regular butter to slather my rolls in addition to their cinnamon butter. So yummy! I finally tried fried pickles here and I had no idea how good they are! Why have I not been eating these sooner?? Dip them in some ranch dressing and that is a tasty, if not high calorie, treat. The food was decently portioned and well seasoned without being all dry. I will definitely be visiting here again soon! read more

He truly is so personable, funny, and probably the most attentive sever I've ever had. He was on top of every single thing we could possibly need. This place is always crowded on weekends I had a salad and the beef tips. The food was very good . Our waitress was attentive and vey friendly I have been here several times and have always had a great experience Will definitely keep coming back when in the mood for some good steak Way better and less expensive than Longhorn steakhouse down the road read more

We were greeted right away and sat within a few minutes. The seater quickly brought us regular butter upon request. Barcus was our waiter and took the time to get to know us. He was kind and brought us extras. He even walked us to the door. Service was top notch and we will be back again. The food was amazing as always. read more

My son and I love coming to Texas Roadhouse for a delicious meal and great service. Now that he's graduated from the "kids" menu (he's almost 12) he lives ordering their 8oz sirloin. It's always seasoned perfectly and he likes it medium rare. What we love the most is all the very attentive staff that make every meal a pleasure. It's fun reading all the signs and eclectic decor as well. Tonight we had Jaden as our attendant..what a breath of fresh air..he took great care of us and even took time to chat to my son. The restaurant stayed pretty quiet for the first 45 minutes to an hour we were there but then started to get busier around noon. There was a slightly drop off in the level of service as things got busier and we waited awhile for our check. Everyone was friendly but I could tell the servers were stretched a little thin trying to keep up with everything. We plan to come back the next time we're over in the Winter Garden area!

We were seated in a back room with a view of the lake behind. It was a bit loud but most places are these days. I am deaf in one of my ears so one I told our server & she spoke up over the noise and it was a non-issue. Appreciated because that's not always the case. We ordered a glass of wine and the "Shirley After Dark" cocktail (I know it's a wine bar but I just felt like a cocktail) loved it. Would absolutely order it again. We ordered the house salad which was far from basic and delicious and fresh. Very light and decent size. My husband also aired the Cauliflower app which was massive. The hummus was delicious. I'm not a fan of cauliflower but he raved about it. We also split the Butchers Pizza and had them out the hot honey on the side. I can't do spice after destroying my stomach in college so they brought me a side of normal honey so I could hector full flavor profile within my dietary needs. We got to speaking with our server whose name I unfortunately can't remember (light blonde shoulder length hair if management reads this) & she was very knowledgeable about the wine selection. We're not white wine drinkers but the FL heat is a little too much for a glass of red most days so we're trying to get into it. She had 3 recommendations and brought me all three to taste. Unfortunatly I enjoyed was sold out by the time we ordered it (which at the height of tourist summer isn't beyond the realm of reasonability) We then ordered the affogato and olive oil cake. Both were delicious. It was my husband's first time trying an affogato and it has since become a favorite of his. It was mentioned in passing while chatting that we were in a last min staycation as it was my birthday week and we didn't plan anything in advance and made it clear it was not my birthday but she still comped my cocktail and the olive oil cake and wrote a lighthearted "sorry we were out of the wine" on our receipt. Which was a genuinely nice & unexpected gesture. The entire meal was quite affordable even before anything got comped compared with other options of the same caliber in the area. Portons are quite large as well. While I don't love communal tables typically, almost no one was seated at the same table and if they were it was quite far apart (see photos). I can see that being bothersome on a busy night but we were there on a summer night (busy enough to run out of a wine) so I can't imagine it being typically worse than that So I say again, I don't understand what people don't like about this place. We'll be back.

Upon arrival, we were informed that there was a two-hour wait, resulting in half of our family squeezing into the crowded bar area while the other half patiently waited outside. Finally, our turn arrived, and we were seated at three separate tables. One table was a combination of two tables to accommodate eight family members, another table for four, and the remaining three were left at the bar. Fortunately, a table in between both families became available, prompting a manager to kindly escort three members of my family to that table. To our disbelief, our joy quickly turned into dismay when a server by the name of Julian, approached the table and rudely demanded that our family members vacate the seats. He claimed that he needed the table to accommodate more customers and increase his earnings. This behavior was completely unexpected and utterly disrespectful, especially on such a special occasion as my sister's graduation. Needless to say, this encounter left a sour taste in our mouths, and our appetites vanished instantly. However, the manager we spoke to was understanding and helpful. She not only apologized for Julian's behavior but also offered us five complimentary cheesecake slices and two free entrée coupons for our future visit as a gesture of goodwill. I am deeply outraged by Julian's actions, his tone, and the way he addressed our family. It was disheartening to witness such disrespect, especially considering that he did not treat any other customer in such a manner. This incident has left a lasting impression, and I am disappointed in Texas Roadhouse for allowing such behavior from their staff, particularly Julian. However, amidst the disappointment, I am sincerely grateful for the manager's intervention and the compensation she provided. It somewhat alleviated the frustration and disappointment we experienced, demonstrating that the restaurant acknowledges their responsibility in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all patrons. It is my hope that Texas Roadhouse will address and rectify this issue, so that no other family has to endure what we experienced on what should have been a joyous occasion. read more

My recent visit to Texas Roadhouse was too frustrating not to share. From the start, the service was disorganized and inattentive. We waited far too long to be acknowledged, and when we finally placed our order, things went downhill quickly. The salad--which was supposed to come out before the meal--never arrived, and no one checked in to see how things were going. When the entrées did show up, the portion sizes were shockingly small for the price, and not even close to what I've come to expect from this chain. Staff seemed overwhelmed and disjointed, with very little coordination or communication. It felt like no one was in charge, and it showed in every part of the experience. the worst service ive ever experienced in my life. went for my friends 21st birthday and they wouldnt let her order a drink even with her identification because they thought she would "share and pass it around" . girl with glasses came up too us and said she was going to call the cops because we were "sharing drinks" out of a water bottle that was filled with juice. The way she came about was completely unprofessional and disgusting. Avoid this establishment - Unprofessional and Discriminatory I witnessed an appalling display of racism and aggression by the owner, Melissa, at Texas (1150 Blackwood Ave) on Sunday, 4/12/26. The restaurant was overcrowded and severely understaffed, but the real issue was the owner's behavior. Melissa became physically aggressive toward a Black female customer who was simply trying to diffuse a dispute regarding an incorrect charge for a drink she never consumed. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, Melissa threatened to call 911, unaware she was being recorded. Her conduct was unethical, rude, and blatantly discriminatory. The yeast rolls with cinnamon butter and the rib eye steak are fantastic. I can't comment on anything else because that is all I get at this place. The peanuts on the floor are a great touch, but the food here is always good. The service can be a little off, but its always fun here. Great time. read more
