So happy I discovered this authentic Italian sandwich shop on Yelp! This is the definition of a hidden gem. I've been twice now, but I would be there all the time if I lived closer to Ocoee. It was a quick easy stop while I was on my way home from the Winter Garden area this weekend. They specialize in fresh baked Tigelle sandwiches which is an Italian flatbread. As someone who is watching my carb intake, I really like this thin, light bread. So far, I've tried the Bella Vita and the Picante (spicy) sandwiches. Both are amazing! They use super fresh Italian ingredients like soppressata, mozzarella, mortadella, prosciutto di parma, burrata, and pesto. The to-go packaging for their sandwiches is also on point. They have the cutest little yellow boxes and it's like unboxing a present. One of my absolute favorite things on the menu is their pistachio tiramisu dessert. It's probably one of the best desserts I've ever! I would drive here just for this alone. A MUST! The staff are all super friendly and happy to offer suggestions. Gabriel was so kind and I learned that he's actually from Italy. The cafe itself is small and cozy with some additional outdoor seating. You have to park on the backside of the building and walk around to the storefront. Highly recommended for great lunch spot or early dinner!
Finally was able to make it here and it did not disappoint. Such yummy sandwiches and the desserts were even better. Such a nice family business and so very proud of their sandwiches. The bread was delicious and warm the meat was fresh. The pistachio cream was perfectly balanced. We did have a hard time finding the door. You have to walk through the office lobby between the tattoo and desert store. Don't give up because it's totally worth the effort.
Got the traditional sandwich, caprese salad and pistachio tiramisu and all of it was so good!
As a first time customer, I think I was expecting more, which might've been my mistake. A lot of elite helpers had written great reviews for this place! Although the sandwich was good, I didn't think it was priced properly. I'm glad I read the reviews beforehand and paid for extra protein, because even with the extra protein I could have eaten a second sandwich easily, and I also can't imagine having less meat than what I was given. The pistachio tiramisu did not live up to the hype for me. Maybe I just prefer a traditional style tiramisu, but it didn't feel like a good balance of flavors, and the price of $9 for the tiny cup didn't add up. I honestly should've known better when I saw that lay's potato chips were a side on the menu. I feel like any business that includes lay's chips in their offerings is showing a lack of taste. I had also ordered a sweet tea, but ended up canceling when I saw it was pure leaf bottled tea rather than fresh brewed in house. It's those little details that take the entire experience down a notch. I also didn't feel like the staff was friendly or welcoming. It was giving college sandwich shop idgaf vibes. This location is out of my way and I only stopped because I needed a quick lunch in between jobs. It's located at the back of the building, which feels odd for whoever designed the place. The interior was nice, but for me this authentic Italian sandwich shop really missed the mark.
How you doin?!!!! Nice specialty Italian sandwiches here on fresh tigelle flatbread. Bought two but could of eaten three. And didn't buy three because I didn't want to spend so much on lunch. I enjoyed the Picante very much. It was delicious, however, the Tradizionale was a bit dry so I ended up picking it apart and ate it piecemeal. Its tomatoes could have been plused up with some salt and pepper, olive oil, balsamic ...something. Also sort of half expected that special fresh bread to be warm, but it wasn't. Sort of reminded me of an English muffin. Aye madone! Cannoli was delicious. Umn yumn! No ice. Canned and bottled drinks only. Park in the back and walk around to the front or go through the lobby, then to the left. Was some nice outside seating on the water, albeit spoken for. Overall, was an enjoyably fun lunch experiencing something different. Friendly, helpful staff.
Fresh, filling sandwiches for a great price! Ate here for lunch today and got the Deliziosa and it was fresh with plenty of meat, cheese and veggies. My husband got the Bella Vita and it was sweet and salty- also very good. Sandwiches were each about $7.50, so you could get 1 and be under $10 or two and not break the bank! We ordered online ahead of time and got a free Tigella Cioccolato (Nutella) because we spent over $20. This place was great for lunch - will be back to try more sammies!
We stumbled upon this spot when my husband was visiting his doctor. I love authentic Italian food, so I was excited to try it out. The tigelle is a small round flatbread. They stuff it with various meats, cheeses, or dessert fillings. I had the porchetta classica and hubby chose the picante. Both sandwiches were well seasoned and tasty. The bread had a nice texture and crunch to it. We also enjoyed the Dubai Tigella with strawberries, nutella, chocolate, and pistachio cream. Yum! We'll definitely stop in again when we're in the area. The restaurant was very clean and quiet. It's a great place for a fresh bite. Docking one star because the man at the counter when I walked in seemed disinterested and didn't greet me or respond at all when I told him I was waiting for my husband.
If you want fresh, homemade Tigelle, check out this place. This order at the counter joint has a ton of sandwich selections that are reasonable at less than $8 a pop. They were rolling out the bread when I was there and cut the sandwich meat to order so you are guaranteed freshness. They also have a few dessert options like tiramisu which was light and tasty. There is nice out door seating over looking a small lake as well making for a relaxing dining experience.

Sandwiches are on the smaller side, so if you're really hungry, I recommend getting a side or an additional sandwich to try! I can't wait to go again soon. Every option we've had so far has been delicious.
This place has really delicious, very freshly made food! I tried the Docezza, which is made with prosciutto, pecorino cream, walnuts, fig sauce, honey, and their freshly made tigelle bread. I love sweet and salty foods and that was the perfect sandwich. I also tried the pistachio tiramisu. It's very good, light, and not too sweet. The staff here is always nice and helpful. The dining area is clean and well-kept. They also have dining tables next to a great view of the lake right outside.

Five stars for customer service and a nice and clean restaurant! We walked in about 6 PM and I got the special and a mini cannoli for my daughter. The gentleman behind the counter was very sweet and I am assuming he is possibly one of the owners. He was very kind with my daughter and gave me a suggestion for the sandwich. The sandwich was delicious! The bread really was the star of the show as it is very thin and tasty. I do wish there was more salami in the sandwich for the price, but it was delicious otherwise. It was a very light and the pecorino cream was delicious with the balsamic. Although I think the sandwiches could be packed a little bit more, it's still really fresh and tasty and I would return. I've never seen a bread like that called tigelle, and you can tell that it was fresh. The ambience was very nice and plenty of seating. The seats were nice and sturdy and of good quality. I can't wait to try the tiramisu next!
Pleasantly surprised by this hole in the wall! Didn't know what to expect but everything was so good. The bread was so fresh and soft it was the best for this kind of sandwich. The flavors in the deliziosa were perfect and the bread to Nutella ratio in the dessert sandwich was phenomenal. They have a good variety of drink options as well. There was a good amount of seating inside and the service was quick. I have to say the biggest downfall is the location. Not only is it far from me, but it's far off the beaten path. The businesses are not really visible from the street so unless you're specifically coming to this plaza, you'll never find this place. It's a shame because it has so much potential to do well in a better location.
I've been wanting to come here for awhile now. It did not disappoint. It's very open and spacious inside and very clean. I was welcomed and I got the Il Brigante. It was made fresh and was just the right amount of spicy and sweet and creamy with the honey and the cheese. I can't wait to try some of the other items. It's such a calm space. I want to try some of the desserts next. read more
This sandwich was delicious! I was a huge fan of thin bread that is used. It's perfectly toasted to bring a great experience. The inside is super cute and small. The staff was extremely kind! I forgot how salty these types of meat are but otherwise was a great little lunch spot read more

Great sandwiches on thin bread. I just wish there was more than one piece of mozzarella as it really should fill the sandwich so you get some in each bite. It is a little difficult to find- once you are parked walk through the plaza to the back side by the water. read more

This place is my new comfort food. It's a small restaurant, but they certainly make the most of the place with simple decorations. It always smells of baking bread which is lovely. Their menu is strategic and genuinely every sandwich I've tried here has tasted very good. I always go back to the deliziosa, but the picante is also fantastic. I love their pecorino cream. The gusto never disappoints, and the armonia is lovely too. For most people I've gone with, 2 sandwiches is the perfect amount to fill you up. Also the team here is all friendly and gets the food out in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. read more

The combination of the freshest ingredients made this tigelle so delicious! I loved the truffle cream and the dough was unlike anything I'd had before. I was a little sad seeing how small the portion was for the price, but it could be a good option for a snack/light meal. The pistachio tiramisu was also so good! The creamy, nutty pistachio with the light, fluffy mascarpone and lady finger made for the perfect dessert. The restaurant was nice and clean, and the service was helpful and friendly! read more
10/10 experience here. My family is Italian, I've been to Italy and this tastes makes me feel right at home. The Deliziosa was fantastic. Prosciutto di Parma with burrata, fresh arugula and pesto was divine. The cannoli was great and got some tiramisu to go! Definitely check this place out. I stopped by Ispirazione today without much knowledge of tigelle sandwiches, so I asked the young woman at the counter for recommendations. She mentioned that the first three items on the menu were the most popular, so I ordered two: the Deliziosa and the Sapore D'Italia. These Tigelle sandwiches aren't like a sub, so they may seem small if you're unfamiliar with them. However, if you come with an open mind and the right expectations, you'll be very pleased. They were light, refreshing, and full of flavor--not heavy, cheesy, or overly meaty, which was perfect for me. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I love the location in a new shopping center in Ocoee. The prices are very reasonable, and that alone would have me coming back. read more
Super cute Italian deli in Ocoee in new Inspiration Community close to Winter Garden and 429. We were greeted by kind hostess and was helpful. I ordered a delizosa and a snickers tiramisu which were both great. Good portion sizes that were filling but not leaving you stuffed. Fresh ingredients on the sandwich and made to order. They have a few tables outside to enjoy the patio as well as indoor seating. Tricky to find as they are facing the pond and no entrance at the parking lot. read more

A tucked away gem. It was out first time trying Tigelle's and they were amazing. A soft thin bread with a bit of crunch and the stuffing of each carefully crafted Tigelle reflected quality and flavors of Italy. The portions were great for someone with a normal appetite. It was like eating at a cafe in Europe with the quality and portions. The service was friendly and the staff really explained the difference between the different sandwiches. The ambiance was nice for someone that is walking their dog and wanted to pop in for a quick, light bite and have beautiful views of a lake. Such a cute spot! The parking is in the back and the entrance is when you first enter the lot, but they have a BIG flag showing where the entrance is. read more
First time in. Open 5 or 6 months. Cozy, cute little place. True Mom and Pop or at least husband and wife. They run the little shop. Prepare all the food. They make everything here including the unique Italian bread called Tigelles. I played it safe and just got the L'Americano - turkey (which tasted house roasted but was deli style), tomato, avocado. Mozzarella and olive oil. FRESH AND DELICIOUS (and only $7.20!! I also got a Dolcezza for a sweet - Gorgonzola, walnuts, honey. FANTASTIC!! Little shop on the back side of the building. Nice area. This was a really yummy Italian sandwich concept. The two working there were not only extremely friendly but also had great knowledge of the menu and all the ingredients. Really top notch customer service. Because these are not regular sandwiches and are a bit smaller, it was recommended to order either two or three sandwiches for lunch. I chose three but could easily have been satisfied with two. They are a lot more filling than they seem. The three I ordered were: Del sole: a bit too much balsamic glaze to where it masked the flavor of everything else. This is the only one I didn't really care for. Picante: expected it to be spicy but wasn't very spicy. Really liked the meat in this one. Sapore d'italia: the truffle cream was heavenly and the stracchino cheese was like a thick creamy spread that melted in my mouth. So Lucious. This was definitely my favorite. The slice all of the meat freshly to order. The use the highest quality ingredients and the utmost care in crafting every sandwich. I ordered to-go and the sandwiches held up perfectly on my drive home. The inside of the restaurant is bright and inviting, and very clean. There are a good amount of tables to sit inside, and even a few outside with a beautiful lake view. read more

Northern Italian Sandwich shop tucked back in a new center just off of Colonial Drive. The meats and cheeses are top notch and I believe most (if not all) are imported. The bread they are on is tigelle which is a northern Italy staple. The place is smaller but clean with some nice decorations. The staff was REALLY busy but also friendly and were sure to greet everyone and let them know they would be with them as soon as they could. I had the Bella Vita with mortadella, stracciatella and cream that just melted in your mouth. The sandwiches are on the smaller side but I wanted to try the cannoli and Tiramisu. While the deserts were good but, I thought $6.80 for a single cannolo was a bit high and the $10.00 Tiramisu was not as large as I expected it to be. I think next time I will go for 2 sandwiches and skip the desert. I imagine this would be a favorite lunch spot for me if I lived a little closer. read more

Love this place. Delicious sandwiches. They make the bread to order. Service is always friendly. The Picante sandwich is my go-to. The Amelia salad with burrata is light and fresh. There is a sandwich version of the Amelia which is pretty good too. The pistachio tiramisu is surprisingly light and tasty. There is a mixture of seating within the restaurant and in the patio. read more

One of the best lunch experiences I've had in a long while. The sandwiches we ordered were both fantastic- deliziosa and porchetta classica. The bread was perfect, the portions were great, and the flavours and textures were a perfect combination. The pistachio tiramisu is equally fantastic- creamy and not too sweet. Service was kind, fast, and friendly. Ambiance is quaint, clean, and calm. Prices were reasonable as well. Will be returning again and again and again! read more
