I have been a loyal customer since 2023 and I always opt for my go to: 2 large Almond-Butter Split Bowls with granola, banana, strawberry, & honey. Unfortunately, I've noticed a hike in prices. I used to get 1 bowl for around $8 (so total around $17), but now it's closer to $11 for 1 (so $23 after tax for 2). Same quantity & same delicious quality, but a bizarre price increase for sure; no longer feels like my affordable guilty pleasure smh. The owner was really nice last I went in a few years ago about the discontinue of the Butter Pecan Bowl, which I loved as well. I really hope the prices can get back to something more sustainable or perhaps discount deals for customers that buy multiple bowls. read more

Well I can definitely say I know everything is fresh and not because I've eaten from here but also because I do deliveries here! It nice to know I get to eat the fruits I picked lol I was given a complementary smoothie the last time I was here and I chose the PD Delight smoothie. It was good but made me realize that I'm not as obsessed with peanut butter as I thought I was but if you're, go for it! Maybe do an add on of Nutella to make it like a peanut butter cup B) This time around I was craving a açaí bowl! (I paid for it myself) The one that jumped out to me the most was the Caribbean Passion Bowl, the name caught my eyes first but seeing MANGO sold me. You get to choose from medium or large (medium is already a decent size), 2 fruit (strawberries, bananas or pineapple), granola and/or coconut flakes, honey and/or agave. I can agree that the a/c isn't always working but you can sit outside and if you ask they will prop the door open. The inside is very colorful thanks to the really cool murals. I've personally never had a problem with staff, they've been nice to me. You should definitely give this place a try! read more

Wanted something healthy and found this place. The moment you walk in you're greeted and assisted. I was going to get an açaí bowl but settled for a smoothie instead. I got a tropical bliss smoothie which is strawberry, banana and I sub the coconut water for orange juice. It was yummy, nice and creamy. I tried the peanut butter and banana smoothie it wasn't my favorite but that's a personal preference. You can tell everything is done fresh and from scratch. Will return again read more

What a cool spot! Tucked in the back corner of the ocoee plaza (Planet fitness and twistee treat) you'll find this little gem. Hand painted walls, expansive menu of açaí bowls, juices, smoothies and wellness shots. The staff is sweet and helpful. Order at the counter and option to take to go or sit and enjoy in their seating area. They have 6 small tables and chairs, outdoor seating as well. A great post workout snack or wellness fuel. I absolutely love this place! This is a tropical paradise in the middle of Ocoee. It's so crazy because it's hidden in the plaza, too, so unless you were referred or driving in that plaza, you would never know it's there. We were referred there because we had heard so many raves about it from friends AND it's next door to the barber my husband goes to. We decided we wanted a refreshing treat and we headed their way. We showed up on a Saturday afternoon and the pace was steady. The staff was preparing the fruit and running the business like a well oiled machine. We decided to order medium acai bowls. I love granola, banana, strawberry, and pineapple on mine. I added some coconut flakes and honey. My husband basically did the same thing except he added peanut butter. It was quickly prepared and served. While we waited, we took funny pictures with the amazing murals painted on the walls. We ate some of our bowls there as we couldn't wait another second to take a bite! We will definitely be back. Sidenote - the owner is SO kind too! Literally nicest person ever! This is my go-to juice bar! I always come here when I'm craving an açaí bowl, they make the best! All of their produce are fresh and everything is made to order. They also have several fresh juices and immunity shots that are refreshing and yummy! I usually get the Happy Buddha bowl with strawberry, banana, coconut flakes, and honey drizzle. We came in to try the acai bowls and went with the Caribbean Passion. It was well blended with a generous amount of toppings and not overly sweet. I would've liked a little more of a citrus "pop" to the flavor to make it stand out. I have been loyal to this Acai/Juice/smoothie cafe for soooo many years. I live in East Orlando now and constantly crave their bowls. Is the best choice after a workout and as a healthy meal. The texture of the Acai is smooth and not icy. It takes forever to get liquidy which is an amazing sign that it's pure Acai fruit with no extra ice in it. The bowls usually come with granola, coconut flakes, honey or agave, 2 fresh fruits, and other add in options too. These bowls are 100% worth it, I've taken the pickiest eaters here and everyone has always approved and wanted to come back for more! The owner is so kind and friendly, running such a great business! They have a rewards program which I have participated in for years and enjoy. I must say, this is the most gorgeous healthy cafe you will visit in central florida!!! The walls are painted in indian mermaid murals with fruit and even a beautiful Ganesh mural on one wall. I hope they expand to the waterford/ucf area one day because I will be there immediately and they would blow up in popularity in this neighborhood. Absolutely delicious and fresh ingredients. As soon as you walk through the door you smell fresh fruit rind in the air. They have so many different options with multiple combinations of fruit and base. I had the Caribbean which was not too sweet and had the perfect consistency. My friends had the knockout and the Nutella. I tried both and they were so good. The knockout has peanut butter in the base and the Nutella is in the base of the Nutella bowl. I ordered the protein monster bowl and it was so good, my husband loved it as well. He got the mango smoothie I don't remember the name of it but it was good, not as good as the bowl though. I didn't know how badly I needed a juice bar in my life until stumbling into Tru Nature on a whim. What started as a random craving for breakfast has become a habitual ritual that I have no intention of stopping. Everything I've had, the açai bowls, the smoothies, the juices, are all equally amazing! Any preference is entirely based on my mood for the day since Tru Nature never disappoints and my favorite part: no added sugar to any of their options unless requested (with honey or agave as an optional topping to the açaí bowls along with fresh fruit, coconut, and granola). The ingredients you see on the menu for each item is exactly what you get -unless you have an substitution requests of course - with no hidden additions. This also means a juice may look / taste a little different every single depending on which fruit or veggie is riper / in season. It's giving mystery with a pleasant surprise and as a girl who grew up on her Caribbean grandmothers' homemade juices, I welcome it. Here are a some of my favorites: Açai Bowls: Happy Buddha, Caribbean Passion, Key Bowl Juices: Green Goddess, Super C, Detox Smoothies: PB Delight, Mangolicious It's a decent size shop with an underwater themed mural as wall decor, lots of standing room, and seating for about 20 people inside and 4 to 6 people outside. It's always so clean and usually there are two to three staff members hustling and prepping behind the counter. They are all so sweet and kind and friendly when taking orders and always seem to accommodate to customer requests to the best of their abilities. It's just a five star experience. After visiting some açaí places I decided to try Tru nature, I have come before but I got the smoothies. The bowls are definitely good, I asked to try the base and they're both great. Super sweet, and fruity. Both my boyfriend and I got the Dark Chocolate bowls, both very nice. The service was fantastic, the young man working gave me input on what I should get and was super friendly. I recommend this place as the prizes are great and the food was worth it. The only reason I have it 4 starts is because the bananas on both my bowl and my boyfriends bowl were kind of old. If you look closely you'll see there are some dark spots on them. The inside of the restaurant is vibrant with bright murals on the walls and tables and chairs in primary colors. The fruit and vegetables look very fresh. Everything on their extensive menu looks fantastic. I came in for a smoothie. There were many to chose from but I landed on the Funky Monkey. It's made with orange juice, pineapple, strawberries, spinach and agave. I loved it. It's the kind of drink that gets better and better with every sip. At the end you wish that there was more. You can order online or use their app and pick up your order. This is pretty convenient since the restaurant stays pretty busy. read more

I thought the bowls were very reasonably priced at $8.00. The store is currently only allowing 5 customers inside at a time due to the Coronavirus which I didn't mind at all. Very poor service. As I walked in the Tru Nature restaurant 25 minutes before the store closed at 7 pm, I was quickly denied service. I was told they were short staffed and they couldn't simply make me a smoothie. The owner needs to employee girls that want to actually work and not stand around talking. who knows how many other customlet's were turned away. 5 Stars for a great acai bowls, smoothies, juice shots, and -- most importantly -- really helpful staff! I had just finished a rigorous yoga class at Firefly across the street and was in desperate need of a protein-packed bowl and smoothie to hold me over for a day filled with movement. I arrived and was a bit overwhelmed by the choices, so I decided to let a staff member choose for me. I spoke to a woman at the counter and explained what I was looking for: a bowl and smoothie that weren't too sweet, included greens, and tons of protein. She led me to the Buddha belly and suggested I add hemp seeds and spinach for extra protein and heartiness. The bowl itself consists of acai, banana, blueberries, almond butter, dark chocolate chips, and almond milk. It comes with your choice of two fresh fruit toppings, granola, hemp, coconut, and agave or honey. The bowl arrived and they did not skimp! It was big, cold, and bold! If I changed anything, I might ask for them to go light on the chocolate chips as they were a bit too crunchy and plentiful for my taste. But that's just personal taste! Otherwise, it filled me up and felt like I was eating the best, thick ice cream in town. For a smoothie, I again asked for more protein and was advised to get the Almond joy (I added kale because I'm crazy about them greens). It was filled to the brim and absolutely decadent! This was a thick smoothie and was just on the edge of sweetness that I could handle. This, paired with the acai bowl, was an explosion of goodness! In terms of logistics, the parking is simple and ample and the interior is bright and fabulous! I love the mural and the tables and chairs are super cute. After trying Vitality Bowl the other day and doing a review, I saw several comparisons to Try Nature so I decided to give it a try. The store is a little larger and had more seating, but I did not get it was so personal as the competition. In reviewing the menu, this store seems to cater more to the flavorful smoothies and juices and less to the health aspect. Overall I liked the competitive location better. One sinning light here is that they use a larger wider straw which made it easier to drink. I didn't not yet any bowls sure other items though. I will go back and post a comparison then My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what you expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special and a 5 means you were blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing and a 1-star rating is terrible read more
