The location is unassuming and completely unpretentious, but the flavor and balance of the bowls they make? I have not been able to find anything like it anywhere else. Being a Miami girly now, I have tried every acai and smoothie bowl spot I can think of, and nothing matches the quality, the flavors, the texture, and the pure excellence of what True Nature puts out. If I were a billionaire, I would scoop up this entire team and bring them to Miami so I could have these bowls every single day. It is one of those places where it doesn't matter where I'm staying in Orlando. I am going out of my way to get there. My go-to is the mango pitaya bowl, and my mouth is literally watering just writing this review because I wish so badly I could be back there having one right now. If you're looking for a healthy sugar fix or a hearty, feel-good start to your day, please go to True Nature. You will not regret it!

Unfortunately, I've noticed a hike in prices. I used to get 1 bowl for around $8 (so total around $17), but now it's closer to $11 for 1 (so $23 after tax for 2). Same quantity & same delicious quality, but a bizarre price increase for sure; no longer feels like my affordable guilty pleasure smh. The owner was really nice last I went in a few years ago about the discontinue of the Butter Pecan Bowl, which I loved as well. I really hope the prices can get back to something more sustainable or perhaps discount deals for customers that buy multiple bowls.

I got a small açaí bowl with a creatine add-on, and honestly, it was the best-tasting açaí I've had anywhere around. Also love the self-order kiosk -- super convenient. Definitely coming back!

You can get their signature bowls or create your own. Keep in mind, they do take a while to build your order so manage your time wisely if you're on a time crunch. They are a bit pricier compared to other açaí places but quite tasty. And they pack it up in a nice insulated bag to keep your bowl cool if you're taking it to go.

Was a little hesitant since I walked in and there was no one in the shop. Another worker came out and they worked on making my drink. I waited a few minutes before it was ready, exploring the small trinkets for sale and claw machine in the back. I ordered a fresh brewed oolong milk tea with almond milk, boba, and pudding at 75% sweetness. I was pleasantly surprised that the tea was strongly brewed and really tasted freshly made! The boba was a good texture. I've had better pudding elsewhere, but I was craving it so it definitely helped satisfy those cravings. I ended up getting a raspberry/nutella filled croissant and an iced mocha. The iced mocha was fine, just not very sweet (which is definitely a personal preference). But the croissant was a letdown... there was barely any filling, which honestly defeats the whole point of ordering it.
