In honor of National Boba Tea Day, a few co-workers and I decided to check out Love at First Sip. It was our first visit. The shop is tucked behind the building (shared with a hairstylist), so make sure to head around back for parking and the entrance. The space itself is small. I had seen pictures online and was hoping to snap a selfie on the iconic couch, but it was no longer there I ordered the Mousse Golden Milk Tea and added boba for a little extra. The drink was made surprisingly fast, especially since we all ordered different items. Mine was tasty and super refreshing. Got a little lost finding the place but I think that was my bad. It's actually around the back of another store! It was cute inside but a little small not somewhere to sit and drink your tea in my opinion. I enjoyed my drink the taste was good but I feel like it could have more flavor and sweetness but I like a lot of sweetness in my drinks. The boba I thought was good nice and soft not too chewy. The fruit tea I got had a lot if sliced fruit inclusions in it. I did not know that before I ordered it but idc I'm fine with it just a warning in case you don't like those sort of things! This hidden boba spot is in the back of what I thought was a hair salon with a tea bar inside. I was surprised to see its own little shop in the back. They have a lot of choices and several flavors I've never seen. I stuck with traditional matcha, but the butterfly tea was pretty good as well. It contains fresh fruit and a citrus taste. I tell you all this because we asked what butterfly tea was and the lady could only describe it as made with butterfly flowers. So now you know, it's citrusy tasting! It's about $6 a cup, and we grabbed some interesting Asian snacks also. Ask the price first. They are very overpriced! read more

This came up when I was searching for a bubble tea place to try not too far from me. One of my new friends mentioned it was good tea and warned me in advance that it is located behind the salon that faces the street. The salon is next to a car wash - make sure to turn before the car wash. There is not a lot of parking so I suggest trying to pick a time and day where it might not be super busy. The shop is very intimate - there are two counters against the windows of the shop for people to sit and enjoy their teas and any snacks they buy, but otherwise, you can pretty much grab your drink and go along your day. (Not the kind of the place to comfortably work or study while enjoying your tea/food.) Staff were friendly and helpful. I let them know this was my first visit and they explained which drinks could be adjusted for milk preferences, sweetness levels, and whatnot. There are certain drinks like the Thai milk tea and cookies and cream that cannot be adjusted for sweetness or milk options - the gal who waited on me did offer to let me try the Thai tea if I wanted before making a decision. I ended up choosing the brown sugar milk tea with oat milk and half sweetness, plus boba. Service was quick - as soon as I finished paying, my drink was ready. They have a rewards program that does add up to a free drink. Tea was balanced and very good once the brown sugar was stirred up. Price was pretty on par with what I've paid for a good sized boba tea with adjustments to the milk option. read more

This place has been on my list since it opened and I just got a chance to go there. The location is great since it's close to 50, but the way to get there is a little tricky as it's just a small road to get to the back of the salon. They tried to decorate it cutely. The service was good and they made their drinks very quickly, but unfortunately, I don't like their Cheese Mousse Thai Tea. It was so watery. It felt like they left it in the melting ice or reused Thai tea too many times. read more

A cute little shop located behind a salon in Winter Garden! I thought this was a coffee shop, but it's not. However, they have amazing teas! I went with the golden milk tea and added boba. I typically don't do iced tea (I know I'm a weirdo) but saw really good reviews and loved the unique decor of this place so I decided to grab my sister and check it out. The cashier did a really good job at explaining all the drink options and offered recommendations of what to get. The drink that stuck out most to me was the Butterfly Fruit Tea and I decided to add the passion fruit boba balls for a little razzle dazzle. My Daughter is a big fan Boba Tea, we found this 100% by accident. It is located at the back of the building, we happened to be getting a car wash, and my 13 year old Daughter shouted with excitement, "Can I get one!!" I'm like, "one of what!" BOBA! I still only see a car wash and I'm thinkin', "this kids lost her mind". I see her pointing at this tiny, little, clean, hole in the wall type of place. So, as usual, I say yes after the car was (review of car wash coming soon) I've never been in a Boba Tea store and I'm looking at the menu thinking, "my 13 year old daughter that is super picky, lives this stuff? Wow!" She ordered a Brown Sugar Milk $6. The service was fast, the young lady wasn't overly welcoming, but that's the norm in my experience with young people. She got her drink and it loom cool! I really was looking forward to the butterfly milk tea since it is rare to find this type of drink anywhere. As pretty as it looks, it taste like water down half and half. There's no taste of the tea. I didn't like how the cup was filled with 2/3 ice, you're barely getting anything for the price you pay. The tapioca boba is average, chewy and gives you a decent amount. The bobarista is very friendly and I love the aesthetic of the shop! I would be careful when getting into the parking since it quite tight. There's only one lane going in and out of the parking. I'm sure they have plenty of better option than the one I got! read more

I am absolutely in love with this place!! First off, the drinks were amazing. They were a nice, large size and I loved *every* sip. They were nice enough to let me try the Thai tea before ordering since it was my first time and that is what I ended up getting because it was delicious!! I also loved the cheese mousse (even though it sounded strange to me at first). My friend had the butterfly tea which was also so good and refreshing. We also tried a few flavors of macaroons, which were tasty as well. This place is small but sooo cute! They have an awesome little photo spot and it is gorgeous. It was a little difficult to find, since there isn't a sign from the street but Love at First Sip is directly behind the salon. The actual shop is small, but really cute. There are some chairs and tables outside and a few chairs inside. There is also a really nice Instagram-worthy backdrop. There's a lot of choices when it comes to the teas. I decided to go with the butterfly tea and added some lychee jellies. The tea was so refreshing and reminded me of a non-alcoholic sangria because it had cut up fruit. You get your choice of straw. First of all, this place is SUPER cute inside! However it is VERY hard to find. There are no signs outside and if you miss your turn it's a nightmare trying to get back. The staff is super nice and the menu is great- finally found another place with the cheese mousse which made me very excited! They take their time to craft the drinks too which is nice. I got the rose tea though and I will say I didn't taste any rose flavor. It was a little too light. This is my go-to boba tea place, although it is not the easiest location to get to. It is located behind the Moon Salon hair studio and you have to go through a narrow lane next to the studio to park in the back. If this was in a better location, I'd definitely go more often. The inside is super cute with pink flowers and crystals everywhere. There's also a selection of Asian snacks including chips, ramen bowls, and candies. I always get the fruit tea, no basil seeds and no boba and no toppings, but more adventurous friends get cheese foam and regular boba or popping bobas (they have different flavors each week, make sure to ask what the flavor is). My son likes the Golden Milk tea with whatever the latest flavor of popping bobas is and my husband gets the Vietnamese coffee with cheese foam. They also have seasonal specials like Watermelon Green Tea in the summer. read more

I don't recall seeing a sign for the place, but it is on the back side of the same building as the Moon Salon. Google maps led me straight there! Going in and out of the parking lot may be a little difficult because only one car can fit through to the parking lot, but this place is definitely worth trying. Upon entering, my first impression is that this place is really quaint and cute. I got the tiger milk boba and butterfly tea. Both drinks were really good. The tiger milk boba was not too sweet, but sweet enough to taste. The boba tasted fresh and was chewy and soft. There was some sweetness to the boba and it wasn't plain. The ratio of the drink to boba was perfect also. Typically, I always have left over boba even when I finish my drink, but I didn't have any left over boba with this one. Stopped in for a sweet treat and drink to end the week off. We did have a little bit of a problem finding the location, but it is behind the hair salon so once we found it there it was no issue after that. We were quickly greeted and assisted with our order. My daughter tried the boba and liked, but she has determined that she prefers popping pearls that she has tried in other locations. The viet coffee over ice is literally like Vietnamese coffee that you would get at any of Vietnamese Restaurant except it was a larger portion. The Jasmine milk tea is really good with the creamer and not too sweet. I changed it to oat milk and the flavor was delicious. The strawberry milk is made with a strawberry purée and is kind of sweet, i'm not sure if you could adjust sweetness, but if you like strawberry milk, this is a good choice. The Thai milk tea is their number one best seller, but I actually think the butterfly milk is much more delicious. The service is also great! Recently got into the boba tea trend and had to come try this spot after finding it on Yelp. As others have mentioned it's kinda hidden from the main road behind a hair salon, but totally worth stopping in. I love how kawaii the cafe is decorated and that they sell Asian snacks. It definitely fits the ambiance. I tried the Jasmine milk tea with boba and loved it so much. Also the cups are adorable with the red heart on top of the lid. I will definitely be making this place a part of my routine. This place is hidden off the main road behind a salon. You would have no idea this cute little sparkly oasis is back there! Based of the yelp photos I went with the butterfly milk tea with boba (additional fee). I also opted for oat milk instead of regular milk which was an upcharge. Staff was super friendly, all drinks are made to order so it could take some time if it is busy. It was good, but a little expensive. I really liked the milk tea but wasn't a huge fan of the boba. I finally took the opportunity to stop by Love at First Sip. It's a terrible location with horrible signage but the drinks are tasty. The employee working the cash register was super informative and she made every effort to clearly explain the menu. It's apparent that they want your expectations to match what you are paying for. I ordered a butterfly boba for my grandson and two brown sugar drinks made with oat milk with a shot of espresso in each. It cost around $27.00 for three drinks. I was disappointed that they only come in one size. They are not catering to children even though they serve kid approved flavors. The Butterfly drink tasted like a watered down juice box and my grandson enjoyed it. My daughter and I both liked the Brown Sugar drink and would order it again. The menu has your standard drinks and a couple of delicious teas. The brow sugar milk is the best I've had anywhere in Orlando. Their boba is always chewy, never hard, and warm. It's a perfect companion to the milk. They also offer different types of milk (almond? And lactose free). No taro here but that's okay because of all their other options. The black sugar crystal boba is familiar - tastes like the coffee jelly in other places. The place is small but cute. But the chemical smell from the salon next door is very strong, even with my mask on. The couch is cute for an IG photo prop. The outdoor tables are great in times of COVID. Appreciated that there's a large hand sanitizer by the entrance. Overall a solid 3 star. If I'm in the area and feeling for boba, I'll stop by. But I won't go out of my way to get boba here. A little tricky to locate, but the café is located before the car wash, and directly behind/attached to the hair salon with plenty of parking in the back. The space itself is humble, but they have some tables and chairs outside as well. The inside has plenty of pink, and nice backdrops and photo opportunities for social media. I believe the owners also had their dog there, which was a plus for me! The actual drink was delicious. My favorite is the matcha mousse tea which is creamy and refreshing. The cheese mousse on top is innovative, and is like a foamy cheesecake souffle that adds a nice compliment to the drink. First impression of the store is what a chic, bright, and welcoming boba shop! The interior is fresh and unlike anything around town and I am digging it. They have handled opening during quarantine so great. Giving away masks with purchases some days, plenty of sanitizer and the employees were being safe as well. I felt very comfortable when I visited. I ordered a chai tea and my husband the brown sugar with boba and both of us really enjoyed our drinks! Is it Pinky Up or Love at First Sip? Idk, but their brown sugar boba is bomb dot com! Good luck trying to find the place for the first time cause signage is not clear and the entrance is one-way. It is tucked behind Moon Salon. They seemed to have opened up right in the middle of pandemic, but we were itching to get out and support small businesses even if it meant takeout. The inside is very girly and pink! There's a whole wall dedicated to the perfect picture spot. The space is pretty small and with social distancing, not quite a good place to sit and enjoy our drink. Their brown sugar boba is nice and rich along with the Thai tea. I prefer my drinks a bit richer so i can drink it slow and allow the ice to melt slowly to balance the flavors. The boba had a satisying chew to it and had that molasses sweet flavor that is sometimes missing in other boba places. The staff was super nice and the girl who we talked to was super helpful and friendly in describing their menu. Even while wearing a mask, you can tell she was smiling. Will definitely have to come back and try the fruit flavors. Winter Garden/Horizon West area was in desperate need of a boba joint and finally glad to have one near me.
