I love going to boba spots, but not getting boba haha. This is another great spot for an unsweetened tea. They also have nice snacks like the Bubble Waffle and other tasty treats. The service here is always good. The cashiers here always seem to be in a good mood and work quickly. The shop is modern and comfortable. Their some tables and bench space. Great for sitting with your computer and getting work done.

My husband and I stopped in on a Friday night around 9:20 pm for a late boba and Frosty Fox did not disappoint! We tried a taro slush with cheese foam and chewy boba and it was delicious! My husband and I both agreed it was the best boba drink we've had. It was a bit pricier, we paid $8.50 before tax, but it was definitely worth it. The employee who served us was very nice and gave us a punch card to earn 1 free drink and topping after purchasing 8 drinks. We had a short wait for our drink to be made and enjoyed the atmosphere of the boba shop. It gives off coffee shop vibes inside, definitely could bring your laptop and do some work here. Overall, really fun and tasty! Will come back!!

While I was out earlier I stopped in for a pick me up with some coworkers. It was pretty quiet which was to be expected in the middle of the day. Since nice of us had been there he, the staff at the counter walked through the menu and answered all the questions we had as far as what to get. I opted for the brown sugar Croffle (YUM) which comes with boba toppings, and my other coworkers each got an egg puffle one with matcha and one plain one. We all loved everything we tried here and we can't wait to come back!

My initial email to management (2 of 2)
    E D.

I'm not one to pull the race card but when I see nonsense, I call it out. I attached screenshots of the email I sent to their management and his reply. In short, please if you're a person who identifies as I do, be cautious with this establishment. I understand people's opinions but treating someone any type of way strictly because of the color of their skin or nationality is nasty nasty work. "I'm a regular patron at Frosty Fox the Baldwin Park location and my husband (a 2nd time guest) also accompanied me. I ordered a large mango green tea with light ice and lychee jelly at around 4 pmMy husband did not order a drink. We made ourselves comfortable and sat down near the barista window where the syrups are. There were 2 ladies working in the front tonight, one with dark brown curly hair and another with blonde hair in a ponytail. The young lady with dark brown curly hair was very courteous and helpful. She provided me with your email as the manager. The other young lady with the blond hair in a ponytail, however, was quite peculiar. I'm not sure what her intentions were but she kept looking over at my husband and I with a very unwelcoming displeasing facial expression, perhaps because he didn't order a drink, or because we had remained at the cafe for about 3 hours while my drink was still full, or--dare I say--because of my husband and I's, ethnicities (black Caribbean). I hope it is not the third possibility as that would be very unethical and disrespectful. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I don't take lightly to anyone, especially my spouse, being prejudiced for their ethnicity, nationality, etcetera. There were 2 other patrons sitting across from us (they did not share our ethnicities, not that that should matter) that were sitting with their laptops and empty drinks. They had been at the cafe for a lot longer than my husband and I. But yet, the young lady with the blond hair in a ponytail, kept looking over at us with that very unwelcoming nasty facial expression. I hope you can understand my plight as I enjoy the Frosty Fox and I use my stamp card very frequently. It's my favorite study spot and I love the relaxed ambience. However, I have very little tolerance for nonverbal gestures/expressions that are deemed as disrespectful that may insinuate something more grave."

Stopped into Frosty Fox for a little treat before heading down to Lake Baldwin Park for an afternoon stroll. I saw that they had refreshing fruit mojito mocktails on their menu which I was very excited about since I've been trying to limit my caffeine intake during pregnancy. They have yummy flavors like pineapple, mango, strawberry, lychee, and my personal fave, passionfruit. I'm a sucker for anything passionfruit these days and it did not disappoint! My husband went with their Korean iced coffee and which was strong and delicious. I took a few sips -- yum! He was definitely buzzing from the caffeine afterwards. We also decided to try their new brown sugar croffles topped with boba (waffle pressed croissants) and the strawberry egg puffle. The puffles are pretty big and come stuffed with gelato with your choice of 3 toppings. We got fruity pebbles, butter cookie, and strawberry pocky. The puffle was my favorite and it was perfect for sharing. After fueling up on caffeine and sugar, we were ready to embark on our long walk around the lake lol. As I near the end of my pregnancy, I am definitely motivated by treats so I see more visits to Frosty Fox in the near future!

From the moment you step inside, you're welcomed by the irresistible aroma of freshly made waffles. The atmosphere is both relaxing and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind. I ordered the brown sugar latte, which was so delicious and refreshing that it instantly became my new favorite drink.

Super cute place! Wonderful staff with great suggestions and kind hearts. The prices were very inexpensive and they had a lot of options to choose from. Make sure that you tell them what level of sweetness you want because I totally forgot to tell them mine and it was way too sweet for me. However, They seem that they are very accommodating and extremely helpful! The shop is very cute and looks nice and clean. I will definitely be back to try waffles.

What a lovely little spot!! The Thai Tea was really tasty and the staff was all great! The shop is right in the middle of Lake Baldwin, so it is the perfect spot to grab a tea and walk around. The shop also has some indoor and outdoor tables if you would rather sit and sip! Plus, their logo is the cutest

Ive stopped by this place a few times. Before I went, I had always been intrigued passing by as it's a very pretty and aesthetic shop. I went in expecting it be super expensive because of the area but drinks and food are reasonably priced. The baristas have all been very friendly and made my items with care. I love their Hong Kong Milk Tea the most. Everything I have tried has been great. The store is also well kept.

My favorite little tea and boba spot! I love that you can customize your drink with your milk preference and amount of sugar. I always choose oat milk and 25% sugar instead of a full 100%, and you even have the option to do no sugar at all. The quality of the Thai tea is great, you can tell it's actual brewed tea and not just the flavoring. I recommend adding chewy boba for a small upcharge. My favorites are the Thai tea and taro! Service is very friendly and the inside is very relaxing, has several tables for studying or working, and the decor is simple and very zen.

    Stephany S.

Stopped in to try their boba tea. The tea is freshly brewed, definitely not from a powder. You can also choose what type of milk you want added to your tea and they don't charge extra which is appreciated! You can customize by level of ice as well as sweetness. You can add in chewy boba for $.75. The prices were reasonable. A large tea was $5.50. The staff was quick and friendly. This place is a cute little coffee/tea/dessert stop located in the downtown Baldwin Park area.

The Rundown: nice walk up café with minor bites and varied menu. Outside of their coffee though the specialty drinks are not quite anything I'd order again. The Review: Frosty Fox is a nice small location near Lake Baldwin, the inside is really well done and the staff are friendly and efficient. Prices are reasonable too! We ordered off three menu aspects: coffee, latte (non-coffee), and pastry. The coffee my friend said was very good. I ordered a latte, as just plain coffee us not quite my thing. The Strawberry latte sounded most interesting so I went ahead with that. We also ordered a bacon croissant. The croissant was glazed perfectly and the bacon was a nice addition! The strawberry latte was...Basically just Milk. Thick strawberry syrup is added to the bottom, along with a couple sliced strawberries, and it was a good 85% milk. You stir it yourself to mix, which was fine. Being a drink mix place, I was expecting the drink to be mixed VS just layered ingredients. Not the biggest deal - and it did mix just fine but because there's so much milk I can't recommend the lattes unless you REALLY love milk. Overall, it's a nice vibe and you won't regret stopping by. Also the bathrooms are really nice!

Looking around, it seems like this was the spot in downtown Baldwin for an early coffee due to many other shops not being opened yet. The crowd was middle aged individuals catching up on the news and enjoying the casual laid back vibes. The cappuccino was delicious. It was perfect for the chilly morning it was and went down smooth. The hot chocolate had a nice richness to the chocolate. The chocolate croissant was perfectly flaky so you know it was fresh. The breakfast sandwich had 2 huge eggs on it which made it very filling.
