Had such a great experience at Filigree Coffee Alex was incredibly sweet and helpful from the moment we walked in. The vibe is fun, modern, and super hip, definitely one of those coffee shops you actually want to hang out and work from for a while. We tried the matcha latte, oat milk latte, and the Earl Grey cold brew with cold foam, and all were so good and unique. Plenty of seating and a great atmosphere for getting work done or meeting up with a friend. Will definitely be back! read more

A decent little coffee spot! We stopped in during a vendors market weekend and it was very lively. The coffee was well made, and had a good balance of flavor. We both got lattes (Mocha and a lavender iced latte) which were both perfectly iced. I noticed the barista took the extra step of stirring the flavors before pouring over the ice which ensured that it was well combined. I dislike when you just take a sip full of syrup and can tell it wasn't made with care, so this extra step made me feel like the barista put a good amount of effort into making our drinks - despite being busy. Long time Starbucks Chai fan that is until they changed the formula a few weeks ago....after many attempts trying to get it to taste the way it used to I have given up. Stopped in at Filigree after I heard they made a "great" chai from two girls in front of me in line at the new TJs. I explained to the barista that I loved the old Starbucks version and asked if their version was a "spicy chai" and she told me yes, no need to modify it at all. First thing to know is if you want it hot they only have it available as a small (so 12 oz) which seems very odd , plus they charge for oat milk - So my 12oz oat milk chai came out to $6.75 I also got an iced one for a friend which was 16oz with oat milk that was $7.25 So both considerably more than venti ones from Starbucks....Which would have been okay IF it was tasty. These two drinks tasted like hot milk and nothing else, not even a hint of spice to be found. If we had stayed there to drink them (no seats available at 12pm) I would have brought it back up and asked them to try and fix it, but that shouldn't have been the case. I was told they were "spicy" and they both couldn't have been further from that description. read more

I have been going to Filigree since they had a spot in Home State Brewing Co. I am so glad they finally have their own location. I usually get something off their seasonal menu. I have been on such a matcha kick recently, so I asked if they could make a matcha but with blueberry syrup since they were using it for the seasonal drinks. It was amazing! I didn't know this, but the pastries they have are actually from Buttermilk Bakery. They had a cold case of other drinks available for purchase, along with merch and coffee beans. So nice we went twice! Was up on this side of town for a market so we made the line in the morning to grab a coffee and some snacks. It's a cute little spot with limited but decent seating for the size. The baked goods were tasty and the coffee was rich and smooth. The new stand alone location just opened. Been wanting to try this place but was waiting for the move. The shop is small but cute. I hope they eventually put their menu up on the wall as they only had one menu right in front of the register. Ordering was VERY slow, so if you are in a rush, probably don't recommend coming here, but hopefully with time this changes. We enjoyed our drinks, I ordered a latte with lavender syrup which was tasty and didn't have the candle taste that some lavender flavorings do. My partner enjoyed his cortado. The flavor of the coffee isn't very bold, but honestly I prefer that compared to Starbucks which I do not enjoy. Everyone working there was also super nice. This is a nice cafe located near the Hamlin cinemas. Inside seating isn't particularly spacious. The coffee tasted good. I had a seasonal coffee blended with turmeric and almond milk. Fresh pastries are made on site and I had a croissant. It was good, but not extraordinary. This is a welcome addition to the local scene as there aren't enough independent cafes in Orlando, imho. read more

We (finally) visited Filigree Coffee inside Home State Brewery. They plan on opening up a separate location next door to the brewery TBD. In the meantime, though, the brewery seating actually creates the perfect atmosphere for a coffee house. There are sofas, comfy chairs, and coffee tables, in addition to tables where several people were working on their laptops. At the back of the establishment in front of the beer tanks is a cart set up for ordering coffee. We both ordered the filter/drip coffee. It comes in a little pitcher with a cup and saucer. If you're drinking your coffee black, be careful not to fill up the cup too much (like I did), as there wasn't a handle, so the glass gets very hot to the touch! The seasonal coffee blend was light and smooth, but it seemed to really jolt my system. We sat on one of the sofas and enjoyed our coffees while chatting. It had the ambiance of a Starbucks in the 90s/00s before they went all tables. And with all the windows in the building, there was so much natural sunlight coming through, accentuating the cheerful atmosphere. And then there's their entire outdoor seating on the covered patio available as well. It was a great first experience. I'm looking forward to Filigree opening their independent location next door, but they really offer so much right now by sharing the brewery space. read more

I've been twice, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. I preferred my visit when I went in the morning because I was able to hop over to Home State Brewing and work from their outdoor patio. There isn't a lot of seating inside Filigree, so this was a nice option plus it was a beautiful day. I had a guava and cheese pastry the last time I went and it was so good, I would definitely try and get that again. The coffee I have gotten hasn't always been super hot, it's been lukewarm but I've just rolled with it. read more

I am not often in winter garden but had to sample an independent coffee shop while I was here. Filigree coffee was on my map so that was decided and luck was definitely on my side. They had a fascinating seasonal menu so I grabbed a pastry and matcha to bring home for my boy. But not any matcha... a fig jam matcha. Yes! The baristas were beyond kind and accommodating since I had an hour drive ahead of me and didn't want to ruin the carefully crafted drink with melting ice. I will be returning here time and again whenever life and work brings me out this way. Filigree coffee is currently a small but full service counter located inside Home State Brewing Co. However, Filigree's very own storefront is coming soon right next door. I will be excited to check out what they do with their very own space since the loud brewery is certainly the main attraction here. Don't wait for the new doors to open though. First time at this newly opened location. I was a regular at the pop up location next door at Home State Brewing. The aesthetics are clean, calm, and simple. Loved the shop in the front with an assortment of items to take home with you. Service was fast and friendly and happily willing to make recommendations. The menu for food and drink has been expanded. Two things to note: I didn't notice a place with utensils or napkins so may have to ask for those. Great working space! What I came here one day to work. I got their cold guava matcha drink - this was pretty good. I usually like to go for coffees but decided to do something different this time. This was also surprisingly not as sweet as I thought a lot of drinks would be! Very good. There were also a small selection of pastries available, which I didn't take any. Environment This was inside a brewery, pretty nice concept. There is plenty of space available, inside, outside - since it is a brewery space. I am always concerned about the availability of space and outlets. This place was equipped with the outlets needed inside and out! Niceness of the staff Very nice and friendly staff. I had never gone to the cart when the was in Home State so my first impression is of the new brick and mortar and let me say, it's lovely! I had a mocha w/orange bitters and it was perfect--smooth to the last drop, not too sweet not too dry. We also grabbed a Parmesan savory baked good and it was perfect-- flaky, crispy, and just substantial enough to fill your tummy without being crazy heavy. The seating is limited, and to be fair, I came on a day with super high traffic so I'm sure most times it will be sufficient. We went in to try the Christmas drinks, and they did not disappoint! The winter maple latte was amazing. I got the hot and Maddie got the iced. Both were on point, uniquely delicious and woke us up for a day of Christmas shopping! We love the lounge area and outdoor seating too as this is the Home State Brewing Company. I appreciate smaller coffee shops, especially if they roast their own beans which was why I stopped by Filigree during my time in Orlando. My typical order is usually espresso and the barista explained their drip and recommend that I try it, and that's what I did. They were extremely knowledgeable down to the science. It's a small shop with a steady stream of customers and drinks come out quick. They're located inside a brewery with their own storefront opening soon next door. I ventured all the way from my side of town to see what the hype was about at Filigree and I am happy to have made the drive. The coffee shop itself is located inside HomeState Brewery and has a very modern eclectic and charming feel. It is very spacious inside and they have a huge out patio area as well that has a partial awning and 2 huge fans to help keep you cool. It is also dog friendly (outside patio only). We ordered one of their seasonal special coffee drinks, the Summer Spice Latte, one hot and one iced. I had the hot version with almond milk and really loved it. Our barista was super friendly, and walked us through their menu even gave us a quick intro/bio about the space. We were kind of caught off guard because we are so used to rude baristas who ones that seem to have not had their coffee for the day. Definitely would recommend this coffee spot! read more

I was a Starbucks loyal until I discovered what better tasting coffee and service is like. The drinks made at Filigree are always great. I like that they offer some seasonal offerings throughout the year. The baristas take pride in what they do and it shows when you receive your drink. They also have a selection of pastries available at breakfast time. This is located inside Homestate Brewing so is a great, causal atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. I like to take my laptop and get some work done while enjoying an excellent brew. Stumbled upon this coffee shop inside Home State Brewery. They were featuring a coquito Mexican chili coffee as a special for the season so I had to try that. It was delicious! Just the right amount of spiciness on the end. I wish it had a bit more of a coconut flavor, but I appreciated the care that went into making it and how the flavors all worked well together without being overly sweet. My only gripe has to do with the cost. It just seemed a bit pricey for the small size, but I guess since it's local and everything is made in house, I can't complain too much. read more

Picture this: I'm in the Clermont area for a client and began the search for a coffee shop nearby. With surprise - as this area is sparse of coffee shops - I find Filigree Coffee as a listing. With it being a short, scenic drive away with solid reviews, I head to my destination. Filigree is tucked away inside Home State Brewing Co. and its asthetics provide an instant dopamine fix. It gave me laid back vibes and the area itself is clean and sharp. They had a unique listing of coffee items but I played it safe with an iced cappuccino (less milk) with honey and cinnamon. Half caff is not an option here, so I went for the 2 shots of espresso. Deeply rich, strong and delicious, I was a fan of the overall taste. I recommend stopping by with a friend or your laptop for a relaxed sit-down experience! They can expect my arrival again - and perhaps this time I will try a signature drink. read more

I love trying new coffee shops and I am always trying and exploring the ones around CFL. I am so glad I decided to make a visit as soon as I found them on IG. They are inside the brewery on the back of the shop. There is inside and outside seating with a modern and chic look and feel. I was greeted by Kevin, who was nice, friendly, attentive, welcoming and happy to answer any questions not only about the menu but about coffee! He sure made our day and made delish lattes! We ordered oatmilk lattes and the lemon lavender tart (which is from Buttermilk in WP that I love!). One of the best lattes I have had in the area with quality coffee and it sure did not have a bitter or burnt aftertaste, that is a super plus to me! Worth the drive! The coffee quality was 10/10 definitely made with love! And the banana chocolate muffin was so yummy! It wasn't too long of a wait and there was plenty of seating inside and outside and I didn't have a hard time finding parking. My only regret was sharing with my boyfriend next time we're getting out own orders haha. It had a chill ambiance and they also sell coffee too. Love this cute coffee shop that is tucked away inside Home State Brewing in Hamlin. It is the perfect spot to grab a coffee and pastry in the morning if you are out in the Winter Garden area. I have been there a handful of times after running a race in the area and it's always so fresh and delicious. There is also great inside and outside seating at the brewery. It is the spot that our whole crew will walk to after a race and has now almost become a tradition to do so. On my most recent visit I got an Iced Americano and a donut and both were great. My favorite local coffee spot, the best coffee, service and ambience in Orlando. Cannot recommend enough.

I've been to this address several times for beer and trivia nights. I was excited to finally make it out there for coffee. The coffee stand is set up in a corner, and there were 2 lovely humans taking orders and making coffee. The prices were actually slightly higher than starbucks, with far fewer options, but my latte was far tastier than anything I've gotten at the bigger coffee shops. It's a great place for a morning meeting, or to just sit by yourself and enjoy a drink. The pastries also looked delicious, but I didn't try one. It was a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, and I would happily go back. Next time, Im getting a pastry! read more

I am very picky about coffee as the bitterness is not something I'm very fond of, so know that everything said below is 100% sincere. Despite only being about halfway through the salted honey-orange latte, I'm leaving a review. I could tell by first sip that these people are serious about their espresso because WOW it's some of the smoothest I've ever had--absolutely zero bitterness! The orange honey is a little bit too subtle for my tastes, but it compliments the espresso well and you can get a bit more of it in the aftertaste so I'm not too mad about it. It seems they don't use any of those Monin type of premade syrups, so really the only sweetness you're getting is from the honey with this specific flavor. This isn't a problem for me as I prefer something less sugary, and, again, the espresso is so smooth that you don't need all that sugar to offset the bitterness. The baristas were polite and service was quick; not too much to say on that front. It was a little loud and echoey in there, but unfortunately that's how most coffee places are these days. Only TRUE negative is that it is rather expensive for the amount of drink you get... A little over $7 for about 12oz, not including tip. However, it's definitely a "you get what you pay for" type of thing--the coffee game is intense, which I appreciate. I'll definitely go back, maybe not more than twice a week, but definitely on a Saturday when my regular coffee place is super busy. Really recommend for really anyone who drinks coffee! If you are looking to ENJOY your espresso beverage instead of only trying to get some caffeine in your system, I'd go here :) (Bonus message: There's a coffee chain in Boston that offers a cinnamon fig latte on the Autumn/Winter menu and I haven't found it anywhere else--I think these people would do it justice, but I'd be too shy to bring it up in person ) read more

They don't have many pastry options, but the ones they do have are really good options. I haven't tried their coffee, but their hot chocolate was delicious.
