Brought my 3 girls here, and everyone left happy they got a dollys dream-they ate it all! The waffle came out warm, with the cold ice cream so it was a perfect combo. I got the ice cream waffle sandwich and dang it was so good. The staff were super sweet. The place is a little small, especially when they are busy but it definitely hits the sweet tooth spot!

I ordered the Llama cake and Salted Oreo ice cream, both were so yummy. I'm looking forward to going back to try new flavors. The staff was so kind and you're able to sample different flavors before picking.
Ever since having my son 2 years ago, I have to have ice cream everyday. So of course I looked for the best and most unique place I could find. I just wanted to say that The Dolly Llama did not disappoint!!! Ice cream was 10/10. I got the cookie monster, one because my son loves cookie monster and unfortunately I got this during his nap time so he missed out. My lips were blue at the end and definitely gave me away. Service: fast, helpful, and very nice Ambience: inside was nicely decorated to theme, clean and comfortable. Hope to return before I head home
First visit to Dolly Llama this afternoon. We ordered The Dolly Llama - Ultimate Cookie Monster ice cream, whole milk, Oreo crumbs, whipped cream, kinder bar and chocolate sauce ($11), Coffee Snob - Coffee ice cream, whole milk, spekuloos sauce, whipped cream, spekuloos crumbs and rainbow sprinkles ($11) and a scoop of strawberry ice cream with strawberry sauce ($5.75). This place seems to be known for their waffles and bubble waffles but we didn't try those this time. The ice cream is tasty and the place is fun. I've had more coffee flavor in other ice creams from other places but this was good.
This is the kind of ice cream shop that puts in all the works for the ice cream. Which was very tasteful. This is was my first time having cake batter ice cream with little marshmallows in it. I think it was a great touch. Other than that the place was very clean with friendly staff. If you're full or just want to walk around with your ice cream there's definitely plenty of places to walk around in the area

The possibilities are endless! I chose the Jr. bubble waffle with the predesigned Llama Gone Nuts (vanilla ice cream, bananas, almonds and peanut butter sauce. The junior size was perfect!! The suit size is pretty large and there was no way I would have been able to finish it! Love the peanut butter sauce! Cute place to check out for a sweet treat!

The menu is split into sections, and tonight we focused on the 'build your own' part. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and even though I'm very indecisive, they patiently helped me choose the perfect waffle, flavors, and toppings. The waffles are made fresh & paired so well with the ice cream.
I wanted to check out this new waffle and ice cream Shop that recently open in the winter garden village area. I did came at a good time there was only one other patron in the shop. I ended up ordering the strawberry Nutella waffel. It was pretty decent and came out nice and warm. They do offer other items on the menu, which seems good. The owner was nice. There are a few tables in the ice cream shop.
This milkshake was delicious! The staff were very friendly and helped us with our order with ease. I love the llama theme throughout. Super cute and would definitely go again in the future!

Entered with full intent on getting a chocolate chip ice cream, only to realize that they had only vanilla. The worker said she can add chocolate chips, but it's not the same considering how little you'd get on top compared to inside. I also saw the prices were steep, so I changed my mind and walked out without buying anything. read more
Really fun & unique concept. We had never experiqanced anything like this and it was def niche. Lots of varied options. Large portions. Large price tag but for what you get it doesn't feel problematic. As someone with textural issues, I'm not sure this will become a go-to for me. I don't love when the innital texture of a food item changes (so ice cream making waffles soggy is not my thing) But the flavors were interesting and delicious. If I was to return, I would likely get a flavored waffle sans ice cream or an ice cream cone with toppings. My husband and I split a bubble waffle Ice cream and it was delicious and massive but I had to tap out after the ice cream and untouched top bit of waffle were consumed and he had to eat the rest. Would I go back yes, but not as a regualr spot. Do I think others would love the novelty of this placce, absolutly! read more
The Dolly Llama is located in the Winter Garden Village, it's a cute little ice cream/ waffle shop. I always take my son here and he loves the Cotton Candy ice cream and I get the Cake Batter. The ice cream is truly top tier but the only issue is the price. For a single scoop of cotton candy ice cream and a cake batter milkshake ran me $17 plus they ask for a tip so I spent a total of $20, way too expensive for ice cream. read more

I really, really wanted to like this place, but it is just not our preference. My daughter ordered the cookie monster ice cream and she said it tasted like what she imagines playdough taking like. She normally orders 2 scoops and did 1 to try and didn't even finish it since she thought it tasted so bad. I tried the liege waffle with the Ube ice cream. It was good, but I prefer a little stronger Ube flavor and the waffle was good and could tell it was a liege waffle which was a nice plus. We ordered a sprite too and waited and then told it's in the cooler just get it. We were fine with that, but just didn't know and didn't want to just take from the cooler. They are busy and am sure will get better flow/process as they go. We may come try again to see how the bubble waffle is, but we have so many great options in the area that we enjoy the ice cream at so it will just depend if we are in the village when we want ice cream. read more

I came here with my nieces and nephew a few days after opening. They were super excited to come because they were seeing all these promotional ads on Instagram and even my husband and sisters got excited to go because who doesn't love ice cream? I had two issues with this place. The first being that the staff seemed super overworked as the place was packed beyond belief and the shop itself is very small but the staff kept yelling at us to move. Like shouting at us to get out of their way. I feel bad because I'm sure it was very stressful but you can't shout at people like that. We all got yelled at and that's honestly so unacceptable. I could look past that since they were young and super busy but the thing I can't look past was the ice cream, it just wasn't good. It tasted like straight up sugar. No flavor. You can't taste any vanilla or cream, it was just sugar. The texture wasn't velvety and It doesn't help that the monster ice cream wasn't loaded either. We didn't finish the waffle since it was very bland and had no flavor. The man at the cashier was very kind and patient while the kids figured out what the wanted but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know. read more
This was such a cute spot to visit! I love the whole llama concept and the menu is quite tasty looking. I decided to do a custom bubble waffle. I wanted the Dolly's Dream without the brownies and Nutella sauce, so I picked the Cookie Monster Ice Cream and strawberries. One thing I didn't realize until afterwards is that I pretty much paid the same amount I would have paid for the Dolly's Dream. Removing or excluding sauces and brownies does not make it cheaper, which was a bit of a bummer for me because I feel like it should be at least a dollar cheaper if you exclude sauces etc... The presentation of the bubble waffle is quite beautiful and I was able to maintain my fingers free from ice cream (unlike regular ice cream cones). While the ice cream was good, it wasn't creamy. I tend to prefer my ice cream on the creamy side. The bubble waffle however was delicious! They did such a great job with the bubble waffle. The service was also great! I read most reviews where people complained about the service, but what people don't seem to understand is that when a business first opens up and has been getting a lot of media attention prior to opening, the business will be extremely busy full of people. That's why I did the smart thing of waiting and look at that, I had excellent service and I didn't wait in line! I also had a spot to sit. Overall, I enjoyed this place! However, I don't see myself getting the Cookie Monster again just because it left my lips and tongue blue, so I was walking around with blue lips. read more

Such a great addition to the Winter Garden Village! Their name is The Dolly Llama Waffle Master, and they certainly are the masters of waffles -- bubble and their OG liege varieties. I tried both their bubble waffle cone and original OG liege. Both so yummy! I also ordered their XL Dolly Llama Shake made with their ultimate Cookie Monster ice cream, whole milk, Oreo crumbs, and topped with whipped cream, Kinder bars, and chocolate sauce. Everything was delicious and their menu is priced reasonably. I definitely recommend and will be returning soon! read more
New to Winter Garden Village is Dolly Llama, a new ice cream and waffle dessert place. For $10, you can get any of their four recipes in Bubble Waffle or OG Liege form, and for $11 for a very large milkshake. You can also build your own from a large selection of ice cream flavors and toppings. I got the Sugar n Spice OG Liege waffle which has Horchata ice cream, caramel, Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and Speculoos cookies. If you like cinnamon, this is the dessert for you! The waffle was softer than I expected and the flavors went really well together. I liked that Dolly Llama offered flavors that you can't find everywhere such as the horchata, matcha, ube, and banana pudding ice creams, and toppings like the Speculoos cookies, circus animal cookies and Kinder bars. One of my companions got the Dolly Llama shake which is basically a cookies and cream shake but colored a deep blue. He didn't like the color as it made his teeth and lips blue but I would guess that kids would love it. read more
My grandson and I enjoyed a special after school treat at the Dolly Llama. He ordered the popular Dolly Llama Milkshake...it's a Cookie Monster milkshake and I ordered the Coffee Snob. The Cookie Monster was made with Cookie Monster ice cream, milk, Oreo crumbs and chocolate sauce. It's topped with whipped cream and two cookies... tiny Kinder Bar and Oreo. My grandson didn't make a peep from the time that he received his milkshake till he took his last drop of it. It definitely made his day and was the ultimate special treat. The Coffee Snob milkshake was also delicious. It's made with coffee ice cream, milk and speculoos sauce, it's topped with a vanilla Oreo and whipped cream. read more

Dolly Llama is the newest ice cream spot out here that everyone has been talking about. Does it live up to the hype? Absolutely! Flavors are poppin, waffles are delicious and service is amazing. This is a small shop in Winter Garden Village which has about a million stores and restaurants. You can definitely make a day out of it and get your ice cream, shop, have lunch or dinner etc. I had the salted caramel ice cream with dark chocolate drizzle and strawberries on a waffle. It definitely did not disappoint. They let you try the flavors beforehand like most shops. The waffle is made fresh and is nice and warm to melt the ice cream perfectly in it. The fruit adds a nice touch and flavor to both the ice cream and waffle. Despite this being a little drive for me to come out here, I would definitely still come back for more of this delicious combination and try more flavors read more
Displays is very cute and has llamas everywhere. The variety of ice cream flavors are very nice and very different from the other ice cream shops. Their most favorite ice creams are the signature waffles are either the bubble waffles or the regular Belgian waffle. The presentation for every cone or waffle of Ice cream is very appealing. And we were helped a Byam met he he was very nice. He recommended the most selling ice cream. Also, we he gave everybody rosted marshmallows while we were all sitting on the tables, a very nice thing to do from him. I definitely give a 5 start in everything to this establishment. It is with a heavy heart that I have to give such an uncharacteristically low rating. I know there are tons of locations for The Dolly Llama, all with pretty good reviews, but I really felt ripped off. The decently small cup of ice cream that I'm holding in the picture was $14. Of maybe the 30+ ice cream places I've tried this was without a doubt the highest price and lowest amount of ice cream I've been given. The taste was fine and the staff was friendly, but in general I was shocked with how expensive it was. Not the best! read more
The Dolly Llama what can I say is the perfect place to grab dessert. Situated within The Grove Plaza in Winter Garden its not too far from many other restaurants and finding parking was pretty easy. The bubble waffles are an absolute treat topped off with any ice cream of your choice, and believe me, there are many choices. You also have the option to put toppings on top of it all. read more

Omg their ice cream is soooo good!! I seen the grand opening in winter garden and knew I had to give it a try one day and popped in on a shopping day. The decor itself looks amazing but the actual product was bomb ! I ordered dolly's dream which is a waffle, ultimate Cookie Monster ice cream, strawberries, brownies and Nutella. Sooooooooo good! The ice cream is a cool blue color but oh so delicious. The waffle was warm and tasty. I loved every bit of this and will definitely be ordering this again soon! read more

I couldn't wait to try this place, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The waffles were fluffy and warm and the toppings were more than sufficient. We really enjoyed our stop here, but I can't get over the $32 price for one adult and two kids ice creams. The owner seemed very passionate and cared for checking in on each customer, which was very welcoming. We will definitely return for special occasions! read more

New ice cream spot in Winter Garden Village. The ube ice cream was not the best I ever have and as a Filipina I was a little disappointed in the flavor but the bubble waffle made up for it! I would definitely skip the Ube ice cream next time and try another flavor. Service was quick and friendly and I would recommend the bubble waffle for sure! read more

Was craving a late night dessert but most places were closed after nine. Luckily, the Dolly Llama came to the rescue! I'm sad I try to avoid dairy cause the ice cream flavors and shakes sounded delicious! Was greeted by both employees and was offered menu suggestions and samples of the ice cream which was very nice of them. The inside was playing a good mix of pop and modern R&B which instantly put me in a better mood. Ordered the Nutella and Strawberries OG Liege Waffle which is a good portion size! Def will be coming back! read more
You know when you are full from dinner but still have some room for dessert? That was me. After stuffing my face with Mexican food I came here and it was great :) The line was long but it moved quick. I had the waffle with Nutella and strawberries. The waffle was so fresh and warm I really enjoyed it ! Price was not bad $6 but might as well go all in and get the bubble cones with the ice cream for $10. Would go again. read more

Pictured is Dolly's Dream which is the "signature Bubble Waffle topped with Ultimate Cookie Monster ice cream, fresh strawberries, brownies and nutella sauce", i subbed out the Cookie Monster (which is actually very very good) for birthday cake just because the CM flavor is already so much that mixed with everything else I thought it might be too much. The portions of everything are not bad at all. Specifically with my item, you could share it with someone depending on your appetite level. The flavor selection is tasty and of good quality. They have traditional flavors and then some others you wouldn't normally see like in a shop such as matcha and ube--which was delish. I gave a 4 because I do think there is room to grow especially with their flavors, the vegan one I wanted was not available but even so, i believe a solid non dairy vanilla would be great to add if possible. I will say for the price of the bubble waffle thing, the toppings feel more so for presentation than the taster's enjoyment. There's a couple on top for the look, but I've paid the same for same toppings elsewhere and I got more. I could barely taste the Nutella-- I think I scraped it in one go. That's just me being picky, but as someone who loves this specific topping combo (Nutella/strawberry) I wanted more of that. Overall, a good spot for a treat! It will definitely cater to your sweet tooth and then some. read more

This did not disappoint. The waffles were light and fluffy. The cookie monster ice cream had a perfect ratio of cookie dough and oreos (cookie monster is my favorite ice cream flavor by the way). The presentation was beautiful and it tasted delicious. The ice cream surprisingly did not melt fast and the waffles and marshmallows stayed warm for a good amount of time! There's very limited indoor seating, and the shop does not have a patio for outdoor seating. We had to walk to the plaza's gazebo to enjoy our bubble waffles on a bench. Luckily the weather was beautiful that day so we didn't mind! I recommend checking them out. Service was a little slow but it didn't bother me that much since I know they're still new and have been getting an overwhelming amount of visitors since their opening. Also, they were making the waffles fresh to order! read more

Finally took the family to check this place out. We have heard so many amazing things and we were not disappointed. When we arrived there was only a few families in there so we where lucky enough to score a table. They have very little seating inside and nowhere outside really to hangout and eat either. I love the colors they pop. I know who cares about the colors but I do and because of it at has a great look to it. The owner took our order he was great at explaining everything to us and offering us samples. After seeing how huge the regular version is we opted to all get the jr. Single scoop was enough for all of us. My boys loved getting to customize their options. 3 of us got bubble waffles and one of us a regular cone of chocolate ice cream. Which they said was fantastic. One of my boys is vegetarian and was so excited about all the vegan flavor options to choose from. He had the birthday cake. The owner asked him if he wanted to try it since it is different then regular ice cream (which was fantastic) he tried it and loved it. My other son did the Cookie Monster. For me it was coffee ice Nutella and almonds. So good. I am really weird with waffles and I can't stand a doughy waffle. So for me I didn't love it. Even though there where amazing crispy parts and the waffle was fully cooked it was still to much for me. But this is a personal issue not at all the locations. My boys LOVED it. Highly anticipated and did not disappoint! I ordered the sugar and spice and tasted like cinnamon toast cereal . Ice cream had a sticky consistency, and the waffles was warm and fluffy. Everything is made to order which included the waffles so come with patience as it's brand new and the line was out the door! The place could use more seating, perhaps outside as it fills up quickly. This is not a grab and go ice cream spot portions are large, shareable even. read more
