This serious menu prices issue might explain why there were only 2 tables of customers, the place was nearly empty at 5:30 p.m. The staff has changed. There's no friendliness or efficiency among the staff. The server yelled across the restaurant, "was that 4 waters with lemon?" The customer care has spiraled into borderline rude and is definitely not the same as it was. I told the server and the owner that the hush puppies were cold and hard as rocks. The check rung up a haddock even though it was cod that was served. The burgers are very good, but they need to grill the bun since the bottom bun was super soggy. The owner needs to step up and take some responsibilities for the drastic changes in poorer service, too.
