I stood at the pickup counter for about 15 seconds while multiple employees watched me come in, yet no one acknowledged me, greeted me, or asked if I was there for an order. I eventually had to get someone's attention just to receive my pickup. It's a very small store, only a few feet from the entrance to the counter, so it felt strange to be ignored. To make matters worse, my bagel appeared to be underbaked. The inside was pale, dense, and doughy instead of the chewy texture you'd expect from a freshly baked bagel. I understand that mistakes happen, but combined with the lack of basic customer service, it made for a frustrating experience. I really do love Jeff's Bagel Run, which is why this is disappointing to write. Great food can only carry a business so far.
