1 Baked Beef Empanada 1 Colombian Beef Empanada. Also one of the house coffees.

I ordered both the baked and Colombian beef empanadas. I will saw both were good and seasoned well. But the Colombian empanadas were by far the better of the two. They came with 2 different sauces which I didn't catch what was in them. One was a red sauce that had a nice bite to it and the other was a creamery white sauce with possibly cilantro? It was amazing! The cashier's were very helpful and patient. The selection of fresh breads was nice and their baked goods also looked delicious!

Super cute little place. So glad I decided to give them a try. The people behind the counter were super sweet and welcoming. My children had some pastries one savory and one sweet. They loved them both. I ordered perico (scrambled egged with onions and tomatoes) with baby arepas. It was fresh and piping hot. Everything was delicious. I am glad I always want to form my own opinion and don't always listen to the negative reviews. We will be back. Oh and I found it very reasonably priced. It was $25. For two pastries,3 mini arepas, perico, 2 hot chocolates and an iced coffee.

I was disappointed upon first visit here. Inside was nice as is expected of this space. It's well lit and spacious. The servers weren't really welcoming. All of the pastries in the display case didn't have a label or prices. It was just on the overhead tv, but it was difficult to figure out what's what. Prices were a bit inflated for each pastry. I only ordered 4 and came to 15 and change. You are better off purchasing a dozen donuts or just getting pastries at Publix. I won't be back unless something changes!

Really good Empanadas and mocha cake. Ordered cannolis, tiramisu, key lime pie, and chicken empanada. Even went back for seconds next day!

Foxtail Coffee - Bridgewater…read more Coffee is my thing, and Foxtail has been on my radar for a while now. With fall officially here (and the new seasonal drinks calling my name), it was the perfect excuse to finally stop in and get into the autumn spirit. Foxtail Coffee is tucked into a lovely spot in Bridgewater, right near Bridgewater Middle School and Keene's Crossing Elementary. The area itself is charming -- complete with a great park for kids and pups of all sizes. The plaza has everything from ice cream and pizza to nails and even a dentist (though I'd recommend coffee before the dentist chair). The shop itself is small but mighty. Inside seating is limited, but they make up for it with a cozy outdoor patio that fits the neighborhood vibe perfectly. The menu has plenty of coffee classics, seasonal specialties, and even some light breakfast options. Service was excellent -- the assistant manager was super friendly and even made sure I got my reward points. I'm a sucker for a good rewards app, and Foxtail's definitely hits the spot. For drinks, I went with the Maple Pancake Latte (iced) -- sweet, cozy, and fall in a cup. My wife ordered the Vanilla Cream Cold Brew with Cold Foam, which was smooth, creamy, and equally delicious. Afterward, we took our drinks for a walk around the neighborhood and ended up at the park -- the perfect Saturday morning ritual. All in all, Foxtail delivered a five-star fall coffee experience. Between the welcoming service, tasty drinks, and the inviting location, we'll definitely be back to "brew up" another round soon.

It was the perfect amount of peppermint and mocha. The coffee shop was so cute and quiet. It wasn't overwhelming. I can see how this coffee shop would get crowded during the busy season here. 10/10 recommended if you're in the area and wanting a quick stop.

Don't miss out on this amazing little get away oasis!…read more From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect without being overbearing. The food? Incredible. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The portions were just right, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. The coffee was also top-notch--exactly what you want to start your day. Whether you're looking for a relaxing morning, a quick bite, or a place to meet up with friends, this café checks all the boxes. Definitely one of the best breakfast spots I've been to. I'll be coming back for sure!

Found this place on Yelp and it had a 5 star rating & it was very close by where we were staying. We used an uber to get there and it was very hard to find as it's in a new developmental apartment complex area. The uber driver drove right passed it 2x and I honestly thought it was in someone's home lol. We finally found it after the turn around. "Henko" "is a Japanese word which means "change" and I speak and understand the language. The food and the coffee were delicious! We all had the bacon, egg croissant with the side of breakfast potatoes. I recommend asking for their "house" green spicy sauce on the side! It's so good, I wish they made a bottle of it. I would have bought a bottle to take home. It wasn't too spicy but had the right twist on the eggs ! So delicious! We got the iced mocha and iced vanilla latte and kiddos got hot and frosted hot chocolate. I give this place 5/5 review. Lastly, the workers were super friendly:) if I can make a friendly suggestion, it would be to implement more Japanese signs, products, or maybe coffee names in Japanese sayings in the coffee shop since the owner loves what "Henko" means :) maybe even sushi to go:) I def recommend this place! A nice place to chill while reading or studying too.

What a gem! Especially for gluten free people!…read more The shop is full of charm and character. The patio is amazing with shaded seats to sip your coffee and eat your treats and breakfast snacks. Everything is gluten free! The breakfast sandwich was very filling and tasty! I would say I've never been surprised to see a shop live up to its name…read more Prairie House Coffee has been on my list since spotting it on a friend's social. I didn't think the cabin-esqe coffee shop would be here in Florida. But surprisingly it's a lot closer than I thought. Prairie House is in Oakland but listen whether you are a Four Corners pal or Orlando area pal, this is not that far. It's about 30 minutes and just past the Costco in Clermont. Unlike my normal trek to Orlando for coffee shops, this spot is much closer (30 minutes vs the usually 45-50 minutes) and less traffic and tolls. I tried this spot with a friend who has the absolute opposite taste in coffee and tea than I did. I grabbed a matcha that was holiday themed with white chocolate and mint. And a gluten free banana loaf. My friend grabbed an iced latte and a muffin. First as a newly gluten sensitive girl, this place makes good food from scratch that fits to a variety of dietary restrictions. The muffin was delicious. And not super moist but not bone dry either. Just like my loaf. I'm not sure how they made it but it was a great treat. Especially knowing that many spots don't have gluten free options especially not cafes. Like I mentioned in the beginning, prairie house lives up to its name. I actually was shocked when I walked into the giant shop plus gift shop in the back. It was too cold to sit outside and plus, I was working with my laptop that day with a friend. I felt like I was transported back to Minnesota or somewhere in the midwest. There are several coffee shops there that have similar cozy and wooden designs. It matches thy winter aesthetics of the chilly Midwest rather than here in the Summery vibes of Florida. Its cozy layout is also its one downside. As big as the sitting area is (it's not that big), it's so cramped in there and easily fills up. During my time at the shop as I waited for my friend, I saw two large groups of families come in and essentially take up the one shop. They didn't come at the same time. It was just unfortunate that it was back to back. I luckily had secured a spot for my friend and I on a large communal table by an outlet otherwise, we would have really been in trouble if we needed any a power source. Overall, it's a cute shop that belongs up in the Midwest rather than Florida but it's definitely worth the drive.

My realtor ordered while I got my child settled in a high chair. The food came out quickly, and the restaurant was fairly busy. The reason for my 1-star review is the behavior of the waitress who brought our food--a younger woman with glasses. When she arrived at the table, she held the plates out for us to grab, lingered, looked my son up and down, noticed he had dropped a few crackers on the floor, and then said "oh my god" with a look of complete disgust. I responded, "I'm sorry?" and was about to offer to clean up, but she rolled her eyes and stormed off before I could say anything else. I was genuinely shocked by how judgmental and unkind she was. My realtor noticed what happened and told me not to worry, but it left me wondering how she treats other guests with children. From that point on, I rushed to sign the documents. I didn't eat my food and asked for a box so we could leave. During the roughly 20 minutes we were there, the same waitress came back twice more just to stare at us in a way that made me extremely uncomfortable. I've never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant. Had she simply said nothing, I wouldn't be writing this, but after this experience, I don't think I'll be returning.
