The Dominican Mofongo was like a treasure chest that had fried pork rinds and shredded chicken hidden inside and melted cheese on top. The Puerto Rican Mofongo we ordered came with the fried pork chunks which tasted so good with the Mayo ketchup. But my number one today definitely was the cheese flan. It was perfectly sweetened with a texture between the cheese cake and caramel flan. I certainly will be back to try some of their other dishes.

This is a classic ride that's been around since October 1, 1971. Ther original version opened earlier at Disneyland California on July 17, 1955, the Florida version has served as a staple attraction of the parks since inception. Disneyland is our home park so I have ridden this ride before, but not in a long time, we just don't make it a priority with such long lines this ride brings. This was our first opportunity to ride this ride in Disney World and we loved it. It's a lot like going on the Safari in Animal Kingdom as there is a tour guide with you making corny jokes, but this ride has animatronic animals. No real ones like they have at Animal Kingdom. The nice thing is on the Jungle Cruise you get to get up close to the elephants. This is a ride for the light hearted. Nothing scary about this ride. It take all ages and sizes, you don't have to meet a certain height. You also can ride this ride in a wheelchair. There is one boat (there may be more then one boat, all I know is the boat behind us and someone in a wheelchair getting on it) that is ADA accessible and can take you in a wheelchair and you don't have to transfer out and walk down a step.
