We popped over here for lunch on a Saturday around two in the afternoon. We were very surprised with how busy it was as it's typically not that busy on Saturday afternoons. We chose seats at the bar and were greeted promptly by Brian and Rowan. Because there were a lot of people and just the two of them, they were running around taking orders from tables as well as servicing the bar so it did take a little bit to get our drink orders in, but we were enjoying looking through the whiskey library anyways. I started off with a Suncreek blonde ale. It is strawberry blonde ale and it's delicious. My husband started with the Yingling. He keeps hoping they will bring the Kentucky bourbon ale back on tap again. For lunch, I got the whiskey dip which is full of chopped beef with cheese and onions. Served with an herb, dipping sauce, and your choice of side. I opted for the sweet potato waffle fries because they are delicious. My husband got a burger with fries cooked perfectly. Once we are done with our food, we did opt for a taster. My husband had to go through several different bottles before he found one they actually had in stock. That is one of the downside is the whiskey library that is online is not always reflective of what they actually have in stock as he was really looking forward to trying the old Fitzgerald birthday, but alas, they did not have it in stock. Found this restaurant on a Google search while visiting Orlando and absolutely loved it the moment I walked in. Our server was welcoming and so funny. Unfortunately I forgot her name....sorry. The food was delicious and drinks were great! We had such a great time - watched one of the FIFA games in a very cool and surprisingly good atmosphere. After shopping at the outlets, we were looking for somewhere with good food and a happy hour. We are so glad we chose The Whiskey. We arrived around 5pm and we were able to pick where we sat. We sat at one of the booths and Brian was our oh so awesome server. He came over with a smile and a run down of what's good. We started with cocktails, we both ordered The Elderberry, it was perfect & so refreshing. For our entrees, we had both of the burgers on the HH menu, the Small Batch Whiskey and the Small Batch Lassahn. We also ordered The Salmon burger. For sides we had the regular fries and the Parmesan truffle fries. Everything was soooooo good. The beef burgers were seasoned so perfectly, and cooked medium as we requested. Every bite made my taste buds dance. The truffle fries were so good, I almost ordered more. The garlic aioli is a must for dipping your fries in. The Whiskey has lots of seating, tables, booths and bar seating. There's lots of pictures on the walls and tvs. It's a vibe for sure. My wife and I swung by here after an exhausting day at MegaCon Orlando 2026 and we were greeted with spectacular service and delicious food in a laid back atmosphere. Our server was extremely attentive. We opted not to order alcohol as we were massively dehydrated but were happy to see our drinks promptly refilled 5 times during our meal. I really thank them for that. Our appetizers were incredible. The Bangin shrimp was crispy and the accompanying sauce was tangy without becoming overwhelming. My favorite was the pulled pork tacos though. The Cojita cheese and fresh slaw really kicked them up a notch. I would gladly have these as an entree. But our burgers were so delicious, they would make me think twice. My Bisin Burger was insanely delicious and would put Ted's in real competition. On top of that all they really do here are cheeseburgers and those weren't hardly any good either. Up first I had $16 "The Whiskey" Smoked Denver Old Fashioned it was literally a 1/10. Do not order. My rule always hold true, if the Old Fashioned isn't served with 1 giant ice cube, it's going to be terrible. The second drink I tried was a $14 Shots Fired. It was ok. Wouldn't order either drink again. To eat I had the $14 Happy Hour Small Batch Whiskey Burger. It comes with like literally 20 fries. Look at my pics. It was Friday, July 24 in the evening. We got lucky, nice spot at the bar right in front of the kitchen and a view of some nice whiskeys. The food was delicious. When you take what would be viewed as "simple" and make it great, that's what it means to have great bar food. We had wings, onions rings, and drinks. Wings were crispy (without having to order them that way) and so were the onion rings (great crunch and didn't fall apart). Live band was playing. We were told during the day is more family friendly than at night (great info for those with lil ones like us). We will not only be back but we will be back for a more extended visit. As it was very enjoyable. Staff was great, I wish I could remember all the bartenders names. Oh and that kitchen staff was working their butts off. A pretty unassuming spot from the outside but I really enjoyed the food! I came here so hungry, and the burger hit the spot. It was cooked well and a prefect size, with sweet potato waffle fries on the side. My friend enjoyed his burger too and the cheese curds app were good. I also had to bring home a to-go order for someone who would be eating much later that night after work and for what it's worth, they really enjoyed the bang bang shrimp and tacos that I brought them. The place is pretty loud... right after we left, a life band started. I love live music but given how loud it already was and how small the place it (and that we were sitting directly next to the stage), I don't know how enjoyable it would have been. After hearing about the Whiskey for a while, it was time to give it a try with my burger loving husband. We waited outside for a bit for a booth so that we could more easily accommodate a high chair, which not a problem. Due to having to wait, I could tell my son was starting to get hungry so when we sat at the table while ordering drinks, I asked if we could get a side of fries for him. I never imagined that a single order of fries would take 30 minutes to arrive. The restaurant itself was at best half full by the time we ordered our entrees and even then the burgers took 30 minutes to arrive at the table. Maybe it was due to the hype but I felt like it was a very mid burger for the price and the wait. I went Friday night at about 8pm and was able to find seating at the bar instantly. I ordered a drink called the Black Apple and it was delicious and decently sized. You can tell there was fresh fruit in it by the blackberry pieces in the drink. For my entree, I ordered The Royal and this was actually one of the best burgers I've had in my life. Now, let's talk food--because wow. The garlic Parmesan wings were out-of-this-world. Easily the best garlic Parm sauce I've ever had in my life. She was rude and unaccommodating, which made our visit unpleasant. After ordering a few drinks, we decided to patronize another business. As a group of returning customers, we were also disappointed that no effort was made to accommodate us. My mom and I split the salty pear and the royal with sides of Parmesan fries and Brussels sprouts. The royal is easily in my top 10 burgers I've ever had!
