Absolutely the worst service ever, do not go to this bar unless you want to be disrespected. We arrived as a group and right of the bat the female bartender was an absolute nightmare (who does not even OWN the bar). We brought in our service dog, who's well-behaved and layed down in silence, and they started questioning his paperwork which we understand since it's standard rules for the bar. We showed the paperwork that shows he is a service dog and the conversation should have ended there but she kept insisting on being rude and stirring up the conversation to other customers after the matter. If I feel disrespected, I'm going to stand up for myself and that was exactly what we did. She had no reason to speak to us the way she did, I have worked in the service industry and dealt with terrible people yet was able to remain calm and hold a respectable conversation with the CUSTOMER as a teenager like come on. We tried to see things from her perspective and remained respectful up until she continued to be a nightmare. We were allowed very nicely to enjoy our time with our service dog at Chilis and Walk-ONS, even our lovely furry baby was treated very nicely at these two establishments. We came to have a good time and enjoy a clean atmosphere but encountered the absolute opposite. I recommend you skip out on this bar and just head on over to Walk-ONS, they have beautiful and kind servers, games, and outside patio! If you want something more low key Tracy's Lounge has a legit bar and amazing food. I'm not a trouble maker and I have a very clean record but In this time of day, I will not stand being disrespected as a women. My ancestors did not fight for this kind of treatment. Huge bar with great liquor and bottled beer selections and usually about 20 beers On draft. Bar tenders are always amazing. Cheap prices on beer. Pool and darts! This is a somewhat young little nook of a neighborhood bar... Very clean with quick, friendly service. The bartender today is Cheri and she's really cordial. Just happened to find this place driving around checking out new areas. Really glad I stopped in!!! i have never had a bad experience at this bar. yesterday was an awful experience. i walked in with 3/6 of my party and the female bartender instantly started disrespecting us because we are younger and 2/3 of the party was white, when the rest was not. i don't know if it was racist against color or age. the rest of our party came in and they had a service animal. they asked for proof and we provided it. she then discriminated the dog and said he was lying. we moved passed that situation but the female bartender took it upon herself to then talk negatively to the other customer's about us and continued to say the dog was joke. a dog that did nothing to disturb anyone or cause any disturbance at all. the male bartender was respectful and talked to us in a calm manner as a employee should talk to his customers. from the jump she was extremely rude and disrespectful and would not let the "issue" go even after the proof she wanted was provided read more

Friendly enough place. Trivia night was going on which to me on a Friday night is a waste. Bar is inefficient since they have to run to get a draft beer. If you are on one side of the bar you cannot see customers on the other side...people like to see a full bar and intermingle. Even though the tvs are large, they are so far away they seem small. Put some drop down posts in and get them closer and add more. Acoustics are terrible since it is in a square box. Great selection of whiskey and scotch. More like a strip mall bar with great potential. It seems to be in a changing clientele phase or changing employee phase. Not really sure, which that being said I have never eaten there but they do have food. I usually get a long haired rocker dude as a bartender. He is a little edgy, but he does try to make good drinks. I get the Bloody Mary in which he calls with the salad. He usually does a good job and enjoy all the extras in the drink. The other bartenders were ladys which I love, but they all had a little attitude which I think shouldn't be problem. All in all a great place to get a drink or a beer. To start I would like to say that Whisky Row is a good neighborhood bar but last night bartender Casie which was not working at the time was so beligerantly drunk that she couldn't stop arguing with me about an incident that happened at the bar. She purposely knocked over my drink and had her roommate slap me in the face for no apparent reason. She threatened me with banning me from the bar and continued to harass me just because I shared my opinion. People like this should not be allowed to sit at a bar yet alone their own establishment of employment if they can't control themselves. Casie was so unprofessional that Scott the bartender had to yell at her to leave me alone. I don't know if this is an ongoing problem with her but Whisky Row's management shouldn't have to deal with employees like her.
