It's been two years since I last visited, and after having a great Yelp experience last year, I needed to visit again. I made a reservation through OpenTable for a Saturday evening. I checked in when I arrived, and was told I could sit anywhere in the bar for faster service. I first sat in the show kitchen area, thinking that was a food bar. However, after not getting acknowledged, I moved to the main bar. My bartender (who goes by the letter H) greeted me and told me the tequila fix (13 dollars) was a good drink. Indeed it was with an ample amount of tequila, watermelon, and lime. It was quite refreshing and sweet. I took the popular pork chop dish (24 dollars), which was a big chop glazed in brown butter. It was pretty tender and flavorful with the glaze, and the romesco sauce made the flavors even better. It did get a bit gamey at the end, but I still enjoyed it. The vegetable was a generous amount of various colored carrots, which were thick and a bit crunchy. It had to be cut with a knife, but it was delicious, that the equestrian in me had a happy whinny. For dessert, the suggested cheesecake (9 dollars) was a winner as it was moist and fluffy, providing a sweet end. I saved some for home to enjoy the next day. My bartender was friendly and helpful. She was pretty busy, but still had a cheerful and engaging attitude. I also love the vibe as it was social and busy. The music kept the rhythm going, and the dining area is quite open and big. The atmosphere struck that perfect balance between elevated and fun, with thoughtful touches throughout the evening. They had a flower bar where you could create your own bouquet, a Photo Booth that kept everyone laughing, and a great lineup of local vendors that made the whole event feel unique and community-driven. As for the food and drinks--everything delivered. The Basque cheesecake was absolutely superb--rich, creamy, and perfectly caramelized on top with that signature burnt finish that makes it so special. The citrus olives were bright and flavorful, the fried chicken with caviar was perfectly crispy and indulgent and truffle fries was such a luxe, unexpected highlight. I found this place looking for a brunch in Orlando. Came across this location as we're staying nearby at the Marriott vacation club. The entrance is open and bright, and the ambience is modern and chic. As we were to be seated, there was wall, art made out of corks which caught my eye. We ask to be seated by the window as it has a beautiful view of the lake. We agreed by a wonderfully awesome waiter, who explained to us the menu and the wine selection. At first glance, we thought the wall taps were for beer, but in fact - duh - they are wine taps. Hence the name 60 vines... We were very pleasantly surprised. I am a white wine lover, and they had ample selection. They have a great selection of reds as well. I will say my favorite was the Albariño, followed by the four white blend... we had the zucchini chips which were light flaky and had the right amount of spice and sweet. Couldn't stop eating them. I enjoyed the egg white frittata which was topped with mushrooms and goat cheese. They could've gone a little heavier on the goat cheese, but otherwise the dish was phenomenal. My boyfriend had the eggs Benedict. I can't remember what it was called, but the poached eggs were perfect on top of a crispy croissant with herb hashbrowns, that were outstanding. I think he may have licked the dish clean... I will say we could've stopped there and left very happy, but we decided to indulge a little in dessert and a dessert adult beverage. I must say these were slamdunks. The espresso martini was on point. The other chocolate drink which I can't recall its name either had like a dust of chocolate and ice on the rim. It had liquor 43 in it and was just stupid good. But the overall winning dish was the toffee pull apart bread that was listed as a brunch item and is undoubtedly the best dessert I think I have ever had. I had a blast celebrating one of my girlie's birthday. It was my first time to try dinner at this location. It was so relaxing with the dim lights and light música playing. The staff were quick with serving and the food came out super fast. The interior design was so chic and relaxed. Definitely good for photo opportunities. Now let's get to the food I had the pleasure of devouring. Starting with my drink: Blackberry Sage & Soda which was a homemade blackberry syrup, muddled sage, lemon, Fever-Tree Club Soda. My choose of salad was the caesar that had gem lettuce, radicchio, caesar dressing, pecorino crisp. All house made sauces are what I normally like to try when eating out. Dinner entree:CRESTE DI GALLO pasta with roasted chicken, mushrooms, spinach, oven-dried tomato, pesto cream. I finished the whole plate. Finally made it to an Orlando Sixty Vines location! I visited their Dallas location a couple years ago and had a great time. The Sand Lake location is swanky, modern, and fun! Our server was attentive and gave nice wine suggestions and allowed us to taste several we were interested in. We all enjoyed wine and apps - they have great shareables! The dates, burrata, and mussels were all nice choices, with the mussels standing out as a favorite to me. We also enjoyed two pastas - the campanelle was amazing! I believe I had it in Texas as well, and the flavor really holds up. Overall, this is a great place to hang with friends and enjoy wine and quality food. Glad to have a second Orlando location. My boss is in town for work and we chose to come here for dinner. It was Monday night around 6 PM and it wasn't terribly busy but as the night went on larger and larger parties came in and the noise level just continued to increase. That is the one downside to this location. Food is excellent and our service has always been good, but the acoustics are really bad so it can be hard to have a conversation, especially if you're in one of the outside rooms where they see large parties. We were a party of three, but there was a party of 10 that was seated behind us a party of five next to us and a party of eight that was behind us as well. Just made it very loud. I started with their ginger snap old-fashioned. It's a seasonal beverage, and I really appreciated the nod to an all-time classic. The flavor was excellent and very well balanced. I switched to a glass of Ferrari Campo white wine afterwards, though. I'm a creature of habit here so always order the same thing. I got the Crest de Gallo, which is pasta with chicken and a light pesto sauce. It's honestly just the perfect portion size. I always leave feeling full, but not overly full. Pasta was cooked really nicely. Highlights of our small plates were the bacon wrapped dates, the truffle fries, and the brussel sprouts. Some of the food is definitely a little bit out of the ordinary from what you would typically expect, but also so tasty. My drink was nothing special, but tasty. The interior of this location is so beautiful. It is very light and open, and very natural feeling. A group of us came here for dinner on a Thursday evening as part of our quarterly dinner group plans. The decor and vibe were elevated but still casual enough- perfect for what we were going for. We originally had a group of 11 which was easy to book a reservation for weeks ahead on their website, and as we had a few last minute changes, they were very flexible with accommodating. Our server was great, joining in on our traditions and so helpful with making wine and food recommendations. It was a little louder given the design of the space, so hard to talk with everyone at our table, but not so bad that it negatively impacted the experience since we could still talk with those seated nearer. The food was amazing and got great feedback across the board. From the burrata as an app and things as simple as the house salad, to the create de gallo, roasted chicken, and the sticky toffee and olive oil citrus cake desserts, everything was lovely. My daughter celebrated her birthday at the Sand lake location two weeks ago and loved it. She invited my sister and I to meet her for drinks last night when we were in Orlando. We visited sixty vines for brunch on a Sunday. We had a reservation and were seated almost immediately. I love that this place is all about sustainability. I understand why they wouldn't have printed menus, but their online menu was a little difficult to navigate. I was also surprised that they didn't have their mimosa bar on the menu. It made ordering confusing because I knew they had it, but when I asked about mimosas, our server just said "yeah I can do a mimosa" and I kind of stumbled through asking if they did the mimosa bar since I knew they had it during the Yelp event a few weeks prior. He ultimately did say they had that, and then said he'd bring us a bottle (but didn't say of what). I would've liked to pick our bubbly, but I don't know if they do that. For breakfast, we started with the orange morning bread, then I got the brunch burger with no tomato and my companion got the pork sandwich. The morning bread is fantastic, a must do for any brunch crew. The Cabernet burger was pretty great, although they did leave the tomato on. The sandwich was a little dry, could've definitely used more sauce. The potatoes were very good though, well executed for both of us. Our waitress was welcoming and attentive, always showing up at the right moment for refills on our waters or to ask if we needed anything. They give you menus for the drinks, but the food is via a QR code. To drink, I ordered a coffee, which came with a cute little chocolate cookie. What a sweet touch! My sister got a mocktail called "Garden Spritz" (not pictured) which she enjoyed. To eat, my sister and I shared the Tuscan Eggs Benedict, which came with breakfast potatoes. We also got a side of fruit to share (not pictured). All of our choices were yummy! Our friend is gluten intolerant, which they were very accommodating of. She got the Tortilla de Patatas and a mimosa (neither pictured), and seemed to enjoy both. We were enjoying our time talking, so we all ended up ordering a coffee before we left (and another for me)! My one critique is that the breakfasty items for brunch are very limited. There aren't any omelettes or classic egg breakfasts or scrambles or hashes... Also, where are the pancakes or waffles? Sixty Vines has some delicious food and good service but it's tough to get past the seating set up which seems designed for large and loud groups. Brunch has some especially delicious options and as a non-wine drinker you may feel slightly left out with everyone indulging around you, but there are plenty of non-alcoholic options. My nephew recently tried another location and was raving about Sixty Vines. I had a friend visiting from out of town and I knew this was a perfect spot for us to try. Normally I take out of towners to my tried and tested best, but I was up for adventure today! The risk was worth it! We arrived right at 11 and were the first table seated. I would recommend reservations even for lunch, or perhaps a Friday lunch? The smell of delicious bread was permeating the air. Our waitress brought us iced tea and simple syrup while we perused the menu. We split a most delicious burrata on gorgeous crunchy ciabatta with garlic confit, blistered tomatoes and an emerald pesto. This could easily be a meal. It was sublime. I had the house salad with grilled chicken as my main. This was not an ordinary salad. It was studded with candied walnuts, strawberries, and pecorino. Every bite was perfect. My friend enjoyed the Creste di Gallo pasta, another huge portion, she took the rest back for her dinner. Our waitress was amazing attentive but also let us catch up and wasn't pestering us and also was super cool that we sat there for nearly three hours. The space is beautiful and definitely great for a date night, ladies lunch, or celebration. Today there was a graduation, birthday and celebration of a baptism all going. The luncheon for the baptism was in the private dining room with views of the lake, but the other two parties were just tables in the restaurant yet they still felt festive and fun. I walked into 60 vines they are currently doing their brunch menu until 3 PM; I didn't get any food however I did get a 5 ounce pour of the STOLPMAN wine from Santa Barbara, CA. The lovely lady that for me my glass of wine told me that the tasting notes are in deep noir with a hint of blackberry and blueberry she said it's also very palatable with their charcuterie boards!! The ambience of 60 vines honestly reminds me of a swanky little beach lounge with yummy food and delectable wines. 10/10 This location is currently off of Sand Lake next to the cigar boutique lounge as well as the Publix in the same strip it's also in the same area as seasons 52 and Rocco's tacos. read more

My husband and I stopped by around 4:30 PM after a long work week, looking to unwind. The space is beautiful, bright, trendy, and open, with plenty of parking, free Wi-Fi, and both indoor and outdoor seating. We grabbed seats at the bar for happy hour, which runs until 6 PM. We started with a bottle (small) of sparkling water to share. Later, without asking, the bartender opened and served a second bottle. We hadn't ordered it, and honestly wouldn't have, but I figured we'd just be charged for two. Unfortunately, the final bill showed three bottles at $7.50 each. We were never served a third. My husband paid while I was in the restroom, and I didn't check the receipt until we were already in the car on the way home. Definitely a letdown. For drinks, we each tried a 5 oz pour: Diseno Pinot Noir: $11 (after $3 HH discount) Annabelle by Jenny Wagner Sauvignon Blanc: $12 (after $3 HH discount) We also shared the pan-roasted mussels -- a "Shared Plate" priced at $18, but the $2 happy hour discount that should have been applied wasn't. That said, the mussels were fantastic and paired beautifully with the Sauvignon Blanc. The happy hour wines were okay, but we opted to pay a little more for higher-quality selections. For dinner, we split the Shrimp & Smoked Bacon Pizza ($18.50), which was delicious. We also sampled a few more wines: 2.5 oz Ferrari Carano Fumé Blanc: $6 2.5 oz Ridge "Three Valleys" Zinfandel: $10 5 oz Frog's Leap Flycatcher Red Blend: $17 5 oz Chateau Malijay Cotes du Rhône Red Blend: $18 The food overall was great, though I found the menu somewhat limited. The wine list leans heavily toward California with a few options from France, Italy, and Argentina. Quality was solid, but the prices felt a bit steep for the pour sizes, not unusual for the area, but still, something to note. Service was friendly and attentive, but the billing issues, being overcharged for water we didn't want and missing a happy hour discount, definitely took away from the experience in the end. Best restaurant in Orlando. I would say they have a good balance of flavor and restraint. Everything has bold flavors while not being overpowering. We went for lunch and had the crispy zucchini, the golden beets, the Santa Maria tri tip and the charred broccolini. Everything was excellent and I enjoyed going mostly veg forward on our choices. The tri tip had a nice crust, was buttery and rich and we really enjoyed the chimichurri. The zucchini was fabulous and ate like chips. It had a light fry batter but still maintained the crunch even with the sauce. The golden beets were delicious and the whipped feta was a nice accompaniment while not being overbearing of having too much on the plate. For drinks we had the spicy margarita and wheels up. If you like bourbon, the wheels up is very good as it is bourbon forward with just a touch of sweetness from the blackberry simple syrup. The spicy margarita was very well balanced, and refreshing. Our server was excellent and the manager touched the table to check in. Our server was attentive without over-visiting and very knowledgeable making some great recommendations for us. Came here for a late lunch with my mom the other day. We seated right away with most of the restaurant to ourselves. The restaurant is beautiful from wall to wall and ceiling. With beautiful furniture and chairs that hug you when you sit down. I love the local artwork with the Lake Eola remembrance at the front of the restaurant made of all varieties of cork screws. There are multiple areas for private experiences as well if you were interested. I came here previously for an event and had to come back for the delicious food. I had to re-order the shrimp and avocado salad that was just as tasty as the first time. Shrimp was perfectly cooked with delicious fresh avocado, arugula, and toasted chickpeas with a hint of almost curry flavor. Everyone just looked happy to be there. Service was second to none. Took my bestie here for her birthday, it was her first time dining here and she was so happy! For me, the service can be hit or miss, but thankfully this time we had a happy server. The food came out hot and in good time. The flavors were great and the prices are moderate. The atmosphere is nice enough for a date or a family gathering. They have two large areas that can be used for private events, both beautiful and intimate. The whole restaurant is tastefully decorated and is great for pictures.
