Terrible!! I went in about 30 minutes before they closed and ordered a number 21, Chicken and Beef Combo. The lady working there didn't seem to understand so I said it again, number 21, Chicken and Beef Combo and pointed to the sign. This time she looked and seemed to understand. I also got some pot stickers. I ran to Safeway next door to pick up some groceries for my family and I return to pick up my order about 5-10 minutes before they closed. When I picked up my dinner she handed me Pho! I said, that is not what I ordered, I got the number 21, Chicken and Beef Combo. She seemed really confused and then said, ohhh this is #18. And I said yeah I ordered a Number 21. Then she said and I quote... "Sorry, we closed". I said but this was not what I ordered. And she said again "Sorry, we closed" and walked to the back... leaving me there with a effin bowl of pho I did not order. Customer Service was so very bad! We don't go here that much because the food is just ok, but they are open later than most teryaki places so it is convenient. We will NOT be returning no matter how convenient it is. read more

Awesome service, very friendly! Usually I get the chicken/Teri beef combo with fried rice and it's pretty good. It comes out to $14.22 and usually takes about 6-8 minutes. I can't complain about this place. The servings are good size portions. Give it a try! read more

Got ALL the way home to find my 'to go' order was the wrong food. Drove back for the right food. Didn't seem to care that they messed up. No offer for refund. Food is, ok. Salad is shredded cabbage. Very LITTLE CHICKEN, and very little Taste (almost bland) in the Pho, also stingy with their poultry/meats and vegetables (what's left?!). We've eaten here 3 visits and it never gets better. As mentioned from others, menu items are definitely overpriced. There are much better Pho restaurants in the Bothell-Lynnwood-Everett area. We kept giving it another chance since we live nearby, but after the last dismal meal, we'll never go back. Hope a new owner takes over that knows how to make really good Pho! read more

I am honestly surprised this restaurant has mostly good reviews. Last week, my friend and I had lunch at Teriyaki &Pho in Bothell. Prior to going to this restaurant, my friend has mentioned that the food is good, however, the service is terrible. Despite the negative aspect of the restaurant, we have decided to give it another chance since the food was supposedly good. I have to say; I have never had such a horrible service in my life and the food was not that great. The beef was too salty, too sweet, and very chewy. The waitress was so impolite and I don't say this lightly. She was so disrespectful that even a bad day at work would not excuse her attitude. I will not go back there, even if the food is free. If I want to be insulted, and eat bad food, I don't have to drive all the way there to do so. read more

While Bothell has had a handful of Teriyaki for several years, now of them ever appealed to me. I am always up to try a new one and recently came across Teriyaki & Pho located in the new shopping complex between downtown Bothell and Canyon Park just off Highway 527 next to the new Safeway. It's already in my top 3 Teriyaki restaurants between Bothell and Redmond. The service is outstanding, very friendly staff that are very attentive and outgoing. As others have mentioned they offer complimentary Miso soup as well as a Chicken Noodle Egg Flower style soup either for dining in or waiting for your order to go. Both are quite good and you can enjoy more than one cup if you would like. The food is prepared fresh as you order, I didn't get the feeling the food was sitting around in a warmer like at a few other places. The chicken is quite tasty, the beef is very good as well and I enjoyed the small green onion that they serve over the beef. Chicken Katsu is very good, not greasy like at other places either. Shrimp Tempura is excellent as are the egg rolls. Brown rice is available as well. Their menu features an endless amount of offerings, and while the prices may seem a bit higher than other similiar restaurants, when you receive your food, you will know why. Simply put, they give you a lot and two people can probably get away with sharing a dish and a side. The restaurant is quite clean and modern, but something that is unique is that they are open on Sundays, as most Teriyaki restaurants are closed on that day. read more

Found a hair in my food last time. Wont be returning. Very friendly customer service from the ladies up front, but the men in the back gawk at young women such as myself a startling amount. Very uncomfortable to eat there because of the staring. Other than that the food was good but im scarred and cant eat there because of the hair. So glad we finally checked these guys out! We kept it simple, chicken teriyaki and beef&broccoli and both were top notch. Portions were very sizable. Also, the egg drop soup (free!) was delish. Of the sweeter teriyaki-style shops, this was one of the best I've had, and the chicken and pork combination is enough to leave most people a second meal. Gyoza were also very good. Not at all soggy and the filling tasted fresh. Plus, as with the main plate, for a price that most shops only give 5 gyoza, we received 8. Friendly service and fast completion. We'll definitely come back and try out some of the other items on a menu that includes the standard teriyaki shop fare. read more

Ordered to go last night... I wasn't impressed. I called ahead and ordered 2 noodle dishes (the pad thai and the chow mein), both vegetarian, and my total was $25. Ok, thats fine, but it better be good. I asked for both spicy (4/5 stars), and they said it would be 50 cents per dish to make it spicy. I've never heard of an extra charge for spicy. When we got them home, they were good portions, but there was zero spiciness to them, so they charged us for it but didn't do it. The flavors were bland, the noodles were overcooked. Mixed emotions. Food is really good and the portions are enormous. Great value. Service is not the best. I have been here 4 times, each time a different person has helped me. These folks really seem to hate their job and appear annoyed that you are there. No kids menu. I like my food spicy, which my 2 year old cannot eat. So I have to order him something else. It's kind of funny when they set the plate of food down in front of him. Pretty sure the plate weighs as much as him. If you would like water you grab your own glass out of a warming oven. Yes that's right! Grab your crappy plastic cup out of a warming oven and then fill it with water from the "Culligan type" water dispenser. No ice and a 108 degree plastic cup. The condiment area..... A small table with a bunch of random stuff thrown on there, and in the middle two 1.75 liter bottles of Germx with hand pump lids. This can't be code. I went to get Miso soup from their self serve soup pot and noticed it was room temp. I asked the guy what was up and he told me the pot must have been turned off accidentally. Did he take the pot to the kitchen and throw out the soup..... No, he turned the temp up on the soup pot and told me it would be hot in 15 minutes. Pretty sure this is not okay. The food is good so I hope this place gets it together. And I really hope I don't get sick in the mean time. read more

When they opened they had good portions of food. I ordered the Pho one time and they forgot to give me the noodles and chopsticks so I had to drive back and they did not even apologize. I just went there recently and got the large Pho and there was only one piece of meat. The food is sub-par there are way better options for the price and service. read more

I have ate here three times, currently still eating my third meal( to go for the first time). All times have been for dinner and each time had been a great experience. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. I ate by myself too and it didn't feel awkward at all. The menu is HUGE with more than 70 items. I have only tried honey sesame chicken and orange chicken. Both were good. The honey sesame chicken is my favorite for now. It came out hot, crispy, moist, cooked well in the center and good flavor in the honey sauce. The orange chicken is the same except very strong orange flavor/tangerine flavor..might want to cut back a little. But still delicious with the added vegs. For both plates there is a choice of rice and coleslaw of which you can sub for all rice or to fried rice or brown? I believe for extra charge. The rice is cooked the way I liked it, not mushy at all. The coleslaw tasted fresh and good, but I cannot comment much about it since I haven't had coleslaw much in my life. Also if you eat in you can get free soup, miso and some kind of soup with chicken..don't remember. I didn't try it as my meal was enough to fill me. I also believe you can get free water? I am not sure though as I didn't see cups out. As for service, I met three different cashiers and they were all very attentive, friendly, and helpful in answer not just my questions but other customers questions in a professional manner. First of all, this is a Teriyaki first joint, if you want Pho...well you know... With that said, this is the first teriyaki place I see that if you eat in, the teriyaki comes on a sizzling hot plate with fried veggies, very cool. The regular non-lunch menu plates are huge, enough to feed two. Unfortunately, the price also reflects the portion size which almost guarantees a togo box if you are eating for 1. Complimentary miso and tea is also cool. Then menu offers many choices but don't get distracted...stick with the teriyaki. I had the chicken and beef teriyaki combo for about $12 plus change. Flavor is good but a little on the salty side so goes great with the plain white rice. Over all a good experience and a little different than the typical teriyaki joint which is nice change. We love this place. Everyone that works there is so nice and friendly. We eat the tofu teriyaki and tofu stir fry, and both are delicious. You get so much food that you have lunch the next day. The dressing on the cabbage is so good, a good portion of rice. Love Love love this place. We go with friends who have eaten many of the meat dinners and they have loved everything they have eaten. Love the fact that they are open on Sunday. The free soup is wonderful. Absolutely our favorite Teriyaki place. We drive from Seattle to eat there. Yum! read more

For Teriyaki/Chinese food this is what you expect. The quality of ingredients is HIGH. I've tried teriyaki, honey sesame, cashew, and general tso's chicken. All very good. They deserve every star they get. The surrounding teriyaki/chinese places don't come close to the quality I've gotten from here. Even though the price is a little higher than the others. Only flaw is the salad that comes with the food its kind of gritty the dressing doesn't match the salad. read more

I like the food here, but the manager (might be the owner?) is incredibly rude. My friend and I sat down to wait for our lunch order and were planning on eating where we sat down. The manager came over and told us that we needed to move to a smaller table in the corner of room. There was only one other group in the whole place so I did not know why the big deal as to where we were going to sit. The table he wanted us to sit had a less comfortable chair, which is why we selected the table we had selected. The table we were going to sit was larger than the smaller one in the corner, but there was hardly anyone in the place. When I said that we prefer to sit at the table we wanted he got angry, and stared at us and was hostile in what he said and the way he said it. We did move to a smaller table to appease him, however his behavior was so rude that it ruined the meal. I will not be going back. This guy has temper, and it showed, making for a terrible experience. I just about walked out, but had already paid for my meal. So rude and hostile! read more
