I came here to try it because I had just recently read about it and I'm always looking for new Bahn Mi places. The space was empty but there were pick-up orders flying out the door. The menu is pretty complete. I didn't try pho this time but stuck with my favorites, Pork Bahn Mi and Fresh Rolls (Spring Rolls) and hot tea. The food was served very quickly which gave me pause. Spring Rolls are always premade and served cold and this peanut sauce was excellent. The Bahn Mi was a little disappointing though. The pork was not warm or fresh tasting and generally lacked much flavor. I'm guessing, because if its location (middle of business park) and delivery and take out volume it's geared more towards serving employees of neighboring businesses. A Vietnamese dine in/take out restaurant in a business center. We were early for dinner @5 and the only ones in the restaurant. A few pick ups did come and go. Hubby ordered the beef pho and pork banh mi and I got the chicken banh mi. All of which hit the spot. The soup base was full of flavor but could have used a few more noodles. It never ceases to amaze me how bad people's taste in food is... On the plus side, this place has ample parking and ample seating. The service is good and fast. These people are not Vietnamese . Their coffee is way too sweet and lacks coffee. They use the wrong noodles in the pho. They're pho broth is missing aromatics. They don't even ffill the bowl up all the way. It was disappointing. On the plus side, people seem to like their Bahn mi sandwiches which I did not buy. So maybe they're a sandwich shop that also sells Pho... Stopped by today for a couple banh mi sandwiches and dang they were good! The bread is perfect; fresh and airy with a light crispy crust. We had the pork which was savory and sweet which of course complemented the herbs and vegetables perfectly. Two enormous sandwiches for $20? Yes, please! Delicious as always. read more

Came here with some friends a few days ago looking to eat some banh mi, and this was the closest banh mi spot we could find. Coming in it was pretty empty, but it makes sense since this place is located away from the main roads in a secluded offices area. Service was fine, nothing special. All of us ordered banh mi, I got the banh mi with beef. It tasted okay, but doesn't taste as authentic as other places. They skimped out on a lot of ingredients, such as the house mayo and pickled vegetables (carrots and daikon). Also there wasn't any pate, but I guess this banh mi is adjusted to the taste of the business workers around here. It satisfied my craving for banh mi, but there is definitely better banh mi spots out there if you are willing to drive further out from that area. Probably won't be coming back. read more

I've heard about this place for years but never had a chance to try it until now. They're in a business park and I'm never around that area during the week and they're not open on weekends so it just never worked until now. All that is to say I had high expectations because I've been looking forward to it for so long. I was not disappointed. I got a simple pork bahn mí sandwich. The bread was great, the flavors were wonderful, and the meat was very flavorful. I think one sandwich was $8.50, which is at least 3 dollars cheaper than most places, and I was in and out the door in less than five minutes. The only thing I'd do next time is double the meat as the meat to bread ratio was a little dry. One other minor issue, the cilantro still had the stalks on and they were big...like too big to eat comfortably...it was like eating a green toothpick. The place is tucked away inside Canyon Business Park. There's ample parking and a good handful of people who come in. It is a nice place with good options and fair prices. I was surprised to see this spot in the middle of a business park. I've been going here after hours to practice skateboarding in the empty parking lots and decided to try it out for lunch today. I'd definitely order here again! *Experience: 5/5 - I prescheduled my order online through Yelp. Super easy and my order was ready for pick-up when I arrived. *Tofu banh mi: 5/5 - I ordered mine with extra cilantro and pickled vegetables. I really like that the bread isn't a full baguette with rounded ends. It's much nicer to eat this rectangular version with ends cut off. The bread was also a great texture: crunchy on the outside, soft inside, and not too thick. Veggies were fresh. The tofu is different from any other banh mi I've had - they use the thinner type of fried/breaded tofu and it's slightly sweet. Good amount (not too much) mayo, so the bread didn't get soggy. They also use the whole stalk of cilantro, which I prefer since the stems taste the same and are crunchy - but keep that in mind if you don't like the stems. *Vietnamese iced coffee: 5/5 - Was a 16 oz to-go cup. On a sunny day I sat at outside table. The waitress brought out my food but no utensils. I walk back in , can't find any and ask at counter. I'm told 'they're on every table'. So I had to find an empty table and steal napkins and spoon. This is an easy fix, but I'll never return to see if they've improved. read more

Love this restaurant. It's at a great location if your business is located near Canyon Park or the North Creek areas. The restaurant is across the street from the Lockheed Martin building. The restaurant is clean with the tables spaced out. The staff is very sweet with a very efficient system of getting your fabulous cuisine in a very timely manner. I absolutely love this place for dine in and takeout. They do the sandwiches right and don't force taro fries on you or anything. Price per sandwich is exactly what you would expect (unless using a delivery service) The pho. The Togo container wins! May have to reheat your broth when you get home, but not a big deal. Noodles are standard run of the mill. The broths shine as well as the meats, basil, and sprouts. All of the toppings are fresh tasting, no wilt etc Just because of the name you would think soup and sandwiches only. So so wrong there! We have not been disappointed in anything we have ordered off the standard menu or off the signs there for the things they seem to be trying out. Thai tea/and coffee. Price to what you get ratio isn't good but the drinks are. So sticking with water or other drinks if you aren't willing to pay that much for so little is probably a good bet. However we do it because prices are so reasonable on everything else that we feel the need to help profit margins a bit more. The inside has plenty of tables except during lunch rush. So be weary of that time, however the wait for a table is pretty short. Food comes out fast, as with most pho places. We have been going since they opened; will go until they close if they keep the same way. They navigated covid times well with doing takeout. I was worried for them with everyone working from home. We actually ordered from them more with work from home. So for those of us that live close maybe the same. They are a tucked away hidden jewel. read more

The bang mi here is $5, which is still pretty reasonable compared to most places these days. I came here with no expectation really other than I was just really hungry. The owner is super sweet and checks up on you to make sure everything is okay, which I really appreciated :) I ordered the Vietnamese ham (dac biet) and pork banh mi. Personally I liked the pork better and it was really flavorful. The ham was good too but I think it could have used more pate. It was still good though! The sandwich is about 8 inches long and they mentioned it was baked in house. It's super soft yet crispy, which is rare to find. Great small place tucked into an industrial office park. Not a fancy place, but pretty typical of similar start ups. Very friendly service with a greeting for everyone who came in. Order at the counter and they bring your food to your table when it is ready. My wife and I stopped by for lunch when we had to be in the area. I had the pork Bahn Mi and she had the chicken. Both were served on a nearly perfect freshly baked baguette-style roll. Crispy crunchy on the outside and very soft interior with nice flavor. Absolutely ridiculous, I ordered a regular size pho Tai to go and the soup portion is barely half the plastic to go container. See pictures below as I had to remove most of the noodles just so it can be soup. This is incredible that the restaurant thinks the ratio of the broth to noodle/meat portions they served for my order are good. I asked if they make their own but cashier wasn't so sure. Anyway, I ordered a pork Banh mi, loved the bread but that was pretty much it. Baguette was long and skinny so it couldn't hold much of ingredients. They use different pork (it was like bbq pork) while I was expecting some fresh grilled pork. Now that their dining room is back open I'm eating lunch there at this moment! They have tables blocked to ensure social distancing. The staff is wearing masks and gloves. This place serves a foundational vermicelli dish. Perfect proportions of the meat, noodles, and vegetables. Veggies are a bit in the chunkier cut side, but not the biggest deal. I especially love how they packed the chilli sauce and peanuts in their own container and included those options with my to-go. The space was neat and mostly empty because of its location, but the person who served me was super friendly, warm, welcoming, and hospitable. The only thing I wish they included were some herbs with the vermicelli dish, like cilantro and mint. TLDR: fresh and crisp veggies! I ordered delivery and was not disappointed! Food came fresh and was very flavorful! One awesome thing to note about this place is that when you order the Banh Mi extra toppings (besides protein) is free! I totally love that because I love my veggies! Vietnamese Ham Banh Mi: the pickled carrots and daikon radish were a bit on the sweet side for me and could have been slightly more "pickley" but it the entirety of the sandwich was very fresh and super crisp with all those fresh veggies! Grilled Pork Vermicelli: again, very fresh tasting! I do wish they included some herbs like thai basil in there for more added flavor but it was still a very filing and tasty dish! The romaine instead of iceberg lettuce is a plus! The fish sauce in my opinion was a bit on the sweet side--I'm a fan of tartness so I like mine a bit more tangy. The grilled pork had excellent flavor but it was a bit too stringy and chewy for my liking. Grilled Beef Vermicelli: vermicelli and veggies were great just like above!
