Came here for dinner on a weekend, and there was plenty of seating available and not much of a line. I ordered the Mala Spicy Beef Rib Dry Mix Noodle, which didn't have much flavor other than salt. My husband ordered a pork(?) noodle which was much more flavorful, so if I come back I might try that instead. Surprisingly, their soup dumplings are actually what stood out to me here: great soup flavor, reasonably sized filling, and good dumpling skin. I would order it again if I came back. We also ordered the scallion pancakes, which were nice and crispy but otherwise didn't stand out. Service was super fast, so it's a great spot if you need to just scarf down your food and go.

Presentation - good Clean - good Taste - good Service - poor Value - poor Ordering is done via QR code, but you're required to pay and tip upfront, which is odd. Ordered the Signature Mala Beef Shank Dry Noodle and Spicy Wontons. Signature Dish - Good flavor and spicy even at 2 stars, but portion was shockingly small. Only one piece of beef, a couple pieces of noodle, a tiny bit of lettuce at the bottom, and a large bowl that's misleading. I even added a fried egg for extra $ and it still felt skimpy. The wontons were forgettable. Dumpling World in Everett and Din Tai Fung both do it better. No service at all--no water refills, no check-ins--yet you're expected to tip in advance. Overall, overpriced for the portions and not worth it.

If you're looking for a great beef noodle soup this is your place! The soupy broth is awesome but the dry version also knocks it out of the park. With each bowl you choose the spice level with the choices of noodles. Another thing I like to pay attention to is how hot - temp wise - your broth is because there's nothing worse than a lukewarm bowl of noodles and here it comes out piping hot. There are other soupy noodly choices too and a variety of dumplings. The inside of the restaurant is very clean and service is good. I'm getting hungry just writing about it!

Such a hidden gem!! Went on a weekday for lunch and everything was sooo good. We ordered chili dumplings and green beans to share and each got dry mix mala noodles (beef & shrimp). Every dish was so flavorful. For noodles, we got 3 stars for spice level and that was perfect- a little bit of that numbing sensation with ton of flavors and crunch! 10/10 recommend

4.3 Stars. Really good. Finally, was able to dine in instead of multiple take outs here. As expected, even better to eat as it is fresh because the noodles just aren't as good when packed to go and sits for a bit. I was in the neighborhood at my favorite car suspension shop "mShop Auto" and capitalized to finally drop in. Very glad I did. The shank fell off the bone. Tender, juicy, flavorful. The noodles were perfect, 3 star spicy just enough spicy for me. I capitalized so hard that I added cost by adding noodles and fried egg. Final cost with tip was $33. That is quite a bit high honestly, to my own doing admittedly, but still, with the extras it is a bit high. Also, there is a bit of sweetness that I'm not that fond of that comes from the mala that I'm not a fan of. These 2 things are the main reasons why it is not a 5 Star for me, but easily good for return visits but would be even more if not for these 2 things. Very happy to finally have dined in, good stuff.

This restaurant has been open for quite some time and I've never had the inkling to try it until today since I was getting my haircut next-door and had to wait for my husband to come pick me up. The first thing I noticed is that everyone in here is Asian. That's a great sign that other Asian people wanna eat here. They have a no noun sense ordering where you go to the counter and order through the tablet or you can scan the table and order through the QR code at the table. We tried several things and everything was good. The chicken dumpling soup was a little bland, but everything else had a lot of flavor. Once you order a waitress does come by and drop off utensils and little bowls.

I had a very underwhelming experience dining here. Came in for lunch on Sunday and luckily, there was no wait. It is SO DIM inside which is honestly not necessary as it's just a casual restaurant. I personally don't like when restaurants give QR codes to scan for the menu rather than physical ones. It's not accessible for everyone, especially those that are not tech savvy. It was also so hard to scan the QR code because it was so dim in there and the menu was next to another QR code which made it difficult to scan to the correct website! To make matters worse, the digital menu does not have all the items listed...I had to ask the waitress to order for us because the item I wanted wasn't published on the digital menu. I had to show her a picture of the physical menu I found on yelp. I got the Mala Spicy Beef Dry Mix Noodle with 3 star spice. I like the chewiness of the Biang Biang noodles, but the portion of the noodles and meat was quite small. I was not full at all after finishing it. The spicy sauce is also not the numbing Mala taste I was hoping for. It was just chili oil honestly.... didn't taste like authentic Mala. I do appreciate how quickly they prepped the food though! Overall, everything was just very mid. It didn't stand out to me as much as I thought it would. Parking lot is free and convenient.

Pretty good place for noodles. I enjoyed the texture and sauce. The dumplings were very good. Juicy and spicy! Serving size is pretty good. I actually couldnt finish my bowl

I've been seeing this place on social media and decided to try as we were coming up from Bellevue. The beef rib was what had interested us, after seeing many videos of the large bone in the noodle dish. The bone was a bit smaller than some of the ones that were posted online, but it wasn't too small either. The meat was soft but did not fall off of the bone immediately. The sauce on the noodles was not very spicy (I could've gotten it more spicer). I didn't get as much mala spice flavor as I was wanting but I thought the sauce was enjoyable. The noodles are chewy and the sauce covered the noodles graciously. It was kind of heavy to eat by the end, so I wish I had gotten some of the cucumber to balance it out. The bowls here are deep and look very big, but I found in actuality that there is not as many noodles as other biang biang noodle places in Washington. I thought the soup dumplings were the sleeper hit. The broth in the pork dumplings was rich and flavorful. Different than other broths I've had in xiao long bao, but in a good way. Good amount of soup in them too! Everything is done via scanning the QR code at the table, so very minimal interaction with the staff. You also pay as soon as you order. Currently there is road work around the area, and it is not very easy to turn into the strip mall where Fang's is located from one direction.

TIKTOK LIVES UP TO THE HYPE... KIND OF? Saw this place on TikTok and it looked amazing so I had to try it. The food is really flavorful. However, I felt the portion size you get for the price you pay for was kind of steep. I ordered the Orange Chicken with Mixed Dry Noodles and it was definitely good. But at $19.99, I expected a bit more than I received. Upon arriving on a Saturday at 7 p.m., I was pointed to take a seat at a table. Taking my seat, I wasn't told anything and just happened to find a QR code off to the side of the table to see and order from a menu. You order and the waitress brings your food to you. Other than that, the service here isn't the greatest. I didn't even get a greeting or any direction on how to order. That said, you don't come here for great service, you come for good food. And it did deliver there! At 7 p.m. on a Saturday evening, there were about 3 or 4 tables available and most of the people eating here were groups of friends in their 20s and low 30s. A handful of tables appeared to have their parents with them so overall, this seems to be a younger-person establishment. It also seemed kind of dark inside and I don't mean the romantic kind. Overall, this is not a fancy place. It's a hole-in-the-wall-like place with good food. I knocked off a star for their high prices for the small portion sizes you get and the dim lighting. I didn't appreciate the lack of service so I knocked off another star there. But if it were just a judgement of the food alone, I would give it 4 stars.

Had to try this place from TikTok. The dry hand pulled noodles with the beef ribs is amazing! the meat does fall off the bone. I literally pulled it off with chop sticks! The dumplings in chili oil were so delicious! And eat the cucumbers in between the chili oil dumplings and the dry noodles to cut through the spices is perfect We didn't really enjoy the green beans. For some reason the seasonings tasted like dish-soap. Not sure why but we couldn't eat them. Besides that the food was good. Located in a strip mall there's plenty of parking. The downside is there's rod work in the area so getting in and out can be slow. I'd give this a try for the noodles and dumplings! if you're looking for a foodie spot.

Went on a Friday at 6PM and there were still a couple tables available, though by the time I finished my meal, there was a huge crowd waiting outside. You order and pay via QR code menus and the restaurant only seats about ~20-25 at a time. The strip mall has a fairly spacious parking lot, but it's gravel and undergoing construction right now. Dan Dan Noodles (3.75/5): I was a little confused because the sauce was this was soupy rather than thick. Flavors were good - nutty and savory is always a great combo, but I just wanted more of it on the noodles and meat as I was eating. Mala Spicy Beef Rib Dry Mix Noodle (4.25/5): Noodles themselves are nice and chewy. The beef rib is perfectly cooked, fall off the bone tender. The sauce is quite sweet and fragrant, surprisingly not very spicy at all even at a medium. Flavor profile wasn't quite what I was expecting, but was delicious nonetheless. Popcorn Chicken (3.75/5): The chicken was actually nicely cooked, but there wasn't a ton of batter / crust, so it isn't as crunchy as I would have liked. Nicely salted, but I wanted just a bit more flavor like basil or garlic because it was a little one note. Beef Sandwich (3/5): Beef was once again cooked well, tender and great balance of sweet plus savory. The bread itself was a bit of a let down as you want a super flaky bun (almost like pastry!), but instead this was closer to a dense chew bread. I don't think Fang Noodle House has the best rendition of biang biang noodles in the Seattle area, but if you don't want to slog to Cap Hill and cry over lack of parking, this is still a very nice consolation prize.

Overall very salty foods. Spicy Hand pulled noodles (just 4 noodles in the bowl ) also sauce are too salty for us. We loved their chewy noodles but too much salt contained in the noodles and sauce is little sweet compared other Xian noodles restaurants. Also we ordered chicken fried rice that was horrible taste and texture because the chicken wasn't fresh. Smelled like they already cooked yesterday and kept it in the fridge and added when we ordered. And flavor is very strange when I took bite. I don't know what kind of oil they used or ingredients they used in fried rice but me and my husband had both had stomach problems after eating 30-40 later. I can't believe the reviews are good.

I've come for both lunch and dinner, usually shortly after they open, and never had to wait. Just looking at the crowd, you can tell this is an authentic place. As someone who travels to China frequently, this restaurant definitely meets my expectations. The Hunan-style spicy dishes really satisfy my craving for bold heat and flavor. I've tried the stone pot spicy tofu with meatballs, 梅菜扣肉 (braised pork with preserved vegetables), spicy lamb, stone pot black pepper beef, stinky tofu, and the fried oyster mushrooms. I loved all of them. These are the kind of dishes where you can easily finish a big bowl of rice--and still want more even when your belly is already full. I'll definitely be back to try more dishes. Service was prompt, and one small detail really stood out to me: during my first visit, they actually replenished the napkins mid-meal. With spicy food and the inevitable runny nose, that level of thoughtfulness is appreciated!

I'm also a fan of the 沸腾鱼 here (not sure what the English name is), which was one of my favorite dishes from childhood that is really, really hard to find done right outside of the Bay Area. For such an authentic restaurant, I'm also impressed with their high-end decor, quick service, and cleanliness. You definitely wouldn't expect it to be so good walking in! Noodle Nine delivers a genuinely authentic dining experience that feels like stepping into a slice…read moreof everyday Asia rather than a polished, commercialized version of it. From the moment you walk in, the cultural atmosphere stands out--many of the patrons are Asian, and on my visit, a few were even dressed in traditional garments, which added a vibrant, lived-in feel to the space. It's the kind of detail you can't manufacture, and it speaks volumes about the restaurant's credibility within the community. The interior itself is fairly average--nothing particularly modern or upscale--but it doesn't detract from the experience. If anything, it keeps the focus where it belongs: on the food. Service was a bit of a mixed bag. There were only two servers handling the floor, and they were clearly stretched thin. Ordering is done digitally, which helps streamline things, but you can still feel the strain during peak times. That said, the food started arriving quickly--our tofu noodle dish came out almost immediately, while the beef dish lagged behind a bit. Presentation leans traditional in a charming way. The plates and chopsticks have that classic, no-frills aesthetic that complements the overall vibe of the restaurant. Now, let's talk about the food. First, a word of caution: spice levels here are no joke. If you're sensitive to heat, you'll want to dial it down. But if you can handle it, the flavors are absolutely worth it--rich, bold, and deeply satisfying. The tofu was exceptionally soft, almost silky, and clearly freshly prepared. The noodles matched that texture perfectly--tender, well-cooked, and comforting. Pricing is another strong point. For the quality and portion sizes, it's very reasonable, making it an easy spot to revisit without hesitation. Overall, Nine Noodles is a great pick if you're looking for authentic flavors, a culturally immersive atmosphere, and solid value. It's not about fancy decor or polished service--it's about good, honest food. I'd definitely come back.
