I tried the mini hotpot spot and ordered their Signature 45, and it did not disappoint. The portion was perfect for a personal hotpot, and the broth was rich, flavorful, and comforting without feeling too heavy. The ingredients were super fresh -- especially the veggies and sliced meats -- and everything cooked quickly and evenly. Service was fast and friendly, and I loved that each person gets their own pot, so you can choose exactly what you want without compromising on spice level or flavor. The place is clean, cozy, and great for a quick lunch or casual dinner. Clean and friendly service! Perfectly located for a quick grocery shopping afterwards.

Located inside Asian Market food court. Restroom: outside in the food court next to restaurant Parking: free shared retail parking This is a China brand hot pot. Their level of spicy is more than any normal Chinese food. So be aware. Menu and ordering are thru qr code on the corner of your table. We ordered: #6 farm tomato and pork meatball - thick broth #9 thai style golden broth lamb - has a kick #12 Korean style kimchi beef #11 japanese style miso tofu - vegetarian Sweet sour pork ribs - need more flavour Homemade spicy crispy pork - not as crispy as we wish Condiments and rice are $1 extra per person Complimentary tea has their own herbal fragrance. Overall food ok. The lady is very nice and attentive. Fyi, if you review via yelp or Google, you can get free fresh plum drink or brown sugar jelly.

First of all , this is a very clean restaurant with Excellent king county health rating. The owner is very friendly. As for its food, it is a hotpot and as good as others. I ordered medium spicy and it was actually very spicy. The portion is pretty generous. For $1, you have access to the sauce and rice bar.

Good food. The flavors of the pot very much resembled hot pot, but the flavors weren't as full as expected. Good food, but it didn't make me feel "wow this hits the spot!" I really enjoyed the concept of this restaurant though. The server was very nice and easy to talk to.

De Hotpotmini might just be the best personal hotpot in the seattle area! The flavor of the broth is rich and satisfying (I got the signature spicy beef) and the meat quality is insane. I love that they have a full sauce bar like you'd find at a hotpot restaurant too. I'll be back!

inside the asian family market food court area. serving mini hotpots with ayce sauce, side, and rice bar. got the farm tomato and pork meatball, the broth had strong tomato flavor - a bit too much for me but loved the variety of veggies inside. the appetizers we got were ok.

Upon entry, I was greeted by a friendly waitstaff and gave me recommendations of their spicy level. The dining room seems clean, bright and roomy. I ordered the beef pot with mild spicy but still too spicy for me. Their style is not like Boiling Point's Taiwanese mala but Chongqing's. The soup base is a lot more greasy in comparison and less veggies. They offer a sauce bar with unlimited steamed rice. Service was quick in terms of only 1 waitstaff present on the floor. Overall 3 stars, the taste was not what I expected.

Great place to get hot pot, very similar to boiling point, I enjoyed the flavors and the quality of the meat. I also enjoyed their sauce bar and rice, which is one dollar. I believe a dinner hot pot comes to around $22 at least. Very filling and very delicious.

Nice atmosphere! Only tried the miso while my friend tried the thai hotpot. The broth is pretty good.

Just randomly walked in this new restaurant and got surprised with the flavor, the meat quality, and the cleanliness here. This place has the best meat quality for single hotpot in Seattle area, the cut is thick but tender! I am already a fan of Chinese food and this spot stood out to me. The owner is from Chongqing and she provides great services, I feel welcoming and enjoy the ambiance here

I really liked the basa fish, as well as the tender beef but towards the end they all kind of tasted the same. The resturant is 2 stories but sectioned off as if there are little rooms around which cuts down on noise and makes it feel less busy which is a plus. The food and soups were pretty good, above what you'd expect from a normal ayce spot. Selection is decent, has a good amount of meats and vegetables but not as vast as the other ayce spots. We only ordered 1 plate of the wagyu which I forgot the name of but it was in the $30 range and was fantastic. Service was very attentive, checking up very often to remove plates, refill water, refill soup, and to give us ice cream at the end. Sauce is made and provided at the beginning of your meal but there is also a sauce bar if you'd like to make your own. There is also a jelly dessert area, fruits, and cold appetizer bar next to it. Although it was pretty busy inside, we were able to be seated in about 10 minutes, which was great for a last minute decision for Shabu Shabu. I haven't done many Shabu Shabu places, but this one is a bit different since you get a set of vegetables and meat rather than ordering multiple rounds. The quality of the meat and vegetables, in my opinion, was much higher compared to those places where you're able to get multiple rounds of meat or select your own vegetables/sides. The broth (I had kombu) was pretty light, so it wasn't the best. The service was pretty friendly and the only fault to them was they didn't come around to refill our pots with hot water. I enjoyed dinner here and would definitely come back again. The quality of the food, the calm restaurant atmosphere, and the polite staff made it an enjoyable experience.

My son graduated and I made reservations here in advance and called to ask about a table for 10, and if they could accommodate us and they said they could. Great! And I separately called about wanting to bring cupcakes and if that was allowed and they were cool with that, so super! It is one of my son's favorite spots so when the evening arrived, we got to the restaurant only to be led to a table that seated 6 in one corner and 4 kitty corner from that table. So...a family gathering had to be split, with 4 of us not even being at the same table as my son-including me. Mom. And in order to be close to him I sat with my back turned from him. Not ideal at all. So I was definitely miffed by this. I approached someone about it-not sure if he's the manager or not but he was very apologetic about it and said that they don't have seating for 10 at one table. But they tried their best by putting us all in the corner together. Not the same thing unfortunately as we could not all celebrate or converse all together. I told him that I had called specifically asking if they could accommodate 10 and I was assured they could but I did not know I had to ask "at the same table?". They should have been forthcoming that it would be at two different tables otherwise I would have made a reservation elsewhere for the celebration. What could I do but just accept his apology? But then, with a party of 10, I would think we would get extra attention but I guess since tip is already included after 5 in a party, they just called it in because I had to ask for more plates, more napkins, spoons, & water because the setting at the table was for 2, and we had 4. No one even asked us if we needed any more broth nor did they ever come to ask if anyone wanted a refill of the AYCE meats. Not that we could eat anymore but no one even offered. And, since everyone had to order the same meat plates, and one person wanted the wagyu, we all had to get wagyu at our table. Doesn't seem fair to me especially when they don't even offer more but I guess that's policy. When my son and I come in by ourselves, they are very attentive and always ask us if we need more of anything. But it was hard to find anyone to come to our table. They never checked on us after they brought the broth and meats the one time. So let me say I was very upset that the tip was included because really, no one served us unless we asked for more things. No one checked on us. Then I had to go and find someone so we could pay our bill. They apologized again for not seating us together but what could I say at that point? I'm not going to make a scene but it ruined a special night when all of the family couldn't sit together. Very disappointed with this visit especially when it's one of our fave places and we frequent it often and spent a good amount of $ that night with 10 people.

We asked the guy in the window if it was there or just a mistake and he said he had put it out and asked to see our receipt with the bowl number. He looked at our receipt and then went around the entire restaurant and found my bowl and the person who took it! (It was an accident, still frustrating). He told us that I could remake my bowl at no extra cost, but by that point we didn't have enough time to wait for it to cook and eat. They refunded us and brought over an extra side of oranges and gave us three drinks for free, which is extremely generous considering it was not their fault at all.
