Picked up the homie from the airport and he was craving pho so bam, found ourselves at an Everett OG classic. I feel like if you from around the area, you know bout pasteur's. It's your classic neighborhood pho spot. Nothing great about it, but it's consistent and it's there. Gotta appreciate that fr fr

#9 Pho with meatballs added (small size)

One of the best tasting pho I've had thus far in Washington. The broth is super rich and flavorful and it's still plenty of food with a size small. I got the #9 pho and added meatballs. Service here is always good--friendly staff and quick service. I will say a couple of times they have forgotten my appetizer. I also enjoy their nem nuong spring rolls as well. Plenty of parking onsite and the restaurant itself is pretty big. Only downside is how dark the place is. Highly recommend this place.

Just ate there.. and I found a nail in my pho. Not a fingernail, a steel nail about 3/4 inch. Like how does this even happen? Of course it was on last bite or so and I luckily I didn't bite hard but sadly it was noticed while already in my mouth. Yuck. I confronted the server(who I found later was the owner) and showed him the nail. His response was, "what do you want me to do about it?" Stunned by the response we left and will never be back. If you go, I advise you to check your broth. Da

Been meaning to try this place out for the longest time every time I pass by it when going to Home Depot. Finally had the opportunity to and I have to say that this place is a hidden gem. It's got a lot of the authentic Vietnamese cuisine that you would normally find in Little Saigon in Seattle ID without having to actually travel down there. I'm legit impressed! They have ox tail pho, bun bo hue, vermicelli bowls, and rice entrees. I simply went with the pho today cause my stomach was not feeling well and needed something soupy. Pho was more satisfying than usual since I wasn't feeling well, so I might be a bit bias. They kept the fat in the broth which I know a lot of Westerns may not prefer, but this is authentic imo and I appreciate it when restaurants keep it in rather than skimming it out. Meat slices were of good size and so were the meatballs. I would've liked there to be more green onions in the bowl, but that seems like a hard expectation for pho restaurants to fulfill from the get-go. I also got an Iced Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk and they really hook you up with a tall glass of it. Most places give you just a small amount that you drip yourself which isn't terrible, but I like quantity and speed with my coffee and they do that very well. There's a ton of space and tables in the restaurant and I do hope this place gets packed regularly. Can't wait to come back again.

Located off of Hwy 99 and Airport Rd in Everett. This pho restaurant is kind of tricky to get into if you're coming right off of I-5 from 128th street. Best way to get there is heading north on hwy 99. All the other routes have medians blocking your way to turn into the parking lot. The parking lot is shared with a bunch of other business, but rarely ever packed, so parking is normally available (at least the times I have been there have been fine). I came here for a late lunch with my family and usually this place has pretty good food. The service is sometimes good but it's been lacking lately. The last time we came our food got to us before the utensils even got to us. We had to get it ourselves. As for the the service today, it was pretty slow. Even though it wasn't that busy, our orders didn't come to us after a good 10-15 minutes or so. As for the food, I felt like my #7a pho was good, but my mom and nephew got the 1p. Bun Bo Hue; and while my mom got a normal serving of meat, my nephew's bowl was lacking the meat. While there, my mom commented that her broth had a smell like the broth was not freshly made. She felt like this was broth left over from the night before, if not the weekend and just reheated. Normally, when she gets this dish, she enjoys it, but this time around, not only did it not smell or taste fresh, she could tell it was probably leftover by the little meat bits that she found. She also mentioned that when she got home, she had an upset stomach. I would have loved to give this visit a better review, but my recent visits with this place haven't been the best compared to how it was in the past. My hope is that this is not the norm of it and that the food and service will be better again the next time, because I know that they do have good food and service (at times). It can be a hit or miss on certain days just like any other place. Most likely, I will probably come back.

Our dining experience began with cold appetizers, including a mixed black fungus dish with a satisfying crunch and tangy vinegar flavor, alongside pickled lotus root vegetables with a garlicky and subtly spicy taste. For our main courses, we opted for the Deep Fried Fish Szechuan Style, which was filled with cod fish, had a lighter batter coating, and a pleasing crunch, but beware of its savory and fiery flavor, which intensifies after several bites. We also selected the Szechuan Hometown Tofu, which offered our taste buds a savory flavor, enhanced by chili sauce, a crunchy exterior, and a soft, silky interior. On the side, we ordered a bowl of steamed purple rice and white rice. This exceptional culinary experience combines the perfect balance of crunchiness, chili spice, garlicky freshness, and sweetness, rich flavors of Szechuan cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant for an authentic Szechuan-style dining experience.

It is a huge portion but it is completely devoid of any flavor whatsoever. Usually onions add something but that did not help. I don't know how you can mess up noodles but no one in my family would eat them and there is one person in my family that will manage to eat almost anything and they refused. The sweet and sour chicken was drowning in sauce even though we asked more than once for the sauce to be on the side. We liked the bell peppers and onions in the sauce. The chicken pieces were of decent size. I did not care for the sauce. The white rice was well made and fluffy. The rice was probably the best part of the dish. About an hour later, we ended up throwing up the food. A complete waste of $31 dollars (which is pricey for what was supposed to be a lunch special). Also, vegetable chow mein and chicken chow mein is the same price which we found out after we had paid. Lunch is pictured and mention to include soup BUT you only get soup if you dine in. The place looked clean the the people seemed friendly. We may give them one more chance bc of the friendly service.

I ordered the cabbage and pork potstickers, the Dandan noodles, a beef pancake roll, the veggie, egg and shrimp potstickers, and finally the lamb with onion potstickers and one coca-cola (yes, all of this was for me, don't judge). First, the beef pancake roll was AMAZING!!! It's a super simple item, the pancake was crispy and soft, wrapped around some lettuce and flavourful beef. This is a must order. The potstickers were all fantastic. Warm, pillowy pockets full of veggies and protein. The cabbage and pork were my favourites. Finally, the Dandan noodles. These noodles were covered with beef and sauce that had just a whisper of peanut butter. So simple but yummy! This place serves up some delicious food!

It is their specialty and they do it well, from the skin to the fillings. In my opinion, they are much better than dough zone. However, their pot stickers, steamed, and boiled ones, are all the same type, so be aware not to order too many dumplings, mix in some noodle or pancakes dishes to avoid one note. My only complaint to the menu is they don't offer much wide veggie dishes. The only thing is the cucumber salad, which is only a ok dish.

I liked the fact that the menu was well organized with well described ingredients and accompanying pictures of the dishes (as a more exotic type genre, I have no clue how the traditional dish name translates to something I wish to order). I ordered the Swimming Rama because I wanted wide noodles and spinach. It arrived as a generous portion with excellent quantities of all the different ingredients. I'm also not a fiery hot spice eater, but don't want bland either, and the temperature was proper at spice level 2-3. Normally I would have most of the dish and reserve some for lunch tomorrow, but it was so good (combined with a desire to not carry doggie bags to our next stop) that I finished my dish. My wife had the papaya salad and red curry, and she found them very fresh and flavorful, spicy but not excessive. She also finished her plate. Minor deduction in that the dining area is somewhat small and nondescript, and the door on a cold evening let in some cold (our waiter made sure to bus the door with every passage to minimize this issue). Prices were fair and competitive: great quality and quantity at a good price. I don't understand why there wasn't more of a a crowd!? A real witness: We are planning on returning in a month.
