Try it if you like tea-it's delicious. The only downside it comes in a plastic cup, but I get it, lessens the breakage of tea cups. The menu is quite extensive. Lots of options. We ordered the eggrolls, spicy fried chicken wings, and the papaya salad as appetizers. For the mains: the meatball and brisket pho & my husband ordered a build your own pho with oxtail & crunchy flank - crunchy flank is like beef jerky. Size options of pho comes in small, medium and large. We chose medium and it was a lot. The broth without adding the usual sauces, basil, lemon or jalapeños was excellent10/10! this place might not be in the most inviting location, and it's definitely not the cleanest restaurant I've been to but I keep coming back for one reason: the nem nuong rolls. they're easily the standout item and what sets this spot apart from the many other Vietnamese restaurants in the area. the beef pho broth is decent at best, it gets the job done. overall it's not my favorite place for Vietnamese food, but if you're craving nem nuong rolls, this is the spot! read more

The fried rolls were excellent but our seafood crepes were more like omelettes, all soft and kinda jiggly, rather than the crispy and addicting versions we've had in various other places. One of the best tasting pho I've had thus far in Washington. The broth is super rich and flavorful and it's still plenty of food with a size small. I got the #9 pho and added meatballs. Service here is always good--friendly staff and quick service. I will say a couple of times they have forgotten my appetizer. I also enjoy their nem nuong spring rolls as well. I've been here a few times and love it. There's not a lot of natural lighting and it can feel a tad dirty but their food and service is pretty good. I've ordered the pho, egg noodles with pork, shrimp and squid, fresh rolls, egg rolls and the banh mi. The pho and egg noodle broths were good - flavorful and overly salty. The beef cuts in the pho were tender and the perfect amount. Everything else tasted just as you'd expect from a home cooked meal. I find the price reasonable (pho is still under $15) and they also have this delicious garlic chili sauce that I believe is homemade and packs a light punch. read more

This has been our main stay pho spot for years. I have to admit they've gone downhill a little. Their portions seem smaller especially the banh mi sandwiches. The banh mi sandwich had very little chicken or the pickled veggies you would normally expect. The veggies also didn't have enough pickling flavor. The pho was good as usual. Nice big bowl with plenty of noodles. The thing is they've raised the prices quite a bit. I work on the eastside so I expect higher prices there, but these were close if not more than what I see in that area. They were also pretty dead. Been meaning to try this place out for the longest time every time I pass by it when going to Home Depot. Finally had the opportunity to and I have to say that this place is a hidden gem. It's got a lot of the authentic Vietnamese cuisine that you would normally find in Little Saigon in Seattle ID without having to actually travel down there. I'm legit impressed! They have ox tail pho, bun bo hue, vermicelli bowls, and rice entrees. I simply went with the pho today cause my stomach was not feeling well and needed something soupy. Pho was more satisfying than usual since I wasn't feeling well, so I might be a bit bias. They kept the fat in the broth which I know a lot of Westerns may not prefer, but this is authentic imo and I appreciate it when restaurants keep it in rather than skimming it out. Meat slices were of good size and so were the meatballs. I would've liked there to be more green onions in the bowl, but that seems like a hard expectation for pho restaurants to fulfill from the get-go. I also got an Iced Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk and they really hook you up with a tall glass of it. Most places give you just a small amount that you drip yourself which isn't terrible, but I like quantity and speed with my coffee and they do that very well. There's a ton of space and tables in the restaurant and I do hope this place gets packed regularly. Can't wait to come back again. read more

We used to go to Pho Asia a lot. Found this spot because we were looking for Ox Tail pho around the Everett area. Our first few times was great. Broth wasn't greasy and the flavor was all there. The ambience is somewhat dark and it can get pricey (I added the beef back rib $7.50) so around $24 for a large pho. This is the only spot I go to when I want either ox tail or beef rib with my pho. Compare to many other similar restaurants, I can say this is the only place that offer many different kinds of noodles, rice, and bread options. The service was great. Staff were friendly. Located off of Hwy 99 and Airport Rd in Everett. This pho restaurant is kind of tricky to get into if you're coming right off of I-5 from 128th street. Best way to get there is heading north on hwy 99. All the other routes have medians blocking your way to turn into the parking lot. The parking lot is shared with a bunch of other business, but rarely ever packed, so parking is normally available (at least the times I have been there have been fine). I came here for a late lunch with my family and usually this place has pretty good food. The service is sometimes good but it's been lacking lately. The last time we came our food got to us before the utensils even got to us. We had to get it ourselves. As for the the service today, it was pretty slow. Even though it wasn't that busy, our orders didn't come to us after a good 10-15 minutes or so. As for the food, I felt like my #7a pho was good, but my mom and nephew got the 1p. Bun Bo Hue; and while my mom got a normal serving of meat, my nephew's bowl was lacking the meat. While there, my mom commented that her broth had a smell like the broth was not freshly made. She felt like this was broth left over from the night before, if not the weekend and just reheated. Normally, when she gets this dish, she enjoys it, but this time around, not only did it not smell or taste fresh, she could tell it was probably leftover by the little meat bits that she found. She also mentioned that when she got home, she had an upset stomach. I would have loved to give this visit a better review, but my recent visits with this place haven't been the best compared to how it was in the past. My hope is that this is not the norm of it and that the food and service will be better again the next time, because I know that they do have good food and service (at times). Hands down the best Pho broth in the area. Better than anything in Seattle. The only negative is that it's over an hour drive from where I live. I make it point to stop by and eat here if I'm anywhere remotely close to Everett. If I worked at the Boeing plant, I'd be eating here at least once a week. If you aren't a Pho person, try the com bo luc lac rice dish. Oh so good... perfectly cooked beef. Service has always been good, fast and friendly. On a beautiful late Winter evening, I was craving something not so heavy, so Bahn Mi was the answer to my dilemma. After careful consideration, I decided on Pasteur's. Uber Eats was going to be the chariot to bring my delectable treasures. As I perused the menu, i was delighted to find an Avocado Smoothie. Now, it may not make much sense how the two ideas are related, but hang onto your shorts, because we are going on a gastronomic journey. Now, Pasteur's serves Pho, but where there is Pho, often times there is Bahn Mi, so I decided to order a pork bahn mi. Now, man cannot live on Bahn Mi alone, so I decided to also order the Avacado Smoothie. The Bahn Mi was as close to perfection as any sandwich I've ever eaten. The bread had a crispy crust, and a squishy center. The pork was beautifully marinated, amd the veggies were perfect. All in all, a dreamy kind of treat! I was excited to try the smoothie, because, although I don't love eating plain avacado, I love me some Avacado Bubble Tea. This was exactly like that, except no bubbles!! It was absolutely perfect! All of these things made for a scrumptious meal. I was happy to enjoy the food from the comfort of my own home. Over the years I've tried other pho restaurants, and I had a favorite but it sold and the quality changed, so I've been missing really good pho. I love this place. Been going for years. Great options for vegans and vegetarians. They will substitute spicy soy sauce instead of fish sauce for the vermicelli noodles. They give you alot of fresh veggies and the tofu is always fried perfectly. My concern is the parking lot! I went there yesterday but was too scared to get out. There were literally maybe 20 guys hanging outside the parking lot, up and down the street just doing their business. It's like that all the time but yesterday was especially bad. For those around Everett, I'd say this is a solid pho spot. My friend vouches for their wonton noodle soup but I haven't tried that yet. I just know my Sunday morning pho is a few blocks away and pretty consistent as far as being flavorful and service on point. I usually get the #1 which is a regular steak with meatballs. My only complaint is the meatballs of which are halved and there's only 2, doing the math that's technically 1 meatball... Not cool! I want more but the up-charge of 4 meatballs is $1.25.... My boyfriend usually orders a #7 and we get the fatty broth with spring onions on the side along with a bowl of fresh tripe to share. They give you enough Thai basil leaves and bean sprouts, you can ask for extra at no charge. Another thing I think Pasteur's can consider is using real chopsticks instead of the take/out kind, it's a bit hard to use. It is a bit dark in this restaurant but after awhile I don't mind it very much. They have one television in the back usually good for men on their breaks or just to catch up on sports happening during their dining experience. Family owned and DELICIOUS! My daughter and I were looking for a new pho place to try and this place caught my eye because they have baked bread on their menu. We ordered to go but when we got here my daughter wanted to stay. One of the owners was so wonderful to us, he went and put our to go items on plates and in bowls. I will never forget the kindness he showed. Their food is delicious. We loved the oxtail pho and the baked bread was delicious for soaking up the leftover pho broth! I know this is a pho place, but my friend invited me here to eat their grilled catfish and it didn't disappoint! She invited me to eat with her since it is big enough for two people. She was having a huge craving. They give a mound of veggies: cucumber, pickled carrot and daikon, lettuce and basil as well as vermicelli noodles alongside fish sauce and a super anchovy sauce which is an acquired taste. Catfish was very fresh and topped with fried spring onion and opened to reveal its goodness without too much bone inside. It also had really crispy skin. I have tried a few locations in the Everett area and Pasteur's is by far superior to others in terms of taste and offerings. I had the Chao Long, a specialty rice porridge with innards and a Chinese donut (they call them baked bread sticks here). Very satisfying meal however I feel that it can be made even better with an addition of ginger and more (or larger) pork blood cubes. $8.95 Another thing I really enjoyed here: The appetizer grilled pork (sausage style) spring rolls. The pair of these babies are the so yummy! The rice paper is warm and chewy with an interesting mix of a crunchy thin egg roll stick, lettuce, and the lightly browned, pink pork sausage. If you are to order anything, get this! $3.95 On my second visit, I ordered their supreme baked fish special (3S on the menu called Whole Baked Catfish). This order requires at least a 2 hour prep time so I had to call in advance. Just imagine a prepared roast pork and its crispy skin but instead with a fish. I couldn't believe when the fish came out, so soft, tender and with the thin, crunchy skin just melts and cracks in your mouth. This huge fish portion is accompanied by rice paper and a host of veggies for you to wrap up and dip in the shrimp paste sauce. The fish was large and can feed about 3 people. **$50 for this special, be prepared for a varied price based on the size of the fish. A few things to note: they have a sticking front door that is hard to open and should be fixed. Also, a door chime should be installed so that the wait staff can be alerted when customers enter as the fish tank blocks the view of the entrance. When I am up north, I am sure to stop by this place again for an Asian fix. read more
