Food was very flavorful , decent portion even I didn't feel full after my meal . It could have been that we were really hungry but this hit the spot. We got the large pho for my wife and i and even with how hungry we were, we barely finished it. It was huge. The ratio was a tiny bit off which is why we ordered extra noodles but it was still a great deal. The broth was rich and plentiful, and the noodles were well cooked and a good consistency. The tofu was fried which is how we like it, and even though there were not a lot of vegetables it didn't need them. The vegie pho had veggie stock which seems like a simple ask but some places don't do that so it was nice not to worry Initially they got the order wrong but were very sorry and quickly got out the right order. That along with the quick service even with how packed it was showed how good the service was. The atmosphere was pretty modern and clean with nice lighting and good seating. This place is probably the only decent pho place in Everett since Pho Hung closed. It kind of sucks to be a business in Everett these days. The Everett local government raised the wages and taxes on businesses to the point where they're closing. But somehow the owner of this place still manages to make it work. The quality of the food is consistent, seating is generally not a problem except at peak times. Parking is adequate. It's right down the street from the Everett cop shop, so it's pretty safe. Also you can pop across the street to Trader Joe's on your way home. All things considered it's a great lunch spot and a better dinner spot. read more

Pricey. The cashier did not want to give me my change bc all he had were nickels in the register. I have never had someone ask me if I want my change. Thai tea is pricey as well and the to go cup was not filled to the top. For almost $8 you would think it would be filled to the top bc it does not cost much to make a cup of Thai Tea. We will go back to making our own at home or purchase it elsewhere when out and about. The food. We used to love the pho and the bread from here but last night was off. I did not believe the reviews saying the noodles were hard but they are. The broth is still top notch. We added the noodles to the hot broth and they stayed hard. This was the first time I have ever experienced hard noodles with pho. For the price we expected the same quality as the past or better. We would have liked more meat as well and a couple of slices weren't the type of meat we ordered. I will say the amount of meat we received was more than the place in my local area and the broth is superior. We may be back but only if the noodles improve and we are in the area. We love this place. We probably go a couple times a month. And we love that youve kept your Chinese menu. Absolute favorite. However in the last 6 months or so the service is getting bad. No silverware on the table even after ordering tea and the soups don't come with a saucer anymore so you have to set your spoon on a dirty table because you also don't get napkins. This place used to be a solid 5 spot, but something's changed lately. I don't think it's under new management, but the quality has definitely slipped. The Bahn Mi now comes with one big cucumber slice (that looks more like a pickle) instead of the usual thin slices, and there's barely any filling overall. The pho also doesn't hit like it used to , very little cilantro, green onion, or greens in general. You have to doctor it up yourself, which makes the $17+ price really hard to justify. I hate leaving a bad review since I've already mentioned it to the staff before without posting anything, but nothing seems to have changed. Absolutely delicious. I ordered a pho and my husband got a banh mi. It's absolutely perfect on a cold day. The broth was so hearty and perfect - I didn't even add hoisin or sriracha! You like Pho or Bahn mi's?!? Look no further. Next to the old Trader Joe's in Everett we've been here a couple times. Very clean and well run establishment. The staff is friendly, helpful and very efficient. We both ordered the pork bahn mi which was packed with veggies and the pork was juicy and flavorful. Adding the soup, tempura and drink for another 5 dollars was not only well worth the price, but all were just as good. We have had the pho here, which is also very good, but we learned the hard way the first time, the size is not for the faint of heart! Very large in size and we could not finish all of our food. We were both very happy with our choice in food but couldn't help but notice all the other menu items being served around us. We will be back.....multiple times I am sure of it. - A warm summer day like today warrants a bowl of refreshing bun thit nuong w/ chagio ( bbq pork noodle bowl with egg roll). I gotta tell you that this place has a solid offering. This casual restaurant was welcoming with attentive and friendly staff who added greatly to our experience. - The 2 large skewers of meat got my attention. They were tender, well seasoned ( not too salty or sweet), and not dry or hard to chew. The small egg roll was crunchy and added enough protein to finish off this bowl of noodles without much complaint. Accompanying fish sauce was adequate. My disappointment was with the iceberg lettuce and needing a bit more fresh garnishes such as cucumbers and cilantro to help the pickled carrots and daikon round off the dish. Rating 4/5 - This afternoon we saw many folks in the restaurant having pho noodle soup. My hubby ordered one and enjoyed the flavorful beef pho along with iced coffee. HIT THE SPOT! The rainy and chilly late evening made my craving for comforting pho ravenous. I'm SO glad they were open and that we stumbled across this place by a drive by. We were seated quickly, arriving around 8p they were still pretty busy at about 60% occupied. Interior was bright, modern, clean, and open with a TV in the corner. Waters were brought right away and our order taken shortly thereafter. Shrimp spring rolls (2), beef bahn mi, and a regular sized veggie pho (sizes: kid, regular, or large). Loved that the spring roll peanut sauce wasn't overly peanut buttery or fishy, the flavor and texture/thickness was perfectly balanced. My veggie pho came with carrots, broccoli, tofu, and thinly sliced onion with just the right amount of noodles. The broth flavor was robust and exactly what I was looking for! I added Sriracha as I always do for spice, plus all of the side bean sprouts, cilantro, basil, and fresh jalepeño. My dream in a bowl was manifested! They remained steadily busy as they approached closing at 9p on a Saturday night with both dine in and take out. Staff was friendly, kind, and quick!
