peak food was good and the service was really really good 100/5 stars will come back and recommend it

This broth is very good. Very deep flavor. You can tell they take their time and do it right. I wish they gave a bit more noodle for the amount of broth and size. Can't really complain though. read more

Pho is so good, service is great! People who work there are super friendly. The BBQ Pork Bahn Mi with the Chicken Pho (I subbed noodles for shredded cabbage) and added veggies. So delicious!!! Ordered there for pickup and had some hot tea while we waited. Jasmine and chrysanthemum. The pork egg rolls are also delicious. read more

Can never go wrong with number 27 the everything vermicelli or (bun) bowl. Comes with a HUGE bowl with a rice noodle and salad mix topped with perfectly grilled shrimp, pork, and a fried and chopped into bite size egg roll. It's topped with crushed peanuts. I would douse it with their superb mild /non fishy fish sauce and chili oil and slightly stir up to distribute sauce. So good and always FRESH! On a different day, when I felt like a steamy bowl of noodle soup, I would always get the number 22 I think with everything. Lots of good tendons. Wish the tripe is thicker! Get large and ask for extra noodles. They provide a good amount. Even if I couldn't finish, the noodles didn't get soggy after two days. Their fresh roll is like $5.95 for one roll cut in half but it's so perfectly made I had to get one for myself. We like their rolls cuz it's the "noodle-ly" kind! Always super fresh. They even carry the real coconut juice with coconut meat. Not the typical canned ones at the store. This is the kind you can only get in Chinatown but they have it. The best "young" coconut drink. Pure and refreshing. Always clean, quiet and decent service. Easy parking at the dollar tree strip mall. read more

The food and service at Mimosa is outstanding. The menu offers many standard Vietnamese dishes, as well as classic Thai favorites. Several beer choices are available, as well Thai tea and coffee, and Vietnamese iced coffee. The owners are wonderful people who remember their customers and treat them like friends. read more

I've been here several times - it's tasty, quick, and not expensive. I usually get a banh mi.

Pho Mimosa - 24. Pho Ga 44. Wonton Soup Fried Wonton - Vietnamese Near Me - Snohomish, Washington

Broth was sort of spiced, but generally flavorless (might have been an off day / under salted today), but meh. The noodles were nice, but no amount of garnish or modification made the broth tasty. The beef was standard frozen eye round. The veggie pho did have a good bit of veggie and the mushrooms, while rehydrated, were flavorful. The ice coffee tasted like standard Folgers drip. The summer rolls were ok. The noodles in them were well cooked, but the lettuce was nearly white. The grilled chicken was boring and, again, unflavored. The peanut sauce was subpar and seemingly straight out of a bottle. The fish sauce dipping sauce was untouched/modified and total meh. read more

Absolutely Incredible! Please please please, people of snohomish county, branch outside of pho! The combination noodle was amazing and all of the meat and shrimp were cooked and seasoned so well. The customer service was great and the owners are so nice. I can't wait to come back and try their pho broth, which looked clear and delicious! The prices are awesome for the portion and the ambience is quiet and calm with high walls to keep your party private. Thanks so much for the good food! read more

First time trying pho mimosa and not impressed at all! First off it took a very long time to get the food, the curry was runny like soup, our $10 chicken entree hardly had anything in it, banh mi sandwiches are generally loaded with crisp pickled veggies- this had very little veggies and I'm not even sure they were pickled, it sure didn't taste like it. I threw out all the leftovers (with the exception of the house fried rice, that was good), they just weren't worth keeping... won't be back. read more

I have 5 reasons why this is not a place I'll come back to. First, pho mimosa doesn't offer any mimosas. Second, the prices on Yelp need to be updated to reflect current prices which are quite a bit higher. $14.50 for a bowl of large pho dac biet/$13.50 for a bow of large pho Tai. Third, the protein portions are fairly small. Fourth, the broth wasn't that tasty. Fifth, the service was very slow, even when there weren't many other people in the restaurant. read more

Pho Mimosa used to be a favorite of ours several years ago, and then they got new ownership and they weren't good anymore. But now! They're so good!!! So happy to have Mimosa again as our local fav. The banh mi is beautiful and so darn tasty. Pho is delicious, and so is the phad thai. The owners are super sweet, and the service is excellent. Give Pho Mimosa a try, you won't regret it. read more

Stopped here on our way home from Canada. Great pho soups but the pad Thai came drenched in tomato sauce. The menu did not say anything about tomatoes sauce in the noodles. Similarly the fresh rolls ccsme with a side of watered down ketchup... I'd only come back for the broth in the pho. Very flavorful broth, a bit greasy but tasty. read more

Best Vietnamese sandwich I've ever had. I love the amount of veggies they put on their and I ask for extra meat and no mayo. (I drizzle sriracha instead) Pair this with some duo to dip into and you're in heaven. Yum yum yum!! My only complaint about the soup is that the large doesn't come with the amount of meat I'd like but it's still delicious. Picture is the grilled pork sandwich. read more

Pho Mimosa - My friend ordered "extra meatballs" for couple of dollars, and this was the only meatballs in the pho. - Vietnamese Near Me - Snohomish, Washington

On first impression, decor is shabby, carpet is stained, and paint is peeling, me and tiny monster love pho though, and these things do not mean food is bad at all. Service is very slow. They do give ample limes which is appreciated. The large is quite large, the bowl did not appear clean, but maybe it was just me. I was easily able to split soup into two. The veggie broth is quite good, though they use weird mushrooms, I am not a fan of mystery mushrooms. I ordered extra veggies and extra noodles as am sharing. I would honestly give this place a five if it were cleaner, the food is solid. Although noodles are really small o am not sure how I feel about this. read more

Not enough things can be said about this place. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the food is consistently delicious. I no longer live near there, but I drive 40 minute to get the food from here apposed to the Pho places near me, because the food is that much better. Highly recommend. The only thing negative I could say is the inside needs a refresh, but this place is still 5 stars. read more

Just not going here again. Which is a shame because we live in town. Since owner has changed food has gone downhill.tonights try was green curry. I asked for no spice. I get spice so i cant eat it. Plus it was too salty to eat. They just throw in some frozen green bean and carrots. The rich was overcooked and had mixed in to it like rice that was hard and a different color. Scraped off of others plates? Soiled carpet at the entrance gives bad impression and they have been understaffed and continue to operate this way. People wait and wait . read more

The food there is amazing. My husband and I eat there about once a week. The yellow curry is my favorite and we also get the fried rice which has a ton of flavor. The owners are always there serving and cooking the food themselves and even when it's busy it doesn't take too long and they are always so nice and friendly. They just remodeled and it's nice and clean inside. They also have stamp cards so for every 10 meals you buy you get one free. read more

I kept forgetting to leave a review of Pho Mimosa, as I rarely use my computer. However, my wife and I went out to supper tonight there for our bimonthly dinner date. As ALWAYS the food was awesome, full of flavor and can't eat it all portions. We love this place, not only for the food, but everyone working there is so nice as well. I really cannot recommend this place enough. If you like pho, this is a 'must visit'. I have tried pho all over the Puget sound area, and the broth on their soup is second to none! read more

Might be the best pho ever!...but I'll never know. My wife and I arrived just after 8:30 on a Saturday night. Before the door had closed behind us we were asked by the woman working, "To go order?". We said we were actually going to dine in and she told us they were closed. I know the Yelp hours say they close at 9:30, but the hours on their front door say 9:00 (I've posted a pic of them). Now, I work in the hospitality industry. And does it suck when someone comes in a minute before closing time? Sure! But you still serve them. You're getting paid, or if you're the owner then it's a sale. But coming in a half hour before closing and not getting a table? That's a new one. Sorry Pho Mimosa, that is just bad business. I would say it's poor customer service, but since I was never a customer or received service... My caveat to all of this is that they have a sign on the door saying that they may close at any time due to inclement weather without warning. Perhaps a 45 degree, semi-damp night counts as inclement weather, but I would call that Pho weather. I just assume that sign is there as just another excuse to close early when they want. read more

Was first time back since we moved back to town. Wanted to give the place a chance since had been very happy with the food prior. We ordered Chicken Phad Thai and Tofu Phad Thai. They both had tomato sauce, it looked liked we had order spaghetti. Very disappointed. read more

I am addicted to their veggie pho and their pad thai with tofu. YUMMY!!! I did get the seafood pho by mistake one day, and would NOT recommend that. They gave me a ton of seafood, but the quality of it wasn't very good. It seemed like it might have been fake, but I'm not certain on that. Stick with the veggie pho, it's the best I've ever had. 07.05.17 EDIT: I haven't been to Pho Mimosa in about a year now. I stopped going when they got rid of the XL size of pho. I could get 3 meals out of that, but now just 1 so it wasn't worth it any longer. I finally went again tonight, and they had the big pho back with fresh mushrooms instead of the canned ones they used before (bonus!), but OMG, I ordered the pad thai & it was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like a bottle of ketchup on noodles with some fish sauce. The noodles were also soggy & way overcooked. I used to order this item all the time and they have changed the recipe. There were also no peanuts on it. Please refer to the picture of my pad thai in my trash can. I took one bite, and tossed the rest. I'm sooooo mad right now. read more

A co-worker told me about this place and I'm SO glad he did!!! I actually don't care for Pho in general (my husband and teenage son says theirs is the BEST around) but the Vietnamese BBQ here is so packed full of flavor and taste that we will continue to visit again and again. The portion sizes are crazy big for around $8 and the service is always friendly, attentive and quick! Don't order the Extra large bowl of Pho unless you're feeding a family of 5, seriously. My son orders a Medium and it's about the size of his head! The fresh spring rolls that we order and all enjoy come served with the most flavorful peanut sauce and are pretty cheap as well. They're in the Entertainment Book which allows you to buy an entree and get one free which is a great deal! read more

As I pondered this review, I reached a bit of a problem. I desperately wanted to find a reason to not give them 5 stars. Honestly, I spent a good 10 minutes trying to think of a reason, but I couldn't. My pessimistic side should be ashamed.... Anywho, I've been eating here for years. The interior is classy and simple, and not overdone. The service is absolutely amazing, and the food is to die for. I always think I'm going to try something different, but alas, my tofu pad Thai, three stars, is always too scrumptious to pass up. That being said, all of their food looks spectacular, and you MUST try the Thai iced tea! When you go, (and trust me, you need to go), don't be afraid to ask for options for the different delightful dishes. For example, try cabbage with you're soup instead if noodles. The waitresses will even recommend what sauces to use! I suppose if I really tried to to think of a negative, I would say that they're not very formal. They don't take your name for seating, no reservations needed, and no exquisitely dressed servers, but that's just one of the many reasons that make me love this place! read more

These guys are the best. Their soup is on a different level. Serious. I've tried a ton of pho from around the pnw, as well as traveling through Vietnam. And their broth is my jam. The staff are super friendly, the service is great and the prices are super reasonable. Also, they make my favorite phad Thai I've ever had. I love Thai food as well, and never order phad Thai at a Thai restaurant, but the phad Thai here is a delightful tray of street food style noodle glory. I love this place. Bonus round is the green papaya salad or mango salad, if you can make room after the healthy portions on all of their soups. Worth it if you do. Bottom line is you can't go wrong here. Also, my daughter loves the egg rolls! Don't buy the hype from the hobbyist reviewers trying to pick this place apart just to have something to write about. We went here while in the Metropolitan-city of Snohomish simply to try Pho in Sno-ho. Needless to say, both of us were not happy with the caliber of Pho. Maybe there is something better on their menu, but the Pho-broth was extremely bland and even later doctoring it up w/ a ton of sauces and spices still left it so. There was not much meat either. The atmosphere was very CLEAN and peaceful. The highlight of this place was the super-clean bathroom. The hostess was actually rather rude. read more
