Can never go wrong with number 27 the everything vermicelli or (bun) bowl. Comes with a HUGE bowl with a rice noodle and salad mix topped with perfectly grilled shrimp, pork, and a fried and chopped into bite size egg roll. It's topped with crushed peanuts. I would douse it with their superb mild /non fishy fish sauce and chili oil and slightly stir up to distribute sauce. So good and always FRESH! On a different day, when I felt like a steamy bowl of noodle soup, I would always get the number 22 I think with everything. Lots of good tendons. Wish the tripe is thicker! Get large and ask for extra noodles. They provide a good amount. Even if I couldn't finish, the noodles didn't get soggy after two days. Their fresh roll is like $5.95 for one roll cut in half but it's so perfectly made I had to get one for myself. We like their rolls cuz it's the "noodle-ly" kind! Always super fresh. They even carry the real coconut juice with coconut meat. Not the typical canned ones at the store. This is the kind you can only get in Chinatown but they have it. The best "young" coconut drink. The beef was standard frozen eye round. The veggie pho did have a good bit of veggie and the mushrooms, while rehydrated, were flavorful. The ice coffee tasted like standard Folgers drip. The summer rolls were ok. The noodles in them were well cooked, but the lettuce was nearly white. The grilled chicken was boring and, again, unflavored. First off it took a very long time to get the food, the curry was runny like soup, our $10 chicken entree hardly had anything in it, banh mi sandwiches are generally loaded with crisp pickled veggies- this had very little veggies and I'm not even sure they were pickled, it sure didn't taste like it. Second, the prices on Yelp need to be updated to reflect current prices which are quite a bit higher. $14.50 for a bowl of large pho dac biet/$13.50 for a bow of large pho Tai. Stopped here on our way home from Canada. Great pho soups but the pad Thai came drenched in tomato sauce. The menu did not say anything about tomatoes sauce in the noodles. Best Vietnamese sandwich I've ever had. I love the amount of veggies they put on their and I ask for extra meat and no mayo. They do give ample limes which is appreciated. The large is quite large, the bowl did not appear clean, but maybe it was just me. I was easily able to split soup into two. The veggie broth is quite good, though they use weird mushrooms, I am not a fan of mystery mushrooms. I ordered extra veggies and extra noodles as am sharing. Not enough things can be said about this place. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the food is consistently delicious. I no longer live near there, but I drive 40 minute to get the food from here apposed to the Pho places near me, because the food is that much better. Highly recommend. The food there is amazing. My husband and I eat there about once a week. The yellow curry is my favorite and we also get the fried rice which has a ton of flavor. Might be the best pho ever!...but I'll never know. My wife and I arrived just after 8:30 on a Saturday night. Before the door had closed behind us we were asked by the woman working, "To go order?". We said we were actually going to dine in and she told us they were closed. I know the Yelp hours say they close at 9:30, but the hours on their front door say 9:00 (I've posted a pic of them). Now, I work in the hospitality industry. And does it suck when someone comes in a minute before closing time? Sure! But you still serve them. You're getting paid, or if you're the owner then it's a sale. But coming in a half hour before closing and not getting a table? That's a new one. Sorry Pho Mimosa, that is just bad business. I would say it's poor customer service, but since I was never a customer or received service... My caveat to all of this is that they have a sign on the door saying that they may close at any time due to inclement weather without warning. Perhaps a 45 degree, semi-damp night counts as inclement weather, but I would call that Pho weather. I just assume that sign is there as just another excuse to close early when they want. read more

These guys are the best. Their soup is on a different level. Serious. I've tried a ton of pho from around the pnw, as well as traveling through Vietnam. And their broth is my jam. The staff are super friendly, the service is great and the prices are super reasonable. Also, they make my favorite phad Thai I've ever had. I love Thai food as well, and never order phad Thai at a Thai restaurant, but the phad Thai here is a delightful tray of street food style noodle glory. I love this place. My son orders a Medium and it's about the size of his head! The fresh spring rolls that we order and all enjoy come served with the most flavorful peanut sauce and are pretty cheap as well. As I pondered this review, I reached a bit of a problem. I desperately wanted to find a reason to not give them 5 stars. Honestly, I spent a good 10 minutes trying to think of a reason, but I couldn't. My pessimistic side should be ashamed.... Anywho, I've been eating here for years. The interior is classy and simple, and not overdone. The service is absolutely amazing, and the food is to die for. I always think I'm going to try something different, but alas, my tofu pad Thai, three stars, is always too scrumptious to pass up. That being said, all of their food looks spectacular, and you MUST try the Thai iced tea! When you go, (and trust me, you need to go), don't be afraid to ask for options for the different delightful dishes. For example, try cabbage with you're soup instead if noodles. The waitresses will even recommend what sauces to use! I suppose if I really tried to to think of a negative, I would say that they're not very formal. I'm finding myself struggling to write this review. Pho Mimosa has been a long time loved spot of mine and my family's since it opened way back when. Their staff, who were all family, was SO kind and knew us all by name since we were regulars. The veggie pho, spring rolls, papaya salad, and avocado smoothies were all favorites of mine! I always had an incredible experience. Maybe a year or two ago Pho Mimosa was taken over by new owners. There wasn't any change in the restaurant that indicated new owners, so I think it was a shock when the quality of service and food had diminished a little bit. My first visit in with new owners, part of my order was forgotten and we weren't tended to for a really long time. I was hoping that they just needed time to get into the swing of things. I visited again a few days ago, awhile after my initial visit with new owners. It was better! My food was good, but service was okay. It used to be my favorite spot in Snohomish but I think they'll need to step up a little more to live up to the old owners, which I feel bad saying, but to consumers, the restaurant looks the exact same so they need to be exceeding expectations. read more

We went here while in the Metropolitan-city of Snohomish simply to try Pho in Sno-ho. Needless to say, both of us were not happy with the caliber of Pho. Maybe there is something better on their menu, but the Pho-broth was extremely bland and even later doctoring it up w/ a ton of sauces and spices still left it so. There was not much meat either.
