Food is good, average, not bad. We had the Phǒ, large size which was enough for me to share. The 3 cuts of meat were sort of indiscernible, but tasted ok. The broth was tasty and clean tasting. The fried spring rolls were nothing special. The fresh rolls, as well were basic. I've had better ones in other Vietnamese restaurants. Place is on a tiny strip mall. Parking seems limited, but we went at an odd hour, so no problem. The inside of the restaurant was spacious enough. The service is friendly and fast, even if there were only 2 people serving. First time to visit Happy Pho in Marysville. Place is very simply decorated. Lots of tables for small and big groups. The menu is small but enough to order a variety. We ordered the fried spring roll and fresh spring rolls. Honestly, I have had better tasting spring rolls and fresh rolls in other places. We ordered a large #10 pho enough to share with another person. Had good amount of meat slices but I was missing the tendon and brisket that was part of it. Soup however was very tasty. All ofthe meat was perfectly cooked. The pho had the most flavor that I have had in pho. The restraunt is always busy onthe weekend. If you have a large party, call ahead and your table will be ready when you arrive. We had a party of 16. No alterations can be made to the egg rolls. They are made ahead of time. This place is banging!!! The food is filled with great flavors, the portion sizes are so good for the price, and the staff is friendly and the food comes out quick so it's a perfect stop for lunch! My only complaint is that their fresh rolls are shrimp only and I'm allergic, because they looked so good when my coworker got them, she also looovee the peanut sauce! (The egg roll is also pork and shrimp, so my coworker took that off my bowl lol). There is a working lot here, but is is sort of small. Okay, so 5 star for service because the girl who seated us and took our order totally came through and served us super quickly when we were in a rush. She for sure gets 5 star. Also, another 5 star for the price! I'm from Bellevue so seeing $13 pho is amazing! My husband and I both got a medium and it was plenty. We ordered a side of extra noodle ($3) just in case and we were both so full. This pho place is a few minutes away from the outlet mall so if you're wanting a quick meal, make a pit stop here!!! I was having a bit of bad day over the holidays so my husband thought it would be a good idea to get out and get my mind off things. He took me to a place he has been to without me willst I was on a girls trip. We both love Pho so we try out new places when we can. This place is in a strip mall on the north end of Marysville across from the Goodwill on State Street. This restaurant is in an unassuming little place in a strip mall. We walked in and there was Christmas music playing. That was a hard one for me as the holidays are a struggle. I like music but maybe even a little less on the volume and maybe something a little more generic. The menu is on the table and we ordered the Pho with steak. We also ordered Cha Gio. The Cha Gio was brought first it was freshly cooked and very hot when brought to the table. Initially the roll had a good flavor but as it set for a few minutes it lost its flavor. I was a Little disappointed but was hopeful for the soup to be better. I am not a huge fan of oily or fatty broth whether it be Vietnamese or Western. The soup was brought to the table and it had more fat than I expected but I was surprised that it had a wonderful taste. I sipped the broth first and when I sipped it it didn't taste oily at all. The broth smelled nice and I could smell cloves with the broth but it didn't taste like it. It was a pleasant tasting broth and I really liked it. There was a good bit of thin sliced steak, noodles with onions etc. A plate was brought with sliced jalapeños, lime, bean sprouts and Asian basil. All veggies were fresh and looked clean and well prepared. This looked like a family run business. The folks we were served by were very nice and they did check on us several times. The one thing I did note is they served a lot of take out. They must be doing something right. I would have given 5 stars but the Cha Goi was a bit of a turn off. Everything else was perfect. So here's the thing, I could swear that I did a review here many years ago and gave it a 5 star. But I scrolled all the way to the oldest review and last year was it's first review. Did they change owners and erased the old business and recreated a new one with the new business owner? Well, the review I did many years ago, I mentioned that this place was the best pho in marysville or in the area. Portion size and price was good too During the Huy Fong sriracha shortage, i went in once and I never went in again and I would like to rate this place a NO star. No number at all including the 0. I wish the option to rate had a blank rating when you can review even without selecting a star. The chick up front was so RUDE! I wish I caught her name, but she has a bad attitude. Like gross! She needs to not be there at all. We asked for a little extra sriracha and she said, "only a small dollop of sriracha are given between two guests." in the rudest way ever and we had Two large bowls. I get it, there's a shortage of HF sriracha, But if you want be greedy and just give a dollop for you, just don't give any at all. Instead, use a different brand of sriracha. HF isn't the only brand they have out there. So with that being said, eating pho at that point is worthless. The broth wasn't all that great either, so without the sauce, it couldn't be elevated or helped. Note* and beware!!!! Their extra meat is not what you think it is. It's not extra of every meat if you order the combo, it's actually just extra rare steak with only 4-5 super thin slices. read more

The menu has an excellent choice of Vietnamese food. Banh mi sandwiches are delicious. The Pho is hearty and worth the price. I tried the a Chinese dish Mongolian beef and it was good. The restaurant has a vibrant take out business so it can get pretty hectic especially during peak dinner hours. The staff seemed to handle the traffic flow well and are used to it. I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding an experience my husband had at your restaurant recently. My husband went to Happy Pho to order food for me because I wasn't feeling well. When he entered, he noticed the cashier/waitress was assisting another customer. Since he urgently needed to use the restroom, he decided to do that first, assuming he could place his order afterward. However, when he came out of the restroom, the waitress asked him if he had a delivery for the restaurant. When he replied no, she abruptly told him that he couldn't just use the restroom and that he needed to inform someone first. My husband explained that he was planning to place an order, but she continued to reprimand him, saying he couldn't just walk in and use the restroom without letting someone know. This exchange took place in front of other customers while my husband was in his Amazon uniform, which made the situation even more humiliating. A customer nearby even shook her head in disbelief at how disrespectfully he was treated. Feeling embarrassed and unwelcome, my husband decided to leave without placing an order. We are regular customers of Happy Pho in Marysville, and this kind of treatment was shocking and unacceptable. My husband had no intention of being disruptive or disrespectful--he simply needed to use the restroom before ordering. To be treated this way, especially as a paying customer, was both hurtful and disappointing. Because of this incident, we no longer feel comfortable returning to your restaurant.
