There was very few waiters that were working that night making it harder to get the waiters attention. The food on the other hand was good and bad. I ordered the xiao long bao and it was very good. The flavor was on pointe, but the dough felt a little under cooked at the bottom. We had also ordered the potstickers which were amazing. I had ordered the mushu pork. It was good, I had never had it before. The flavor was there, and adding the sauces made it much better. My friend had ordered the mama chicken lollipops. I think she was expecting something else and wasn't satisfied with the quality. She and asked if she could get it taken off the bill as she didn't eat any. I would love to go back and see what recommendations the restaurant has because we didn't know what to order.

The dim sum was outstanding and it's so hard to find good dim sum outside of Bellevue or going down to Renton or further, so it was a thrill to find great dim sum here. i guess what I want to call out that is that while we hope for good food, wonderful service can feel challenging. The service is pretty standard and the staff were able to clear our plates relatively quickly. This is a Chinese or Asian style buffet, and we loved the Asian style fusion foods. There were rows and rows of food choices. Some of the trays were of hot food like ribs or fish, fried foods, various seafoods, a salad bar, sushi and sashimi bar, desserts or fruits, and even a DIY grilling station where you can choose your own meats or proteins, veggies, or noodles, and they'll freshly stir fry it on a hot stone flat grill top! The various seafoods included shrimp, clams, baked oysters, crawfish, and deep fried crab. My favourite was probably the sushi bar with many different rolls, nigiri sushi, sashimi, and sashimi salad. They also have an unlimited soft serve machine. All in all, a great lunch with amazing variety and portions!

It gets 5 stars because it delivers as promised.

Would rather go to Diamond Bay, Tasty Szechuan, Royal Kitchen, (can see why they're busy and packed on a holiday weekday night and Sun Sui Wah is not) Went here for dinner for my grandma's 89th birthday with a party of 9 at 7pm. We ordered dishes typical of a 10 course meal including crab, Peking duck, live fish, rice, noodles, veggies, seafood, etc. The food was really good and didn't take too long to come out. Everything tasted good and we were all enjoying the family meal together and that's why I am giving 1 star because we will not be coming back. The service was absolutely horrible; ruined our dinner and wasted an extra 1-1.5hr of everybody's time. There was only 2 other tables in the restaurant and the servers started having dinner together at a table instead of working. I would understand if we were high maintenance customers or were giving them attitude but we did not. My cousin and I have both been FOH and BOH staff so we try to be understanding and patient when it comes to service especially coming from a Chinese background too. However, we asked for water several times, they never refilled anyone's water or the tea even once at this point it was end of dinner and 5 out of the 6 of us had completely empty glasses for about 30 minutes. We finally got water when we signaled to the Busser and he went to tell the same server again. We finished eating and decided to pay first so my grandma wouldn't try to pay. We tipped 18% off the bill since we were a large party and I wasn't about to punish all the workers for some water but what happened after made everything much worse. We asked for togo boxes and the server lady just dropped them off stared at our table and left. I was already wondering why she was seeming to be upset but seems like we were interrupting their dinner because 3 or 4 chinese servers were eating together at the table at the front when my sister's boyfriend went to pay. (That's why we didnt have water) I don't mind the workers needing to eat because I have been in their shoes before but please provide some service if you still have customers inside the restaurant waving at you. We wanted to leave just as much as they probabaly wanted to close at 10 pm(it was around 830ish now) We noticed that the cake they had been holding for us in the fridge was just sitting at another table in the restaurant. They saw us go grab it ourselves. We packed all the leftovers and started putting our dirty dishes and stuff onto the table because the workers were doing nothing. They saw that we were done but didn't want to stop their 8:30pm dinner I guess. Finally we asked them to bring us plates and clear the table. I have never had to ask the Chinese servers at any restaurant to clear the table before dessert, normally they do it for you, especially after you just tipped them almost $100 lol. The Chinese servers sent the bus boy to clear our table and guess what returned to their dinner! We again asked them for plates for the cake. It took so long to the point my sister missed picking up her prescription at 9pm. Not sure if the dim sum service is better but I'm pretty sure those 5 star service reviews are from the chinese servers' friends and/or family. Or the servers are taught to do nothing besides get the order and drop it off. Unfortunaly we will not be spending money at this establishment again because of the service and will be telling our family and friends in Issaquah and Bellevue to choose better places for sit down family meals. Hope others enjoy their meals because the food is still good

That's my favorite kind of dim sum restaurant, and this place absolutely delivers. From the moment we sat down, the carts were rolling by nonstop, stacked with steamers and fresh plates. There's just something special about being able to see everything before you choose, it makes the whole experience feel lively and traditional. I was SO excited when I spotted taro puff on one of the carts. Not every dim sum restaurant carries it, which is tragic because it's easily one of my favorite dishes. These were perfect. The had a crispy, lacy exterior with that light, fluffy taro filling inside and a savory center. I immediately grabbed a plate and was prepared to eat the entire thing if no one else wanted to try it. The siu mai was solid and flavorful, the har gow had a nice translucent wrapper with juicy shrimp inside, and the chicken feet were especially good. They were very tender, well seasoned, and cooked just right. The steamed spareribs were another standout. They were super flavorful and not overly fatty. Overall, this is exactly what I want in a dim sum experience with the bustling atmosphere, carts rolling around, and all my favorite classics (taro puff!). If you love traditional cart style dim sum, this place is definitely worth a visit. Everything was so tasty.

No, but if you're looking for a place to get together with a big group of people and just enjoy time together, T&T weekend dim sum is the spot. The dim sum is decent, definitely worth the price, and the tea is free, the way it should be! I've been aware of the Seattle location because of the cute name, like mountain bao, but never visited. Lynnwood (Mill Creek) area is a bit more convenient, so decided to stop by. Kind service, mainly taking orders and dropping off food, but was pleasant. Green Beans - solid green beans! No meat but stir fried well. A bit pricey but a solid shareable portion. I'd love a version with some meat but I can appreciate being vegetarian friendly. Pan Fried Pork Bao - sadly no soup in this pan fried bao. I think there was too much bread because everything was very doughy while the actual pork was tiny in comparison. If there was more meat then maybe the extra large dough would be okay. On the bright side I guess this is a filling item with the carbs. Xiaolongbao - Unfortunately, 2 out of 8 XLB were ripped and the soup spilled in the steamer. Those ones were extremely sad and disappointing. However, even the remaining 6 XLB didn't have that much soup. I would skip the XLB here which sucks because the place literally has bao in the name. Shu Mai - tasty, hearty, comfy, and satisfies the craving perfectly. Large and scrumptious, as delicious as any dim sum spot. Highly recommend because I was shocked, not expecting much.

I've spent time in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, and was more than excited to finally get a Vietnamese place back in Oak Harbor. I ordered the shrimp fresh spring rolls, pork banh mi, and beef vermicelli bowl. After dipping my spring rolls in the flavorless peanut sauce, the first bite overwhelmed my senses with the taste and smells of cooked shrimp that had been left in the baking sun for hours. I'm not sure how they recreated this flavor in late February in Oak Harbor. I tossed the spring rolls after the first bite. Next was the banh mi, which I thought would be the star of the show after seeing they made it the OG way with pate'. After biting into it, I was met with the shock of being dunked in an ice bath by the cold slices of fatty pork. Not room temperature, but refrigerated cold. It was one of the most unappetizing things I've ever subjected my mouth to. I popped it into the microwave for 30 seconds and it was about as good as it sounds. At this point in my culinary journey, my confidence in the vermicelli bowl was quite low. After pouring the room temp (Swanson's chicken broth??) onto the bowl I could only take a few bites before tossing this as well. I ordered 3 of the 4 non-dessert items on the menu (didn't try the pho) and all of it was served with room temperature or below meat (Danger!). Needless to say I spent the next few days in the bathroom as my body needed to expel the harmful bacteria. I also do want to say that my order was for pickup and I ate them within 10 minutes of being served to me. These were definitely not plated warm. After a $47 bill (they charged me a $1 fee for each item that I got to go ) I realized I should have just gone to Naung Mai if I wanted anything resembling an authentic SE Asian culinary experience here in Oak Harbor. The one good thing I can say about Trinh's Corner is that whoever is creating the menu is on top of the social media food trends. They serve a biscotti croffle, which is a desecrated croissant covered in preserved processed sugar. All the rage on TicToc right now, although I'm not sure how they will pivot when the fad dies down in 6 months. #stillwaitingforgoodfoodinoakharbor

I ordered the Chicken Pho and also Chicken Bahn Mi. I was very pleased with my order and thoroughly enjoyed my lunch at Trinh's Corner on SR 20 in Oak Harbor. The pho was awesome, and this from someone that typically does not like soups. The light broth was tasty and the chicken was tender. The owner came by my table and welcomed me to his restaurant. I told him that I had never had Vietnamese food before. He told me that typically the diner would dip the chicken slices (or whatever protein) in a mix of sriracha and hoisin sauce. But he cautioned that it would be spicy. I assured him that I love spicy and proceeded to take his advice! The bahn mi was also incredibly yummy. While the pho had slices of chicken the bahn mi had cubes of chicken, as well as slices of cucumber, carrot, onion, and jalapeno, with spring onion and cilantro. The restaurant was very clean, bright, and airy. The staff is friendly, polite, and helpful.
