Stopped in for a bite to eat and was welcomed by a friendly and kind bar staff and hostess. I couldn't decide on what to eat but I was pretty famished so the bartender recommended the Mongolian beef. It came quick and the beef had the perfect crisp and the vegetables were plenty. It was a fantastic meal paired by a respectable drink selection. Bar has a huge tv with sports on and the vibe is part touristy but also part locals hangout. Certainly glad I came by. I will be back next time I am in town! read more

Atmosphere & location 5 star! Food 2 star Summary: do not come here. I went here with my uncle and extended family to celebrate my cousin graduating nursing school. Parking is quite challenging. I entered the restaurant and was confused because there's a big sign outside that says "fisherman jacks" but it bridges two building and there's like an odd walkway and the only real entrance was this Chinese restaurant with Chinese characters on the door. You walk in and nothing says fisherman jacks. The signs, the menus, the host area. Anyways it is the place. The resultant is really nice looking and it's right on the water and it was like a nice hot day with baby blue sky and the restaurant fully opens up so we're indoor but it's kinda like outdoor patio seating. So I was really impressed at how nice this restaurant was. I used the bathroom and it was kinda sub par with only 2 stalls and 1 sink but whatever it worked. I ordered an espresso martini and a water since I had arrived last and wasn't sure who's water was who's. They never brought me a water. The martini was really good. We order family style and my uncle orders us a feast with like 6 appetizers and like 10 entrees. But the food was totally lack luster. It was at the bare minimum level of acceptable. Every item was like this. I was totally shocked. I couldn't help but be totally disappointed and I was trying to remind myself to be grateful because I'm at a family event and it's a beautiful day and I have a meal that is being provided for me and I made the best of it. But seriously I cannot stress this enough; The flavor was slightly worse and more dull than Panda Express and the quality of the food was on par with Panda Express. I know my uncle paid an insane price for this dinner and I appreciate it and had fun but I can't quite shake the feeling that this place charges top tier pricing for Panda Express level of food. My first visit here and I have to say that it is all looks here. The setting. The ambiance was wonderful. The resturant is very well put together and clean. The location is excellent for a spot to walk outside while waiting or after eating. The food here on the other hand was not great. I think the fusion flavors did not meet my pallet one bit. I was lost in all the sauce and wonder of what was trying to be accomplished. The sauce for my spicy wontons tasted like its been sitting in cornstarch and flavor for a bit, and the clams I had was a confusing flavor. The walnut shrimp wraps were just okay and pork shumai was the only decent thing I had there. I would not come here for food again, but they have their location and setting on point. The service was just okay. Our waiter was nice, but I felt as if they were rushing us. We were there for about an hr and I felt a little bit rushed. They close at 11pm and at the time it was 9:45. Would i come again? Probably not, I love the location but there are so many other places nearby to try in the future. Ambiance is a 10/10 here! The perfect location right on the water with a beautiful view. We sat outside and enjoyed the sunshine on a warm day. Our server was amazing and so helpful. I'd say skip the egg drop soup. It was overly gelatinous and had a funny taste. The chicken lettuce wraps were perfect though! They tasted fresh and had a ton of flavor. I'd also skip the cucumber as it didn't have a ton of flavor going on. The cashew curry was also amazing! They had a few gluten free options for my friend but not too many when their main dishes are dumplings. I should probably return to try some of those! This place is pretty amazing, so happy it came to the Everett waterfront. I do admit I was originally turned off by the name, but know this is an Asian restaurant and not a seafood place. If you haven't been yet come check it out and plan to do a nice walk around the greatly improved area before or after dining. I've been a long time lover of China City in Mill Creek, but this version is even better. They have different menu items so unfortunately you can not get your favorites at both locations. Do leave extra time for parking as this may be slightly challenging. I have mostly been visiting in the summer and enjoying dining on the patio. It's great to look out at the water, see the seals and enjoy the people watching. It does not feel like you are in Everett on a warm sunny day. I have yet to actually dine inside, but this is on my list of things to do for the not so great months as I don't think I can go a whole year without the food. Its much larger than I would expect and always seems to be pretty busy, although we always walk in without a reservation. The tiny bar area looks inviting as well. I am so thankful for the vegan options and really enjoy the impossible dumplings. I try to mix up what I get on each visit, but prices are high so there are still a ton of things I would like to try. I with the happy hour worked better with my schedule. My friend is obsessed with the chocolate dumplings and now insists we only go on the weekends as they tend to sell out fast. Alright...everything on the menu AND I MEAN EVERYTHING is perfect! We had a double date night yesterday. Every single of one our drinks was bomb.com! Not too strong, not too sweet and the flavors of the drinks hit the spot! The vegetables were delicious: baby bok choy, the broccoli and the cucumbers! We finally got to try the Neptune noodles (the one I've wanted to try for a while). The price is up there, however, that's bc of the Dungeness crab and fish eggs (masago) on top. Sooo good! We also got to try the honey walnut prawns. I've had this at other Asian restaurants but this was one was unique where it was on lettuce and had rose petals on top. We also had potstickers, seafood siu mai and the pork xiao long bao! For dessert this time, they did run out of the walnut bun so we got the sweet egg bao and chocolate dumplings. Holy moly, the chocolate dumplings oozed in your mouth (if you're a chocolate lover, you'll love these!) The sweet egg bao also oozed and it had egg and sugar mixed inside, it was subtle. Make sure to take a small bite, they can be piping hot when served. The cold brew martini was EXCEPTIONAL! The BEST cold brew martini I've had. It doesn't compare to Dilletantes. A hint of cinnamon, flavors were well combined. When you get the total bill, make sure you're ready for it. It adds up but the experience of this place, not to mention the service is top notch! We didn't get our server's name...but he was excellent! The staff helping out with orders and clean-up, were on their toes, even on 4th of July! TRY THIS PLACE! This is a beautiful spot on Marine view drive on the Everett waterfront. It has some new Oriental choices on the menu. It was pleasant watching people walking by the yachts moored on the water. Came here for brunch on a Friday and it was pretty busy but you get seated right away. There is indoor and outdoor seating, perfect for the summer. I know the food here is not authentic Chinese food, it is more of an upscale Asian fusion, but I am still willing to try it because of the gorgeous location and view. We ordered the wonton with spicy sauce and added $4 for noodles. The pork filling wonton is good, noodle is a bit hard, and the sauce was just okay. It came with a lot of spicy sauce that it made the whole dish almost like spicy wonton noodles soup. We also ordered the beef Mongolian beef with steamed rice, I really liked this dish. The beef was very tender, sauce was sweet and spicy, really good. Food came out quick and service was excellent. It is more in a pricier side. This beautiful restaurant is situated right on the Everett marina. With a beautiful patio over looking the docks and big bay windows for observing sunsets, there isn't a terrible seat in the house. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the lumpia and Mongolian beef. The flavors were spectacular with each bite leaving you wanting more. As a self proclaimed Asian food connoisseur, I was a little hesitant with how the food would be but decided to check it out after looking at the other reviews. We came on a busy Sunday night and was able to get seated immediately at the bar despite the restaurant being full. The service was great and the staff was incredibly attentive - our water glasses were never empty! We felt well taken care of since the waitress checked up on us pretty frequently. The restaurant was lively and the decor and ambiance was very nice, they have outdoor seating available on a nice sunny day. The food also came pretty quickly after ordering and the drinks were great! We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps, spicy pork wontons, xiao long bao, chicken fried rice, and green beans. The spicy pork wontons and fried rice was spectacular! However the green beans were a bit disappointing and a little flavorless, we actually had to add some of our own seasonings to it to give it some flavor. Officially the worst meal of 2026. Menu is want to be Chinese, poorly executed and salty. Not one item we ordered was something worth ordering again. We had a large party and the service was lovely. Warm and attentive and the view was very pretty even though we were blasted in the sun the whole time and not able to enjoy the view. For specifics: Pot stickers were not fully cooked and not even hot. Crab Rangoon's had such little filling it's a literally a joke. Black cod was horribly salty and the lovely piece of fish was wasted, noodles were salty and also not hot. Green beans were cold, not even a little warm. So the location of this place is amazing! Located just down the street from Naval Station Everett and right along the Marina in the Port of Everett, the place is busy and popular with pretty epic views of the boats and bay. I came specifically for the dim sum after reading some Yelp reviews and ended up eating the best Siu Mai I've tried anywhere! My other standout favorite this visit was the Seafood Fried Rice which had generous hunks of shrimp, crab and scallops along with the other usual ingredients then decorated with scallions and edible flowers for a beautiful presentation. I'll definitely be back, but bringing reinforcements...! I dined alone this visit and took much of it back to the hotel with me! Great place to bring a date or friends though! Enjoy! read more

Was taken to Fisherman Jacks for a surprise date night. What a great place. The service and staff were awesome! Very friendly and efficient dim sum style dinner. The food was all delicious and brought out in perfect order. I stuck to beer but there are a lot of delicious sounding drinks and a big spirit menu. If you want to stop by with family go ahead but be prepared to eat what your kids are going to eat. They don't have kid meals. My party showed up 5 minutes late and we were able to check in. 25 minutes later of waiting and I went up to the hostess to ask how much longer for our reservation and she mentioned it would've been 20 minutes more. Explained it was really busy tonight and that they are waiting for people to leave. Sat back down and a minute later, the hostess came back out and mentioned that they would be able to accommodate us on the bar side if we were up for it. The manager also came out to apologize for the delay and mentioned that they were going to accommodate for the issue. Was very pleased with how quick the restaurant was able to solve the issue and come up with a solution. We ordered the following: Cup of Hot and sour soup - first time ordering 3 cups of hot and sour soup as our starter per person. The soup came out extra hot (temperature). The taste is a good balance of spicy and sour. Would recommend. Chicken lettuce wraps - I've had the lettuce wraps several times. It's a good starter to share with the table. Dish came out hot. Mongolian beef & Chicken fried rice - my go to entrees when I come here. Dishes came out hot. Never had issues with the quality of the food. Portion size is perfect to share with 3 people. I was looking for a lunch spot we hadn't tried before, and it turned out to be surprisingly difficult to find trendy restaurants open before 4 PM. This place checked all the boxes! We arrived around 2-3 PM and initially requested a table with a water view. The staff was very accommodating and quickly seated us with a great view. Later, when we realized that happy hour is only served in the bar area, they were just as friendly and helped us move to a table there without hesitation. Happy hour runs daily from 2 to 5 PM in the bar and again from 9 PM until close. We specifically wanted to experience their happy hour menu so we could sample a variety of dishes, and it did not disappoint. Overall, I was very pleased with the food. There was only one dish that could have used a slight improvement, but even that one served well as a light palate cleanser between courses. What we ordered: Cucumber Salad: This dish was decent but not exceptional. I think thinner cucumber slices would have helped the dressing soak in more evenly, as the thicker cuts didn't absorb as much flavor. That said, it served nicely as a refreshing palate cleanser between other dishes. Steak and Cheese Lumpia: An absolute standout. My husband enjoyed it so much he ordered a second plate, which says a lot since he's Filipino and quite particular about lumpia. The flavor was excellent, and the dipping sauce complemented it perfectly. Crab Hot and Sour Soup: I really enjoyed this unique take on a classic dish. The crab flavor came through beautifully, and I appreciated that they tied in local seafood, especially given the restaurant's waterfront location. I would definitely order this again. Pork Xiao Long Bao: I liked this dish, though my husband mentioned it lacked a bit of the depth of flavor we've experienced elsewhere. However, given the rest of the menu, it seems their true specialty is Siu Mai, which happens to be my personal favorite. Seafood Siu Mai and Shrimp and Pork Siu Mai: Both versions were excellent, flavorful, juicy, and well-prepared. I especially loved the seafood variation, which was my first time trying and definitely something I'll order again. Overall, the staff was warm and attentive, the service was prompt, and the restaurant itself was beautifully designed--clean, stylish, and consistent with its theme. Coconut Curry Mussels: the curry broth is so good you'll want to sop it up with rice or bread after you devour the generous portion of fresh mussels. Seabass Rolls: light crispy egg rolls stuffed with tantalizing seabass lightly fried. The combination is so smart, so creative and so incredibly flavorful. Walnut Shrimp Wrap: some of the best honey walnut shrimps you'll ever have, the shrimp is large, the sauce is perfect, not too sweet, just perfect. Ahi Tuna: fresh, tasty ahi poke tuna served on a shrimp chip, perfect combination. Jacks Miso Black Cod: was flaky, fresh, mouth watering, served with bok choy. Definitely a signature dish of Jacks! Sauteed Green Beans: crispy green beans, so much better than the popular spot that rhymes with tin fhai dun. A simple sauteed but the flavors are delicious. Chocolate Dumplings: perfect way to end your meal with this mouth watering dessert. A combination of warm oozing chocolate stuffed inside dumpling delicious pillows, like a souffle dumpling. Very creative! Fish Eggrolls are flaky & incredibly flavorful. Chow Mein and Fried Rice were perfectly cooked and made our table wanting more. This place just hits on everything off their menu. You can tell the owner and his wife has really put their heart & soul into creating the menu. The restaurant is lively with an incredible vibe. Everyone looked happy and satisfied. Green beans were excellent- hot/ crunchy good flavor. Hot and sour soup is very good with nice flavors. Vegetable dumpling (corn, cabbage,carrot, mushroom soft steamed) needed more flavor and was a bit gummy. Neptune noodles were very good, hot temperature and seafood not overcooked. Great Patio Seating Along the Everett Marina. We like to sit in the Lounge style chairs around a gas fireplace outside. Variety of cocktails and food. We ordered a sampler, and chicken chow Mein for food. We asked for the spiciest and they brought extra chili oil on the side. We did add in more chili oil and it was perfect spice. Ordered 2 cocktails Kim our server was very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure that everyone was happy with their drinks, food, and experience. We have visited a couple more times since. They are dog friendly out on the patio ad love brining Ragnar! Our favorite dish is the spicy wontons add the noodles.
