What a little hidden gem! Went here for my mom's birthday with 12 people. The place was empty so we got seated right away. The service was amazing. The woman who I assume was the owner was friendly and attentive. Then the food came out, it was so good. I got the Mongolian beef and it was tender, full of flavor, just the right amount of heat and the rice was perfect and fluffy. The hot & sour soup was the best I've had in years. Everyone was impressed with the food and you could tell as we all got really quiet cause we were all devouring our food. Serving sizing left us all with enough for a second meal! This restaurant has very good customer service and has a cute esthetic however I came in for take out and when I got home I was horribly disappointed with the Orange beef dish I ordered, Not only was it over priced at 24 dollars for one small meal but the beef was super hard and over cooked. I expected a nice tender beef with orange sauce but I didn't expect they were going to deep fry all of it in oil. I was so looking forward to enjoying this when I got home but I couldn't even force myself to like it because of how hard it was. read more

Despite all that, we stayed to dine in and ordered one individual combo #1, sui mai, and combo appetizer platter. The booths are comfy. It took awhile to get our food. Normally at every other Chinese restaurant, the hot and sour soup comes out really quickly. It was around 5 minutes. Hubby says it was good. There were 8 other people here so not busy looking although I saw that they're handling to-go orders too. In fact, there was a sign at the entry that said to-go orders only. No dine-in. Listen. Is this the finest Chinese restaurant around? No. But it is fantastic comfort food, and for that I give it five stars. When I was a poor kid growing up, my parents would splurge sometimes and take me to a similarly dated Chinese restaurant, and I still remember how great the General Tso's chicken was. I've been chasing the flavor of that chicken ever since that restaurant closed down years ago. This place comes close. It's not super romantic for a date, and you can find trendy restaurants elsewhere for atmosphere, but this place served the kind of chicken that was just what I needed after a tough day at work. And there is a LOT of it. We got two dinners, sesame chicken and General Tso's chicken, both with fried rice as substitute, and we received a three containers jampacked with all three. We had leftovers for days, which wasn't bad for $50+tip. After moving here six months ago, we finally found our comfort Chinese food spot. read more

My rice and tea were cold I received the wrong dish them was given peanuts and told it's the same sauce just different nuts the dish was less than desirable to say the least. My daughter in law couldn't eat her noodle dish because it was that bad. The table was very dirty we were day what looked like a storage for all the extra over stock the bathroom smelled like bleach so strongly it burned my eyes and throat! Ambience. Got the food to go but pretty much your typical Chinese restaurant that's not fancy or carry out only. Service was good and polite. Food. Decent. Mostly tasty and not more breading or sugar like some airport Chinese. The egg rolls are an avoid. Like many restaurants nowadays they are barely edible. The BBQ pork was as good as most. The wonton soup was very good. The beef and chicken average to above average. And lastly, the value. Excellent. It was closer to dinner for four instead of 2. I was shocked to see that the reviews were not good here when it is my favorite place in Everett. My friends and I prefer this to any of the other Chinese restaurants in town. The food is good, the service is excellent, the people are friendly and remember you. They even deliver and I've had them deliver you several times over the years. My favorite thing to get there is the sesame beef and the Singapore noodles, but we love it all. read more

This location has a sign for take out only, but we were allowed to eat there. There was only one woman handling the front counter and someone cooking in the back, and we were told the ventilation wasn't working, which made it stuffy inside. The service was fantastic, and the woman taking care of us did an amazing job taking care of us. The food, on the other hand, was not the best in my opinion. I had the combination number 3. The almond chicken and sweet and sour pork were indistinguishable other than the sauce. Both were deep-fried pieces of mystery meat, and I'm pretty sure they were the same. The sauce on the almond chicken was plain and flavorless. The pork fried rice tasted like it was all soy sauce. The chow mein was basically all noodles and not at all like most chow mein I have had elsewhere. The hot and spicy soup was delicious though. If it weren't for the woman running the counter and helping us being so nice, I would have only given 2 stars for the food at best. But she made our experience very pleasant and I give an additional star for service. read more

Disappointed in our first experience with this restaurant. Customer service was excellent but food (at least what we got) was not so good... I was craving black bean noodles so we called the only Chinese restaurant within a 10-mile radius of us. I asked the lady on the phone if they had the dish and she said yes, "noodles with black bean sauce." I restated that I specifically wanted black bean noodles and also an order of Sweet and Sour Pork, I asked how big 1 portion was and she told me it would feed 1 person, so I ordered 2. She took my order and told me 20 minutes. My fiancé went to pick up the order and said "I'm here to pick up the Zhajiangmian (Jajangmyeon in Korean)," and they got his order. We opened up our takeout when he got home and saw 2 GIANT portions of salty Chicken Chow Mein with pieces of black means! We both laughed because what did we expect in Everett? LOL The Sweet and Sour Pork wasn't bad though, just don't expect it to be comparable to the traditional dish. Long story short - 1 portion of noodles can definitely feed 2+ hungry adults, Chicken Chow Mein was really salty, rice was included with the Sweet and Sour Pork but was super small, but I'm curious to try their other dishes so we will be back! read more

This was nearby, so we got lucky with our first takeout experience. I used to live in NYC and this restaurant is some of the best Chinese takeout food I've ever had! It seems like the restaurant used to be open for dining, however, is closed now and only doing takeout orders. We typically order the sesame chicken, orange chicken, egg rolls, and crab Rangoon. Everything is excellent, like really good. The chicken is still crispy, the sauce is excellent and the woman who I assume to be the owner is very nice. My one complaint is the size of the rice for the portion of chicken is a bit small. But I suppose I would rather them skimp on the rice Highly recommend, you won't regret it! read more

An excellent, reliable source of local Chinese food options. Majority of food is fried, not necessarily a bad thing. Packaging is excellent and they line their to go boxes with foil, helps with keeping it hot. I think they are open for dine-in, but you should probably check. Ate at Noble Palace on Broadway for lunch today and had a delightful experience. The best egg drop soup I've ever had, Kung Pow chicken and fried rice were so yummy. I was in search of a new local Chinese spot since my go to of over 20 years is now a bust. Open up yelp and saw this place and decided to give it a go. I will start off saying that the service was really fast and friendly. We ordered for take out because they are still not open for dine in. No big deal. The Generals chicken is the best that I have had in the area. it was not overly breaded, coated in sauce or too sweet. It was absolute perfect. Unfortently, the other dishes we ordered were just ok. The Mongolian beef didn't have a lot of flavor but the beef was tender which is a good thing. Fried rice was nothing to write home about, again, lacking flavor. Lo Main is always a hit or miss and it was a miss here. I will give it another try but I have a feeling that I will still be looking for a great Chinese food place. read more

4 stars for the Moo Shu Pork. Gave 2 stars because the Won Ton Soup is advertised as having 6 wontons in it and there were only 2. The broth was fine, but... the first wonton I bit into tasted like it had disinfectant in it so I threw the soup out. Yuck. I want this place to succeed because it's been around forever, they are very nice, the food is always ready on time, and in the past it has been a dependable go-to for basic Chinese food. But the false advertising/skimpy number of wontons and disinfectant taste is definitely a no go. read more

The food was so good! Haven't had a good egg drop soup like theirs in years. The Mongolian beef had the perfect amount of spice and the veggie beef was equally as good! Nothing was dry or weirdly chewy. This will be my go to from now on for Chinese food. My only complaint is I might not want to dine in very often do to how quiet it is without background music and the bright lights they shine onto the tables. Great service and prices also. Got back from a long weekend camping and wanted something quick and familiar. I have ordered from Noble Palace II several times over the years and while the food occasionally disappointed, today was by far the worst and I won't bother ordering again. First off, before the food even came, (I used a delivery service), I was notified of a $4 up charge for a requested add on. I did not ask for anything that didn't already have a charge. The app wouldn't let me inquire and the summary of charges just says "add ons". The fact I was charged $4 more for trash is frustrating. Wonton soup was my choice of soup with my meal that came with chicken chow mein. The soup was basically egg flower soup with 2 wontons on it. Not what I was looking for or expecting. It tastes like the soup was half sesame oil. Next was the chicken chow mein. Soggy unseasoned noodles with 1 piece of also unseasoned chicken breast and barely any veg. The noodles were completely white like they were boiled and tossed in the to-go container. Lastly was my lemon chicken. These were tiny chunks of over breaded, overcooked chicken and I'm not even sure there was chicken in there. So incredibly disappointed. Definitely not returning/ ordering from again. read more

Friendly service and decent Chinese food right in Everett. We dined in on a Sunday evening and was very happy with everything! The restaurant is very clean with simple decor. Our food arrived quickly and it tasted delicious! Hubby enjoyed his sesame chicken despite being not as crispy as he expected. My garlic prawns with mixed veggies were very tasty too!
