Our family's favorite Chinese restaurant. Best Egg Drop Soup I've ever had. Fresh and fast.

We ordered for delivery, and it came after about 45 minutes through Grub hub. We ordered a TON of food for three people, so we'd have leftovers: Kung Pao chicken, Sichuan chicken, curry chicken, bbq pork chow mein, and egg rolls. The chow mein smelled funny, but tasted fine, and with a little sriracha--which I keep in the fridge--I had no problem finishing it off the next day. All of the other dishes were large portions of tasty American-Chinese cuisine. This is our second time ordering from here, and we won't hesitate to do it again. read more

I had been by here once before, for takeout and was impressed enough to stop in again, this time to dine in. They serve standard Chinese fare and have a pleasant wait staff. However, we were the only patrons in the restaurant (party of 2) and it took 20 min to get the appetizer plus another 25 for the entree. Fried pot stickers arrive piping hot but not completely cooked through. The pork fried rice had a heavy flavor of a spice I couldn't quite put my finger on. Turmeric? Ginger? Whatever it was, it put me off, and I didn't have more than a spoonful. The beef in the Szechuan beef was soft and would've been better served if seared and sliced more thinly to have a strong meaty flavor. It relied too much on the sauce, making it limp and lifeless. The broccoli, however, was al dente perfection and the sauce overall was perfectly spicy. There are better restaurants in the area, so I doubt I'll be back. Given the wait time and "meh" food, I'll skip it next time I'm in Everett. read more

This Chinese food restaurant was delicious. The food was fresh, bright, and beautifully prepared. The dishes didn't have that "everything is the same color" you usually see at Chinese restaurants. We came in on a Saturday evening. There weren't too many people; only a couple of tables were full. The restaurant has been remodeled and is clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. I really liked how they have a large TV on the wall in the corner showing a football game. Go Hawks! Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The three of us ordered the family dinner for 3, and soon realized we could have gotten away with sharing two meals. We had enough for two more people. Hot tea came with the meals; this is always a plus for me. Lately Chinese restaurants seem to be charging for tea. I recommend Noble Palace II for a traditional Chinese lunch or dinner. read more

Outstanding! My first time trying this place. We were a little disappointed we cannot dine in yet but we got a to-go order anyway. My kids loved their fried rice and orange chicken. The egg rolls and sesame tofu were fantastic. We will be back! read more

I was browsing Yelp for a different place to try for Chinese take out. I came across Noble Palace II. I live in Lake Stevens but I figured it's worth a drive to Evt to try it. It was! It's the best I've had in many years. Their Mongolian Beef and Kung Pao Chicken both had had the right amount of heat and fantastic flavor. I also ordered the House Combo Fried Rice and House Chow Mein both minus shrimp. They were also no both fantastic. You can place your order online which is what I did Sunday and it was super easy and I was able to do it before they opened. Why can't other businesses do that, hello Starbucks. I was a little concerned when I pulled it the place because it doesn't look like much from the outside but the food was great! Just a heads up its only open for take out when I was there. I'm going back later this week. This is my new favorite. read more

Noble Palace II is a very unassuming place! Decor is a little outdated, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Service was friendly. I was surprised to have found my favorite Chinese food in Everett! Delicious! Try the Potstickers, they are made with homemade dough (reminiscent of Judy Fu's!). They are awesome, and even better the next day. read more

I'd give zero star but it's not an option so here is one star! we ordered 2 portion of pot stickers. The meat was raw inside and the flour was tough and hard. It was also very cold and tasted sour. It had gone bad and was probably sitting around for a few days. I hope my family and I don't fall ill. We paid for our food and made sure we tipped good, how can you do this to a customer? Absolutely perfect! Honestly this is such a wonderful place. I took my mother here for her birthday and we could not have received more elegant and courteous service or better tasting food than this. We had the Dim Sum tasting menu which was fabulous and honestly the prices are very reasonable considering the very high quality of this restaurant and it's location. The first time we ordered from them we were impressed. We'd been searching our area for the best Chinese restaurant and found it with Noble Palace II. We'd ordered through DoorDash due to covid restaurant restrictions. We've since ordered it at least once a month since. Even during the snow storm on the Lunar New Year, when delivery wasn't available due to conditions, we ordered it in celebration and I picked it up wishing the staff a happy new year. Portions are perfect for family style dining and the flavor is spot on. We can't wait for in restaurant dining to resume there. read more

One of my favorite places to go get Chinese food in the area. They are always so nice and prompt! Food is always ready when I call it in. And they are always so happy to greet you. I love their lunch specials because it's such a great deal. They have awesome combinations too. I really like that the lunch specials and combinations come with both fried rice and chow mien. Just wish I was in the area to qualify for delivery but driving over there after calling in an order isn't too bad either. read more

How does this restaurant have 4 stars? This place had my stomach upset..The food is sloppily prepared and lacks decent flavor. I order by phone and picked for lunch yesterday and was utterly disgusted. The pork fried (slop) rice was horrendous, no veggies, just pieces of pork and soy sauced rice, the soup was bland and the meat for combination meal was poorly flavored. I would not recommend this restaurant. They should be shame, at a time when the takeout game is in high demand, their pride should be put into providing the the best dishes to keep customers, and satisfaction. The food at this joint was fantastic! Wow! I was surprise because I haven't had chinese food I've truly enjoyed in a while. This place definitely hit the spot for me. Ordered the General Tao's chicken ,which for once, was not overly sweet like other places and still had a little crunch to it. It was perfect for me. Also, ordered the chow mein which was flavorful and filled with plenty of meat and not to much veggies! (Common problem for me at other places). Last of all, ordered the salt and pepper prawns. This was amazing as well. Delicious batter to it and covered with plenty of flavor and spice. This spot has their flavoring tactic down no doubt about it! read more

Ok so i will start by saying, i was pleased with the staff, service was very friendly and sweet. However, i ventured here based on the reviews, which I must be honest, the reviews must have been written by people who have never tasted good food, as this was the most disapointing meal ive ever spent 20 bucks on. I almost hate to be so negative based on how sweet the lady running the place was. But this is everett, after all, so I guess I shouldve known better than to think that I couldve gotten a dish of almond fried chicken that even resembled edible food let alone was palatable.. The chicken was dry and chokable, gravy was like alpo dog food, tge rice was dry, and the noodles were slimy and soggy, the rice didnt look like rice, and the chow mein was mushy and super pale looking, the whole meal was vert bland and tasteless, and I would never recommend it and never bother to drive through the trenches of downtown everett to pay to eat my own vomit again. I was highly disapointed, but not surprised. I wish dragons palace was still around, they had the best almond fried chicken from here to bellvue! Prices were average but food was absolutely worse than stuff you get out of a can of food for a dog! read more

While there are a fair number of eateries in the downtown Everett area, pickin's are pretty slim for Chinese, so I took a chance on Noble Palace, buzzed down on an escooter, run by an older Korean couple, it was clean and had all the usual menu entrees, I had the General Tso's chicken, it was done well, and tasted as I expected it be, the only drawback was one of the ladies in the kitchen yapping loud enough to be heard over everything including the TV. read more

My husband and I tried this place for lunch today. We checked out the photos and reviews here beforehand and decided it sounded good. We ordered two general tso's lunch specials - one with egg drop and one with hot and sour soup, an order of potstickers, an order of egg rolls, and got a free order of crab rangoon. The potstickers were good! They seemed like they had a little too much dough compared to how much meat was in them but they tasted great. The egg rolls were great and the crab rangoon were amazing! The general tso's chicken was pretty good. The chicken portion was slightly less than what I thought it would be. The rice wasn't bad and I liked how it wasn't full of peas and carrots but it did seem a little dry. The soups were just ok. They didn't have a lot of taste but I've had worse. Overall, the food was pretty good. We'd definitely go back to try some of our other favorite dishes. read more

I was right, the soup was good, but unfortunately everything else that I order wasn't. Wor wonton soup is well prepared, with a mixture of BBQ meat, shrimps and good veggies in it. We also ordered, salt and pepper prawns, crab Rangoon, shrimp phad Thai and a couple other dishes. We should have stop at the soup. okay I know what you are thinking right now. Why the hell will someone order phadthai from a Chinese restaurant? my excuse will be, it's on the menu and I want to try it. I learn my lesson. During the snowstorm in December 2008, my wife and I had been trapped. When the snow started to melt, we went out looking for food cooked by someone else. We noticed most of our favorite restaurants were either closed or the driveways were so snowed in we did not want to try and park there. On a whim we pulled into this little hole in a wall and thought we would try it. It was worth it. I have lived in N. Everett for two years, we have eaten at a different Chinese restarant near by many times because it was decent and convenient. I have seen Nobel Palace on Yelp some time ago but the reviews were not stellar at the time and it looks kind of sketchy from the outside, so we have just not tried it. Recently I decided I wanted to find a different Chinese restaurant than we had been going and now that we have tried Nobel I am so sad that it took us so long. All those good dinners we missed out on! We finally decided to give it a try on Easter. Like I said, it looks sketchy from the outside, but seriously, don't judge this place from the outside! They have off street parking which is a plus. Upon first walking in the smell will instantly make you happy. It smells like delicious Chinese food and sweet and sour sauce! We were seated right away, the lady brought us water and tea and then attended to the two other tables that were seated before checking back with us, which was fine. The second thing you will notice? It is so clean! The carpet is clean, the bathrooms are clean, YES the men's room was clean even! Tables and chairs/booths were clean. I really love clean by the way! The service was a little slow, but totally understandable, the lady seemed to be handling everything up front herself; clean up, taking orders, serving food, getting drinks. She was so nice, very patient and and moving as fast as she could. So please come knowing you may be here a little longer than you planed. But a couple people did come in for to go orders, they were in and out quickly. So our food.. Since we didn't know what to expect we didn't have high expectations and the other place near by that we had been to is just ok, so hey as long as it was ok we would be having a decent dinner. We ordered the regular egg rolls for an appetizer, family combo that included almond chicken, Kung pao chicken, chow mein, fried rice, BBQ pork and shrimp rolls. We got egg flower soup for our soup choice. Oh where to start! This is the first Chinese restaurant that I have not needed to add soy sauce to anything! The egg rolls were big and filled with fresh veggies. Nice and crispy, not greasy at all. The shrimp rolls were awesome and served two per person, a big tail on shrimp with fresh veggies all rolled up in a crispy fried wrapper. The egg flower soup was different, wonderfully rich broth, a touch of light sesame oil, noodles, chicken and veggies. So delicious. Almond chicken was good, sauce was a little thin but still good(my brother ate here the next day because he loved the food so much, the almond sauce was thicker and still delicious). Kung pao chicken was spicy but so good. Fried rice was basic good fried rice and the chow mein was the best!!! They have crunchy noodles!!! My husband had Mongolian beef, the beef was so tender it melted in your mouth. This is the best Chinese restaurant in the area for sure! read more

After having eaten here as a local, for a number years now, I can still say the food is great, and the service is always acceptable. We love this place - found it thanks to the great Yelp reviews and needed a lunch pit stop on our way north to Bellingham from Seattle. The lunch specials are amazing - you get to pick between chicken chow mein or pork fried rice plus you get a cup of whatever soup? Yum and what a great deal! We both picked the pork fried rice and the hot and sour soup. I really enjoyed the broccoli chicken (comes with more than just broccoli - carrots and onion - and is succulent chicken breast) and my husband went for the kung pao chicken and loved it (good spice and lots of peanuts and crunchy peppers and celery). I really appreciate the service - you can tell you are be waited on by one of the family members who owns the place and is invested in the quality of the food and the service. They work hard for your business and have great prices and selection. If I lived in Everett they would be knowing me on a first name basis. As it is we have been back when recently heading north to Camano Island - the best thing is they are even open for lunch on Sunday, which is a rare treat for most Chinese restaurants and speaks to how hard they work for their business. Oh and we were lame and got the same things as before but that means I can tell you that their quality is consistent which is a hard hurdle for many restaurants. read more

Approaching the entrance to Noble Palace, it appears to be the kind of Chinese food restaurant that is in every town everywhere! It has that classic appearance on the outside & almost historical look of an older building, however step inside from the private parking lot and find out, Noble Palace does it differently than most. The space is spotlessly clean, fresh paint and updated and brightly lit. (the men's restroom is clean too) We enjoyed fast friendly service that was attentive with our water being topped off and repeatedly checking on our satisfaction with all.The complimentary hot tea was good. The hot & sour soup was deliciously loaded with ingredients and placed in front of me fast even before I could get checked in on yelp! A traditional Cantonese/Mandarin style menu is offered that contains everything you expect to find at a local Asian restaurant but better than you expected because its freshly prepared! My lunch time portion of General Tao's chicken ($6.25) was generous with roasted peanuts and just the right amount of food & heat! The fried rice was moist and delicious with flavors that burst out that this is freshly prepared when the food hit my mouth. Prices are easy on the pocket and I now have a new favorite go to when I have to buy lunch because its easy to like! read more

I've been to four Chinese restaurants in Snohomish County now, and truly, only one of them merits a return visit, and this one ain't it. I dined here on a Thursday night; I was one of only two parties dining in. It appears they do most of their business as take-out only. Service was adequate, but perhaps owing to the few customers in the front of the house, the young waiter spent most of his time in the back. I ordered almond fried chicken, pork fried rice, and the beef with asparagus special in black bean sauce. Entrees are generous in size and moderately priced, $10-15 each, except orders of fried rice, which are $7.95. But the quality of the dishes didn't merit the higher prices. Salt so overwhelmed all three dishes that I looked for a brick of undissolved salt in each. Garlic, onion, ginger, and other Asian flavors were stomped flat by the salt. The black bean sauce on the beef with asparagus quite honestly tasted like it had been made from one of those envelopes of sauce mix you find in the ethnic aisle of a homogenously white neighborhood's grocery store. In the beef dish, I can see flecks of the type of chopped garlic that is sold in jars, but I can hardly detect a trace of garlic in a bite. The almond chicken is served as nuggets, not filets, and the nugget batter is as thick as the chicken piece. The fried rice has almost nothing in it but diced BBQ pork; there is a teaspoon of egg, and a tablespoon of chopped green onions strewn across the top of the mound of rice, and nothing else. It's not a bad-looking place, despite its location (I'd say it's in the seedy part of Everett, but to be honest, I haven't yet found a part of Everett that isn't seedy.) I just can't handle that much salt in my food. read more
