Their pho soup was absolutely fantastic. I got to watch a nice sunset which is always a great place for a nice little dinner. I ordered the rice rolls. They didn't have mint other stuff in it. they were kind of played and I did not really enjoy them, but I love the soup

Great price and a great portion size (compared to Seattle at least). The soup flavor and noodle texture was good, but IMO beef quality could have been better. The brisket I got was extremely fatty and I ended up not eating most of it. Regardless, I would still stop by if I was in the area and craving pho!

Beef banh mi with extra veggies

We live closer to Seattle around a lot of Vietnamese restaurants and I have to say this spot is better than most of the spots we go to. We ordered the lemongrass beef vermicelli, a pork banh mi and a beef banh mi. The vermicelli has the best beef we've ever had. We ordered to go and could've used more fish sauce but it was still 10/10. The banh mi didn't have pate and is a bit more Americanized but I'd definitely order again. This is a nice stop before heading to hikes in the gold bar area. I gave a 3 because the service yesterday was horrible. We went at 6pm and the young lady who took our order didn't even look at us or say hi when we greeted her or thanked her. She was looking at herself staring at her phone. It was the most awkward experience. We asked a simple question about the vermicelli and she gave a rude response and her tone was so uninviting. I've been here before and the owners are so kind so we were really disappointed by this visit. Otherwise it'd be 5/5.

We were passing by and stopped here for dinner. There weren't many people there when we came. We ordered the spring rolls, short ribs with rice with a side bowl of soup and a vermicelli with pork. The flavors were okay, it didn't taste as authentic as other places I've been to. We asked for a small side of soup with the rice but the waitress had the lady in the kitchen bring out a small bowl which cost almost $4 extra for the plain broth. The peanut sauce in the spring roll was too overwhelming. I ordered the vermicelli with pork and it had tons of veggies. It wasn't as flavorful as I would expect. The short ribs marinade was okay, but too much sesame oil which kinda take away from the taste.

Finished a hike nearby and was craving some hot soup! Found this place had great reviews and prices. The lady who helped me was extremely helpful and hospitable! The food we ordered was finished in 10min so we picked up and went to a nearby park to eat outside. Unfortunately the food was cold and the soup was luke warm. I ordered the special combo pho which includes raw meat, so it definitely didn't cook in the broth. I'm sure everything will taste fine once we find a microwave, but that'll have to be for another meal :(. Would be 5 stars if the food was hot.

Chunked up chicken with lots of onions

Thought I'd try the place since the only other Pho place here only does soup. Had dirty tables when I entered. Just one customer so not sure why it was that way. Ordered the grilled lemongrass chicken with rice and iced tea. Iced tea was mostly ice. Not a good idea. Chicken was not grilled at all - seemed reheated and it was in thin shreds - nothing like most Pho places do with grilled chicken. Lots of onions - did I mention lots of onions ? Rice was dry and Luke warm. I asked the waitperson if they gave me what I ordered and she said yes. I mentioned usually it isn't presented in this way and she said well at least I don't have to cut the chicken. Way way way more rice than chicken. I was hoping for better based on some of the reviews but no. I would not recommend this place - poor value and doesn't seem to be standard except their soup.

Five stars. Clean. Excellent smiling service and greeting. Classic Christmas music as ambience. Love it. Did we mention many vegetarian dishes and brisket?! Our NEW FAVE MONROE DESTINATION!!!

Banh mi (pork), pho (brisket and raw beef), and peppered tofu are great! The stew is perfect for a rainy day. Very reasonable prices

Pho is better than most. Note that even the chicken pho has BEEF broth in case that is a concern for you.

There was a period when they did some remodeling--maybe it coincided with a change in ownership?--and since then the quality has dipped slightly, but not enough for us to stop going. * The pho is good, clean, and fresh. I always order a large now because the portions seem a bit smaller, and unfortunately the broth is more watered down compared to before. There were even a couple of times when the soup tasted completely off--they probably ran out and had to make a rushed batch, and it definitely tasted like it. After two bad experiences in a row, I stopped going for a little while, but recently returned and it was back to normal (though still more diluted than it used to be). * The pork banh mi is one of the best we've had. * We occasionally order vermicelli or rice dishes, but the amount of meat is pretty small. * Their egg rolls and spring rolls are perfect! Just always double-check your order to make sure you get peanut sauce instead of fish sauce for the spring rolls.

As soon as we sat down and went to order, we were told that the only thing we can order is pho. One person wanted banh mi and she said she wasn't serving that. So we ordered soup. We wanted to add the fresh spring roll. Server said sure but that would come last. She never even served it to us. We ordered the brisket and steak pho. It came with like 5 pieces of meat for a medium. It wasn't even good. She served the water after we got all our pho and it was 6 glasses (there's 8 of us). When we asked for hot water, she gave half a cup of hot water and was pouting about it. It was apparent that she was overwhelmed as she was the only server and cook. We were surprised that she served the other table of 3 bahn mis though. We will never come back to this place. By the way, she didn't even give us spoons. When we asked her for spoons, she took them from another table where there were people sitting. Out of 8 spoons, 3 of them were dirty so much so that they were unusable. Horrible service and less than mediocre pho.
