Firstly, we love Vietnamese food and secondly they offer vegan friendly food which if you've ever been in Monroe, it's not easy to find . husband got the pho with extra noodles and he was happy with his dinner. I got the tofu vermicelli bowl and I was also pleased with my food. I love a good lemongrass soft tofu, which they delivered. Restaurant is big, lots of seating. Looks like they were very busy! Service was a a little slow but very friendly and nice.

Only one person manning the front with numerous door dashers waiting. I ordered the orange chicken - brother chose General Tsos. Pretty much tasted the same. Wontons were gross. Both types on plate were not edible. And to add insult to injury an elderly couple came in and the woman started taking a phone call with the other person on speaker for 20 mins. Would not recommend at all. Stay away.

I'm sure the new owners will do a great job, but for such a limited menu, I must say that I wish they had maintained the same recipes from the previous owners if the name of the restaurant is to remain the same. Specifically, the egg rolls are not as good as they used to be. They are serviceable, but not exceptional. But when compared to the previous egg rolls, my son and I were left a bit sad. I dunno if the oil changed or what, but they are completely different flavors and not as good. Also they were very oily even for a deep fried item. I hope once they settle in, they can consider that they bought a restaurant that the community loves and so changing recipes, even for something small like an egg roll, is enough to make us not order them anymore. We'll still come for the pho, though. That still tasted very good.

It came with like 5 pieces of meat for a medium. It wasn't even good. She served the water after we got all our pho and it was 6 glasses (there's 8 of us). When we asked for hot water, she gave half a cup of hot water and was pouting about it. It was apparent that she was overwhelmed as she was the only server and cook. We were surprised that she served the other table of 3 bahn mis though. We will never come back to this place. By the way, she didn't even give us spoons. When we asked her for spoons, she took them from another table where there were people sitting. Out of 8 spoons, 3 of them were dirty so much so that they were unusable. Horrible service and less than mediocre pho.

Also got their fresh rolls (see picture). For $9, it seemed like it was just one roll cut in half. Very small for the price. The peanut sauce was pretty good though and the roll itself had fresh ingredients. I also attached an updated menu since there isn't a recent one posted. Always happy to support small businesses but I wish the small portions and pricing aligned a little more. Service was good though and my order was readily available within 15-20 minutes, as promised. The restaurant was filled with customers, so I'm glad they are thriving.
