Bahn Mi and vermicelli bowls are great. There may be a new owner? Still good, but service is slower and not quite as great.

I've been to this place numerous of times but the last time I went there, it really left a sour taste in my mouth. I understand that people makes mistakes but it's how you handle and bounce back from it. We ordered the com dac biet but instead of pork asked for grilled short ribs. It's not uncommon for people to order the combo and replace it with a different type of meat for an additional charge, instead of the # order for just a specific type of meat. Why you might ask? It's because the combo might come with eggs, other types of meats that's not included if you order the other items by the #. For example, com suon bo is not the same as com dac biet but with suon bo instead. One comes with other variety of items vs just meat and veggies. When they brought it out, it was sliced beef. So we informed the server that it's not the right order. She brought it back (different than the one taking the order) and told the kitchen staff that it's wrong, other server asked the server who took our order (he's Caucasian) what happened, so it left this awkwardness for all parties since we were seated by the cash register and heard everything. I almost feel like if you're going to talk about customers 1) don't seat them near the kitchen and register area and 2) make sure they don't know Vietnamese. The awkward part about this is they spoke loudly about it in Vietnamese. We ordered other stuff but had to asked for it again, and they took away the teapot to what we thought was going to be refilled but was never brought back. You know how the universal of needing a refill is putting the lid of a teapot up so server knows to refill and bring back? Yeah, that didn't happened so we had to ask for it again. If I had to provide feedback for improvement, I would say they need to retrain the young employee with the short hair, she's rude and rolling your eyes at customers is uncalled for. The server who took our order also fell short, it's like he's flustered after the incident that he forgot to bring out the other items that was asked for at the initial ordering and never brought back the teapot. I used to love coming here when I head up north, and always look forward to it. Apparently this place is under new management and it shows. But this is the last time for me. It's not worth the trouble. read more

Came here for lunch after a quick shopping trip next door. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the food came out and how clean the restaurant was overall. We sat by a window since it wasn't busy and someone came right away to get drink orders and provide a menu and napkins. We ordered pho tai gan in regular size and a grilled pork bun bowl. Huge kudos to all the staff! Ambiance - 3/5. A very regular Vietnamese food restaurant. Food - 3.5/5. Both pork vermicelli ($12.95) and a large special pho ($16.95) were good. Their Vietnamese coffee ($5.50ish) was tasty, too! We'd come back anytime if we are in the area. But we both felt that nothing was special. It's apparently chosen as the best pho in Everette, but that doesn't mean it's the best. Don't get me wrong though. The broth was pretty flavorful. It was good. It's just nothing special. First things first, when we arrived it was quite busy and we were a party of 6, the girl who approached us stated that they didn't have any clean tables at the moments-instead of saying it would be a few minutes to clean a table off or give us a wait time. We told her it was fine and we would wait for a table to be cleaned off-that's when she told us it would be a 5-10 min wait. Once seated and ordering our food, my family ordered 2 rare beef pho and vermicelli egg roll. I asked if they could split the large into two bowls as I was sharing with my daughter. The best they could offer was another bowl. Fine. So when the meals came out, I proceeded to pour this gigantic bowl of pho into a much smaller bowl- soup went everywhere! I can't imagine it the hot broth got on my daughter. Due to lacking customer service and inability to help -2 stars. I attribute this to the staff's age and likelihood that they do not have children. This place has plenty of parking and the inside is very welcoming, nice and clean. The service here was very quick and satisfactory. The staff was nice, and quick to answer any questions I had. The pho was not bad, a lot of meat on the inside but I felt the meat was a little stiff for my liking compared to other pho dishes I've had. read more

I've eaten here 30+ times. This is the best pho around. Ingredients are always fresh, tasty and flavorful. You can tell by how juicy the limes are! Food was excellent, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Ordered one vermicelli noodles with chicken, and one with pork and shrimp. Pork was tender, chicken and shrimp had that delicious grilled flavor. Both had just the right amount of fresh, crisp vegetables, tasty sauce, and noodles. Located in the shopping center next to Trader Joe's and Dollar Tree, I am glad this place is not in the same shopping center at TJ because their parking lot is awful. We ordered: - Shrimp and Pork Spring Rolls $4.95 - Regular pho with meatballs and rare steak $9.95 - pork vermicelli bowl $9.95 - grilled pork bahn mi $6.95 Price wise, this place was pretty cheap compared to other spots I felt! Our bill came out to around $35 without tip. I really enjoyed the peanut hoisin dipping sauce that came with the spring rolls, and I always ask for fish sauce for spring rolls. Their fish sauce was good too. Not the biggest spring rolls ever, but they were tasty. I thought my pho bowl skimped on meat a lil, but they had a good broth IMO. Cody said his vermicelli bowl was good but nothing to write home about. We also split a bahn mi (don't judge, we were hungry and wanted to try everything), and their bread was hands down, probably the best bahn mi bread I have had. If you are looking for a basic pho and bun restaurant, this is it. The pho was decent, service was good, and the place was clean. I'm usually not a pho person; I prefer Bun Bo Hue, Bun Rieu or Bun Mang Viet which they don't have. We ordered takeout on DoorDash. It was really easy to use. Our order was ready right on time. They communicated through text and it was really helpful. They were friendly when we picked it up We ordered the gyoza, chicken bahn mi and grilled chicken on steamed rice. The gyoza were deep fried and crispy. They were different than what I have had before in that the dough was thinner. But, they were still pretty tasty. The sandwich was really good and had a good sauce on it. One of our favorite/go to Vietnamese restaurants/pho in the area. The food and service is always good. They always get us seated right away even when it's really busy as there is lots of space and seating and they're quick to reset tables. There's also always lots of staff working and they're always friendly. I try to get different things to change it up sometimes when we come here and I haven't had a dish from here that wasn't good. Excellent service. The food was amazing. The ambiance was well all around. I had the large special pho. The broth was perfect not oily. I ordered take-out before and remember saying that they are very generous with the noodle and protein portions. It seems that goes the same when you dine in. I couldn't even finish my bowl lol. I tend to go to the other Pho Asia often but if they keep serving the same portion and maintain the same exact way they make their broth, I'll be coming here going forward. RUN TO THIS PLACE!! My husband and I wanted one last hot soup before we leave Seattle tomorrow and saw this place had good reviews. We started with 2 waters and the shrimp and pork fried egg rolls: delicious. But sadly only 2 come with the order. We wanted more bc they were so good!! The sauce it came with didn't have much flavor so we dipped them in the hoisin that's provided on the table and that was great. I had the regular pho #10: round rare steak and fatty brisket. It came with all the fixings: cilantro, Thai basil, limes, bean sprouts, and jalapeno slices and plenty of it all!! The table hoisin and chili sauce added just the right touch to every bite. The broth was warm and flavorful. The bowl was HUGE and had plenty of meat. My husband had the #28: grilled shrimp with rice and he said this was the seafood he had been waiting for! To round out the meal, my husband ordered the Vietnamese tea (pictured). It's milky and sweet. For all of this we paid $54 (includes an $8 tip). Would return if we lived here!! read more

I've been eyeing this place for a while now. Finally got to try here yesterday. We were greeted after couple mins of waiting. Then 2 different servers came to ask about water or tea. Then our order was taken by a different server. We ordered rare beef pho and then chicken vermicelli (with no noodles and extra lettuce). Our order came about 15 mins later, which is slightly slower than regular pho restaurant but considering chicken had to be grilled. Beef pho was NOT super hot and was pretty mediocre hot and cooled down way too quick. Broth was also way too sweet and salty. It was as if it was too salty to begin with and then someone put some sugar in it to mask the saltiness. Grilled chicken vermicelli was not worth $13! Vietnamese vermicelli meat are always very flavorful and nicely seasoned. This was very garlicky but bland. I felt like i was eating chicken teriyaki with some lettuce. This place has been on my list to hit up and finally got to try it out for lunch today. It's a spacious restaurant with plenty of seating. The bathroom is even clean and spacious. The menu prices are affordable and portions are good. I ordered the vermicelli bowl with pork & shrimp. It was definitely worth the $15. I took a star off for service. I felt like they were trying to rush us. I haven't even sat down and he asked what I wanted to drink. Another gentleman.. may be the owner? He visibly shouted at a young worker "put down the phone!" I was a bit shocked. Same guy had an aggressive attitude toward my friend when her meal came alot earlier than mine and she was waiting for me. He literally was like "whats wrong?
