2 stars because the BBH is actually pretty good, but nothing else is really worth getting considering the prices. We ordered lemon grass chicken, but there was literally just 4 small pieces of chicken. The entire dish was celery and veggies, it looked more like a stir fry to be honest. The rice plates are not served with any of the fixings typically served with vietnamese rice plates, just two scoops of rice. The crab rangoon we got was literally just mushy imitation crab, there was no cream cheese or any other flavor/ingredient, just dry mushy crab. Lastly, the pho dac biet came with 2 pieces of rare beef lol. Not to mention their menu is outdated apparently, but can't find anything online about the updated menu for ordering togo. Got take out here for the 2nd time today. Let me tell you, this place is 100% legit I don't understand the 2 star reviews by some of these people. I've been here twice and both times have been stellar!!! We got 3 things, chicken Bahn Mi and 2 pho and everything was tasty! My mom kept complimenting how good the bahn mi was and my combo pho was VERY DELICIOUS and full of flavor. Don't believe those 2 star reviews, I think they ate somewhere else and got confused. I don't know if the staff was expecting customers right away, but they were welcoming and friendly. My typical go-to meal at Vietnamese restaurants is bún with pork and egg rolls. Took a chance in this Pho restaurant and I'm glad I did. The menu was simple and had all of the items I was looking for. Ordered icd coffee with condensed milk, chá giò, and a large pho with steak, brisket, and fatty flank. I absolutely love the broth. The pho came with the standard bean sprouts, basil, and lime wedge. The chá giò (fried egg rolls) was still hot and fresh from the fryer. The ice coffee was already pre-made and nice sweet caffeinated drink to keep the food coma away. Overpriced for the rice dishes! Ordered to go food tonight, one w no rice, extra salad.. didn't receive extra salad and how can you say this quality your willing to serve to your customers?! Paying almost $20 per rice dish and they can't even give extra salad when I don't want rice?? Ohh and I can't forget the short rib dish! Omg. $20 for one full short rib and a quarter??? Wtf is that shit! I swear I didn't eat anything before the photo was taken, the salad was given to the non rice dish to make it actually a hearty meal. Other spots give you at least 2 full pieces! I didn't like this place years ago when it was an older guy running it but definitely won't be going back here for these prices and inconsistent portion/quality. Boy do I feel bad. Came here 6 years ago and the place was disgusting. Absolutely a health hazard. I posted three pictures of slime and grime and left a bad review. My adult daughter came here a couple weeks ago and asked me if I've tried this place cuz she knows I like Pho. I said I would never go back because of how disgusting it was. She was confused because she liked it said it was delicious and not dirty. So I decided to try it again. Went in there and the place looks completely different. Even the configuration. There's no more refrigerator out front and everything is reorganized and much cleaner. I asked the waitress if there was a new owner. She said yes about 3 years ago. So sadly my bad review has been on their ownership for 3 years. I deleted all the pictures and deleted my previous review. Had a great lunch here and I would come back. Looking for authentic pho in the Lynnwood area!? This is the place! A little hole in the wall run by a Vietnamese woman and her son, this is the place to grab lunch! Prices are super low but that doesn't lend to the quality of the pho! The pho tastes like it has been simmering for hours and the noodles are the perfect chew. I got the tendon, ribeye, trip combo and my coworker got the vegetable pho that she also throughly enjoyed. Because our pho were super cheap - I'm talking like less than 8 dollars, we also tried their shrimp spring rolls and got vietnamese coffees to go! Coffees were super strong - made with bold coffee and drips of thick condensed milk, and the spring rolls were stuffed with huge chunks of real shrimp! Will come back here soon! read more

Fresh ground black pepper. That's right. That's what stands out here. Every other pho place around gives you salt and pepper shakers on the table. Pho Han spins a grinder in the kitchen and your bowl hits the table with freshly ground flakes floating in the broth. This was such a nice change of pace that I didn't even let the waitress leave tableside until I pointed it out. She shrugged and said "really? Yeah, it helps bring out the smells." Very nonchalant. But, seriously. This makes a huge difference. I know places can't leave full-on pepper grinders on the table; they'll walk right out. Even the Dahlia Lounge has had pepper grinders walk out the door on them, and quite a few, for the matter of that. The Dahlia! People who eat there should be able to afford their own damn pepper grinders. So I don't expect a pho place to want to eat the cost of a pepper grinder on every table needing to be replaced all the time. But no other place keeps one in the kitchen, AFAIK. And indeed it made a difference. The broth was fairly clear, a tiny bit earthy, very savory. Nicely chewy noodles, good fresh flank. Somewhat underwhelming meatballs, but I dunno why I ever order meatballs. They're rarely even whelming, almost always underwhelming, certainly never overwhelming. No knock on PH for that, not at all. The place itself is solid. The usual huge vinyl letters on every window, letters so big you can not only see them from across the busy 6-lane road outside, but you can probably see them from space. Tidy and clean interior. All matching tables and chairs--a step up from cafeteria furniture but not a giant leap up. Sturdy plastic tableware with grandmatronly floral prints. Super nice friendly service. Given that this place is right next to the preeminent beer establishment in Snohomish County, I will be back for nourishment on a reasonably regular basis, despite the fact that there are lots of good pho places between here and my house. read more

This is hands-down, my favorite restaurant. The soup is always consistently yummy, piping, hot, and served with a smile. I love the owner, Vy, as I have known her, since she worked in her aunt's restaurant, before owning this one herself. It's hard to explain what this restaurant, and Vy, have done for my life over the past couple of months. You see, what a lot of people don't know about me is that I have long Covid. My experience of food right now is very skewed, because I developed a neurological disorder.
