First time trying this spot. Love the that it's open late! Tried the egg rolls, rare beef with meatballs pho and the bon bue wei. Broths were savory & had the umami hit! The egg rolls tasted like Lumpia! So delicious! Will add this spot to the foodie list for late night pho cravings!!

Service was great & I loved the band set up they even offered Karaoke options. Pho looked & smelled so good. Very accommodating and friendly.

The pho broth smells delicious as you walk in. Everything was good until the water and the pho came out. 3 out of the 4 glasses of water was chipped and still feels sharp on the rim. The pho noodle was over cooked all 3 bowls. A little disappointed for 1st time.

Clean atmosphere. Mom and pops pho place. Super hot broth that stayed hot throughout my meal. Clean broth, not too salty or greasy. My new favorite pho place!! Service was also great. Fast and efficient.

It's my 2nd time at this place. The last time was on New Year's Eve, they had special hours that day (opened until 2am I think). Thought I'd give it a shot another today since I planned on shopping next door. Not sure if they are limited on workers but I wasn't greeted and thus, picked a seat to sit down. It was just one lady up front , she looked busy and maybe 2 cooks. I wasn't given a menu until maybe 5 mins. I ordered a large D1 (brisket, rare steak, meatball), an order of Vietnamese egg rolls (3), and a banh mi to take home for later. The eggrolls arrived first 10 minutes after my order. Not too big or skinny. Just your regular size egg roll and tasted as expected. Let's start with the pho. It was brought to me about a minute or 2 after the egg rolls. The broth was excellent. Not oily because I don't like those oily pho. Again, as expected. Last, the banh mi. I ordered that to go for later. I specifically said I only want cilantro, jalapeños, and extra patè , NO DAIKON on my Vietnamese ham sandwich. I then discovered later after when I got home that there is daikon . I can dig it out but I would appreciate my requests being fulfilled instead of just nodding and saying yes yes I got it. Regardless I left a tip and most likely will stick to yummy deli for my banh mi. Good for pho though if there's only 1-2 other customers. I have not been this place around busy hours. *EDIT*** I had to come back and add to my review that the HAM is not the vietnamese ham. It is straight up like your normal american ham you buy at the local grocery store. That's a no go for me and a downgrade to 3 stars.

The broth tastes like medicine, the noodles were uncooked, and they were stingy with their portions. Also, the pho looks extremely depressing. Wouldn't recommend.

I heard from my dad that the place that used to be Pho Hung was a new restaurant called Pho Smile. This place is newly renovated and revamped version of the place with different owners. I ordered their D4, which is their pho tai bo vien. It includes rare beef and beef meatballs. Broth was pretty good not too sweet, just the right amount of aroma. I really enjoyed the pho from this place. I ordered a large and felt like I got a decent amount of noodles for the size. Other than the pho, this place also sells plushies of different characters on the wall. Good idea for families that come with small children. Would definitely come here again, also the new owner is really nice!

Brand New Vietnamese restaurant in town. It's used to be Pho Hung next to Pacific Market, now under new owner, new interior design. Looks brighter and spacious. We ordered Bun Bo Hue and Pork chop rice. The seasoning was good, however the Bun Bo Hue needed to be done better: beef texture quite chewy ( should be braised little longer), the broth was quite cloudy. The service was fast, it wasn't busy anyway. Friendly staffs but could be trained more. All furnitures were brand new and cleaned. Here's my rating: - Menu variety 4/5 - Service 4/5 - Taste 3.5/5 - Cleanliness 5/5 - Family friendly 5/5 - Location 5/5

Sometimes they have live music and karaoke.

Terrible just a bowl of hot water I left and did not even leave any tip because I tip a worker not the owner.

They have THE BEST broth that I have ever had and I am a pho snob. Don't let the low rating stop you from going.

I would sit and chat with friends for a bit but this isn't a place I would bring my laptop to work. We arrived on a gloomy Sunday afternoon and they were pretty busy. There is one kiosk for self ordering and you can also order with an employee at the register. I order the Biscoff Matcha Latte with whipped cream and it was outrageously good. There was a perfect amount of Biscoff so it didn't overwhelm the matcha. I am usually afraid to try new drinks but I am glad I tried this. Considering how many drinks they had to make the wait wasn't bad and the staff was very friendly and smiled and said hello to everyone. I am looking forward to coming back for another drink. You should give this place a shot too.

Huge plaza area so there's ample parking. Fatbee Milk Tea w/ Boba - boba was decent. Chewy but not particularly flavorful, could be marinated longer. Tea was a classic house black tea with creamer. Tasted more on the dark side. Nothing special but satisfies a typical black milk tea craving. Taro Ube Freeze - a cup of creamy goodness. Blended extremely smooth and flavorful. Both the taro and ube nuttiness were shining and the coldness was soothing. Honestly such a refreshing and addicting drink, I snagged another one for the trip home. Highly recommend.

The cashier was extremely welcoming and engaging. I feel she went up and beyond to make my experience easy and positive! She offered me recommendations as it was my first time in. Dairy free, Caffeine free and not too sweet. They offer the option to adjust sweetness by the amount of sugar added to the drink. I ordered the strawberry Jasmin Tea with Lychee Jelly, sugar free, and added the mango Boba. The Lychee jellies and Boba added the perfect amount of sweetness for me. They also had a plethora of other drink options to choose from. Interior is bright and simple, I really like the branding. I felt the punch of happiness right away. There are many cute photos ops. Overall a great experience and will be back to try more!

Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #81…read more Very convenient boba shop, located right next to Fred Meyer for sweet drink needs after shopping for groceries. Boba Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, 50% Ice ($6.50) - The milk tea is pretty similar to other Happy Lemon locations - very heavy on the creamer, creating an extremely creamy and rich drink. The sweetness at half is a bit high, but not too bad, and the tea flavor isn't really there due to the heavy use of creamer. This is kind of Happy Lemon's signature, and while some locations heavily overdo the creamer, making the drink taste like chemicals and the texture become gritty, this location manages to avoid those pitfalls. The drink comes with boba. The boba served at this Happy Lemon location is a bit below the average Happy Lemon - while they are clearly marinated in a sugar solution, giving a sticky exterior and some sweetness, they are on the firm side, reducing the chewiness too much. Most pearls are shrunken, like they didn't have any chance to expand due to the lower cook time. None of the pearls have any chalkiness or are rock hard by any means, but they are noticeably firm. In addition, strangely enough, I found undissolved sugar crystals on the bottom of the drink. Seems like the boba perhaps isn't stirred much so not all the sugar dissolves. Milk Tea Rating: 4/5 Boba Rating: 3/5 I've always found Happy Lemon to serve serve average to above average drinks at most locations, and this one is no different. There's not exactly a plethora of boba choices up in Everett, so while I'd never specifically seek out this Happy Lemon, I'd stop by again if I happen to be in the area.
