There is a Vietnamese place next to it if you need your pho fix. I went there on a Saturday evening during a Seahawks game, and it was empty (not surprised haha). We were greeted by a nice Vietnamese lady who I presumed is the owner. I got the Mango Milk Tea with Tapioca, and the moment I tasted the tea I could tell the place DOES NOT use powder but actual tea. Flavor was legit---the tapioca, on the other hand, contained a texture I was not really used to. It tasted like one of those Vietnamese flour desserts that I always had when growing up. That's not a bad thing though, it's just different. The place is nice and clean and has an interesting color scheme. The TV was on with the Seahawks game playing. Next time, I want to come back and try the avocado and, that's right, pennywort smoothies. Apparently they have banh mi here as well. Here's a tip: the Wifi password is "wonderful".
