Self diagnosed boba addict!! This little place is delicious and the owners are super nice and a little shy

My bf went to go grab lunch while we were staying in Everett for a night, and I looked up the closest bubble tea spot that had yummy-sounding fruit teas, and chose this place. There were so many fruit tea flavors I wanted to try, I couldn't order just one; I ended up ordering three, and my bf got the Classic Thai Milk Tea. The drinks were tasty and flavorful. They give a good amount of toppings, and the tapioca had good texture. And some the fruit teas had pieces of fruit in it.

My husband and I found ourselves kidless for an evening and stumbled across this place next to Mill Creek Fred Meyer. Have any of you been to Fatbee Cafe? The pics might not look very appetizing, but they were actually very, very good. It's a croissant squished into a waffle, served warm with toppings. We got the Biscoff Cookie one and the Crème Brûlée one. I'm not usually much of a sweets person, but I did really enjoy it! Also, they were only $5.95 each which feels like a steal nowadays. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I felt badly because no one else was in there on a Friday night.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They are right nextdoor to Luna Nails (I think it's the former Little Caesars spot). Their main thing seems to be Boba, but they had five or six different flavors of these croffles, including a classic one with none of the fancy stuff on top. You gotta go!

Was craving boba tea and came here since I was close by. I got the Rose milk tea which tasted like regular milk tea with hint of rose which was nice. sweet Boba n lychee jelly addition cost extra each and definitely compliment the drink. It's on the expensive side of boba teas, however taste wise they were spot on. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The service was quick and nice area to sit as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall would recommend this place.

The bubble tea taste like straight up chemical with a weird after taste . They probably use cheap powder and it was very sugary even though I ordered 50 percent sugar . Was hoping to find a new boba shop to visit but this place did not offer decent boba. 10 dollars wasted

Went on a Thursday evening it was a quiet night. Ordered the taro ube freeze with crystal boba, golden oolong milk tear with brown sugar boba, and an original croffle off the kiosk. Minimal interaction with the staff. Original croffle 3/5. Nothing special, good fresh but wasn't as crispy by the time i got home. Decent flavor, quite sweet Taro ube freeze was very sweet. Didn't have a sugar option on the kiosk but would have been nice to reduce the sugar. Taro flavor was strong Golden oolong milk tea - got it 50% but might have been able to go lower with the brown sugar boba. Boba had pretty good texture. Tea flavor was strong. Would order again

Anytime I or my husband picks up a grocery order I make a point to order a black tea from Fatbee Cafe. The black tea has to be the best brewed iced tea in the area; it's bold and the tea notes are pronounced. The service is excellent and also very efficient. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is very nice and inviting; perfect place to meet or enjoy a quiet moment to yourself.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Welcome to the area Fatbee Cafe; I highly recommend!

We decided to stop by Fatbee Cafe since we were in the area shopping. I wasn't expecting much from this boba shop, given the lack of competition in the area, but we decided to give it a try anyway. And I'm glad we did, because Fatbee serves some of the best boba I've found north of Lynnwood. Ordering is fast and easy via kiosk, but the bobarista is available for any questions. Fatbee Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, 50% Ice w/ Brown Sugar Boba ($6.80) - The bobarista told me this was a mix of tea, condensed milk, and non-dairy creamer, mostly premixed from a tea dispenser. I also saw him add additional sugar from a fructose dispenser. On my first sip, I thought it was a bit grainy, perhaps with powder that wasn't mixed well enough, but subsequent sips were fine. The drink is very creamy, leaving a velvety, rich coating all over the mouth and ending with a bit of brown sugar and tea flavor. The tea flavor is rather weak, but it is there. While condensed milk is added, it doesn't really add too much of a distinctive dairy flavor. I found the ice levels to be a bit off; at half ice, there was still lots of ice even after finishing the drink. The boba is actually quite nice. It's a bit sweet, being soaked in brown sugar, and has a bit of a stickiness on the exterior coat. It has a very pleasing chew and bounce, pretty much perfect for my tastes. Milk Tea Rating: 4/5 Boba Rating: 5/5 We enjoyed the drink so much that we ordered a second one soon afterwards: Oolong Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, 50% Ice w/ Brown Sugar Boba ($6.80) - This drink adds milk instead of creamer and is mixed to order, firstly starting with oolong, then adding condensed milk from a squeeze bottle, and then milk. It's sweetened entirely with the condensed milk rather than fructose. The flavor is exceptionally milky, with the caramelized condensed milk sweetness overriding the tea flavor. There's just a very small aftertaste of a kind of florally oolong. Overall a bit of a weaker option than the Fatbee Milk Tea. Milk Tea Rating: 3/5 Boba Rating: 5/5 I've found that Vietnamese cafes usually make boba from syrup and/or powder, but Fatbee is an exception. Their drinks are quite good and I would visit again when in the area. My rating is a 4/5, but it's a very high 4, very close to being a 5. Note: Currently there's a "Happy New Year!!!" option, which gives a special Lunar New Year paper cup instead of the standard thicker plastic cup. It's about 1 oz smaller than the normal plastic cup. Taro Ube Latte & Tropical Vibe

Fatbee is officially open! We went during their grand opening & drinks were buy one get one free. The staff is super kind. Both drinks - Taro Ube Latte & Tropical Vibe tasted great. Tropical was a little too sweet, I would get 50% sweetness. Inside there are 7 tables for 2 ppl and then one table to seat 4 ppl. It's not a huge menu, husband wished they had Avocado or Durian Smoothie. For food, they do have a few different croffles to choose from (croissant waffle). We will def keep coming back!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a cute little cafe![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I get my nails done next door and I feel like it took forever for this place to open up but they finally did!! It's nice having more cafes like this in the area. I got the taro ube latte. The flavor was really good but I wish the coffee was a tad bit stronger! I can't wait to be back to try more :)

This is an underrated boba spot that deserves more attention in the Everett/mill creek area. Their drinks are top quality, with boba that's perfectly soft and chewy. The owner is incredibly friendly and shared the inspiring story behind making this boba spot a reality. The drinks taste so fresh and never artificial. I highly recommend the ube haze latte and strawberry slush--both are refreshing and not overly sweet, plus they give you a generous amount in each cup. I love this place, and I encourage everyone to check them out and support this new business!

What a great place to get strawberry Matcha latte and a lot of other drinks around Mill Creek Washington. It was nice to see that this place is Vietnamese owned as they sell some Vietnamese appetizers along with croffles. I enjoyed how the Matcha latte with strawberry jam was not too sweet. However, the Oreo milk tea did not taste like Oreo nor had Oreo pieces really. Overall grit spot I would come back.

Ordered a few drinks and they are all tasty, you can customize it as well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Interior is spaces and has a nice decor with plenty is seats.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We enjoyed our drinks and food definitely will be back.

The girls at the front were so friendly and nice - they made my experience great. Service was incredibly fast. The drink was ready before I even finished paying! I got the toffee milk tea with matcha jelly at 30% sugar and 70% ice. This was the IDEAL combination. Perfectly sweet with a hint of the bitterness from the tea. The matcha jelly was firm and earthy, I broke it up with the straw and it was the perfect topping. One of the best milk teas I've had in a while. I will definitely be back to try their other flavors. I'm a huge fan of the tea jelly toppings and it's so refreshing on a hot day.

Absolutely great tea house. You can order at a kiosk or at the cashier's station…read more I got the Golden Buckwheat Tea Latte (L, 10% sugar, 30% ice, boba) and the House Blend Pearl Milk Tea (L, 10% sugar, 30% ice, comes with boba). The boba here is perfectly chewy and sweetened. I am not much of a jelly person, but they're pretty good too. I once got a drink with both boba and jelly and it didn't leave much room for the tea, so I have to limit myself to one topping now! The black tea is slightly muted with the milk there, so that there's no astringency. The buckwheat tea has a pretty strong toasty buckwheat flavor. Yum! Initially, when this business opened, parking was horrible with people jousting for street parking (with an already busy Goodwill down the street) and people parking at the plaza across the street (which will get you towed). Now that the hype has died down, you can use the Ember parking garage around the corner, although it's kind of annoying to park in.
