There was a perfect amount of Biscoff so it didn't overwhelm the matcha. I am usually afraid to try new drinks but I am glad I tried this. Considering how many drinks they had to make the wait wasn't bad and the staff was very friendly and smiled and said hello to everyone. I am looking forward to coming back for another drink. When I arrived on Wednesday during their posted business hours (9 AM), the bakery was unexpectedly closed with a sign saying "Sorry, we have sold out, we are closed!" Their voicemail and website then stated they would also be closed for the next two days. What's most disappointing is that I received absolutely no phone call or notice that my prepaid order would not be fulfilled. For a business handling special occasion orders, failing to contact customers about canceled or unfulfilled orders is extremely unprofessional. I didn't even get a refund for my order, will need to do a charge back on my card now.
