My dad brought this home to go both the iced Matcha and a warm latte was so good. I was shocked it was not too sweet at all and well flavored.

Great little coffee shop. The coffee taste good. Parking is a little tricky. RIght next to UPS makes it convenient to treat myself during an errand. The price of the coffee in comparison to our regular coffee stop is about 2 dollars more. So I would say prepare to pay a little more here. They are few interesting drink choices I've never seen in other coffee stops. Staff is friendly. We have visited twice and both times were good.

When Sunday morning matcha cravings call... Drink: (5/5) I'm not the biggest matcha drinker but started craving their matchademia cloud after seeing it online. First, the cup they give you is super cute. Even better is that the matcha is actually really good! It's a great balance of earthy and sweet, and the macademia flavor adds an amazing nuttiness. I drank this so fast it's kind of embarrassing. Service: (5/5) They are SO nice here. I felt kind of bad because the barista who took my order kept apologizing for the wait, but I didn't think it was long at all. Other notes: Their interior is on point and is great for studying, working, reading, etc. It's also in a really traffic heavy location right across from Pier 88 in Lynnwood. I'm sure it can get busy!

Wanting coffee before my next appointment, I stopped at HBC, new to me coffee shop. I enjoyed the pistachio white chocolate drink on their specials board - half sweet. The drink suits me. Friendly staff. Many two tops with a couple of 4 top tables. All were full when I arrived. Many working on their laptops. I'm enjoying the chill vibe.

Good matcha. $9. Bathroom good. Seating good. Service good. What more could you want. Also there were a bunch of good options.

First time checking out this little coffee shop near the mall in Lynnwood. Small space, but lots of seating & tables. Service was friendly and quick. Not too busy on a Friday afternoon. Absolutely love the prayer wall! +100 for ample parking!! Shared lot with Home Depot so you know you'll find a spot. I got the pistachio latte which was good (originally wanted the vanilla bourbon, but they were out). Will be retuning!

Stopped by a cute little coffee shop ~near~ (not inside) the Alderwood Mall area, next to The Woods at Alderwood Apartments. We had stopped by for breakfast and they had two interesting vegan options, a Raspberry Oat Scone and, Chocolate Berry Muffin. They had bagels as well which I presume were vegan but I didn't ask because they didn't have vegan cream cheese (I asked) so no point in me ordering a bagel. The drink, Matcha Strawberry Latte with Oat Milk, was colorful and tasted great.

Love getting matcha here. They have an amazing lemon oat bar as well. Cute chalkboard for prayer requests

I tried He Brews Coffee when they first opened and wasn't too impressed, but after hearing they now offer a variety of matcha drinks, I decided to give them another shot--and I'm so glad I did! Both the Strawberry Matcha and Macadamia Cloud Matcha were delicious. The matcha is hand-whisked to order and has just the right amount of sweetness. It's one of the few spots in Lynnwood serving quality matcha, and I'll definitely be back to try their seasonal drinks!

I recently discovered this place about 2 months ago! I always get the matchadamia cloud, it is so good every time! Staff is friendly and will definitely be going here to study or get some work done. The chocolate croissant is delicious too, ask them to warm it up and the chocolate just ooze's out and soft/butter.

Clearly I had been late to the cafe party in evolving Lynnwood, as He Brews Coffee had been open since December 2022! This was my first visit (9/16/24). This area used to be Lynnwood HS, then an immense empty lot, now it's Costco, Home Depot, assorted businesses, and a vast residential site. Great complement to Alderwood Mall, nearby surrounding strip malls, additional housing, and the new light rail. The redevelopment vision for Lynnwood has been astounding, as I used to work nearby nearly four years ago. Free parking, although spots were mostly occupied later in the afternoon. HBC is proximate to UPS and Pier 88. Nice modern interior with various available seating. A few outdoor spots, and indoor window counter seating (great natural light) plus other table configurations. Faux fireplace area. Clean and well kept cafe. Very welcoming barista. Enticing pastry case. Curious about the prayer wall. Hey the winning lottery numbers would be epic, lol. I received a well crafted 16oz mocha (w/tax & tip over $8). What I appreciated was the ability to have free parking and could stay awhile to read and catch up on texts received. I had been wary about the other less than stellar Yelp reviews. However, my first lengthy visit was very positive. I recommended it to a family member and former colleagues texting while onsite. Again, support the local indie. Great northend find!

Fantastic coffee in Lynnwood! Ok, so everyone knows that great coffee is almost like air in WA, but this joint was on another level. Great ambiance, friendly staff, delish snacks, and STELLAR brew (they pulled my Americano as a long black without me asking, so extra points for that).

My iced latte was mostly perfect: Decently long profile, if a bit oily on the finish. The oiliness would have gone away had I availed myself of any of the 25 (!) syrups that are listed on the charming hand-operated menu. Inside the vibe is chill, too. On a Saturday at 4p, there were plenty of Gen Zers inside, one per table, tapping away at their laptops. I feel lucky to have found parking. The intersection leading into He Brews Coffee is perpetually clogged with traffic, and the lot is shared with several other businesses at the strip mall. The young, 20-something baristas seemed perfectly happy to be there, which is always important.

I had ordered two cakes online and only needed to pick up. The peculiar thing is neither the provided phone number nor the email received confirmation of the purchase. I should have saved a screenshot, but for once, I trusted the system but the system failed. Anyway, I was hoping for the best when I entered, since we did have a credit card charge notification. Anyway, two staff members are at the front, though only one was working the register ringing up pastries and taking orders for drinks, etc. After standing in line for a second, I decided to be bold, left the line, and approached the other staff member saying I am picking up a cake order. She asked for order number. Yikes, I do not have that. After some back and forward and I asked if she can look up by my name, she said no. When I repeated two cakes and told her what they were, she said, "Did you say two cakes?" I almost wanted to laugh, since I have said it about ten times by then. My order must have been the only one with two cakes because she suddenly found it and even asked me to verify my name. Magical, they do have my name after all. I decided not to ding the rating since their search is locked to order number. I suspect she scrolled through screens to find the order. Although picking up the cakes were borderline sweat-inducing, both cakes turned out to be winners for the party of eleven people. Statistically, nine out of eleven are classic Americans who have never had Taiwanese cakes or lower sweetness cakes. I was pleased these cakes proved to be a hit for those unfamiliar with this baseline. Everyone sampled a small portion of both cakes, and we had about a combined 2/3 cakes left. I estimate an 8" cake is 8 servings. These cakes are relatively lower cost than many other Asian and non-Asian bakeries in the area. 8" Red Velvet, $38 Menu: Traditional red velvet cake layered with vanilla cream cheese 8" Deluxe Chocolate Mousse, $40 Menu: Chocolate chiffon cake layered with chocolate mousse and dusted with sweet snow sugar and cocoa powder Side note: These cakes are top decorated, meaning if you want "Happy Birthday", it is a separate piece to add to the cake.

They don't have outlets on the floor at the benches in the center, but there are a few outlets on the walls, so if you need to charge your devices I recommend sitting at the chairs next to the treasure chest (where I'm writing this review lol). They have pretty typical Korean bakery fare and pricing seems to be just a bit higher than competitors, probably somewhere around a 10% premium compared to similar family owned bakeries. On my visit I got two pastries to try: Soboro Cream ($3.49) - Instead of a delicately crackly cookie crust, this bun has a much softer, almost moist topping, which may be due to them placing the bread in the packaging before being fully cooled off, allowing the bun to steam too much. There's a bunch of sweetened stabilized cream inside that's sweet and oily. The bread itself is kind of dry and crumbly, either not a typical milk bread recipe or perhaps it had been sitting on the shelf for too long. (2/5) Corn Mochi ($5.99) - This comes with six pieces. The corn mochi has a nice chewy tapioca flour base. There's black sesame sprinkled throughout giving a burst of nutty flavor. I expected to see whole corn kernels baked inside but I think they just use corn flour in the dough. It's way less sweet than the soboro. Texturewise, the inside is bouncy while the outside has a harder baked crust. (4/5) Overall Le Bon Patisserie is a pretty average Asian grocery store-paired bakery.
