I recently stopped by Liturgy Coffee and was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and comfortable the space felt. The shop has a bright, cozy atmosphere with plenty of seating, making it a great place to catch up with a friend, get some work done, or simply enjoy a quiet coffee break. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about creating a positive experience. I ordered a from their seasonal special list - blueberry pancake latte. it was excellent--well crafted, flavorful, and not overly sweet.

Solid drip and Americano. Not a bean selection, you just get house. Bright atmosphere with lots of windows. All syrups made in house

Delicious hot mocha they serve here. Located in more of a residential area but there is still a small parking lot. It was very busy inside on Saturday morning. However, my online order was ready to go upon arrival. The bathroom had also just been freshly cleaned. Very modern inside and clean. Staff were hustling and friendly.

I visited around 10:30 AM on a Saturday. The best part was there was parking behind the building. When I reached inside there were about three people ahead of me in line. Luckily, it was a bit sunny and the large floor to ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light, making the small cafe feel more open and bright. Since the space is cozy, conversations can fill the room easily, so it might not be the best spot for working. I ordered a latte for here; it took about 10 minutes, and I imagine the wait could get longer when it's busy. The cup was adorable, and the latte itself was excellent strong with just the right amount of milk. I'd definitely stop by again if I'm in the area or just a quick 5-10 minute detour away.

I got here on a Friday around 5:20pm, thoughI'm not sure why I decided to drive so far off Seattle. As mentioned, there's only a few tables for seats spread around the corners of the inside, with a small fish tank and a grassy backdrop on the left-hand side of the wall. The menu is lined up on the right-hand side and features all of the items, though their matcha drinks menu is located above the front counter, along with their new items. Staff at the front take your order and bring your food to you when it's ready. For their food I got the following: - Banana pudding matcha: I couldn't tell this was ceremonial matcha till I put my straw farther down the drink past the thick banana pudding layer, and sipped in all those grassy, earthy tones matcha is known for. I got to eat some part of the banana pudding - which has cracker bits that are lighter in color than Biscoff crackers but tasted like them - before stirring a small part of it to finish off this awesome drink that could give places like Phe a run for their money. - Eden Garden special: this is a relatively simple banh mi sandwich with Vietnamese ham and slightly scrambled - and very hot - eggs along with the usual banh mi condiments like jalapenos and julienned carrots. I probably wanted even more protein in this despite the ham and eggs already being that; the banh mi felt like it was missing something. Bread isn't crispy by any means but it is served very warm, therefore it was really easy to chew. It oddly didn't make to much of a mess when I took big bites off it; most of the mess came from some of the condiments - especially the eggs - falling off. Overall I loved this place a lot with the matcha and banh mi I got here! It's quite out the way of Seattle but lately some interesting hidden gems with better taste profiles have not been in the heart of this state, like this place for instance. I hope this place can last for a long time, and I'll be back for their other items!

Before payment she even reminds you and asks you if you have your drink punch card. I saw a young male employee bring out drinks to a couple and asked how they were doing which was nice. Perfectly crispy and tasty sauce. Not too much or too little sauce. Great wings. I tried the Banana Pudding Matcha and it was delicious. Very satisfied. The parking lot is small and a bit tight but I never have a problem finding a spot or getting in. Good location. I will be back. I recommend the Banh Mi Pho, Avocado Smoothie, and Thai Green Milk Tea. I look forward to trying the egg cloud coffee and beef ragu next visits.

I'm meeting a friend here to catch up, to talk... and honestly, I had never thought about coming here for coffee, even if it was only 12 minutes from my place. Yes, the building was an old Service Station for you know, your car, so if anything the place has that on the outside, but the feels.. it's not that on the inside, per se. Where you get coffee and where you sit and chill, are two very different places. What used to be the service station office is where you get coffee, and where they used to service cars, is now where you sit comfortably, tables spaced apart nicely, and the decor is the place that makes you wonder why not.. in a good way. The coffee is Fidalgo, which is a good strong flavored coffee. They have a rotating mixed coffee drink of the month, and it's delicious. They don't bake their own goods, which honestly if you can't, then don't. What they service is packaged, but from reputable local businesses, so worth trying. Overall, you need a place to just work, to chill, or have a good coffee, this place meets and exceeds that.

The interior has a warm and cozy vibe; I also dig the lighting. There's a good amount and variety of seating. They don't have outlets on the floor at the benches in the center, but there are a few outlets on the walls, so if you need to charge your devices I recommend sitting at the chairs next to the treasure chest (where I'm writing this review lol). Space seems very dog friendly, and there are 2 tables outside where the fur baby pawrents would typically sit with their fur babies. I also saw dog treats at the cashier that dog owners are free to take. I guess if you wanted to eat them you could, but I would judge you. Nested in the deep recesses of Edmonds you will encounter a creature disguised as a place of business, an ontological marvel and evidence that humanity, though awash in the dooming glow of their iPhones, still understands the wonder and mystery of caffeine. This is Walnut Street Coffee. The experience is at once astonishing and overwhelming. One is flummoxed by the coffee, complex, dark, and necessary, like a small mercy poured into a paper cup. Behind glass, a wide selection of bakery items gawks at its onlookers, each one promising warmth against the indifferent machinery of the day in their little hands. It is a popular place of respite, and therefore it suffers the punishment of being loved. On weekends, the line can become long, a procession of the hopeful and under-caffeinated picking at greeting cards, dreaming of holidays that never were. There are few places to sit. But this is not a tragedy. The people do not linger. They arrive, receive their steam-choked sacrament, and disappear back into the wet, ethereal theater of Edmonds. The staff are pleasant and striking, shifting through the chaos with the calm of remembered goddesses who have accepted the morning and all its burdens. A fine café. The ambiance invites the living and repels the banal. This place of coffee, pastry, waiting, and brief human consolation stands against the headwinds of time and the horror of bitter lunches to come.
