The two flavors one cup is absolutely genius for people like me who can't settle on a flavor. I had ube coffee and mango matcha latte. The service was fast and friendly and my coffee was delectable. There were several open tables and it was a comfortable and calm atmosphere.
Cute little coffee shop with great quality products. I've been here a few times and always get friendly service. My favorite thing on the menu is the cheese foam. Add it to any drink and it brings it up 5 notches. Salty, savory, rich, and delicious! My most recent order was a 24oz iced matcha with almond milk half sweet add cheese foam. Perfection!
The shop's decor was typical modern, simple, with plants, lots of light and a variety of seating options. The coffees were OK. The black sesame foam didn't taste strongly enough of sesame to me (Less and More in PDX has spoiled me) and the coffee tasted watered down. Perhaps I need to ask for very minimal ice next time. We want to try another location in case this was an off day, but we're not in a rush to do so since we have more preferable spots as our go-to.
Decided to do some work at a coffee shop today and so happy I came to coffeeholic. The service was really friendly and super quick! I got the tiramisu latte but wasn't able to try the blueberry danish as it was sold out. The latte was delicious and came with a ladyfinger on top which was a nice touch. The place is perfect to get some work done or some reading, there is also wifi available. I'll be back soon!
There always seems to be a line at this local chain which means their drinks are still good. I've been to the other locations but with this being their first store it feels nostalgic coming back to this one. It's nice that you can order ahead and pick up which saves me time in the morning. While in line they have a nice display of branded coffee beans for sale and phin drip filters. The space is vibrant and seating is limited but I often see people working on their laptops. I do believe the wifi is limited to 90 minutes tho
First time drinking a matcha that's thick, the mango puree was probably what made it thick. For some reason when I drank it it didn't feel that cold, even though there was ice, also probably because of the puree? The mango flavor was evident but I couldn't really taste the matcha. However service was really nice!

The barista was really polite when we went -- and the interior was peaceful and not too crowded for a Saturday morning. Perfect for getting some reading done or having a chat with a friend. My friend and I took our drinks to go, and while I'm more a matcha gal than a coffee gal, I LOVED the ube dream! Maybe it's because I'm a little ube-obsessed (it's a problem) but the light sweetness balanced it out perfectly.
I ordered the Tropical Vine - pandan syrup, coffee, coconut milk. Drink was good, tasted as advertised. Service was good and I love the ambience of the cafe. Great spot to relax and chat or get work done.

I definitely need to go back and try their matcha. So many of their drinks looked good and I really liked the cups they used for the drinks.

I asked her to choose between two drinks, and I'm glad I went with her recommendation... my cup was empty by the time we left! We came here to study, and it was perfect for that. Plenty of outlets, clean and accessible bathrooms, and everyone around was quiet and respectful. If you're ever craving Vietnamese coffee, this is the spot! We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu next time.

I'm a big fan of Coffeeholic House! My favorite drink is the Dark Night with the black sesame. My daughter's favorite is the Purple Haze. Grateful and appreciative they were open on Thanksgiving day. I did go off script and order the seasonal Peppermint Mocha, which was good, but not as good as the Dark Night. Service is always friendly and quick. This is my favorite Vietnamese coffee shop!

Went to Coffeeholic with a friend on a Saturday morning. We ordered the Matcha Purple Haze and egg coffee, and both drinks were really good and definitely the highlight of the visit. The cashier was new so she probably made a mistake but I originally ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, but after I paid, the cashier came over to let me know they were out. I switched to a bacon, egg, and cheese instead and didn't ask for a refund even though it was cheaper. Unfortunately, when my order came out, there was no bacon, just egg and cheese but I had already left for work. The sandwich itself was pretty bland. I was also expecting more Vietnamese-inspired breakfast options because i saw it on the yelp. read more
Delicious drinks! I really love the matcha and pandan flavored items at Coffeeholic! I'm not usually a coffee drinker but they have really tasty coffee drinks although I do prefer the matcha! I got their summer matcha and strawberry cream drink and it was fantastic! Service was friendly and although it was kind of busy, drinks were made decently fast. Indoor seating is available but I tend to grab my drinks for takeout. 10/10 love this spot! read more
First time visiting and was able to find street parking (2 hour limit) approximately a block away. I ordered the Purple Haze with oat milk; it was delicious. This cafe has such adorable and practical to-go cups. They were able to make Purple Haze diary free with removing the foam. I didn't order any food but they had a pastry case that still had items at 1pm on a Monday. They had some seating interior, didn't see any exterior. There were folks working on computers when I arrived, but it appears a lot of folks took their items to go. read more

The dark knight (black sesame drink) was the highlight of my visit. It was a beautifully crafted blend, creamy and rich, with a nutty flavor that was both comforting and unique. The black sesame foam was expertly balanced with milk, creating a smooth texture that lingered pleasantly on the palate. Topped with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds, it not only looked appealing but added a nice crunch. Overall I would definitely come back here the next time I'm in Seattle. read more

Still love Coffeeholic House! Staff is always kind and friendly. Cute cafe with yummy well prepared drinks! During my most recent visit I had an iced matcha latte with oat milk..one of my fav drinks to get bc sooo yummy. Bear claw pastry sadly wasn't my jam. It was good but just a little too sweet and hard for me. However the music playing, totally my jam! Lana and Kali Uchis playing while I finish my book and enjoy my matcha now that's the vibe :) I overheard a woman at the register asking to use her personal cup and they allowed it, so next time I'll bring my own cup! So much better for the earth, I have been so many times and didn't know I could do that. Bathroom available is single stall with key needed and has changing table for parents. I will always recommend Coffeeholic House greenwood location! read more

I went first thing when they opened Saturday morning with no lines! Everyone working was nice and welcoming! Ive never been here before but I've heard A LOT of good things about it and I get why! I ordered the small 12oz bac siu, which is just a vietnamese coffee with milk (upcharge for alternative milks). Mine ended up costing $8 but it is so good! I would totally come back for a pick me up, and to try all the other drinks they have too! The vibe inside is really nice and clean as well. read more
Super cute place. Beautiful interior. Cozy, but also spacious. Located on Greenwood, it is accessible - street parking available. I got the Ube latte with Ube foam. The foam is dairy based but I got the latte with oat milk. Very yummy and aesthetic. Staff is very friendly and answered my questions well. Customer service is amazing. We also got the passion fruit guava tea with 50 percent less sugar. They also have an amazing ube latte. One of my favorite coffee places in greenwood. A must good if in the area. read more

Such a cute cafe. Love the chic vibes. And it's clean. Parking is better than the main location but still don't have its own designated lot. They serve Asian flavored coffees/lattes, like Vietnamese Coffee or Ube Latte. On this trip, we tried the popular, "Purple Haze" (ube latte topped with ube foam & ube drizzle). Make sure you mix it well or else the coffee will sit in one area instead of blending with the ube flavor. We also tried their Ube Monster (ube smoothie with Oreo topping). Both drinks are sooo good, it actually tastes like Ube! I've had the Vietnamese coffee here before, and it's also really good. Everything is pretty sweet though, so if you have a sweet tooth and love coffee, this is the place for you! read more
I come here way too often. I was first introduced to the wonders of Vietnamese coffee when I visited Coffeeholic House over 2 years ago. Ever since that first visit, I've been getting drinks from Coffeeholic nonstop, ranging from the Purple Haze, Dark Night Latte, Ube Latte, and many more! My current favorite is Tropical Vine with Ube Drizzle, though I did just try out their new Ube Egg Cream, and I enjoyed it! On top of the amazing drinks, the vibe of the cafe is also something to behold. The workers there are nice and don't shy away from having a conversation with you. I've also met the owner of Coffeeholic multiple times and I can see his passion and dedication to making his customers' experience better. Coffeholic is a cute Vietnamese cafe with a bunch of super unique types of Asian coffees and teas. If you are in need of a caffeine boost guaranteed to get you going for the day, come here. I got the matcha latte with oat milk and was super happy with it. It was very creamy, not at all grainy, and not too sweet at all. Came out in good time considering there was a bit of a line (less than 5 mins). They don't have much seating inside so keep that in mind before your trip. read more
I loved this spot! I would definitely come back! There's a lot of different drinks to try and I want to try some of the ones I had as matchas instead of lattes. I really liked both the Purple Haze and the Dark Night Lattes! I'd definitely travel back here for them and they're pretty unique. I also love that they have varying levels of caffeine and vegan options for my dairy free and vegan friends! They do have some snacks and bakery too which was nice, and I had a blueberry scone that was fine. I'd like to try something else next time perhaps. I also liked the service and ambiance. Didn't try any of the food but the drinks were good! Tried what they called a "lighter Vietnamese coffee" which was great considering it was already 2p. Staff was nice and wished us luck on finals on our way out. Love how there are wall plugs along the seating area. Great place for studying. Oversell decor is earthy and cozy. Would go back if I was in the area. read more

This was a bustling place on a Saturday afternoon! There is lots of seating but all of it was taken when I came. I got the Nutella toast and the plant based dream coffee. I placed my order right away at the counter, but it took about 15 minutes for my coffee and to go toast to come out, so this is not a quick grab and go spot. It seemed like there were a lot of online orders/door dash orders. The coffee was refreshing and the toast hit the spot! There wasn't much left as far as food options at 1pm which makes me think they sell out quick. read more

Trying out the top local coffee shops since Seattle is the coffee capital of the world Definitely better than Starbucks but we had to really shake the drinks to get the flavor to come out. I like the policy they have of remaking drinks until you like it. That's ideal since many people might not have tried the Asian flavors and don't know if they like it. How is the Parking at this location compared to their other location?
I'd say a bit better but not by a whole lot! There's a designated parking lot that is shared with other retailers in the plaza but it's pretty small and is paid every day of the week.
Can you please have indoor or outdoor seating? It would be nice to have a place to enjoy the coffee instead of just leave.
Nothing outside.
