Food - Viet coffee had an odd chocolatey undertone that was unexpected but otherwise good and strong coffee. Sandwich was alright but nothing special Service - Fast service, order at the front and eat at a table Ambiance - Small cafe with small tables to sit and chat or eat. Can work here but probably not comfortably

Coffeeholic is one of the newest businesses in the area as of this review and a new addition in the line of coffee shops which are somewhat sparse save for Fuel, Starbucks inside the nearby QFC and Zoka over in Tangletown. What's Coffeeholic got? Coffeeholic house is a Vietnamese coffee cafe with its ingredients direct from De Lat Vietnam. This location is the newest and 3rd location as they continue to grow. During their soft opening, they had some promotions to take advantage of which included a free standard coffee with purchase of a crossaint or pastry. On both of my visits I got the standard Vietnamese coffee and likely their signature pour - Traditional authentic Vietnamese coffee, Ca phe sua da. Slow-dripped Phin coffee with condensed milk. It is sweet right off the bat, perfect for cream and sugar coffee drinkers like me. If you too enjoy your coffee like this, you'll be glad to try this. I've also tried the Spinach Feta quiche was warm, with a good balance of cheesiness and spinach. If you're a coffee enjoyer and in the area, I'd recommend coming in to try a cup.

Coffeeholic House greenwood is awesome so I was happy to hear the Wallingford location opened! This location is very accessible by walking, bus, and right across the QFC. Interior is beautiful, bright, and modern with the large windows open on sunny days. Some outdoor seats available. Restrooms are located near the condiment bar and the merch is beautifully displayed when you walk in the entrance. The tumblers and tote bags are so cute! Don't think I've seen the tote bags at the greenwood location. I noticed they had a food menu and when I saw the Dubai chocolate croffle I was immediately tempted! They are mini so it's 3 for $10 or 1 mini croffle for $3.75. I tried just one as a treat. They are small but sooo delightful. I didn't have high expectations tbh as I usually skip the pastries at the greenwood location but damn that croffle here was good. I ordered the Matcha Purple Haze with light ice. Super tasty and I would get it again. Prices are a bit high as are anywhere nowadays...at least I know when I go to Coffeeholic it's quality and every visit and location I will be served a good drink. I still think the Tiramisu Egg Coffee has to be their best drink. I tried it at the greenwood location and it's sooo freaking delicious! Service is friendly. All my questions were answered and I was never rushed which is great and much appreciated. Definitely recommend and will return to Coffeeholic House in Wallingford :)

A new Coffeeholic House is open in Wallingford! We stopped by a little past their closing time, but the staff was incredibly welcoming and generously allowed us to take our time ordering. The ambiance is clean and modern, with plenty of seating. We tried the Mango Fizz and loved it--the puree tasted fresh and like real mango, making it a perfectly refreshing drink for a hot summer day. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to try one of their matcha drinks!

Excited that coffeeholic opened a location in Wallingford! The space was bright and open, and I really liked the modern styling. I got the ube haze matcha latte and it was really good. The matcha tasted great, and I loved the ube foam on top! I do feel like the coffees are a bit overpriced though, mine was $8.

C is for Consistent and that's what I think of Coffeeholichouse when it comes to whipping up Vietnamese-style espresso and matcha drinks. For this visit, I stopped in to their new Wallingford location for a Pandan Cold Foam Vietnamese Coffee and it was exactly what I hoped for, especially because I requested less ice. I think this is my new favorite drink here. I still love their Coffeeholic Dream and Purple Haze (Ube Espresso) drinks but it's always fun to try other things on the menu. Next visit, I've got my eye on their Onigiri to eat with my drink (I think I'm going to try their Tiramisu Egg Coffee next)!

The staff are very friendly and helpful here. The menu only has one dairy free option and it's a coffee one, but you can sub out milk on many of them and just get it without the foam which is where the milk is if you want. There's not a ton of space to sit and it was super full when I came it. Really cute spot to hang out and have some fun drinks.

One of my favorite spots to get Vietnamese coffee and matcha! They have unique flavors and strong taste. A bit on the sweet side so I recommend adjusting sweetness. Super friendly service and lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend and would come back!

I will admit that I have not yet had the coffee at Coffeeholic because I am a matcha-holic and I am making my way through their matcha menu. I enjoyed their elevated matcha and seasonal maple matcha. I would describe their matcha lattes as "creamy and not too sweet." They also have some nice pastries and onigiri. They're very friendly there and orders are out quickly. I love their blue decor which is quite iconic for their branding. The space is small but it isn't too hard to find a nice spot to sit and read. In the summer it is really lovely to have to window seat.

Heard about this place from a few people so decided to add it to the must try list! So good!! I ordered the OG Viet coffee and it was yum! My friend ordered the croffles and said it was delicious as well. The location is great, ample parking, and the vibes and aesthetics gave a minimalist vibe, love it! The service was good, everyone was really friendly!! I wish I could go back for more and try their ube drink!

The inside is beautiful and nice also clean

I have been to the Greenwood location, but I'm so happy to see one near our home. It's small, cute, and lots of open air. I've experienced great service and super friendly staff. I've loved my drinks so much I'm literally needing to cut myself off so I'm not drinking them all the time. Ube ftw

    Yum! Coffeeholic!

Definitely a hopping place at the end of the workday. It's got a darker ambiance and it's cozy. It has indoor, outdoor, and patio seating, though we chose to stay indoor. Pro tip - the poofs make you sit REALLY low. The food choices around 1pm were dismal, and limited. Maybe they'd sold out, or maybe they just don't have a lot there, but nothing even looked fresh enough to warrant purchase. The other thing that killed me was the service. There was one person on the entire 4 hours I was there, and it made for an incredibly slow experience. It was friendly enough, if not a little dismissive. Prices are reasonable and there is paid parking across the street, but take that with a "for Seattle" caveat.

Exposed brick wall and warm tones from the wood furniture makes this shop a cozy third place. A few indoor plants give it a fresh touch. The baristas here are definitely dedicated to their craft! Their drink offerings are standard, although they also have housemade syrups and specialty drinks (seasonal mochas, lattes, etc) if you want to try something different. I love how they highlight their single origin espresso on the menu with the tasting notes. They also offer matcha and teas if you're more into that. I haven't tried any bakery goods, but looking at the pastry case, they're quite popular. Victrola embodies the perfect Seattle coffeehouse- one that I wish people knew more widely rather than the twin tailed siren that's spread globally...

I don't normally drink coffee (I'm more of a tea person, if all the boba and tea shop reviews I…read morewrite don't say anything!), but I'm always up for new experiences, especially ones that allow me to expand my taste horizons and ability to describe flavors and aromas. After booking a tea tasting at a local tea shop, I went around looking for coffee tastings and found Victrola. Every Friday at 11AM, they offer a free tasting class, so we, of course, booked the very next Friday! Arriving at the shop a bit before 11AM, it was pretty full, with most tables taken and a short line of 2-3 people in front of me. We checked in with the cashier and he said the barista was getting things ready. Maybe 5 minutes later, we were led to the room in the back, where the barista introduced the tasting experience and handed us two sheets of paper, one with the anatomy of a coffee cherry, and the other with their coffee flavor wheel. For this week, it was only us two for the tasting, so we had a full monopoly of the barista (according to him, the prior week was 8 people!). We were able to try two coffees - both single origin, one from Guatemala and the other from Colombia. We started by sniffing the beans and grounds, with the Guatemalan emanating notes of lightly roasted peanuts (per tasting notes, it's milk chocolate, orange, and "elegant") and the Colombian with dark soy and umami notes (per tasting notes, it's pineapple, melon, and date), at least to my nose. The barista brewed both via pour over (if I remember correctly, it was 203F water with 20g of the Guatemalan, 24g of the Colombian in 360g of water). I forgot the exact grind sizes he used. Interestingly, the flavor profile of the Colombian was completely different to me between the grounds and the final brew. Very fruity throughout - I'm not that adept at description, but it's definitely a fresher, crisp fruit, not dried fruit, and not red fruit or berries, nor citrus. I'll have to file this one away as pineapple and green apple, per the barista. In terms of mouthfeel, it's thick, almost syrupy, coating the mouth with the fruity flavors. The Guatemalan, on the other hand, is completely different, starting with roasted coffee, then still with the peanut notes, but also adding a caramel-like essence. Very 'brown' on the color wheel. Mouthfeel-wise, thinner, watery like tea. I have never had good quality coffee before and this was certainly an experience that opened my eyes to how good coffee can actually be. I still have a ton of tea leaves to go through, but perhaps when I'm nearing the end, I'll have to start drinking more coffee. Tea, then chocolate, and now maybe coffee? My wallet is crying...

The vibe of this place and the people that make it happen every morning are world class. Life situations kept me from making my way to the shop for a year or so, but when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a "it's been a while!" The coffee is reasonably priced and imo - best in the area. It's consistent and while I'm a sucker for the 12oz cold brew - I've gone off script a few times and have always been pleased. I've got family that comes into town fairly often, and almost every morning they ask to go because they think about it when they're at home in Chicago.
