Our friend who lives in Shoreline recommended Eden Garden Cafe to us so we tried it out for dinner around 5:45pm on Thursday. The staff were very nice and welcoming, and the place was small but cozy and had three tables. They do a brisk take-out service and we were the only ones eating our dinner there. I had the grilled pork fresh rolls which were freshly made and delicious. My hubs had the tasty grilled pork banh mi and enjoyed it. We also shared an order of popcorn chicken with fried basil and it was crispy and savory--reminded us of the popcorn chicken we had in Taiwan. For drinks, I had the Thai Tea with coconut milk (instead of the usual half-and-half) and my hubs had the Black Sesame Cloud Coffee. We liked our dinner so much that we returned two days later to take advantage of their one-year anniversary BOGO special! We got two grilled chicken banh mi and two Thai iced teas for the price of one. A total sweet deal. Thanks, Eden Garden! We're happy our friend recommended Eden Garden. It is a cute, quick, and great place for Vietnamese sandwiches (banh mi), fresh rolls, snacks, and tea/coffee drinks, and the people that run it are super nice. We will definitely be back!

Wow wow wow! Went here for lunch and the food was super quick, really fresh, and the sauces that came with our meal was great to add to the flavor! Ordered a Tofu Bahn Mi and made it a meal (means adding fries) and a bubble tea. Ordered two bahn mi meals, and one tea with few extra sauces. Total came to under $35 (with a tip) The service was friendly and helpful with any questions we had about the menu. It's a small, quaint little place, quiet, peaceful, CLEAN. Would definitely come back or recommend. The reviews didn't let me down! It is worth the 5 stars it has!

We had a great time visiting Eden Garden Cafe for lunch after a recommendation from our friends. We tried the: -Banh Mi Pho -Coconut Matcha Cloud -Coconut Coffee The Banh Mi Pho set comes with a side of pho broth, and can be eaten like a French dip sandwich with au jus. The broth pairs so well with the sandwich, I would honestly have bowls of it if I could. Parking is available but I want to note that several businesses share the same lot. Seating inside is also a bit limited, so it may be easier to grab items to-go versus dining in.

Eden garden is one of the newer bubble tea places. Perfect for a sunny day, and this location is right next to the Richmond Beach. Inside is clean, beautifully decorated, has 3 tables for seating. The menu has unique flavors from coffee, Milo series, milk tea, fruit tea and smoothies. They also have food like chicken, fries, Vietnamese sandwiches as well. I got the Thai green milk tea, it was okay, wish the tea was stronger. But the traditional coffee is very good, very strong and sweet Vietnamese iced coffee. I recommend for a quick bite and drinks. Service is fast. There is a parking lot that makes this convenient as well.

Stopped by for an impressive meal. Got the grilled pork banh mi, fish sauce wings and a mango passion fruit tea. I loved it all! The grilled work was not only plentiful, but also flavorful! The bread was soft inside and crispy on the outside. Customer service is great and the food quality superb. Big bonus that it's near me in Richmond Beach and they are open daily from 8 am-8 pm. I will be back to try more of their menu.

Eden Garden is certainly one of the best vietnamese cafe for drinks in the Seattle region, do not sleep on the amazing menu and thoughtful design of this place from start to finish. To wifi passwords on every table, self-serve water, and easy-to-navigate online and in-person menu ordering, Eden Garden sets the standard both front of house and back for a cafe experience. From the rich and bold vietnamese coffee drinks (including the elusive egg coffee) to the refreshing fruitiness of the mango sago smoothie you can't go wrong here. Even the food is good as I love grabbing an order of the popcorn chicken. Orders are out quick too which is appreciated. Good amount of parking in the lot though some of them can be a bit tight though plenty of parking outside the lot too. Some rundown of the things I've tried: Pandan Ginseng Macchiatto 4/5 - Tastes like creamy fruity pebbles cereal milk strangely enough Mango Sago Smoothie 5/5 - Perfect bounciness in the sago, beautiful fresh mango flavor, everything blended together well and nice and creamy Iced Egg Coffee 3.5/5 - Rich, bold, but the egg cream isn't quite as whipped and custardy as I want in a drink like this but it might be better in the hot version Thai Tea 4/5 - Solid thai tea, def get 100% sweetness imo Salted Cream Iced Vietnamese Coffee 4/5 - Solid Popcorn Chicken 4/5 - Hits the spot, good sweet chili dip. Kinda wish it had a dry spicy seasoning like taiwanese popcorn street chicken, maybe I'll make it myself...

Best Banh Mi I have ever had. This place is amazing and the family working here is so kind! I highly recommend Eden Garden Cafe and this is my new fav spot! Obsessed with the Banh Mi and Thai teas! Omg sooo fresh, so delicious, soooo perfect! Eden garden is easy to get to with free parking and a large drink menu. The Banh Mi sandwiches are amazing. It is a small cafe but have both table seating inside and outside with a beautiful selfie wall. Atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. I noticed many young students hanging out and doing laptop work. The food quality is top tier here. They do not skimp. I was full and satisfied with the fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted bread with light crunch and a soft and tasty inside with flavorful meat. The quality blew me away I was so impressed. Balanced perfectly with the carrots inside. During my dine in experience the staff checked on the customers which was kind making sure everything tasted good. I loved my Thai Green Milk Tea, it was absolute perfection. I am so excited to come back and try an avocado smoothie and the Banh mi pho combo next time! If you're looking for the best Banh Mi ever stop by here as they also have awesome drinks too! :)

Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #91 We saw the signs for the one year anniversary of Eden Garden Cafe opening and were lured in by the promise of BOGO sandwiches and boba. We stopped in for an early lunch a bit before 11 AM on Saturday and the place was super crowded, with lots of people inside waiting for their orders. They seem to be really efficient in the kitchen so even with how busy they were, we got our food and drinks within a very reasonable 10 minutes. Authentic Cold Cut ($8.50) - Starting with the baguette - I'm not sure if they bake the bread in house, but I do quite like this one. The crust is fabulous. It cracks at every gentle squeeze, but the crackly crust stays adhered instead of completing flaking off and making a mess as with so many other banh mi baguettes. The interior isn't dried out at all and is instead crusty and chewy. They fill the baguette with plenty of meat in three different cuts. Firstly, headcheese, with pleasingly jelly-like and bouncy pieces embedded in meat. Then some bbq pork, sliced thinly, with the gelatinous skin still attached. Finally some Vietnamese ham (not cha lua) for the most meat-forward element of the sandwich. It all comes together in a super meaty and umami bite. They of course have the classic veggies included - pickled daikon and carrot, crisp, tangy, and mildly fish saucy, cucumber, cilantro, and some jalapeno giving only a very mild spice. They do spread some mayo on the bread, but I don't believe they use pate. They also sprinkle a generous amount of black pepper and the entire sandwich is served warm. (5/5) Roasted Pork ($8.50) - Same as above, but with the meat replaced by cubed pork belly. The pork has some very small areas with crispy bits but is mostly bouncy and gelatinous from the fatty areas. Very tender and seasoned perfectly. The pieces of meat are large enough that they indent the bread and are essentially glued in place. The fillings stay inside the baguette, which makes this sandwich constructed perfectly to have a great bite every time. (5/5) Oolong Jasmine Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, Less Ice w/ Boba ($6.50) - After having oolong jasmine for the first time the previous day, it seemed like a no brainer to order it here. And very interestingly, it tastes entirely different from what I had yesterday. As the name implies, it is indeed oolong with a flowery jasmine aroma. The flowery fragrance is strong yet dulled, if that makes any sense, as compared to a jasmine green tea which has a brighter flowery flavor. They do mix in a ton of creamer, which makes the drink almost feel gritty, with some powdery residue that lingers on the tongue. Sweetness is fine at 50%, although perhaps a tad harsh due to the fructose mix. The boba is kind of strange. Some pieces have almost the perfect smooth bounce, but then after chewing on more, some feel a bit mushy, while others are a bit firmer. It's not a gigantic difference in texture so I don't think they mix batches together, but it's puzzling why there's an actually very noticeable texture difference. The boba is otherwise marinated well so it's pleasingly sweet. Milk Tea Rating: 4/5 Boba Rating: 4/5 Classic Oolong Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, Less Ice w/ Boba ($6.25) - Again, a very milky somewhat powdery drink, with pleasing oolong taste and a slight astringency in the aftertaste. Milk Tea Rating: 4/5 Overall I was very impressed with Eden Garden Cafe. It's difficult to find a place that serves both solid food and solid boba. This place meets that criteria and is certainly somewhere I'll be revisiting. Congrats for the one year in operation. I hope they stay for years to come. Bathrooms - One unisex room.

Parmesan fries, still needs a bit seasoning

Discovered this place is on the way to tan and it's been a routine lately. I've tried several other items and the quality on food + drink has been consistently yummy. I would say their drinks especially. A lot of variety to choose from, quick service and delicious. They have a combo option: banh mi with fries. I like their cold cut dac biet and their grilled pork sandwich. I wish the carrot is more pickled to contrast the taste buds. The fries and popcorn chicken need a pinch more seasoning. The chicken wings were hot and juicy, forgot what flavor I chose but it still lacked a bit. My favorite drink so far is their Thai green tea and the matcha coconut cloud. Definitely a place I've enjoyed stopping weekly.

Just moved to Washington from Las Vegas and wanted to find a place with pho. Great place for pho, veggie spring rolls and drinks are excellent here. Good to take home as well. Price is good too for a great portion of pho you get.

    Matcha cloud
    Vic A.

Went in, glad we have this close to our house. The coconut cloud matcha was perfect and refreshing. A tad but on the sweet side. The pho banh mi was a good 4/5. The brisket was nicely cooked and cut perfect portion for sandwich. The side of pho brother was wow! The service is great and welcoming. Staff in kitchen was filled with smiles. The parking is great and availability. The decor inside is cute for such a small space. They also have a stamp card.

Wow, welcoming side this place is really close to Richmond beach just in case you wanted to eat in a 10 million dollar view . Now ladies. And gentlemen , kids of all ages banh and bubble tea has arrived in north seattle, Shazam. I went twice in two weeks just make sure it was constant, I got a banh , deep fried octopus and bubble tea. That's some fresh crunch bread and crunchy veggies the sauce on the sandwinchs is alittle sweet but seems to work well. The deep fried octopus was good and okay I get it they all can't cooked the exactly the same so it still and work in progress but I would try it again. Either I don't see it or they don't do it but at home input a fried egg on the sandwinch , that put it over the top.. that should be an option.

Fruit tea and iced Vietnamese coffee
    Kirti S.

Amazing tea and well priced! We got the fruit tea and iced Vietnamese coffee! Both 5/5. Quick service. Good to get a takeout for going to Richmond beach park. They have a few tables too. Cozy.

Fortunately, there was no traffic so it was a 20 min drive easily. However, a lot seemed to have changed from about a year ago? We got popcorn chicken which was $9 for a very tiny plate (like the medium size sampler food container you get at food tasting events) which is a joke of a portion, and the chicken was not even good quality - heavy on the batter. Compared to pictures a year ago, where the portions looked much much larger. They are so stingy on the amount of chicken, that I thought they were giving us a sample to try before they make a real batch lmaooooo. I tried the Kocochi milk tea with creme brulee, boba, jelly, etc. Sounds good on paper, inflation I get it, was expecting $7 but it was $8, plus tax, so it is actually not that competitive of a price anymore now that I think about it. I could get a very good quality boba drink for $7.50+tax elsewhere without all the fancy toppings, but with boba included. I was pretty disappointed with the quality. The boba is so overcooked that it is mushy, and the creme brulee was not thick enough that I have to use a spoon to even be able to get any of it out (instead of being able to drink it from the other side which is what it is supposed to be). I'd avoid this place unless this is a one off but I will need to be redeemed a better experience before recommending this place. There are better options in the area

Getting here will be a relief since you don't have to worry about finding parking in their spacious parking lot, which is shared with many other surrounding businesses. Inside is pretty casual with several tables to sit and hang around, along with one long table where you'll be close to some foliage as my friends and I were. Menu has a variety of items including milk tea, coffee, smoothies and fresh milk. Speciality and possibly seasonal drinks were also advertised around the counter and near the front. Staff at the front take your order and ask about ice and sweetness levels if the drink you order calls for that. There is also a ramen bar to the right-hand side of the front counter you can use after purchasing instant ramen at said front counter. I got myself the Mustache milk tea with 50% sweetness and ice, with regular boba. This is very standard for milk tea but it's also the perfect baseline for their other drinks. The tea is floral and the milk added does not detract from the drink. 50% sweetness is perfect for this drink, as any sweeter would have been too much for me. My friends enjoyed their other drinks, though they all got stuff from various parts of the menu. Pretty decent and nice place to chill, hangout and have some good boba! If I'm around the area, I'll come back for their other milk tea flavors!

Although I try to be as openminded and objective as possible, when it comes to dessert, I'll always vote for Asian desserts, and I'm not going to lie. I've tried three different chè here, and none of them failed me. They were Bambu Favorite, Summer Delight, and Taro Lover. To sum it up for those who've never been here before, it's basically coconut milk with various boba style toppings. I always get the large size on Saturday afternoons and take it to Edmonds Beach. Out of these three, my least favorite was Summer Delight, simply because I didn't enjoy scooping out the thick glass noodle textured jelly at the end. I love how all my chè were coconut milk based, they're lighter than milk and don't leave that nasty aftertaste and bad breath lingering in your mouth. The ingredients such as pandan jelly and tapioca were fun to eat, with a subtle sweetness to them. The whole cup of chè is perfectly balanced, nothing overwhelming the other. As someone don't drink and smoke, having a chè after my weekly grocery shopping is a mental spa break for me. So next time you're nearby, give it a try, Asian dessert drinks are more than matcha latte.

I had never heard of chè before, and it seems like it is not easy to find a spot that serves authentic versions in the Seattle area. The store is located in the same complex as Ranch 99, which makes parking very convenient since there are plenty of free spaces available. There were a few people ahead of us in line, and it took us some time to decide what to order. My friend suggested either #1 Bambu Special or #2 Bambu Combo, and specifically advised not to get a boba drink here. I chose the #1 Bambu Special since it was listed as one of their top-selling drinks and had fewer calories than the #2 Bambu Combo. I selected the regular sweetness level to get a more authentic taste of chè. The drink came out quickly, but after taking a sip, I was not quite sure what I was drinking. It had large chunks of ice, floating basil seeds, pandan jelly, longan, and coconut. Tbh, it was very disappointing. The drink was not cheap. It cost $8.50 before sales tax and tip, bringing the total close to $10. Is it worth driving all the way to Edmonds and paying almost $10 for this drink at Bambu? Personally, I don't think so. There are only about five small tables, so it is not the kind of place where you would want to sit and hang out, either. I feel like I could find a better drink and better experience somewhere in Bellevue or Seattle for a similar price.

Pro tip: make sure to show up in the morning for better selection for both sweet and savory items. Their pastries are baked fresh onsite, but I've made the mistake of showing up midday and towards closing and their pastry case would be slim pickings. They also have a great variety of beverages available too. Espresso, teas, and milk teas as examples. The mocha has improved, very coffee forward and not cloyingly sweet. Just needs to be hotter temp wise, but that's just me. My favorite go tos has been variable depending on availability, but recent visits have been their ham and cheese croissants. Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #73…read more You'd think it would be a prime spot for more competition, but Oasis Tea Zone is the only boba shop in downtown Edmonds. I was initially hesitant on visiting since based on their menu, they seem like a first wave type of boba shop that mainly uses powders and syrups. After seeing that they have $3 drinks during Happy Hour from 2-4 PM on weekdays, however, I decided to give them a chance. Royal Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, 50% Ice ($3) - The milk tea has decent black tea flavor, albeit a bit generic, the sweetness at half is right on the dot for a typical half sweetened drink, and half ice isn't too much. The drink is on the powdery side, which leaves a kind of residue that coats the mouth after each sip. I'm wondering if they use perhaps powdered tea in their drinks? Still, there aren't any offensive tastes in the drink, which made it better than expected. The boba is surprisingly good. The pearls are smooth spheres and exhibit both very good chew and bounce, but don't seem to be soaked that much in syrup. They are perhaps a bit firmer than perfect, but are pleasant to chew on. The amount of boba they serve in a cup isn't enough for the entire drink - with about a quarter of the drink left, the boba was all gone. While the drink has some issues, the value for $3 really can't be beat. I think this is the cheapest boba I've gotten in the US ever. Milk Tea Rating: 3/5 Boba Rating: 4.5/5 I walked into Oasis Tea Zone with apprehension, but came out very pleasantly surprised. I would stop by again, happy hour or otherwise, whenever I visit downtown Edmonds. Note: Oasis Tea Zone charges a 3% fee for credit cards Edit: I visited again, ordering the same drink. This time, the drink seems to be more heavily leaning towards the creamer, leaving the taste of the tea in the dust. In addition, there's a bit of a strange coffee-ish taste and the boba is much more firm than previous. This is more of a 3* drink rather than 4*. Still leaving the review as a 4, but it seems there might be consistency issues. Then again, the drink is only $3 before tax/tip, a value that can't be beaten.

Figured I'd have to wait a bit bc I got there within 5 minutes of ordering, but everything was already packaged and ready to go. Decided to try a few different things. The mango jasmine green tea with tapioca was helllaaa refreshing. Who knows, maybe it was just bc I lost 83728lbs of sweat working out but. Whatever. I got it w less ice + half sugar and it was honestly still a bit too sweet IMO. The bubble waffle was aight. Tbh I just wanted to try it out. I got the OG w some puff cream or something. The lil balls alone are pretty good. The puff cream just adds a bit of sweet/salt flava to da mix. The texture of the actual waffle was pretty airy/light. The Korean corn dog was busssin. You can't go wrong w whatever variation you get. I got mine with the honey mustard sauce and ooooowee. Overall, solid. I'm sure I got like at LEAST 10g of protein from this meal lmao. Alright peace

I have only been here twice for the bubble tea but service has been fast and it has been solid both times. Have tried jasmine milk tea as well as ube milk cream with taro balls. I do really like their taro balls, chewy and tasty and everything tastes fresh. Solid place to grab drinks.
