Soup (or Spicy) Dumplings Noodle Soup, $14 - 2 Stars The Chinese name on the menu calls this Original Soup Sui Gow Noodle. This is a genuine and very good noodle soup at other places. Theirs is not it. The broth is not "original soup", which is a fish-based broth. Theirs is meat-ish, but not meaty and certainly not fish-based broth. It tasted off and weird. The dumplings are not sui gow. They are glorified larger wontons with pork and shrimp. A sui gow typically has Chinese black mushrooms and/or woodear fungus for a varying texture in the bite. The one authentic ingredient of this dish is the egg noodles. Garlic Chicken Wings, 6pc, $12 - 4 Stars These are good - crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Not too garlicky but still good.
