    Hot and Spicy Chicken!
    Matt R.

I have to hand it to owner Mi Lim L., she really knows the 'way' to deliver high-quality teriyaki! I had the Hot & Spicy Chicken and it definitely had a different flavor from the other Spicy Chickens I've ever had. The spice kinda kicked my butt, but that's cause I'm old and can't handle it anymore! But really good chicken, served piping hot. I will be back as it's really close to where I work.

    Bento Box, Chicken Teriyaki

This restaurant is amazing. I had their chicken teriyaki bento box ($18) and it was such a good amount of food that I had to take some to-go. Not only that but the food itself was great. Their teriyaki sauce was so flavorful and tasty; definitely one of the best teriyaki sauces I had. The california roll was fresh and tasted really good. Their prawns were good; tasted a bit on the older side but still good. The service here was nice and friendly. Food was served fast. I enjoyed the ambiance. This place isn't known for dine-in. It looks like people take out more than dine in. It's nicely decorated and I enjoyed eating here. I would definitely come back here again. I wished I lived really close to this restaurant because I'd be eating here a lot

    Beef Teriyaki
    Generous Y.

Hearty teriyaki, fairly large portions for the price! Generous amount of meat stacked on rice. Despite being close, I only discovered this spot because it's open on a Sunday whereas a lot of other teriyaki spots aren't. Salad is served on the side and all the space is saved for rice and meat, which is insane. I would love more sauce, preferably on the side, but there's still a fair amount of sauce present. Chicken Teriyaki - juicy and tender chicken make up over half of the entree. There's more meat than the rice and one can easily make two meals from this. Could use a little more sauce (for the rice especially) but still a very hearty and cozy meal. Beef Teriyaki - tender, flavorful cuts of beef that don't need extra sauce, but definitely enhanced by sauce. While other beef teriyakis have spring onion or regular onions sauteed in, this one is purely meat and rice which can be good or bad depending on preference.

    6. Cream Cheese Wonton

Not bad. We tried a variety of items from Teriyaki Way. Good size portions and it will fill you up. Reasonable price. The chicken teriyaki wasn't bad. We also tried the cream cheese wontons which almost had a little too much cream cheese in them. I also tried the bento box with chicken teriyaki. The teriyaki itself was decent as was the tempura shrimp and veggies. The California roll wasn't very good though. I would probably skip this. The salad was a nice touch but I wouldn't decide if the dressing was good or not. Overall it will do the trick if you're hungry but nothing stood out.

Hand-crank pressed strawberry lemonade and tofu teriyaki.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to the Teriyaki Way on Highway 99 next to TJ Maxx, off of 238th. The lovely older woman who I think is the proprietor (I haven't gotten her name yet) heard my boyfriend admiring her handcrank juice press machine, so she surprised him with a free fresh-pressed strawberry lemonade (worth $4) when his order came up. And, of course, the vegan tofu yakisoba was delicious, as usual! This is why it pays to #shoplocal and support our local #smallbusiness community!

    General Tso's Chicken w/Brown Rice
    Chris E.

I've been looking for a good Teriyaki restaurant that serves General Tsos Chicken in the Lynnwood area and am still on the hunt. However, the food was decent and very filling. The chicken was crispy but not fired all the way through; some larger pieces were soggy after biting into them. It also appears they use frozen vegetables when they stir-fry; which is ok but not what I expected on a $13 meal. The staff and service was very good! The lady who was working the front counter was very nice and greeted me when I entered. I ended up ordering to go, but would definitely go back just based on the service. I know "Chinese" style dishes are hit an miss at any Teriyaki restaurant, so I'll be back to try a traditional Teriyaki dish when I'm back in the area.

I've be a regular here for sometime, they have really nice owners and the food is delicious. Usually takes 15-20 minutes to prepare, cooked to order. They have large portions, my personal favorite is the #6. Combo Yakisoba $14.99 it comes with a scoop of steamed rice. It has chicken, beef & shrimp so good & enough to share.

Definitely a great thing to come out of the fire that destroyed the previous buildings at this location. The strip mall is still adding businesses, but usually parking is fairly easy, turning in and out of it from Hwy 99 may have its challenges. I will warn you that although this food is delicious, it is pay by weight so do be aware of this when you go in. You get your own bowl and tongs to go thru the line and choice exactly what you want in your meal. So many noodle, veggie and tofu options, but also a huge area devoted to meat. I will also say to skip the cilantro as that can be added after in the free sauce area (this is such a great bonus on it's own). There any many meal options to choose from. My fav is the Tom Yum, but I have also had the Tomato and keep meaning to try the dry noodles. My partner often thinks he wants the spicy, but this is extra spicy so do order that cautiously. After filling your bowl you go to the counter where they weigh your food and enter in what style you want. Unlike other hot pot places, you do not cook this yourself, they cook it in the back and then call your number when it is ready to be grabbed and brought to your table. This can be a tremendous amount of food and it's messy, so don't wear your best clothes if you are a messy eater like me. They are happy to let you pack up your leftovers, which are delicious later and make me feel better about how much I am spending. We do sometimes worry that we will not be able to get a seat, but so far we have not had to wait to sit down. They do bring you orange slices and you can get soft serve for after your meal. The employees are always friendly.

Inside was rather functional and we were seated right away that lunch hour. Menu contained a good variety of fried and soup noodle dishes. The fried noodles were also served with a side of broth. I originally wanted wonton soup but deviated at the last minute to try their Dan Dan noodles. My daughter got the beef noodle and wonton soup that she liked. My Dan dan noodles was served with the same soup noodles and topped with a saucy ground pork and veggies. The pork packed a good amount of heat that I liked and enough to coat all the noodles. I should have guessed things aren't quite right, when the staff struggled to answer my simple question that any normal wonton shop would have understood. The interior is basic and quiet. During our time dining, only one other diner arrived. The Food: Wonton and Beef Brisket Noodle Soup, $14 - 3.5 Stars The beef briskets are reasonably tender. The wontons are acceptable with pork and shrimp fillings. The egg noodles are legit. Soup (or Spicy) Dumplings Noodle Soup, $14 - 2 Stars The Chinese name on the menu calls this Original Soup Sui Gow Noodle. This is a genuine and very good noodle soup at other places. Theirs is not it. The broth is not "original soup", which is a fish-based broth. Theirs is meat-ish, but not meaty and certainly not fish-based broth. It tasted off and weird. The dumplings are not sui gow. They are glorified larger wontons with pork and shrimp. A sui gow typically has Chinese black mushrooms and/or woodear fungus for a varying texture in the bite. The one authentic ingredient of this dish is the egg noodles. Garlic Chicken Wings, 6pc, $12 - 4 Stars These are good - crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Not too garlicky but still good. This dish rescued this meal. Lettuce Fish Meat Soup, $12.50 - 1 Star This dish is normally a popular HK street food dish. This dish is not that. The fish pieces lacked flavor and seasonings. The broth, again, is not fish-based but the same meat-ish flavor, same as the dumplings noodle soup. I wish I never ordered this.
