Turkish eggs

Great place to catch up with a friend or do some work. Few tables and dog treats inside for pets. Ordered their popular egg dish and Uber drink. You can't go wrong. Definitely have patient with food if it's busy.

I have driven past Jaiiya Café a gazillion times heading to/from the Edmonds ferry terminal or the downtown retail core. I was a bit early for a pastry pop up at a nearby poké spot, so decided to finally check out Jaiiya Café (3/23/24). I can see why this remains a popular destination. Decent counter service, menu variety, ample indoor and outdoor seating. Nice to see folks gathering to have lively convos and not a sea of laptops. I had a spot on mocha and a heated savory prosciutto & swiss croissant. Sat at the counter seating and just took in the pleasant cafe atmosphere.

The lack of star is only due to the fact that the store front isn't very visible from the right side of the parking lot because of the larger shrubbery placed around the building. The service was friendly, helpful, and fast. The ambiance is casual with a self-serve area for bussing your own dishes. You order at the counter and pick up a few feet further down when they call your name and item order (drinks come out first when you order food too.) Their Soy Latte is well balanced, and the Mud Brew is pretty mild in chocolate flavor but has a nice silky mouth feel when stirred. The croissant sandwich was a good basic but would have benefited from some mayo or other sauce. The Spinach Quiche has a soft and smooth custard texture, with plenty of cheese. The Turkish Eggs were absolutely delicious, the plating is beautiful, the spice is pretty mild, and the garlicky dill sauce is super refreshing. Definitely would order that plate again, and excited to try more of their menu in the future!

I seriously love this place, I come here all the time. Their food is healthy and balanced and they have a wide range of things to choose from. I also love their drinks, they are made well and the staff is nice about asking for modifications. It's also a nice place to work in or sit right outdoors on a summer day. Every time I've been here (and it's been a lot) I've had a great experience.

Had to check this new cafe in the edmonds area. Very nice new spot for breakfast and brunch and meet for coffee crowd. Place is nice with good seating, and restrooms are clean. Overall menu is a selection of breakfast pastries and acai bowls. Coffee selection has a wide variety. Ordered my go to mocha breve and must say coffee flavor is elite. Price is good it is in the higher price point. Will stop by if in the Edmonds area again.

Jaiiya Cafe is a wonderful place for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Coffee is good (spectacularly vita), service is great, there's a lot of seating and a comfortable corner with a couch. The cafe can get busy during lunch peak hour. Everything I've had at Jaiiya is delicious. Great Quality for the quantity. Pictured: salmon lox croissant, shakshuka, ube dalgona

this place is always a hit! the acai/pitaya bowls are what I mainly come for but the other items I've tried have been wonderful as well. The tropics bowl will make you feel like it's summertime even in the dead of winter lol and the pb power bowl is amazing!!! everything I look for in an acai bowl. I appreciate that the acai bowls come ice cold, and thick not all melty and gross. The ratio of acai to toppings is perfectly measured.

I hate to write a bad review of this place because I really love it but lately it just hasn't been the same I ordered a iced matcha didn't taste like matcha at all was more milk than anything. Last week I ordered their chia pudding and this is what I got barely any chia pudding in there. Not sure it it's because they constantly have new and different people but don't think paying over $6 for this portion is reasonable

Açaí bowl took nearly 15 minutes to come out and a worker was a bit unhelpful when we had asked for an update on it. Wouldn't recommend ordering any food if you're more on the go. Drinks and food were still great and tasty regardless, and our cashier was very sweet :) The wait for the açaí bowl was just off putting as we hadn't planned to be there that long, and upon going through their reviews, it seems the wait is common for their food service.

Went to Jailya Cafe on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. I ordered an almond milk crème brûlée latte, Blue Majik, The Classic and The Tropic acai bowls and all were great. The crème brûlée latter, even with almond milk, was really sweet and well balanced. It was a nice, dessert-like coffee drink. Really good. The brûlée'd sugar was a nice treat. The Blue Majik wasn't anything "crazy," but it was a nice, cool treat for a warm Saturday morning/afternoon. Very refreshing. Both acai bowls were very good. Great mixture of different fruits and textures. Sweet, refreshing and really good. I would definitely order again. All-in-all, really good refreshing treats and good coffee.

Ube dalgona

I mostly come here for their ube dalgona! However, the flavor profile could be a little more consistent...The first few times I got it, the dalgona to ube flavor proportions were PERFECT. But then the rest of the times, there was too much dalgona foam and not as much ube flavor - which was kind of disappointing. I do like their small lounge area with the couch and swivel chairs. I've tried their chorizo bowl - it was small and only okay. But I keep coming back for their ube dalgona for sure! Yum:)

They have a great variety of savory foods, açaí bowls, and coffee (plus drink specials). The açaí bowls are a perfect size for 1 person. My fiancé loved his tropics bowl. He said it's better than the classic bowl. Everything tasted really fresh. I would say the only con is they close early on weekdays at 3:30pm. We can only make it on weekends when they close at 5pm.

Turkish eggs and beet hummus toast. Both 10/10

Came here with high expectations because of the great ratings and it still blew my mind. Very friendly employees who made great recommendations. Food and drinks were exceptional and the prices lower than expected.

Amazing service, great space, fab menu - easily the best Americano I've ever had. Really wishing this place was in my neighborhood.

So good come here a lot lately. The food is amazing and it's pretty healthy and there's nothing like this in Edmond anywhere else.

I tried the gluten-free trailblazer cookie, and it was absolutely delicious. Loved all the additions to it to make it a more robust cookie. I also had the lavender latte which was tasty and not too strong a lavender taste.

In short Great roaster with the deepest imaginable local…read moreroots. In long There are tons of warehouses along Bickford these days, and if you turn down in and zigzag around a bit, you find a fantastic local coffee wholesaler with a retail outlet right here. They have a big lineup and unbelievable prices. Just the nicest people, too. I have been hearing good things about them for a while and meaning to stop in. I was finally able to combine this with some other errands yesterday. It's a small storefront with a few shelves and a big counter area. Not a coffee shop to sip a mug--a place to buy beans. There's a big sign on the wall explaining the exact roast level for each bag of beans they offer. You can order online and pick up, or you can walk in to buy. They have a bunch of blends that do really well. I avoid blends; I want the different flavors of single-origin stuff. I'm thinking now I should have realized that the rave reviews I see for this place are for the blends. I tried the Kenya, which the owner was proud to explain is their highest-rated offering. It's a good coffee, but not single-origin in the sense that they note how it was processed and where it was grown. They just give you the country. That's still an enormous step up from where coffee was when I was a kid, and it's an impressive effort for coffee that's a mere $11/lb. The big sign on the wall said this was a medium roast, and what's in the mug is very smoky and dark. Too much for my tastes, but I'm glad to have finally tried this place. I'm looking forward to trying the other beans and finishing all this up.

Absolutely the best coffee roaster in the area! It's a small storefront in a warehouse district,…read morebut don't let that deter you. They have a very helpful staff and they have decades of experience. Their coffee is fantastic and the only coffee we buy. It's a big step up from anything at the grocery store or big box retailer. It's easy to get to off the north end of Bickford Road near Sound to Summit Brewery.
