This is wonderfully bright space with a warm inviting atmosphere. On this Sunday morning, the serenity of the setting, paired with the welcoming folks behind the counter, draws in a diverse crowd - friends and couples enjoying quiet conversation, families with little ones out on a morning stroll, and even a few well-behaved dogs quietly observing and soaking in the ambiance. The coffee here is fantastic. The barista crafted a pour over for me that was truly well done. Pour overs are perhaps the best way to get the most flavor out of coffee beans, but they take time and care to do well - a commitment that few coffee shops are willing to make. The food here is just as delicious. I originally planned to grab a coffee here in the morning and head to a restaurant for lunch, but my fried chicken breakfast sandwich was so irresistibly good that I ended up staying at Stillhouse all day. My pork sandwich for lunch was just as satisfying, making Stillhouse a great spot to visit all day for breakfast, lunch, or just a well-made coffee.

Stopped in with a friend this weekend for a coffee and we were really impressed with this spot. The staff was super friendly, coffee was amazing- banana bread latte is unbelievably good- and the food was delicious. I grabbed one of their breakfast sandwiches and it was warm, oozing with cheese, and had the perfect kick with the Fresno chilies. A lot of their pastries come from The Cottage Bakery down the street. Everything is fresh and so yummy. I can't wait to come back.

I really like the location of this coffee shop, and they offer a good selection of coffee and pastries. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is that it's always difficult to find a free seat -- there are very few tables available. And if you do get lucky, some of the seating, especially near the window, isn't very comfortable. Overall, I mostly consider this place a coffee-to-go spot rather than somewhere to sit and relax.

A very well made cup-a.

Food & Drinks: 5 stars Service: 4.5 stars Ambiance: 4 stars It was our first time to visit this newer (not new) coffee shop. We had a coffee and a hot chocolate with some sweets. The drinks were very good, as were the sweets. It's fair to say, a "notch above." Service was very good. Everyone was super friendly, polite, and helpful. My only minor comment would be that they were very punctual in locking up right at 5 pm and we felt a bit rushed out the door, leaving before finishing our drinks. I don't think it was intended, but it played out that way. Also, perhaps our bad for not noticing the closing hours, but had we known when we ordered right before 5 pm that they were going to close in a few minutes, we probably would have just come back another day. Again, I don't think it was intentional. The ambiance is nice. A little sterile for my tastes and seating is very limited - especially if you have a handful of computer campers hanging out. But, it's very clean, comfy, and nicely put together. I would recommend. We'll be back!

Since we moved to Edmonds, Stillhouse has become our go-to place for coffee. The quality of the beverages is consistently the best, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. But what stands out above all else is the warm, friendly service. The baristas are always genuinely smiling and engaging, and willing to go the extra mile to make your experience an extremely pleasant one.

8 ounce Guinness Latte $7
Stephanie D.

First time in and enjoyed the ambience and menu assortment! The service was also very friendly and welcoming. Our drinks came out fairly quick! Tried their seasonal Guinness Latte as a suggestion of the barista and enjoyed the flavors of it. Haven't seen a latte like that elsewhere, so definitely enjoyed the creative flavors! I plan on trying their other seasonal drinks for sure. The pastries on display all looked delicious as well, so definitely planning on getting one next time. The only concern I can think of is the price. The seasonal drinks are a bit on the pricier side, but to be expected with a specialty drink. However, my 8 oz Guinness Latte (regular milk) was $7, which is by far the most I've spent on an 8 ounce espresso drink! We also got an Elderberry Healer Tea which comes as a standard 12 ounce drink and even that was $6! I enjoyed the cafe but definitely just something to note if you're wanting to try their seasonal drinks.

Great place to grab a quick coffee, matcha, bite in Edmonds. They have a good seating area for individuals or small groups. I love the windows and the location of the area. Very cozy, theres even a window to order stuff from if you want it on the go. I highly recommend this place and would come back!

Got a salted caramel latte and it was perfect. Inside is super cute and staff are very friendly. I love the seating area with the windows. only downside is not enough seating for how busy it gets!

My friend and I came here on a Saturday around noon and there was a line that extended outside the store. There were several things on the menu that caught my eye, including the matchas, but the barista suggested an oat latte of sorts with cinnamon on top and it was so good! My friend got the summertime blues matcha and said it was delicious as well. Space is pretty big, but not as much seating as you would expect. It's also family friendly and we saw multiple strollers coming in and out. I want to revisit and perhaps get a bag of their coffee beans!

This coffee shop has such a charming warmth to it and is truly not to be missed. My friends and I wanted some fun beverages around 2pm on a Saturday and this was one of the few spots that was open and serving coffee. There was a line but it moved very quickly! The staff is super friendly and moves fast- we got our drinks within a minute of ordering! I don't do caffeine so I got a lovely iced hibiscus tea and I absolutely loved it. The ambiance is wonderful- tons of natural light and really cute designs. I felt like I could have spent the whole afternoon here had it not been for the tempting ice cream around the corner.

Blueberry matcha and forager burrito
Brooke B.

The blueberry matcha was made with a homemade syrup that was so delicious in the matcha! For food, I got the forager burrito and I would absolutely get it again. I usually like to put hot sauce on burritos but this was fantastic without adding anything extra! The service was also top tier. The barista was warm, welcoming, and remembered my name which made me feel like a regular when it was actually my first time in. The ambiance was light and airy and felt like a great place to meet a friend or get some work done.

Vanilla latte and a croissant sandwich

This the perfect neighborhood gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, and genuinely friendly service that made me feel instantly at home. I mentioned it was my first time in and she asked how I heard of them. I shared how I love local coffee shops, searched on Yelp and came in to check it out. She genuinely said "thank you for making the time to visit us today". The coffee itself is outstanding. It's tasty, perfectly brewed, and served with care in a cute ceramic mug as I mentioned it was for "here". It's a a small detail that makes a huge difference for me. The breakfast item I had was so fresh and delicious. I've been to many coffee shops - this one was memorable and I'll definitely return! If you're looking for a cozy spot with superb coffee, amazing food, and a wonderful atmosphere (great music and just the right volume) - this is the locally coffee shop to visit!

We come here every week and look forward to it! I have never had a bad drink, and they use real ingredients like homemade sauces & syrups! I always recommend if you're in Edmonds

Despite being in business for nearly 13 years, this is my first visit to Cafe Louvre (12/9/25). After two days of staying in due to the stormy weather, I decided to venture out and try some place new. I snagged a 3 hour parking slot, yay! The cafe is in a shared building with six other businesses. Pleasant interior with natural light, mellow overhead music, various seating with 2 & 3 tops, communal seating by a fireplace, and group seating off to the side that can be reserved. It is currently decorated for the holidays, but also featured work from local artists. First visit & first meal of the day coming up on 1pm, I opted for a grande mocha and a 4 inch proscuitto sandwich. The overhead menu and display cases have a nice variety. Pastries are from Macrina and coffee roasts are from Caffe Umbria. Their espresso beverages are very generous. The grande mocha was served in a huge mug, reminiscent of a souffle ramekin. Well crafted too. I enjoyed the 4 inch proscuitto sandwich. Perfectly sized and sliced, not too big, not too small, Goldilocks just right. Served warm with proscuitto, melty cheese, pesto spread, spinach, and basil in a soft, square roll. Most of the folks onsite are having active convos or business type meetups, only two on laptops. And one doing a Yelp post, lol. After being onsite for 2.5 hours on a weekday early afternoon, seems to be an older demographic that visits here. Clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Love discovering new & established businesses in the north end, like Cafe Louvre.

Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with cozy vibes. They have a lot of different coffee and pastries. We got a variety of pastries to try. First was the cinnamon roll, we had it warmed up at home and it still tasted super fresh and delicious. The M&M's cookie was huge, not too sweet, perfectly soft and crunchy. The other pastries we had was raspberry croissant, and a muffin, all tasted pretty good. I think all their pastries are fresh, delicious, and not that sweet compared to other bakeries. I highly recommend getting their cinnamon roll. This cafe is perfect for the all seasons especially summer if you want to sit outside and enjoy the view of downtown Edmonds. They have plenty of seatings inside and outdoor. Parking is limited since it's downtown Edmonds so it's a bit challenging but it's worth it because you get to enjoy fresh pastries and you can also have a nice walk down to the beautiful town and beach after.
