I will be at this coffee spot all the time! What a great addition to the area. Haven Cafe has tons of coffee, tea, and matcha options. I was super impressed with their tiramisu latte, it had strong espresso and was well balanced with some sweetness. Their food options look delicious. The baristas were super kind. This is definitely the place to come in to work or read and have a treat. Lots of seating and super chill vibe. Can't wait to go back!

Great ambiance and service is excellent we ordered a pistachio tea cake warmed that did not disappoint. Our drinks were the matcha ube and the colors were outstanding. Next was the Seattle cloud which is matcha with spirulina and marshmallow foam. Great space, vibe the food looks great definitely a place to just relax and enjoy.

So yummy here we ordered salmon sandwich and avocado Raspberry latte (if you like sweeter ask them to add more flavor ) Croissant

Great cafe spot with tasty boba drinks! They have free guest parking in their lot next door which is a huge plus! Plenty of seating and I also noticed plenty of high chairs which make it a great spot to hang out with little ones. They have lots of drinks to choose from, pasties, toasts and more! The interior is nicely designed and very spacious with plenty of seating.

I loved the interior of this place! Great place to work (didn't check to see if they have alot of plugs). They have plenty of tables to and it's quite spacious. It's nice they have a parking garage as well, so it's more convenient since there's not much street parking. I heard from the cashier that their pastries are from the cottage - and they warm it up for you, which was nice. Wanted to try their boba flight but it was too early in the morning. It looks pretty cool.

Pretty nice and newer cafe in the lynnwood area. Plenty of garage parking and space inside. The coffee was pretty decent however quite expensive. It was around $8 for my Honey Cinnamon Latte which I personally consider pricey for a latte. The pastries were pretty good and the inside is clean and has WiFi. Service was good too however I just ordered on a kiosk so not really much interaction, but my drink came out pretty quickly so that's where the good is.

Had to check on this new cafe in town. The coffee shop is huge, lots of seating, and fast wifi. Haven has a variety selection of pastries and drinks. Their pastries look very good and fresh. They have fun flavors like pistachio, Dubai chocolate pastries, scones, croissants, toasts, and many more. They also have gluten free option. The drink options include coffee, Italian soda, matcha, tea, milk tea, and more. I ordered the bubble tea flight which came with 4 types of tea, this includes the taro milk tea, strawberry matcha, black tea and jasmine tea with salted foam. The flight also comes with 4 different straws, lychee and boba toppings. The flight was actually really good which surprised me because you wouldn't expect a coffee shop to make good milk tea. This place is great, I would come again to get some work done while having a quick bite or drinks.

I checked out a relatively new north end cafe, Raven (2/26/26). It is located across the street from the Edmonds College campus and transit center. I greatly appreciated the adjacent parking garage where gimpy me was able to park in a slot right by one of the cafe entrances. This is a really bright and airy cafe with high ceilings and exposed beams. There are a variety of seating configurations - communal, tables, sofas, and counter. It's also nice that they are all spread out and does not feel like a cramped laptop farm. And yes, there are outlets and WiFi available. It had a nice vibe being so close to campus. Good for meetups, to study or read, and has convenient hours (weekdays 7am-7pm, weekends 8am-6pm). The wrap around counter is fairly substantial with an espresso station, ordering registers, and an impressive pastry case featuring baked goods from The Cottage, Community Bakery in Perrinville where Edmonds and Lynnwood meet up. There's also a nice variety of espresso, teas, matcha and boba tea beverages, as well as, pastries, sandwiches, toasts, a granola bowl, and a salad choice. Merch included Rishi teas, Station and Fulcrum coffee roasts, and bags of maple pecan granola. I placed my onsite order with a pleasant cafe staff member for a 16oz mocha, chocolate chip cookie, and a half sized toasted focaccia sandwich with roast beef, provolone, aioli, arugula, and caramelized onions. The mocha was decent, cookie spot on, and the sandwich was tasty. I just wished there was another slice of roast beef to make it a bit more substantial. Overall as my first meal of the day late in the afternoon, everything was satisfying. It was great to hang out onsite for about two hours. Great indie cafe find - definitely recommended!

Get the cookie butter latte with cookie butter cold foam! The latte was creamy and delicious without being too sweet. I also got the brown sugar boba tiger milk 75% sweet - I'd probably get the 50% sweet next time as 75% sweet here is sweeter than most other boba places. The drink itself was good but the tapioca was not cooked long enough and was hard in the center. The cottage cookie was a solid oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. There's a lot of seating and tables but it was packed when I went on Sunday afternoon.

Left to right: ice americano, strawberry matcha latte, iced americano, raspberry croissant

Haven is kind of tucked away, but SO worth finding. There's a free parking garage you can park in and walk straight into the café, which makes it super convenient once you know where to go. The space itself is really cute, open layout, lots of natural lighting, and plenty of seating. It has that clean, cozy vibe that makes you want to stay a while. You can also reserve a table if you have big parties. We ordered: * Iced Americanos (perfectly smooth and refreshing) * Strawberry matcha latte with strawberry foam (so pretty and surprisingly balanced, not overly sweet however it was a little milky for me. I would have like to taste more matcha) * Raspberry croissant (flaky, buttery, and just the right amount of tartness) Everything was honestly yummy The drinks looked as good as they tasted, and the croissant had that perfect crisp outside with soft layers inside. Definitely a hidden gem spot for a chill coffee run or catch-up. I'll be back!

What a great concept of a cafe! A very large cafe with lots of seating, high ceilings, and moderately quiet. Good lighting, the parking is the only tough part. They have lots of pasteries, hot foods, and of course boba/matcha/coffee/drinks. I got the flight and it was amazing. The drinks were sweet like your typical boba spot but the flavors were great, love the toppings and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend and would come back!

I would've take a photo before I ate but it looked so good I couldn't wait. Smoked salmon toast with a 16oz latte

Highly recommend this place. Prices are very competitive with Starbucks, maybe better. Food looks photo shopped and tastes as good as it looks. Coffee has amazing taste and quality while still matching or beating Starbucks price wise. All the baristas are very friendly. What surprised me the most about this place was the Christian music playing on Sunday as I walked in. Definitely earning tips, respect and me returning often.

Haven Cafe is very cute and lovely! Been there twice and so far have enjoyed their food and drink assortment. I really like their boba flight and it changes based on the season! I also tried their tiramisu latte which was tasty, I just wish it had a little less cream. Their pastries are delicious and it's always busy so tables and seats are always filled. A great place to catch up with family and friends and even being able to lock in on work, assignments, etc. :)

The girls at the front were so friendly and nice - they made my experience great. Service was incredibly fast. The drink was ready before I even finished paying! I got the toffee milk tea with matcha jelly at 30% sugar and 70% ice. This was the IDEAL combination. Perfectly sweet with a hint of the bitterness from the tea. The matcha jelly was firm and earthy, I broke it up with the straw and it was the perfect topping. One of the best milk teas I've had in a while. I will definitely be back to try their other flavors. I'm a huge fan of the tea jelly toppings and it's so refreshing on a hot day.

The boba here is perfectly chewy and sweetened. I am not much of a jelly person, but they're pretty good too. I once got a drink with both boba and jelly and it didn't leave much room for the tea, so I have to limit myself to one topping now! The black tea is slightly muted with the milk there, so that there's no astringency. The buckwheat tea has a pretty strong toasty buckwheat flavor. Yum! Initially, when this business opened, parking was horrible with people jousting for street parking (with an already busy Goodwill down the street) and people parking at the plaza across the street (which will get you towed). Now that the hype has died down, you can use the Ember parking garage around the corner, although it's kind of annoying to park in.

Holy moly, what a hidden gem. I tried the creme brulee pearl latte (my friend's which he ordered by accident) and the dalgona honeycomb toffee latte with boba (my drink). The creme brulee pearl latte was probably the best creme brulee drink I've ever had. I usually avoid these because they're overly sweet, but this one actually hit all of the notes of smokiness, creaminess, and flavor without overpowering sweetness. Actually impressive. The dalgona honeycomb toffee latte was phenomenal. Strong coffee flavor (which means a lot coming from me - only Vietnamese coffee affects me anymore, I have a strong caffeine tolerance) and the toffee is a great topping that retains its texture even after the drink is completed. Fortunately, there was no traffic so it was a 20 min drive easily. However, a lot seemed to have changed from about a year ago? We got popcorn chicken which was $9 for a very tiny plate (like the medium size sampler food container you get at food tasting events) which is a joke of a portion, and the chicken was not even good quality - heavy on the batter. Compared to pictures a year ago, where the portions looked much much larger. They are so stingy on the amount of chicken, that I thought they were giving us a sample to try before they make a real batch lmaooooo. I tried the Kocochi milk tea with creme brulee, boba, jelly, etc. Sounds good on paper, inflation I get it, was expecting $7 but it was $8, plus tax, so it is actually not that competitive of a price anymore now that I think about it. I could get a very good quality boba drink for $7.50+tax elsewhere without all the fancy toppings, but with boba included. I was pretty disappointed with the quality. The boba is so overcooked that it is mushy, and the creme brulee was not thick enough that I have to use a spoon to even be able to get any of it out (instead of being able to drink it from the other side which is what it is supposed to be). I'd avoid this place unless this is a one off but I will need to be redeemed a better experience before recommending this place. There are better options in the area
