My go to place for a quick lunch or dinner. Their burritos are so delicious! My favorites are flaming boar and bulgorrito.

I decided to try Chops In Lynnwood, near the Alderwood Mall upon recommendation from my foodie co-worker, and Yelp! Was in the mood for Mexican with a twist. The spot isn't super visible from the road. But once you find it, it's worth a visit. It's located in the same complex as the regal movie theatre and H-Mart for reference. It's a cute little spot that is serving up some good food items. The location is clean and well maintained from my assessment of the exterior, with ample parking. I entered the establishment and was greeted by a friendly team member. I immediately seen that there is a kiosk that she assured me that I could place my order. I found that the order process was intuitive and easy to navigate. I ordered the the flaming boar burrito and the Mandu, which are crispy fried pot stickers. The Burrito was pretty good, and you do get that Mexican vibe with the first bite due to tortilla. Next you're met with the sweetness of the filling and the kick of heat. This burrito is very rich in flavors and thankfully it also has a textural quality that makes it interesting to eat. There were a lot of customers there when I visited so Chops is quite popular and clearly doing something special.

Great experience eating Chops- large portion size, decent price, tasty flavors. They have a small selection of menu items but the simplicity makes it easy to choose an item. Not many but some seating available. Wait times were also quick.

Korean Mex fusion. We had the Bulgogi Fries and Crispy Chicken in bowl. Different and tasty. We liked the fries the best. More cohesive elements. The Crispy Chicken bowl was very saucy with spicy mayo and katsu sauce. We got the katsu sauce on the side, but still very messy.

Super cool concept of throwing Korean food into a burrito hahaha Reasonable prices + you get a huge burrito that will for sure get you full In terms of the food itself: I mean it's not the best quality. Like the Huli Huli chicken ain't Huli Huli chicken IMO hahaha but it's still good and I enjoyed the combination of all the included ingredients (especially the gyoza) Overall, just a great place to grab a quick lunch or take out

We love stopping by here when nearby Alderwood mall for some Asian fusion burritos! It's self service ordering on a screen, and your order comes out pretty fast. Our favorites so far are the bulgogi burrito and crispy chicky burrito. The tortilla to rice to meat to veggies to sauce ratios are so perfect. The burritos are huge and stuffed so we share or have leftovers for later!

Chops is one of my go to spots. Always reliable and always tastes good. As you go in there is two available kiosks to place your order however the staff is there if you have any questions. I always get the Flaming Boar K Burrito and it tastes so good every single time. It comes out in almost under 5 minutes even during busy rushes. There's seating inside but it's also wrapped up in a box if you want it to go as well. I've never not enjoyed the food from here and it's nice and local. K Burritos are around $14 and they are pretty big, if you are someone who doesn't want to eat it all at once, it can easily be split into two meals. Definitely check this place out if you haven't!

What a fun twist on Korean food! There were a few self-order stations and one cashier. The seating area is roomy and first come first served. The burritos were also ginormous and actually ended up being two meals for us. I got the flaming boar and my husband got the crispy chicky. He loved the crunch of the chicken katsu and thought the cilantro and veggies added the perfect amount of freshness. The pork in the flaming boar was very flavorful but was also balanced well with the acidity of the pickled daikon. We thought we were going to go back to pick up a burrito for our dinner, but we ended up only being able to finish half a burrito each and saved the other half for our dinner!

The burritos here are very large and they are generous with the fillings. I ordered from a kiosk and my burrito came out within 5mins! There's plenty of seating inside but I took mine to go.

    Bulgogi Fries and mandu

TLDR: American food disguised as Korean fusion. Personally wouldn't go back. Service was quick and easy. Self order kiosk when you walk in and then your order is brought out to you. It's a good sized place good for big groups and sharing with picnic-like tables. Food came out presentable and piping hot... the problem is that it didn't taste like bulgogi at all. It tasted like pulled pork in bbq sauce and the mandu tasted like something I could buy at Costco and make at home. To be fair, I didn't try a burrito which looks like what the place specializes in. If you go, I recommend trying one of those instead.

it was sooo tender and just packed with hella flavor. I really liked the bulgogi-burrito and it's an iconic item. It's a pretty cozy spot! the picture speaks for itself haha

This place is always our go to spot anytime we're in Lynnwood! Think Chipotle but only way better tasting and unique whether it's a burrito or bowl style you can't go wrong. Our go to is the bulgogi bowl that comes with a layer of white rice, veggies and topped with tender bulgogi style meat and a sriracha mayo style sauce to kick it up. You can customize it any way you'd like and the huge burritos with similar proteins like chicken, beef or pork or veggie are game changers. The service is pretty much self serve by ordering on the screens and then waiting for them to call your name. The ambiance is simple with wooden picnic style tables and seating with k-pop music humming in the background. Give it a try and you'll be hooked!!!

chops is my favorite go to in Lynnwood. They are not gluten-free, but I hope someday they switch their marinade cause we truly enjoy the Bulgaria. Hope I spelled that well. My son likes the self serve computer. They really need to turn the heat on. It is freezing here around. An electric fireplace would change the ambience. The strange monkey could go. They are super busy, but they do a good job and getting the food out on time. Would be great if they set up an outside seating for summer.

I ordered the cabbage and pork potstickers, the Dandan noodles, a beef pancake roll, the veggie, egg and shrimp potstickers, and finally the lamb with onion potstickers and one coca-cola (yes, all of this was for me, don't judge). First, the beef pancake roll was AMAZING!!! It's a super simple item, the pancake was crispy and soft, wrapped around some lettuce and flavourful beef. This is a must order. The potstickers were all fantastic. Warm, pillowy pockets full of veggies and protein. The cabbage and pork were my favourites. Finally, the Dandan noodles. These noodles were covered with beef and sauce that had just a whisper of peanut butter. So simple but yummy! This place serves up some delicious food!

It is their specialty and they do it well, from the skin to the fillings. In my opinion, they are much better than dough zone. However, their pot stickers, steamed, and boiled ones, are all the same type, so be aware not to order too many dumplings, mix in some noodle or pancakes dishes to avoid one note. My only complaint to the menu is they don't offer much wide veggie dishes. The only thing is the cucumber salad, which is only a ok dish.

Now if you want to read more: This place reminds me of those family owned restaurants in K dramas, where the main character girl goes after being yelled at the office or after a long day. You know, that one place with just a few tables and an auntie running everything. She rarely talks to the girl, but when she does, she somehow sheds light and clears that poor girl's mind. Yes, this place gives me that kind of vibe... or I just overthink. Anyways, I ordered the combo with black bean noodles and sweet and sour pork. Although they're supposed to be half and half, the portion was actually big enough to feed an adult who isn't on a diet or afraid of carbs. There was plenty of sauce on the noodles, not just on top, but underneath as well. I loved that. Just mix it well and dig in. The only drawback for me was that the sauce was a bit mild, I prefer a saltier, more savory flavor. The sweet and sour pork was good. The pork was coated in a crispy batter, and the sauce leaned on the sweeter side. It was a nice combo, you can never go wrong with sweet and savory.

The duck curry was beautifully plated and tasted awesome. The duck noodle soup was juicy, topped with crunchy bits of garlic. The curries were simple, but aromatic and flavorful. The portion sizes are ample and a great value for the price point. Desserts are good, with a large scoop for their coconut ice cream. The only slight miss I think, is the sampler appetizer platter. I didn't enjoy some of the items, like the gyoza, dumplings and even the egg rolls. I suggest go straight to the entrees. The space has maybe about 12-15 tables, nicely spaced out. Decor is simple and functional. The kitchen can be seen partially, but the sound of woks on open fire create a nice, busy and street food vibe to the place. Service is very warm & friendly. I got the seafood pancake, beef bulgogi, grilled mackerel, and LA galbi. This was plenty of food for four of us. The mackerel was a big fish and had a crispy but moist interior, the bulgogi was a big portion and marinated very well, and the seafood pancake was crispy and came with a dipping sauce. The star of the show was LA Galbi, which was SO tender and marinated so well. This is probably the best LA Galbi I've had so far in Washington. However, the LA Galbi took forever to come out to the table. We kept asking the server if it was coming as we saw other tables getting their orders and we were making a good dent into our other dishes. They kept reassuring us that it was coming. We had finally finished eating all of our other food and were purely waiting for the LA Galbi. The server asked us if we were done with the meal and we told them, again, that we were waiting for the Galbi. They finally checked with the kitchen and told us they had missed our order but can give it to us in 10 mins. Fine, we waited and got refills on bonchon. It finally came out shortly after. When the check came, the server didn't offer us any sort of compensation despite the hiccup. It's one thing if we hadn't said anything about it until the end, but we were repeatedly asking them where our dish was and they were blindly telling us it was coming. The service was truly disappointing, but the food itself would be 5/5.
