On Mother's Day Tracy hooked me up with great customer service , happy, super kind and made my day.

I was really excited to try the matcha at Visible Coffee Roasters because I had heard good things, but it ended up being a bit disappointing. The matcha tasted pretty watered down and lacked the rich, earthy flavor that good matcha usually has. It felt more like lightly colored milk than a proper matcha drink. I also had high expectations for the blueberry flavor, but unfortunately it tasted a bit like cough syrup rather than a natural blueberry flavor. It kind of overpowered the drink in a a way that didn't feel very balanced. The signs for the matcha flavors were also a bit sticky and dirty (as shown in the picture), which gave me the ick a little -- a quick wipe down would make the experience feel a lot cleaner for people trying the matcha flight. The coconut matcha and lavender matcha were actually very good flavor-wise, but the matcha itself still wasn't very strong. I think the drinks could really improve if the matcha base was more bold and if some of the flavor options tasted a bit more natural. The café itself is cute and the vibe is nice, which is why I'm giving three stars. I would definitely come back again, and my review could easily change if the matcha becomes stronger in the future. Matcha can be amazing when it's done right, so I hope they refine the recipe a bit. read more

We found this place on a rainy morning when traveling through town. Fun space to get stuff done or to just sit down for a conversation with friends! Great energy in the space and everyone looked like they make this place a regular stop in their routine. Service was friendly and helpful. The cortado flight was such a fun experience! Update from last review. I tried the hot Chai this time, and I loved it. The staff were all friendly, like usual :) It's been awhile since my last visit. It seems the store was remodeled. It's much better. The owner understand the vibe and functionality of this unique cafe. The layout is perfect for scholars and love those chargers outlets! Also, thanks for changing the tall chairs! Very impressed with their drinks selection and love that they have matcha and cortado flights - cool concept! Great place to get some work done and grab a drink. Service was good. Ambiance is nice. Only disappointing part was that they only had one item on their menu that was gluten free and it didn't taste too good honestly. I was looking for a place to read in the morning and decided to visit this cozy spot in Mill Creek Town Center. I've visited for work meetings and friends before but this was my first time going alone. The interior is super cute and I appreciated that the music wasn't super loud. Seasonal menus always catch my eye so when I saw a mango sticky rice matcha latte, I knew I had to try it. I also got a cinnamon roll which they offered to heat up. The matcha wasn't too milky but I was disappointed about the mango sticky rice flavor being virtually nonexistent. The cinnamon roll was just standard. This place I've been to twice. Same location. It's alright. I think it's overhyped. I've gotten two seasonal special drinks and they were very expensive for what they were. They also take a crazy long time to make considering what they are. The first was a mango sticky rice matcha and it was like the lightest hint of mango and I didn't taste sticky rice which I assume was supposed to be some sort of coconut rice flavor. It was almost 8 dollars. Then I came back and for the winter punch lotus and it was definitely a fun flavor of winter spices. I think I hoped more for the drinks. It was very cute inside and clean and had an awesome space for studying so I'll give it that. read more

What a fun spot! I went here for a work meeting and thought it was a great space. Lots of people working and meeting and a generally wonderful vibe. The staff was sweet and helpful. I don't drink caffeine or like anything super sweet and they were really helpful in guiding me towards the guava tea lemonade I got. It was great! Parking is decent- it is in the middle of Mill Creek's downtown area so sometimes you get very lucky and sometimes you have to park a little further, but the walk is usually covered and not too long. I appreciated that it was quiet enough to work, but still buzzing enough to be a fun and cool spot. Now that the weather is nice, they also had some great outdoor spaces set up that people were enjoying. I worked inside to be closer to wifi, but the patio was lovely. read more

I live right around the corner from this place and have driven by it for the last three years never going in. I finally stopped in today and so glad I did. The ambiance is not what I was expecting- it was much cooler than a regular coffee house. Would be a great place to work or get together with friends. Lots of seating options inside as well as some outside. Their fall seasonal menu is great- was hard to choose one to drink! I think visible is a great study cafe, with lots of seating and nice ambiance. Considering there aren't many cafes like this in the area, i think they're doing a good job! They are right next door from LA fitness, so there is plenty of parking. The barista recommended the coffee cake, and it was moist and delicious. The hoppy bunny matcha is a seasonal drink that I saw on their instagram and had to check it out! I wish they had prices on their menu- the 24 oz iced was $9 but after tip, idk if a $10 is worth it. Tried the matcha flight and smoke bacon chicken sandwich. Both were soo good. I usually don't get sandwiches at coffee places but it was so tasty, I'd want to make something like it. First time here today! It's such a cute hip place! It's very spacey inside, clean, and lots of small seating area. Lots of plugs to charge your phone or laptops too. Staff is very friendly. My blueberry scone and oat milk chai are delicious! I think I've found my go-to spot here too right by the fireplace. I'll be back soon! read more

We came Saturday afternoon around 3ish and it was pretty packed but we were able to get one of the last tables. It was next to the fireplace which was great since it was chilly. I appreciate the glass windows on a sunny day & the long hours - open 7am-10pm almost everyday. A good chunk of ppl had laptops so it's a great place to study. I knocked off a star because sometimes the coffee tastes a little extra burnt and for their white chocolate mocha they use Powder instead of Syrup which my husband said tasted horrible. read more

In fact, let me more specific - don't come here if you're Asian or look Asian. Bearded cashier with glasses - not the friendliest if you're not white. In so-called liberal states like WA the prejudice is very subtle - it's in the lack of welcome and cold tone of voice. And it's blatantly noticeable when the white employee perks up and is suddenly high energy and cheerful to ALL the white customers walking in and ONLY the white customers. Yet they could barely greet you in a manner far from professional. More like tolerating your presence. Don't come here if you care about professionalism and customer service. read more

Honestly one of the worst coffee experiences and coffee drinks I've ever had. It took at least 10 min giving them my order while they were busy doing some other task and confused even about my questions about the drink I wanted. I asked if they have a specific drink, and they were completely clueless and said no, then I saw on a side menu they had it. Then ordered one of the most basic drinks a person can get (a vanilla latte) and I received (after 20 mins ) an undrinkable concoction. I don't even know what they made but I about vomited from the taste. I'm really made I bought a very expensive bag of coffee and a sweatshirt before tasting it. One of my go-to work/study spots in the area, especially because there aren't many laptop-friendly coffee spots in the area. The main driver for me is the open setting and lots of natural light that comes in. It can get pretty loud and crowded here though and it gets very hot in the summer (I don't think they have AC). Visible Coffee also serves gelato, beer, and wine along with the usual coffee & pastry works. Great options for later visits - they close around 8 or 9pm. Iced mocha: Hits the spot for an 80 degree day. A solid classic choice. Vegan Banana Nut Muffin (GF): I don't recommend. They dumped way too much clove/spices in this. I barely tasted the banana at all, it tasted like a spice cake. read more

My first time here, and both the staff and manager were very welcoming and efficient. The space is spacious, with enough seats and sofas for various purposes and lengths of time spent in the shop. I lived and worked nearby, and the coffee was great. The tomato and mozzarella sandwich was delicious. I saw a previous comment saying "don't go if you're white," but that wasn't my experience. I love having Visible in our neighborhood. Visible offers events, has great ambience and menu offerings including seasonal refreshes. The barista are often very personable and care about coffee. I want to continue supporting Visible but also feel I should share feedback that will hopefully help - - Without going into details, we've been overcharged a handful of times (which were not refunded) . Most recently, we ordered 3 drinks, got charged for 4 (an extra specialty drink), and of the three we ordered, only 2 were made as specified. read more

Visible is a great spot, VERY busy on a Friday morning (but they have ample seating) so if you need quiet to work, I might not recommend here! I'm sure some days are less busy, though. I got a seasonal drink which was a matcha with toasted marshmallow syrup and strawberry foam-- it may seem unconventional, but it was one of the best matchas that I have ever had! Their prices are on the expensive side, but pretty typical for the economy right now. Really REALLY surprised when we walked in to see not one employee wearing a mask. This was on March 7th... the mask mandate is still in effect and their is a sign posted on the businesses front door that makes are required. My friend and I were very taken aback. In addition, it was very dirty/messy. Overflowing trash and trays and the staff were moving very slowly. I read other reviewers mention the lack of urgency and I couldn't agree more. There was one order in front of ours but our two iced beverages took close to 10 minutes to get to us. Super odd. We actually liked our drinks, by the way. However, the pastries we got to try were all very meh and I could get similar items from my local grocery store bakery. The coffee wasn't amazing enough to go back and with the absolute lack of government health safety and cleanliness, definitely not worth returning. read more

Sooo if Josiah could just stay on bar at all times it'd be 5/5. He makes the best drinks, hands down. There are some new people there, every time they make me a drink it honestly ends up in the trash. They're all nice, except the new younger guy, I can hear him trash talk about customers from the opposite side of the shop. So far the breakfast burrito is the fav, same with the coconut muffin. The blueberry scone is also good! Over all I'd really recommend this place but id also suggest requesting Josiah to make your drink. read more
