The first time I ordered the larger portion and was discouraged to order it again, so I got the smaller portion hoping the quality could be better controlled. I always order dressings on the side and it truly is for this reason alone, you can observe the freshness of the salad bed. This was from the salad this past weekend but the one prior was no different.
