    Mixed fruit bingsu
    Long K.

Randomly stumbled across this small cafe while in the area and you can't say no to a bingsu treat on a warm day. The small bingsu was definitely shareable among our family of 2 adults and a toddler. The shaved ice consistency was perfectly fine without any chunks while the mixed fruit, toppings, ice cream and condensed milk were plentiful where every scoop was flavorful. The menu offers milk teas, coffee and smoothies too, but I'm definitely recommending the bingsu. The cafe is certainly locally owned and operated so I'm glad to support their small business.

The milk tea is so good! But the Korean shaved ice is the real show stopper. I love this place because they offer a different variety of Korean shaved ice toppings than the local competition. And you have to try a kwaffle! My favorite is the custard, tastes just like warm vanilla pudding, but all the flavors are yummy. If you're looking for a sweet treat, or a cool place to take your friends, don't go to boring Dairy Queen, go to Haebing and eat something deliciously interesting

Haebing Dessert is a great find in Mill Creek, with daily hours 11am to 10pm. I finally had the opportunity to stop by on 10/20/24. Reminded me of Korean style cafes in Lakewood, Seattle, and Edmonds. I decided to have a 16oz mocha ($5.25) and a Nutella Belgian Waffle with whipped cream, strawberries, and vanilla ice cream ($12.45). I was thinking croffle, but this was literally a waffle. A croffle on steroids, lol. Pleasant counter staff. Interior was just okay, not overly cozy. However, spacious enough that there were tables in front of the main counter and additional seating around the corner which was well used with a lively group onsite. The mocha was decent. The waffle was ginormous! I was only able to eat a quarter of it and the vanilla ice cream. I ended up taking the rest home. It is very much shareable. Worthy detour for a tasty treat or beverage with extended hours!

Black Milk Tea w/ Boba and Brown Sugar Milk Tea w/ Boba

Cute cafe offering wifi and two fair seating areas with outlets. Looks like a solid place to do some work. Ample parking being in a plaza. Bingsoo was great! Solid portions for the prices, better value than other spots for sure. Okay to skip the boba here but definitely get bingsoo. Taro Bingsoo - subtle taro nuttiness but very faint so the flavor of the toppings overpower the base. The strawberries and red bean were great enhancements. Mochi pieces were okay but could happily enjoy the bingsoo without these (similar to the ones at a froyo spot). French vanilla ice cream on top for sweetness. Only improvement would be to drizzle more condensed milk because after finishing the toppings, the bingsoo flavor is faint and can feel bland. Black Milk Tea w/ Boba - boba was inconsistent with varying levels of chew and no flavor. Black tea base was very bitter, possibly older leaves or oversteeped. Drastically different than typical black milk tea bases but almost too much of an aftertaste for me. I would skip the boba drinks in the future. Brown Sugar Milk Tea w/ Boba - same black tea base as above but with some brown sugar drizzle. It's more sweet but still very bitter.

Staff friendly and willing to go over the menu. They had some traditional dessert and Korean Shaved Ice called Bingsu. Sweetened condensed milk and shaved fine. Nothing like Hawaiian shaved ice. I had mixed fruit strawberries mango and blueberries. $11.95 seems steep but for that specific occasion. Very light and refreshing good on a hot day I'm sure.

Mixed fruit shaved ice and a green apple yogurt smoothie

The green apple yogurt smoothie was delicious, easily 10/10, will surely come back again and try some more flavors too. The shaved ice was quite good, but it didn't seem to have enough condensed milk, personally. Definitely a good treat if you like a refreshing and slightly less sweet dessert. Mixing the ice cream in completely made it a lot better as the shaved ice isn't really flavored much. I'll know to ask for a lil extra condensed milk myself next time! Service was quick and friendly. Cozy ambiance, great place to sit and chat or study.

Recent K-dessert cafe addition to the sleepy neighborhood of Mill Creek; shaved ice, crepe cakes, milk tea, etc. Generous portions; friendly service, casual local vibe, free cramped parking lot. Support your local small businesses & cafes.

Pistachio cream latte and corn cream latte
    Shana L.

Pistachio cream latte has pistachio nuts whipped into the cream foam. Corn cream latte has a subtle taste of corn, could be stronger imo but both are delicious enough that we keep coming back for more!

Overall really rad experience. First time here and she was more than happy to recommend things and go over the menu with me. Food and drink turned out so delicious. Reasonable pricing and easy to use pay system. They even have a cute bench with a grass wall and lights for that perfect picture. Interior design is so on point. Just LOVE LOVE LOVE

I got the Taro Bingsu and added the extra fruits for $1. My daughter ordered the Mango Smoothie. It was soo soo good! But, it was a bit pricey. We got 3 things: regular size Taro Bingsu, small vanilla ice cream, and 16oz Mango Smoothie and the total came out to be around $35. I would still go again, but, probably on special occasions.

This place recently opened and it seems like they're still getting some of the in-house logistics worked out, but the pastries I ordered were absolutely delicious! The cinnamon rolls were perfect and better than others found at local cafes (sorry Saw Mill and Maltby Cafe!), and both types of cookie were large, soft, and perfectly sweet. Filled edge to edge with chunks (I tried both the Chocolate Chip and the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut) they hit the spot and ate big enough to share if multiple people wanted to try several flavors. I will be back to try more of the baked goods as well as items from their beverage menu, they have quite the assortment! The staff were friendly, but both of them went to the back to fill the to-go pastry order and each item came in a separate compostable container (two cookies to a bag though, plus I got a bonus White Chocolate Macadamia.) The ambiance is casual and they have plenty of seats and tables!

First time! They recently opened. We tried the peach fruit tea, mango fruit tea, vanilla bean frappe w double shot, and an americano.

Nice seating area and brand new place for desserts and drinks. We tried the mango fruit tea (sweet, very mango flavored), peach fruit tea, americano, and vanilla bean frappe w extra shot

Very impressed with their drinks selection and love that they have matcha and cortado flights -…read morecool concept! Great place to get some work done and grab a drink. Service was good. Ambiance is nice. Only disappointing part was that they only had one item on their menu that was gluten free and it didn't taste too good honestly. But I was hungry and desperate so just got it ‍it was the blueberry Marion cake. Please consider adding some more gf items (even a yoghurt or some protein bar would do).

I was really excited to try the matcha at Visible Coffee Roasters because I had heard good things,…read morebut it ended up being a bit disappointing. The matcha tasted pretty watered down and lacked the rich, earthy flavor that good matcha usually has. It felt more like lightly colored milk than a proper matcha drink. I also had high expectations for the blueberry flavor, but unfortunately it tasted a bit like cough syrup rather than a natural blueberry flavor. It kind of overpowered the drink in a a way that didn't feel very balanced. The signs for the matcha flavors were also a bit sticky and dirty (as shown in the picture), which gave me the ick a little -- a quick wipe down would make the experience feel a lot cleaner for people trying the matcha flight. The coconut matcha and lavender matcha were actually very good flavor-wise, but the matcha itself still wasn't very strong. I think the drinks could really improve if the matcha base was more bold and if some of the flavor options tasted a bit more natural. The café itself is cute and the vibe is nice, which is why I'm giving three stars. I would definitely come back again, and my review could easily change if the matcha becomes stronger in the future. Matcha can be amazing when it's done right, so I hope they refine the recipe a bit.
