First time to check this palace. Nice quiet place. We ordered the largest size of mango bingsu. Honestly, the only thing I enjoyed about it is the ice. Mango pieces were very limited. They filled the other spots with marshmallow looking cubes. I did not even try it. It just like kid candies with it. For over $20 I don't think I'll go back to try other desserts. There is another dessert place in Lynnwood with bingsu and portion size is much better. Much more mangoes come with your order. read more

We were four when we tried this new dessert place in Mill Creek. The place is spacious and beautiful with a pretty counter. There are various seating arrangement---regular tables, sofas and even secluded rooms where I saw families play board games. Lots of parking outside. Service was standard, nothing really that stood out. We had the large Mango Bing Soo. It had a large scoop of Mango sorbet over white shaved ice , mango chunks and little colorful pieces, which tasted like gummy bears. Not bad, but pales in comparison with other Bing Soos we've tasted. That's the only dessert we all shared. I saw the desserts they sell in the glass case. None of them really stood out and made me buy them. There were pictures of the other desserts they make. Again...nothing enticing for me to try. read more

Such a cute little spot in Mill Creek! I've passed this place so many times but only recently had the chance to check it out. We got the mixed fruit bingsu and it was just ok. I really did enjoy it but I just think there is a lot of potential to be had here. The portion is definitely big and is loaded with tons of fruit, mochi, and a scoop of ice cream. The kicker is that I found myself wishing that it was layered between the ice. If you don't mix it up well, you're pretty much left with only ice which also didn't have that creamy/milky flavor that's usually present in the other bingsus I've had. Overall, would love more condensed milk or flavor to the ice. The counter was being run but two younger people who were both really kind and quick to service the steady stream of customers. It's a pleasant place to hang out and I'm hoping to see what else they have to offer! read more

I gave a try because I saw appetizing dessert and drink pictures online. When I walked in, I didn't feel any refreshing vibrant atmosphere, like how desserts places should be. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the place feels cluttered with mix match tables, dirty station right next to cashier, and signages on the windows. I ordered like 6 items, the Fruit Teas drinks are okay. It will much better if they use fresh fruits; drinks taste powdery. Taro Shaved Ice is not like I imagined in my head ~ tasted confusing. Haebing Desserts can be better. There are some potential. The serving size for the shave ice was HUGE. We got a large to share with the three of us, but we definitely could've just done with a regular size. The taro shave ice was really good! It was bingsu with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries, red beans, mochi balls and of course the taro. The shop has a good vibe to it, as well. Randomly stumbled across this small cafe while in the area and you can't say no to a bingsu treat on a warm day. The small bingsu was definitely shareable among our family of 2 adults and a toddler. The shaved ice consistency was perfectly fine without any chunks while the mixed fruit, toppings, ice cream and condensed milk were plentiful where every scoop was flavorful. The menu offers milk teas, coffee and smoothies too, but I'm definitely recommending the bingsu. Haebing Dessert is a great find in Mill Creek, with daily hours 11am to 10pm. I finally had the opportunity to stop by on 10/20/24. Reminded me of Korean style cafes in Lakewood, Seattle, and Edmonds. I decided to have a 16oz mocha ($5.25) and a Nutella Belgian Waffle with whipped cream, strawberries, and vanilla ice cream ($12.45). I was thinking croffle, but this was literally a waffle. A croffle on steroids, lol. Pleasant counter staff. Interior was just okay, not overly cozy. However, spacious enough that there were tables in front of the main counter and additional seating around the corner which was well used with a lively group onsite. The mocha was decent. The waffle was ginormous! I was only able to eat a quarter of it and the vanilla ice cream. I ended up taking the rest home. It is very much shareable. Worthy detour for a tasty treat or beverage with extended hours! read more

Cute cafe offering wifi and two fair seating areas with outlets. Looks like a solid place to do some work. Ample parking being in a plaza. Bingsoo was great! Solid portions for the prices, better value than other spots for sure. Okay to skip the boba here but definitely get bingsoo. Taro Bingsoo - subtle taro nuttiness but very faint so the flavor of the toppings overpower the base. The strawberries and red bean were great enhancements. Mochi pieces were okay but could happily enjoy the bingsoo without these (similar to the ones at a froyo spot). French vanilla ice cream on top for sweetness. Only improvement would be to drizzle more condensed milk because after finishing the toppings, the bingsoo flavor is faint and can feel bland. Black Milk Tea w/ Boba - boba was inconsistent with varying levels of chew and no flavor. Black tea base was very bitter, possibly older leaves or oversteeped. Drastically different than typical black milk tea bases but almost too much of an aftertaste for me. I would skip the boba drinks in the future. Brown Sugar Milk Tea w/ Boba - same black tea base as above but with some brown sugar drizzle. It's more sweet but still very bitter. read more

The milk tea is so good! But the Korean shaved ice is the real show stopper. I love this place because they offer a different variety of Korean shaved ice toppings than the local competition. And you have to try a kwaffle! My favorite is the custard, tastes just like warm vanilla pudding, but all the flavors are yummy. The shaved ice was quite good, but it didn't seem to have enough condensed milk, personally. Definitely a good treat if you like a refreshing and slightly less sweet dessert. This place recently opened and it seems like they're still getting some of the in-house logistics worked out, but the pastries I ordered were absolutely delicious! The cinnamon rolls were perfect and better than others found at local cafes (sorry Saw Mill and Maltby Cafe!), and both types of cookie were large, soft, and perfectly sweet. Filled edge to edge with chunks (I tried both the Chocolate Chip and the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut) they hit the spot and ate big enough to share if multiple people wanted to try several flavors. I will be back to try more of the baked goods as well as items from their beverage menu, they have quite the assortment! The staff were friendly, but both of them went to the back to fill the to-go pastry order and each item came in a separate compostable container (two cookies to a bag though, plus I got a bonus White Chocolate Macadamia.) I've been wanting to come here since I live nearby. I ordered the taro milk tea & it wasn't that good. I also asked for extra ice and they gave me light ice, so annoying when that happens... My son and I stopped here on a week night. He got a strawberry milk bubble tea and I got a mango green tea, both cold. The bubble tea was lacking in the strawberry flavor. It was artificial and too light. The bubbles were fine though. My mango green tea was too sweet even though I got it at 75% sweetness. It was fine but there were no chunks of fruit or anything in it and it definitely tasted just like some syrup or something had been added. The tea flavor itself was nice. Overall this was disappointing. I will be back sometime to try the bingsu or other food items, but it seems like the drinks are kind of a bust and the price doesn't make up for it. read more

Tried their tiramisu bingsu and Oreo bingsu. Very good and very great portions. They also give ice cream, condensed milk, and mini mochi for each bingsu. Oreos are still crunchy and there are small chunks of tiramisu cake in the tiramisu bingsu. Comes out relatively fast. The interior is clean and family friendly with a high chair available. The music isn't loud and there seems to be a good amount of games available. Would eat their bingsu again! read more
